1Origin of High Efficiency and Long-Term Stability in Ionic Liquid Perovskite Photovoltaic显示文摘Environment-friendly protic amine carboxylic acid ionic liquids(ILs)as solvents is a significant breakthrough with respect to traditional highly coordinating and toxic solvents in achieving efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with a simple one-step air processing and without an antisolvent treatment approach.However,it remains mysterious for the improved efficiency and stability of PSCs without any passivation strategy.Here,we unambiguously demonstrate that the three functions of solvents,additive,and passivation are present for protic amine carboxylic acid ILs.We found that the ILs have the capability to dissolve a series of perovskite precursors,induce oriented crystallization,and chemically passivate the grain boundaries.This is attributed to the unique molecular structure of ILs with carbonyl and amine groups,allowing for strong interaction with perovskite precursors by forming C=O…Pb chelate bonds and N-H…I hydrogen bonds in both solution and film.This finding is generic in nature with extension to a wide range of IL-based perovskite optoelectronics.Lingfeng Chao Tingting Niu Hao Gu Yingguo Yang Qi Wei Yingdong Xia Wei Hui Shouwei Zuo Zhaohua Zhu Chengjie Pei Xiaodong Li Jing Zhang Junfeng Fang Guichuan Xing Hai Li Xiao Huang Xingyu Gao Chenxin Ran Lin Song Li Fu Yonghua Chen Wei Huang 2020Research2020,,1:2

14Advanced RF filters for wireless communications显示文摘This paper provides a comprehensive review of advanced radio fre-quency(RF)filter technologies available in miniature chip or inte-grated circuit(IC)form for wireless communication applications.The RF filter technologies were organized according to the time-line of their introduction,in conjunction with each generation of wireless(cellular)communication standards(1G to 5G).This ap-proach enabled a clear explanation of the corresponding invention history,working principles,typical applications and future develop-ment trends.The article covered commercially successful acoustic filter technologies,including the widely used surface acoustic wave(SAW)and bulk acoustic wave(BAW)filters,as well as electromag-netic filter technologies based on low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)and integrated passive device(IPD).Additionally,emerg-ing filter technologies such as IHP-SAW,suspended thin-film lithium niobate(LiNbO3 or LN)resonant devices and hybrid were also dis-cussed.In order to achieve higher performance,smaller form factor and lower cost for the wireless communication industry,it is believed that fundamental breakthroughs in materials and fabrication tech-niques are necessary for the future development of RF filters.Kai Yang Chenggong He Jiming Fang Xinhui Cui Haiding Sun Yansong Yang Chengjie Zuo 2023Chip2023,2,4:0
15Wireless Communication Based on Microwave Photon-Level Detection with Superconducting Devices:Achievable Rate Prediction显示文摘Future wireless communication systemembraces physical-layer signal detection with highsensitivity, especially in the microwave photon level.Currently, the receiver primarily adopts the signal detection based on semi-conductor devices for signal detection, while this paper introduces high-sensitivityphoton-level microwave detection based on superconducting structure. We first overview existing works onthe photon-level communication in the optical spectrum as well as the microwave photon-level sensingbased on superconducting structure in both theoreticaland experimental perspectives, including microwavedetection circuit model based on Josephson junction,microwave photon counter based on Josephson junction, and two reconstruction approaches under background noise. In addition, we characterize channelmodeling based on two different microwave photondetection approaches, including the absorption barrierand the dual-path Handury Brown-Twiss (HBT) experiments, and predict the corresponding achievablerates.
