| 2 | Study on stable delivery of charged uniform droplets for freeform fabrication of metal parts显示文摘Electrostatic delivery of charged uniform metal droplets is a novel method to deposit metal parts with short process period and low cost. But the delivery process is unstable and delivery accuracy of charged droplets deteriorates because of actions of mutual interactions of closely charged droplets. A droplet generator with droplet charging and deflecting system has been established to find out the way for stably and accurately deflecting droplets. The parameters for generating uniform droplets were first studied. Then the droplet deflections and metal parts depositions with different charge methods were discussed. The results show that the unbalanced electrostatic repelling forces are the main factor to cause the unstable deflection of droplets. The droplets deflection distance can be predicted and controlled by balancing the repelling forces of charged droplets. | 3 | Sequence analysis and typing of Saprolegnia strains isolated from freshwater fish from Southern Chinese regions显示文摘Saprolegniasis,caused by Saprolegnia infection,is one of the most common diseases in freshwater fish.Our study aimed to determine the epidemiological characteristics of saprolegniasis in Chinese regions of high incidence.Saprolegnia were isolated and identified by morphological and molecular methods targeting the internal transcribed spacer(ITS)ribosomal DNA(rDNA)and building neighbor-joining(NJ)and maximum parsimony(MP)phylogenetic trees.The ITS sequences of eight isolated strains were compared with GenBank sequences and all strains fell into three clades:CLADE1(02,LP,04 and 14),CLADE2(S1),and CLADE3(CP,S2,L5 and the reference ATCC200013).Isolates 02 and LP shared 80%sequence similarity with S.diclina,S.longicaulis,S.ferax,S.mixta,and S.anomalies.Further,isolates 04 and 14 shared 80%similarity with S.bulbosa and S.oliviae.Finally,extremely high ITS sequence similarities were identified between isolates S1 and S.australis(100%);CP and S.hypogyna(96%);and S2,L5,ATCC200013 and S.salmonis(98%).This research provides insights into the identification,prevention and control of saprolegniasis pathogens and the potential development of effective drugs. | Siya Liu Pengpeng Song Renjian Ou Wenhong Fang Mao Lin Jiming Ruan Xianle Yang Kun Hu | 2017 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,5: | 1 |

| 8 | Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C. | 10 | Worldwide 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke and the temporal trend显示文摘background The 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke is an essential epidemiological metric.Whereas the case fatality after ischaemic stroke and the temporal trend is uncertain.We aimed to estimate the 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke and its temporal trend,as well as its regional variation.Methods We searched PubMed and Embase to identify the studies for 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke.The population-based studies were included.Two investigators extracted the data and assessed the quality independently.One-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke was estimated using a random effects model.The temporal trend was evaluated using a mixed-effect meta-regression model.results A total of 59 articles with 77 time periods were included.The worldwide 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke was 13.5%(95%CI 12.3%to 14.7%).The case fatality was 10.8%(95%CI 8.3%to 13.5%)in Asia,14.2%(95%CI 12.6%to 15.9%)in Europe,14.0%(95%CI 11.2%to 17.1%)in South America and Caribbean,14.0%(95%CI 9.5%to 19.1%)in North America and 12.5%(95%CI 11.1%to 13.9%)in Australia and New Zealand.Overall,there was a non-significant decrease of 0.1%per year in case fatality.It decreased significantly in Europe(−0.2%annually,95%CI−0.4%to−0.01%)and North America(−0.2%annually,95%CI−0.4%to−0.04%),increased significantly in Australia and New Zealand(0.2%annually,95%CI 0.1%to 0.4%),while no evidence of change in other regions.Conclusion The 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke and its temporal trend were divergent across regions.Further studies are needed to address the reason of the regional difference,which will be helpful to guide the effort of reducing stroke burden. | Runhua Zhang Yu Wang Jiming Fang Miaoxin Yu Yongjun Wang Gaifen Liu | 2020 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,4: | 0 |

Thus, to guarantee the cloud network performance and prevent execrable effects caused by failures, cloud network diagnostics has become of great interest for cloud service providers. Due to the characteristics of cloud network(e.g., virtualization and multi-tenancy), transplanting traditional network diagnostic tools to the cloud network face several difficulties. Additionally, many existing tools cannot solve problems in the cloud network. In this paper, we summarize and classify the state-of-the-art technologies of cloud diagnostics which can be used in the production cloud network according to their features. Moreover, we analyze the differences between cloud network diagnostics and traditional network diagnostics based on the characteristics of the cloud network. Considering the operation requirements of the cloud network, we propose the points that should be cared about when designing a cloud network diagnostic tool. | 14 | An endophytic fungus interacts with the defensinlike protein OsCAL1 to regulate cadmium allocation in rice显示文摘Defensin-like proteins are conserved in multicellular organisms and contribute to innate immune re-sponses against fungal pathogens.In rice,defensins play a novel role in regulating cadmium(Cd)efflux from the cytosol.However,whether the antifungal activity of defensins correlates with Cd-efflux function remains unknown.In this study,we isolated an endophytic Fusarium,designed Fo1o,by a comparative mi-crobiome analysis of rice plants grown in a paddy contaminated with Cd.Fo10 is tolerant to high levels of Cd,but is sensitive to the defensin-like protein OsCAL1,which mediates Cd efflux to the apoplast.We found that Fo10 symbiosis in rice is regulated by OsCAL1 dynamics,and Fo10 coordinates multiple plant pro-cesses,including Cd uptake,vacuolar sequestration,efflux to the environment,and formation of Fe pla-ques in the rhizosphere.These processes are dependent on the salicylic acid signaling pathway to keep Cd levels low in the cytosol of rice cells and to decrease Cd levels in rice grains without any yield penalty.Fo10 also plays a role in Cd tolerance in the poaceous crop maize and wheat,but has no observed effects in the eudicot plants Arabidopsis and tomato.Taken together,these findings provide insights into the mech-anistic basis underlying how afungal endophyte and host plant interact to control Cd accumulation in host plants by adapting defense responses to promotethe establishment ofa symbiosis that permits adaptation to high-Cd environments. | Tianyu Gu Ziai Qi Yating Wang Siying Chen Jing Yan Huapeng Qiu Yanxuan Yu Zjun Fang Junmin Wang Jiming Gong | 2024 | Molecular Plant2024,17,2: | 0 |
