| 1 | Optimization of working parameters for puddling and flatting machine in paddy field显示文摘In order to improve the soil preparation quality,a wide puddling and flatting machine for paddy field was designed with the functionality of tillage,soil crushing,puddling,burying stubble and flatting in one-time operation,which can be equipped on tractors with high power.This study focused on the design and analysis of key components of the machine including puddling equipment,flat shovel and balance structure.Optimal results with field trials and response surface analysis showed that the machine can operate optimally when the working speed,puddling depth and angle of flat shovel were 1.05 km/h,16 cm and 31.30°,respectively.The surface flatness standard deviation was 3.7 cm,and slurry degree was 1.03 g/cm3.Field validation test results were consistent with the optimal parameters,which was able to meet agronomic requirements of mechanical planting in China. | Xu Chunlin Zhang Chengliang Li Lianhao Li Mingjin | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3: | 5 |
| 2 | Mechanism underlying the retarded nuclear translocation of androgen receptor splice variants显示文摘As shown in our previous study, two alternatively spliced androgen receptor(AR) variants, which are exclusively expressed in the granulosa cells of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, exhibit retarded nuclear translocation compared with wild-type AR. However, researchers have not yet determined whether these abnormalities correlate with heat shock protein 90(HSP90)and importin α(the former is a generally accepted co-chaperone of AR, and the latter is a component of classical nuclear import complexes). Here, these two variants were mainly retained in cytoplasm with HSP90 and importin α in the presence of dihydrotestosterone(DHT), and their levels in nucleus were significantly reduced, according to the immunofluorescence staining. The binding affinity of two AR variants for importin α was consistently decreased, while it was increased in WT-AR following DHT stimulation, leading to reduced nuclear import, particularly for the insertion-AR(Ins-AR). However, the binding affinities of two AR variants for HSP90 were increased in the absence of DHT compared with WT-AR, which functioned to maintain spatial structural stability, particularly for the deletion-AR(Del-AR). | 3 | A branched dihydrophenazine-based polymer as a cathode material to achieve dual-ion batteries with high energy and power density显示文摘Organic electrode materials have exhibited good electrochemical performance in batteries,but their voltages and rate capabilities still require improvement to meet the increasing demand for batteries with high energy and power density.Herein,we design and synthesize a branched dihydrophenazine-based polymer(p-TPPZ)as a cathode material for dual-ion batteries(DIBs)through delicate molecular design.Compared with the linear dihydrophenazine-based polymer(p-DPPZ,with a theoretical capacity of 209 mAh g^(−1)),p-TPPZ possessed a higher theoretical capacity of 233 mAh g^(−1)and lower highest occupied molecular orbital energy levels,which resulted in a high actual capacity(169.3 mAh g^(−1)at 0.5 C),an average discharge voltage of 3.65 V(vs.Li+/Li)and a high energy density(618.2 Wh kg^(−1),based on the cathode materials).The branched structure of p-TPPZ led to a larger specific surface area than that of p-DPPZ,which was beneficial for the electrolyte infiltration and fast ionic transport,contributing to the high power density.Due to the fast reaction kinetics,even at a power density of 23,725 W kg^(−1)(40 C),the energy density still reached 474.5 Wh kg^(−1).We also made a detailed investigation of the p-TPPZ cathode’s charge storage mechanism.This work will stimulate the further molecular design to develop organic batteries with both high energy and power density. | Shuaifei Xu Huichao Dai Shaolong Zhu Yanchao Wu Mingxuan Sun Yuan Chen Kun Fan Chenyang Zhang Chengliang Wang Wenping Hu | 2021 | eScience2021,1,1: | 2 |

| 11 | Solid Additive-Assisted Layer-by-Layer Processing for 19%Efficiency Binary Organic Solar Cells显示文摘Morphology is of great significance to the performance of organic solar cells(OSCs),since appropriate morphology could not only promote the exciton dissociation,but also reduce the charge recombination.In this work,we have developed a solid additive-assisted layer-by-layer(SAA-LBL)processing to fabricate high-efficiency OSCs.By adding the solid additive of fatty acid(FA)into polymer donor PM6 solution,controllable pre-phase separation forms between PM6 and FA.This intermixed morphology facilitates the diffusion of acceptor Y6 into the donor PM6 during the LBL processing,due to the good miscibility and fast-solvation of the FA with chloroform solution dripping.Interestingly,this results in the desired morphology with refined phase-separated domain and vertical phase-separation structure to better balance the charge transport/collection and exciton dissociation.Consequently,the binary single junction OSCs based on PM6:Y6 blend reach champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 18.16%with SAA-LBL processing,which can be generally applicable to diverse systems,e.g.,the PM6:L8-BO-based devices and thick-film devices.The efficacy of SAA-LBL is confirmed in binary OSCs based on PM6:L8-BO,where record PCEs of 19.02%and 16.44%are realized for devices with 100 and 250 nm active layers,respectively.The work provides a simple but effective way to control the morphology for high-efficiency OSCs and demonstrates the SAA-LBL processing a promising methodology for boosting the industrial manufacturing of OSCs. | Guanyu Ding Tianyi Chen Mengting Wang Xinxin Xia Chengliang He Xiangjun Zheng Yaokai Li Di Zhou Xinhui Lu Lijian Zuo Zhikang Xu Hongzheng Chen | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,7: | 1 |

| 15 | Hierarchical Sb-Ni nanoarrays as robust binder-free anodes for high-performance sodium-ion half and full cells显示文摘A novel hierarchical electrode material for Na-ion batteries composed of Sbnanoplates on Ni nanorod arrays is developed to tackle the issues of the rapidcapacity fading and poor rate capability of Sb-based materials. The three-dimensional (3D) Sb-Ni nanoarrays as anodes exhibit the synergistic effects ofthe two-dimensional nanoplates and the open and conductive array structureas well as strong structural integrity. Further, their capacitive behavior isconfirmed through a kinetics analysis, which shows that their excellent Na-storageperformance is attributable to their unique nanostructure. When used asbinder-free sodium-ion battery (SIB) anodes, the nanoarrays exhibit a highcapacity retention rate (more than 80% over 200 cycles) at a current density of0.5 A.g-1 and excellent rate capacity (up to 20 A·g^-1), with their capacity being580 mAh-g-1. | 17 | Antibiotic-induced gut bacteria depletion has no effect on HBV replication in HBV immune tolerance mouse model显示文摘Commensal microbiota is closely related to Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Gut bacteria maturation accelerates HBV immune clearance in hydrodynamic injection(HDI)HBV mouse model.However,the effect of gut bacteria on HBV replication in recombinant adeno-associated virus(AAV)-HBV mouse model with immune tolerance remains obscure.We aim to investigate its role on HBV replication in AAV-HBV mouse model.C57BL/6 mice were administrated with broad-spectrum antibiotic mixtures(ABX)to deplete gut bacteria and intravenously injected with AAV-HBV to establish persistent HBV replication.Gut microbiota community was analyzed by fecal qPCR assay and 16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)gene sequencing.HBV replication markers in blood and liver were determined by ELISA,qPCR assay and Western blot at indicated time points.Immune response in AAV-HBV mouse model was activated through HDI of HBV plasmid or poly(I:C)and then detected by quantifying the percentage of IFN-γ^(+)/CD8^(+)T cells in the spleen via flow cytometry as well as the splenic IFN-γmRNA level via qPCR assay.We found that antibiotic exposure remarkably decreased gut bacteria abundance and diversity.Antibiotic treatment failed to alter the levels of serological HBV antigens,intrahepatic HBV RNA transcripts and HBc protein in AAV-HBV mouse model,but contributed to HBsAg increase after breaking of immune tolerance.Overall,our data uncovered that antibiotic-induced gut bacteria depletion has no effect on HBV replication in immune tolerant AAV-HBV mouse model,providing new thoughts for elucidating the correlation between gut bacteria dysbiosis by antibiotic abuse and clinical chronic HBV infection. | Yanan Bu Kaitao Zhao Zaichao Xu Yingcheng Zheng Rong Hua Chuanjian Wu Chengliang Zhu Yuchen Xia Xiaoming Cheng | 2023 | Virologica Sinica2023,38,3: | 0 |

| 20 | An improved transfer learning strategy for short-term cross-building energy prediction usingdata incremental显示文摘The available modelling data shortage issue makes it difficult to guarantee the performance of data-driven building energy prediction(BEP)models for both the newly built buildings and existing information-poor buildings.Both knowledge transfer learning(KTL)and data incremental learning(DIL)can address the data shortage issue of such buildings.For new building scenarios with continuous data accumulation,the performance of BEP models has not been fully investigated considering the data accumulation dynamics.DIL,which can learn dynamic features from accumulated data adapting to the developing trend of new building time-series data and extend BEP model's knowledge,has been rarely studied.Previous studies have shown that the performance of KTL models trained with fixed data can be further improved in scenarios with dynamically changing data.Hence,this study proposes an improved transfer learning cross-BEP strategy continuously updated using the coarse data incremental(CDI)manner.The hybrid KTL-DIL strategy(LSTM-DANN-CDI)uses domain adversarial neural network(DANN)for KLT and long short-term memory(LSTM)as the Baseline BEP model.Performance evaluation is conducted to systematically qualify the effectiveness and applicability of KTL and improved KTL-DIL.Real-world data from six-type 36 buildings of six types are adopted to evaluate the performance of KTL and KTL-DIL in data-driven BEP tasks considering factors like the model increment time interval,the available target and source building data volumes.Compared with LSTM,results indicate that KTL(LSTM-DANN)and the proposed KTL-DIL(LSTM-DANN-CDI)can significantly improve the BEP performance for new buildings with limited data.Compared with the pure KTL strategy LSTM-DANN,the improved KTL-DIL strategy LSTM-DANN-CDI has better prediction performance with an average performance improvement ratio of 60%. | Guannan Li Yubei Wu Chengchu Yan Xi Fang Tao Li Jiajia Gao Chengliang Xu Zixi Wang | 2024 | Building Simulation2024,17,1: | 0 |
