1Hybrid C8-BTBT/In GaAs nanowire heterojunction for artificial photosynaptic transistors显示文摘The emergence of light-tunable synaptic transistors provides opportunities to break through the von Neumann bottleneck and enable neuromorphic computing.Herein,a multifunctional synaptic transistor is constructed by using 2,7-dioctyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene(C8-BTBT)and indium gallium arsenide(InGaAs)nanowires(NWs)hybrid heterojunction thin film as the active layer.Under illumination,the Type-I C8-BTBT/InGaAs NWs heterojunction would make the dissociated photogenerated excitons more difficult to recombine.The persistent photoconductivity caused by charge trapping can then be used to mimic photosynaptic behaviors,including excitatory postsynaptic current,long/short-term memory and Pavlovian learning.Furthermore,a high classification accuracy of 89.72%can be achieved through the single-layer-perceptron hardware-based neural network built from C8-BTBT/InGaAs NWs synaptic transistors.Thus,this work could provide new insights into the fabrication of high-performance optoelectronic synaptic devices.Yiling Nie Pengshan Xie Xu Chen Chenxing Jin Wanrong Liu Xiaofang Shi Yunchao Xu Yongyi Peng Johnny C.Ho Jia Sun Junliang Yang 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,11:1
2New developments of HIF injector显示文摘The ultra-high intensity heavy-ion beam is highly pursued for heavy-ion researches and applications.However,it is limited by heavy-ion production of ion source and space-charge-effect in the low energy region.The Heavy-ion Inertial Fusion(HIF)facilities were proposed in 1970s.The HIF injectors have large cavity number and long total length,e.g.,there are 27 injectors in HIDIF and HIBLIC is 30 km in length,and the corresponding HIF facilities are too large and too expensive to be constructed.Recently,ion acceleration technologies have been developing rapidly,especially in the low energy region,where the acceleration of high intensity heavy-ions is realized.Meanwhile,super-conducting(SC)acceleration matures and increases the acceleration gradient in medium and high energy regions.The length of HIF injectors can be shortened to a buildable length of 2.5 km.This paper will present a review of a renewed HIF injector,which adopts multi-beam linac-based cavities.Liang Lu Wei Ma Chenxing Li Tao He Lei Yang Liepeng Sun Xianbo Xu Wenbing Wang Longbo Shi 2018Matter and Radiation at Extremes2018,3,1:1

4Fungal diversity rather than bacterial diversity drives the ecosystem multifunctionality of vineyards in a semi-arid region显示文摘The presence of multiple ecosystem functions and services(i.e.,ecosystem multifunctionality)has been proven to be maintained by biodiversity in natural terrestrial ecosystems.However,the mechanisms by which microbial diversity drives ecosystem functions in vineyards and the effects of ecosystem functions on wine quality remain unknown.Here,fifteen vineyards from five wine sub-regions(Shizuishan,Yinchuan,Yuquanying,Qingtongxia,and Hongsipu)in Ningxia were selected to assess the microbial community structure,ecosystem multifunctionality,and wine quality.Overall,each index differed among the vineyards from these five wine sub-regions in Ningxia.High-throughput sequencing revealed that bacterial and fungal communities varied among these vineyards.Bacterial communities were dominated by Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,and Acidobacteria.Ascomycota was the dominant fungal phylum,followed by Basidiomycota and Mortierellomycota.In addition,fungal Shannon diversity rather than bacterial Shannon diversity showed a positive relationship with ecosystem multifunctionality.Correlation analysis revealed that ecosystem multifunctionality was positively correlated with wine acidity and negatively correlated with pH value and residual sugar content of wine.Soil chemical functions exhibited relationships with wine quality being similar to those of ecosystem multifunctionality;i.e.,positively related to wine acidity but negatively related to wine pH and residual sugar content.However,soil physical functions were negatively correlated with the alcohol and anthocyanin content of wine.The research results show that the ecosystem functions maintained by fungal diversity could be attributed to wine quality of vineyards.Bingbing Duan Yizhao Ren Leqi Zhang Chenxing Suzhou Guoqiao Chen Ping Cui Yusong Zhangyang Wei Liu Hasmik Merkeryan Xu Liu 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,6:0

66-6 Structure Design and Fabrication of CMIF RFQ显示文摘A project aimed to construct an accelerator-based neutron source named CMIF (China Materials Irradiation Facility) has been carried out in IMP. In this facility, a RFQ is needed to accelerate the deuteron beam from 20 keV/u to 1.5 MeV/u at least. The resonator, of four vanes kind, has been designed taking advantage of the experiences in CI-ADS Injector II project. 8Toward an accurate method renaming approach via structural and lexical analyses显示文摘Methods in programs must be accurately named to facilitate source code analysis and comprehension.With the evolution of software,method names may be inconsistent with their implemented method bodies,leading to inaccurate or buggy method names.Debugging method names remains an important topic in the literature.Although researchers have proposed several approaches to suggest accurate method names once the method bodies have been modified,two main drawbacks remain to be solved:there is no analysis of method name structure,and the programming context information is not captured efficiently.To resolve these drawbacks and suggest more accurate method names,we propose a novel automated approach based on the analysis of the method name structure and lexical analysis with the programming context information.Our approach first leverages deep feature representation to embed method names and method bodies in vectors.Then,it obtains useful verb-tokens from a large method corpus through structural analysis and noun-tokens from method bodies through lexical analysis.Finally,our approach dynamically combines these tokens to form and recommend high-quality and project-specific method names.Experimental results over 2111 Java testing methods show that the proposed approach can achieve a Hit Ratio,or Hit@5,of 33.62%and outperform the state-of-the-art approach by 14.12%in suggesting accurate method names.We also demonstrate the effectiveness of structural and lexical analyses in our approach.Junpeng LUO Jingxuan ZHANG Zhiqiu HUANG Yong XU Chenxing SUN 2022Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2022,23,5:0
9Cancer Therapy by Targeting Thioredoxin Reductase Based on Selenium-Containing Dynamic Covalent Bond显示文摘Thioredoxin Reductase(TrxR)plays a pivotal role in defending cells against reactive oxygen species(ROS)and maintaining a reduced intracellular environment.It has been discovered that TrxR is elevated significantly in human cancer,evidenced by its association with the promotion of tumor cell proliferation,inhibiting tumor cell apoptosis,as well as enhancing tumor drug resistance.Hence,finding highly selective inhibitors of TrxR is urgently needed.Herein,we developed a selenium-containing small molecule(EbD),which had two Se–N bonds.Under reduction conditions,the two Se–N bonds reacted with Se–H bond and S–H bond in TrxR to form new Se–Se bond and Se–S bonds,respectively.Subsequently,the newly formed bonds were able to disrupt the thioredoxin(Trx)reduction catalytic cycle,and thus,inhibited the TrxR activity irreversibly,which resulted in the collapse of the antioxidant system.As a consequence,ROS levels elevated that triggered cancer cell apoptosis.This strategy,based on selenium-containing dynamic covalent bonds,provides a new avenue for cancer therapy via targeting TrxR.Shuojiong Pan Jichun Yang Shaobo Ji Tianyu Li Shiqian Gao Chenxing Sun Huaping Xu 2020CCS Chemistry2020,2,3:0
10Operation of Off-grid Power Supply System Using IoT Monitoring Platform for Oil and Gas Pipeline Based on RESOC显示文摘An oil and gas pipeline monitoring platform uses internet of things(IoT)to ensure safe operation in remote and unattended areas,through automatic monitoring and systematic control on equipment such as the cut-off valves and cathodic protection systems.The continuity and stability of power supplies for various equipment of an oil and gas pipeline IoT monitoring platform is crucial.There is no single universal off-grid power supply method that is optimal for an oil and gas pipeline IoT monitoring platform in all different contexts.Therefore,it is necessary to select a suitable one according to the specific geographical location and meteorological conditions.This paper proposes an off-grid power supply system comprised of a reversible solid oxide fuel cell(RESOC),photovoltaic(PV)and battery.Minimum operating costs and the reliability of system operations under constraint conditions are the key determining objectives.A“PV+battery+RESOC”system operational optimization model is established.Based on the model,three types of off-grid power supply schemes are proposed,and three geographical locations with different meteorological conditions are selected as practical application scenarios.The Matlab Cplex solver is used to solve the different power supply modes of the three regions.And finally,the power supply scheme with the best reliability and economy under different geographical environments and meteorological conditions is obtained.Chenxing Xu Jian Wu Hailin Feng Andreas Ibrom Qing Zeng Jianfeng Zhang Na Li Qiang Hu 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,1:0
116-6 Design of RF System for CIADS Injector II RFQ显示文摘A new RF system for a proton linear accelerator named as C-ADS at Institute of Modern Physics (IMP) hasbeen designed and developed to match its related RFQ cavity, which is a quadrilateral four-vane resonator withtwo separate coupling ports and 80 tuners. Its RF system design including mainly all simulation for coupler andtwo-port configuration have also calculated and analysed to be operated in continuous wave (CW) mode with 120kW forward power resulted from the simulated shunt impedance of 45.62 kΩ and accelerating voltage of 65 kV forRFQ resonator, respectively. The design and measurements for the power source, transmission line, two identicalcouplers and power transmission system, even final two-port configuration were finished in the beginning of 2014.Some valuable experiences were accumulated in the original power conditioning and beam experiments on a previousprototype RFQ, which has 560 keV output energy and one-meter size operated by the end of 2013[1]. 14Flexible multiterminal photoelectronic neurotransistors based on self‐assembled rubber semiconductors for spatiotemporal information processing显示文摘A significant step toward constructing high‐efficiency neuromorphic systems is the electronic emulation of advanced synaptic functions of the human brain.While previous studies have focused on mimicking the basic functions of synapses using single‐gate transistors,multigate transistors offer an opportunity to simulate more complex and advanced memory‐forming behaviors in biological synapses.In this study,a simple and general method is used to assemble rubber semiconductors into suspended two‐phase composite films that are transferred to the surface of the ion‐conducting membrane to fabricate flexible multiterminal photoelectronic neurotransistors.The suspended ion conductive film is used as the gate dielectrics and supporting substrate.The prepared devices exhibit excellent electrical stability and mechanical flexibility after being bent.Basic photoelectronic synaptic behavior and pulse‐dependent plasticity are emulated.Furthermore,the device realizes the spatiotemporally integrated electrical and optical stimuli to mimic spatiotemporal information processing.This study provides a promising direction for constructing more complex spiking neural networks and more powerful neuromorphic systems with brain‐like dynamic spatiotemporal processing functions.Yunchao Xu Gengming Zhang Wanrong Liu Chenxing Jin Yiling Nie Jia Sun Junliang Yang 2023SmartMat2023,4,2:0

17Selenium-Sulfur-Doped Carbon Dots with Thioredoxin Reductase Activity显示文摘Thioredoxin reductase(TrxR)is an essential enzyme for regulating the redox balance in cells,promoting cell proliferation,and inhibiting cellular apoptosis.The biochemical pathway of TrxR metabolism involves a series of selenium-sulfur(Se-S)dynamic chemistry.Theoretically,nanomaterials with Se-S dynamic bonds could exhibit TrxRmimetic activities to tune TrxR activity,affecting cellular activities.Herein,we report the fabrication of Se-S-doped carbon dots(Se-S-CDs),synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method.The Se-S-CDs exhibited good stability and solubility in an aqueous solution,with a quantum yield of 13.27%.The doping of Se-S bonds endowed the Se-S-CDs with great capability of enhancing the TrxR activity,and consequently,a remarkable promotion of cell viability.The significance of Se-S bonds,as well as CDs’role as matrices,are discussed.Moreover,the Se-S-CDs could also revive the cells from the damage induced by oxidative stress.The abovementioned properties demonstrated the potential of the Se-S-CDs for cells and tissues culturing,solving the poor cell viability issue,which is desperately needed for organ transplantation and revitalization of prematurely aging cells,especially those exposed to oxidative stress.Luo Zhang Chenxing Sun Yizheng Tan Huaping Xu 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,7:0
