Identification of a novel coronavirus causing severe pneumonia in human:a descriptive study显示文摘Background:Human infections with zoonotic coronaviruses(CoVs),including severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)-CoV and Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS)-CoV,have raised great public health concern globally. Here,we report a novel batorigin CoV causing severe and fatal pneumonia in humans. Methods:We collected clinical data and bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)specimens from five patients with severe pneumonia from Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital,Hubei province,China.Nucleic acids of the BAL were extracted and subjected to next-generation sequencing.Virus isolation was carried out,and maximum-likelihood phylogenetic trees were constructed. Results:Five patients hospitalized from December 18 to December 29,2019 presented with fever, cough, and dyspnea accompanied by complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Chest radiography revealed diffuse opacities and consolidation. One of these patients died.Sequence results revealed the presence of a previously unknownβ-CoV strain in all five patients, with 99.8%to 99.9%nucleotide identities among the isolates. These isolates showed 79.0%nucleotide identity with the sequence of SARS-CoV(GenBank NC_004718)and 51.8%identity with the sequence of MERS-CoV(GenBank NC_019843).The virus is phylogenetically closest to a bat SARS-like CoV(SL-ZC45,GenBank MG772933)with 87.6%to 87.7%nucleotide identity, but is in a separate clade. Moreover, these viruses have a single intact open reading frame gene 8,as a further indicator of bat-origin CoVs.However, the amino acid sequence of the tentative receptor-binding domain resembles that of SARS-CoV,indicating that these viruses might use the same receptor. Conclusion:A novel bat-borne CoV was identified that is associated with severe and fatal respiratory disease in humans. | Li-Li Ren Ye-Ming Wang Zhi-Qiang Wu Zi-Chun Xiang Li Guo Teng Xu Yong-Zhong Jiang Yan Xiong Yong-Jun Li Xing-Wang Li Hui Li Guo-Hui Fan Xiao-Ying Gu Yan Xiao Hong Gao Jiu-Yang Xu Fan Yang Xin-Ming Wang Chao Wu Lan Chen Yi-Wei Liu Bo Liu Jian Yang Xiao-Rui Wang Jie Dong Li Li Chao-Lin Huang Jian-Ping Zhao Yi Hu Zhen-Shun Cheng Un-Lin Liu Zhao-Hui Qian Chuan Qin Qi Jin Bin Cao Jian-Wei Wang | 2020 | Chinese Medical Journal2020,,9: | 99
Influence of ginsenoside Rg1, a panaxatriol saponin from Panax notoginseng, on renal fibrosis in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction显示文摘Total saponins of Panax notoginseng (PNS) have been shown to ameliorate renal interstitial fibrosis. Ginsenoside Rg1, a panaxatriol saponin, is one of the major active molecules from PNS. The present study was undertaken to investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on renal fibrosis in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO). The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham-operation (n=15), UUO (n=15) and UUO with ginsenoside Rg1 treatment (n=15, 50 mg per kg body weight, intraperito- neally (i.p.) injected). The rats were sacrificed on Days 7 and 14 after the surgery. Histological examination demonstrated that ginsenoside Rg1 significantly inhibited interstitial fibrosis including tubular injury as well as collagen deposition. α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and E-cadherin are two markers of tubular epithelial-myofibroblast transition (TEMT). Interestingly, ginsenoside Rg1 notably decreased α-SMA expression and simultaneously enhanced E-cadherin expression. The messenger RNA (mRNA) of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), a key mediator to regulate TEMT, in the obstructed kidney increased dra- matically, but was found to decrease significantly after administration of ginsenoside Rg1. Further study showed that ginsenoside Rg1 considerably decreased the levels of both active TGF-β1 and phosphorylated Smad2 (pSmad2). Moreover, ginsenoside Rg1 substantially suppressed the expression of thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1), a cytokine which can promote the transcription of TGF-β1 mRNA and the activation of latent TGF-β1. These results suggest that ginsenoside Rg1 inhibits renal interstitial fibrosis in rats with UUO. The mechanism might be partly related to the blocking of TEMT via suppressing the expression of TSP-1. | Xi-sheng XIE Man YANG Heng-cuang LIU Chuan ZUO Zi LI Yao DENG Jun-ming FAN | 2008 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2008,9,11: | 34
Astragalus mongholicus ameliorates renal fibrosis by modulating HGF and TGF-β in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction显示文摘Astragalus mongholicus(AM) derived from the dry root of Astragalus membranaceus Bge.var.mongolicus(Bge.) Hsiao is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine. The present study investigated the potential role of AM on renal fibrosis on a rat model of unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO).We divided 48 Sprague-Dawley rats randomly into 4 groups:sham-operated group(Sham),untreated UUO group,AM-treated(10 g/(kg·d)) UUO group, and losartan-treated(20 mg/(kg·d)) UUO group as positive control.Haematoxylin & eosin(HE) and Masson staining were used to study the dynamic histological changes of the kidneys 7 and 14 d after operation. The expressions of fibronectin(FN),type I collagen(colI),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),and α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA) were analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR),immunohistochemistry staining, and Western blot. Results show that, similar to losartan,AM alleviated the renal damage and decreased the deposition of FN and colI from UUO by reducing the expressions of TGF-β1 and α-SMA(P<0.05),whereas HGF increased greatly with AM treatment(P<0.05).Our findings reveal that AM could retard the progression of renal fibrosis. The renoprotective effect of AM might be related to inhibition of myofibroblast activation, inducing of HGF and reducing of TGF-β1 expression. | Chuan ZUO Xi-sheng XIE Hong-yu QIU Yao DENG Da ZHU Jun-ming FAN | 2009 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2009,10,5: | 15

Chinese herbal medicine reduces mortality in patients with severe and critical coronavirus disease 2019: a retrospective cohort study显示文摘This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)in patients with severe/critical coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).In this retrospective study, data were collected from 662 patients with severe/critical COVID-19 who were admitted to a designated hospital to treat patients with severe COVID-19 in Wuhan before March 20,2020.All patients were divided into an exposed group(CHM users)and a control group(non-users).After propensity score matching in a 1:1 ratio,156 CHM users were matched by propensity score to 156 non-users.No significant differences in seven baseline clinical variables were found between the two groups of patients.All-cause mortality was reported in 13 CHM users who died and 36 non-users who died. After multivariate adjustment, the mortality risk of CHM users was reduced by 82.2%(odds ratio 0.178,95%CI 0.076–0.418;P<0.001)compared with the non-users.Secondly,age(odds ratio 1.053,95%CI 1.023–1.084;P<0.001)and the proportion of severe/critical patients(odds ratio 0.063,95%CI 0.028–0.143;P<0.001)were the risk factors of mortality. These results show that the use of CHM may reduce the mortality of patients with severe/critical COVID-19. | Guohua Chen Wen Su Jiayao Yang Dan Luo Ping Xia Wen Jia Xiuyang Li Chuan Wang Suping Lang Qingbin Meng Ying Zhang Yuhe Ke An Fan Shuo Yang Yujiao Zheng Xuepeng Fan Jie Qiao Fengmei Lian Li Wei Xiaolin Tong | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,6: | 10
Review on cellular automata simulations of microstructure evolution during metal forming process: Grain coarsening, recrystallization and phase transformation显示文摘Cellular automata (CA) algorithm has become an effective tool to simulate microstructure evolution. This paper presents a review on CA modeling of microstructural evolution, such as grain coarsening, recrystallization and phase transformation during metal forming process which significantly affects mechanical properties of final products. CA modeling of grain boundary motion is illustrated and several aspects of recrystallization are described, e.g. nucleation and growth, the development of static and dynamic recrystallization. For phase transformation, attention is paid to such key factors as solute element diffusion and change of systemic chemical free energy. In view of the reviewed works, several open questions in the field of further development of CA simulation are put forward and recommendations to them are given. | YANG He WU Chuan LI HongWei FAN XiaoGuang | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,8: | 6

Static coarsening of titanium alloys in single field by cellular automaton model considering solute drag and anisotropic mobility of grain boundaries显示文摘Static coarsening is an important physical phenomenon that influences microstructural evolution and mechanical properties. How to simulate this process effectively has become an important topic which needs to be dealt with. In this paper, a new cellular automaton (CA) model, which considers the effect of solute drag and anisotropic mobility of grain boundaries, was developed to simulate static grain coarsening of titanium alloys in the beta-phase field. To describe the effect of the drag caused by different solute atoms on coarsening, their diffusion velocities in beta titanium were estimated relative to that of titanium atoms (Ti). A formula was proposed to quantitatively describe the relationship of the diffusion velocity of Ti to that of solute atoms; factors influencing the diffusion velocity such as solute atom radius, mass, and lattice type were considered. The anisotropic mobility of grain boundaries was represented by the parameter c0, which was set to 1 for a fully anisotropic effect. These equations were then implemented into the CA scheme to model the static coarsening of titanium alloys Ti-6Al-4V, Ti17 (Ti-5Al-4Mo-4Cr-2Sn-2Zr, wt%), TG6 (Ti-5.8Al-4.0Sn-4.0Zr-0.7Nb-1.5Ta-0.4Si-0.06C, wt%) and TA15 (Ti-6Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V, wt%) in the beta field. The predicted results, including coarsening kinetics and microstructural evolution, were in good agreement with experimental results. Finally, the effects of time, temperature, and chemical composition on grain coarsening and the limitations of the model were discussed. | WU Chuan YANG He LI HongWei FAN XiaoGuang | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,13: | 5
Influence of sperm morphology on pregnancy outcome and offspring in in vitro fertilization and intracytoplasmic sperm injection:a matched case-control study显示文摘Sperm morphology was once believed as one of the most predictive indicators of pregnancy outcome in assisted reproductive technology(ART).However, the impact of teratozoospermia on in vitro fertilization(IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)outcomes and its offspring remains inconclusive. In order to evaluate the influence of teratozoospermia on pregnancy outcome and newborn status after IVF and ICSI,a retrospective study was conducted. This was a matched case-control study that included 2202 IVF cycles and 2574 ICSI cycles and was conducted at the Reproductive and Genetic Hospital of CITIC-Xiangya in Changsha,China, from June 2013 to June 2018.Patients were divided into two groups based on sperm morphology:teratozoospermia and normal sperm group. The pregnancy outcome and newborn outcome were analyzed. The results indicated that couples with teratozoospermia had a significantly lower optimal embryo rate compared to those with normal sperm morphology in IVF(P=0.007),while there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of the fertilization rate, cleavage rate, implantation rate, and pregnancy rate(all P>0.05).Additionally,teratozoospermia was associated with lower infant birth weight in multiple births after IVF.With regard to ICSI,there was no significant difference in both pregnancy outcome and newborn outcome between the teratozoospermia and normal groups(both P>0.05).Furthermore,no increase in the risk of birth defects occurred in the teratozoospermia group after IVF/ICSI.Consequently,we believe that teratozoospermia has limited predictive value for pregnancy outcomes in IVF/ICSI,and has little impact on the resulting offspring if multiple pregnancy is avoided. | Wen-Jun Zhou Chuan Huang Su-Hua Jiang Xi-Ren Ji Fei Gong Li-Qing Fan Wen-Bing Zhu | 2021 | Asian Journal of Andrology2021,23,4: | 4
Microbial community functional structure in response to micro-aerobic conditions in sulfate-reducing sulfur-producing bioreactor显示文摘Limited oxygen supply to anaerobic wastewater treatment systems had been demonstrated as an effective strategy to improve elemental sulfur(S0) recovery, coupling sulfate reduction and sulfide oxidation. However, little is known about the impact of dissolved oxygen(DO) on the microbial functional structures in these systems. We used a high throughput tool(GeoChip) to evaluate the microbial community structures in a biological desulfurization reactor under micro-aerobic conditions(DO: 0.02–0.33 mg/L). The results indicated that the microbial community functional compositions and structures were dramatically altered with elevated DO levels. The abundances of dsrA/B genes involved in sulfate reduction processes significantly decreased(p < 0.05, LSD test) at relatively high DO concentration(DO: 0.33 mg/L). The abundances of sox and fccA/B genes involved in sulfur/sulfide oxidation processes significantly increased(p < 0.05, LSD test) in low DO concentration conditions(DO: 0.09 mg/L) and then gradually decreased with continuously elevated DO levels. Their abundances coincided with the change of sulfate removal efficiencies and elemental sulfur(S0) conversion efficiencies in the bioreactor. In addition, the abundance of carbon degradation genes increased with the raising of DO levels, showing that the heterotrophic microorganisms(e.g., fermentative microorganisms) were thriving under micro-aerobic condition. This study provides new insights into the impacts of micro-aerobic conditions on the microbial functional structure of sulfatereducing sulfur-producing bioreactors, and revealed the potential linkage between functional microbial communities and reactor performance. | Hao Yu Chuan Chen Jincai Ma Xijun Xu Ronggui Fan Aijie Wang | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,5: | 4
Aboveground biomass and its spatial distribution pattern of herbaceous marsh vegetation in China显示文摘Herbaceous marsh is the most widely distributed type of marsh wetland ecosystem, and has important ecological functions such as water conservation, climate regulation, carbon storage and fixation, and sheltering rare species. The carbon sequestration function of herbaceous marsh plays a key role in slowing climate warming and maintaining regional environmental stability.Vegetation biomass is an important index reflecting the carbon sequestration capacity of wetlands.Investigating the biomass of marsh vegetation can provide a scientific basis for estimating the carbon storage and carbon sequestration capacity of marshes.Based on field survey data of aboveground biomass of herbaceous marsh vegetation and the distribution data set of marsh in China,we analyzed the aboveground biomass and its spatial distribution pattern of herbaceous marsh on a national scale for the first time. The results showed that in China the total area of herbaceous marsh was 9.7×10^(4) km^(2),the average density of aboveground biomass of herbaceous marsh vegetation was 227.5±23.0 g C m-2(95%confidence interval, the same below),and the total aboveground biomass was 22.2±2.2 Tg C(1 Tg=1012 g).The aboveground biomass density of herbaceous marsh vegetation is generally low in Northeast China and the Tibetan Plateau, and high in central North China and coastal regions in China. In different marsh distribution regions of China, the average biomass density of herbaceous marsh vegetation from small to large was as follows:temperate humid and semi-humid marsh region(182.3±49.3 g C m^(-2)) | Xiangjin SHEN Ming JIANG Xianguo LU Xingtu LIU Bo LIU Jiaqi ZHANG Xianwei WANG Shouzheng TONG Guangchun LEI Shengzhong WANG Chuan TONG Hangqing FAN Kun TIAN Xiaolong WANG Yuanman HU Yonghong XIE Muyuan MA Shuwen ZHANG Chunxiang CAO Zhichen WANG | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,7: | 4
Wave Power Focusing due to the Bragg Resonance显示文摘Wave energy has drawn much attention as an achievable way to exploit the renewable energy. At present, in order to enhance the wave energy extraction, most efforts have been concentrated on optimizing the wave energy convertor and the power take-off system mechanically and electrically. However, focusing the wave power in specific wave field could also be an alternative to improve the wave energy extraction. In this experimental study, the Bragg resonance effect is applied to focus the wave energy. Because the Bragg resonance effect of the rippled bottom largely amplifies the wave reflection, leading to a significant increase of wave focusing. Achieved with an energy conversion system consisting of a point absorber and a permanent magnet single phase linear motor, the wave energy extracted in the wave flume with and without Bragg resonance effect was measured and compared quantitatively in experiment. It shows that energy extraction by a point absorber from a standing wave field resulted from Bragg resonance effect can be remarkably increased compared with that from a propagating wave field(without Bragg resonance effect). | TAO Ai-feng YAN Jin WANG Yi ZHENG Jin-hai FAN Jun QIN Chuan | 2017 | China Ocean Engineering2017,31,4: | 4
Concentrating partially entangledW-class states on nonlocal atoms using low-Q optical cavity and linear optical elements显示文摘Entanglement plays an important role in quantum information science, especially in quantum communications. Here we present an efficient entanglement concentration protocol(ECP) for nonlocal atom systems in the partially entangled W-class states, using the single-photon input-output process regarding low-Q cavity and linear optical elements. Compared with previously published ECPs for the concentration of non-maximally entangled atomic states, our protocol is much simpler and more efficient as it employs the Faraday rotation in cavity quantum electrodynamics(QED) and the parameter-splitting method. The Faraday rotation requires the cavity with low-Q factor and weak coupling to the atom, which makes the requirement for entanglement concentration much less stringent than the previous methods, and achievable with current cavity QED techniques. The parameter-splitting method resorts to linear-optical elements only. This ECP has high efficiency and fidelity in realistic experiments, and some imperfections during the experiment can be avoided efficiently with currently available techniques. | Cong Cao Xi Chen YuWen Duan Ling Fan Ru Zhang TieJunWang Chuan Wang | 2016 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2016,59,10: | 3

Exome sequencing reveals genetic architecture in patients with isolated or syndromic short stature显示文摘Short stature is among the most common endocrinological disease phenotypes of childhood and may occur as an isolated finding or in conjunction with other clinical manifestations.Although the diagnostic utility of clinical genetic testing in short stature has been implicated, the genetic architecture and the utility of genomic studies such as exome sequencing(ES)in a sizable cohort of patients with short stature have not been investigated systematically. In this study,we recruited 561 individuals with short stature from two centers in China during a 4-year period. We performed ES for all patients and available parents. All patients were retrospectively divided into two groups:an isolated short stature group(group I,n=257)and an apparently syndromic short stature group(group II,n=304).Causal variants were identified in 135 of 561(24.1%)patients.In group I,29 of 257(11.3%)of the patients were solved by variants in 24 genes. In group II,106 of 304(34.9%)patients were solved by variants in 57 genes.Genes involved in fundamental cellularprocess played an important role in the genetic architecture of syndromic short stature.Distinct genetic architectures and pathophysiological processes underlie isolated and syndromic short stature. | Xin Fan Sen Zhao Chenxi Yu Di Wu Zihui Yan Lijun Fan Yanning Song Yi Wang Chuan Li Yue Ming Baoheng Gui Yuchen Niu Xiaoxin Li Xinzhuang Yang Shiyu Luo Qiang Zhang Xiuli Zhao Hui Pan Mei Li Weibo Xia Guixing Qiu Pengfei Liu Shuyang Zhang Jianguo Zhang Zhihong Wu James R.Lupski Jennifer E.Posey Shaoke Chen Chunxiu Gong Nan Wu | 2021 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,5: | 2
Prevalence and Associated Factors of Diabetes Mellitus in a Very Elderly Chinese Population: A Cross-sectional Study显示文摘Objectives This paper aimed to investigate the prevalence of diabetes mellitus(DM)and explore the associated risk factors in a very elderly southwest Chinese population. Methods From September 2015 to June 2016,a cross-sectional survey was conducted to obtain a representative sample of 1,326 participants over 80 years old living in Chengdu. The presence of DM was based on fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-h plasma glucose(2-h PG)levels during an oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).A logistic regression model was used to calculate the odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of the potential associated factors. Results The participants’mean age was 83.5±3.1 years. The overall prevalence of DM was 27.4%.The prevalence was higher in males(30.2%)than females(24.7%)(P=0.02).The prevalence of DM increased with body mass index(BMI)and decreased with aging. The multivariate analysis suggested that male sex(OR=1.433;95%CI,1.116–1.843),hypertension(OR=1.439;95%CI,1.079–1.936),overweight or obesity(OR=1.371;95%CI,1.023–1.834),high heart rate(≥75 beats/min;OR=1.362;95%CI,1.063–1.746),and abdominal obesity(OR=1.615;95%CI,1.216–2.149)were all significantly positively correlated with DM.However, age was negatively correlated with DM(OR=0.952;95%CI,0.916–0.989).Conclusions The prevalence of DM and newly diagnosed DM in a very elderly southwest Chinese population was high.OGTT screening should be performed regularly in people aged≥80 years to ensure timely diagnosis of DM. | LIANG Bin TANG Wei Wei ZHANG Wen Qiang HUANG Chuan LIU Ya XU Fan LIU Xin YUAN Ning LIU Jian Xiong YI Yan Jing XU Rong Hua HU Dan HUANG Xiao Bo CAO Xin | 2020 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2020,33,5: | 2
Phylogenetic Analysis of the Dengue Virus Strains Causing the 2019 Dengue Fever Outbreak in Hainan,China显示文摘Dengue virus is an arthropod-borne pathogen that is transmitted to humans primarily by Aedes spp.mosquitos, causing the acute infectious disease, dengue fever(DF).Until 2019,no dengue outbreak had been reported in Hainan Province for over 20 years. However,in early September of 2019,an increasing number of infected cases appeared and the DF outbreak lasted for over one month in Haikou City,Hainan Province. In our study,we collected 97 plasma samples from DF patients at three hospitals,as well as 1585 mosquito larvae samples from puddles in different areas of Haikou. There were 49(50.5%)plasma samples found to be strongly positive and 9(9.3%)plasma samples were weakly positive against the NS1 antigen. We discovered DENV both in the patient's plasma samples and mosquito larvae samples, and isolated the virus from C6/36 cells inoculated with the acute phase serum of patients.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the new strains were the most closely related to the epidemic strain in the southern regions of China, belonging to lineageⅣ,genotypeⅠ,DENV-1.Compared to the seven closest strains from neighboring countries and provinces,a total of 18 amino acid mutations occurred in the coding sequences(CDS)of the new isolated strain,DENV1 HMU-HKU-2.Our data shows that dengue virus is re-emerged in Hainan, and pose new threats for public health. Thus regular molecular epidemiological surveillance is necessary for control and prevention of DENV transmission. | Jiang Du Liyuan Zhang Xiaoyuan Hu Ruoyan Peng Gaoyu Wang Yi Huang Wenqi Wang Kunliang Wu Qiang Wang Haoxiang Su Fan Yang Yun Zhang Chuanning Tang Xiuji Cui Lina Niu Gang Lu Meifang Xiao Yongguo Du Feifei Yin | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,4: | 2
Microwave triggered multifunctional nanoplatform for targeted photothermal-chemotherapy in castration-resistant prostate cancer显示文摘Lacking a precise targeting strategy,castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC)is still hard to be treat effectively.Exploring treatment options that can accurately target CPRC is an important issue with urgent need.In this study,a novel nanotechnologybased strategy had been developed for the precise target treatment of CRPC.By combining microwaves and photothermal therapy(PTT),this nanoplatform,cmHSP70-PL-AuNC-DOX,targets tumor tissues with outstanding precision and achieves better anti-tumor activity by simultaneously eliciting photothermal and chemotherapeutic effects. From nanotechnology,cmHSP70-modified and thermo-sensitive liposome-coated AuNC-DOX were prepared and used for CRPC-targeted photothermal ablation and chemotherapy.Doxorubicin(DOX)was selected as the chemotherapeutic agent for cytotoxicity. In terms of the curative scheme, prostate tissues were firstly pre-treated with microwaves to induce the expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)and its migration to the cell membrane, which was then targeted by HSP70 antibody(cmHSP70)coated on the nanoparticles to achieve accurate drug delivery. The nanoplatform then achieved precise ablation and controlled release of DOX under external near-infrared(NIR)irradiation.Through the implementation, the targeting, cell killing, and safety of this therapeutical strategy had been verified in vivo and in vitro. This work establishes an accurate,controllable,efficient,non-invasive,and safe treatment platform for targeting CRPC,provides a rational design for CRPC’s PTT,and offers new prospects for nanomedicines with great precision. | Pengyuan Liu Yajun Wu Xiaogang Xu Xudong Fan Chuan Sun Xiaojie Chen Jindan Xia Shiting Bai Li Qu Huasong Lu Jing Wu Jun Chen Ji-Gang Piao Zhibing Wu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 2
A Mitochondria-Specific Orange/Near-Infrared-Emissive Fluorescent Probe for Dual-Imaging of Viscosity and H_(2)0_(2) in Inflammation and Tumor Models显示文摘Elucidating the intrinsic relationship between viscosity/H_(2)0_(2) and mitochondria-associated diseases remains a great challenge owing to the lack of research on multiple diseases models, such as inflammation and malignant tumor models. In this work,we have developed a mitochondria-specific orange/near-infrared-emissive fluorescent probe TTPB,for dual-imaging of viscosity and H_(2)0_(2) levels in two different channels. The probe exhibited a remarkable response to viscosity with NIR emission round 666 nm,and was highly sensitive to H_(2)0_(2) in orange channel with emission peak at 586 nm.Moreover,TTPB has good mitochondria-specific ability and permits individual detecting of viscosity in NIR channels and H_(2)0_(2) levels in orange channel in living cells.More notably,TTPB was successfully applied to simultaneously image the viscosity and H_(2)0_(2) levels in inflammation and cancer models. | Li Fan Qi Zan Xiaodong Wang Shuohang Wang Yuewei Zhang Wenjuan Dong Shaomin Shuang Chuan Dong | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,5: | 2
