| 2 | Resveratrol suppresses bone cancer pain in rats by attenuating inflammatory responses through the AMPK/Drp1 signaling显示文摘Bone cancer pain(BCP)is induced by primary bone cancer and secondary bone metastasis.During BCP pathogenesis,activated spinal astrocytes release proinflammatory cytokines,which participate in pain information transmission.In this study,we found that BCP rats showed disruption of trabecular bone structure,mechanical allodynia,and spinal inflammation.Moreover,reduced adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)activity,increased mitochondrial fission-associated protein Drp1 GTPase activity accompanied by the dysfunction of mitochondrial function,and abnormal BAX and Bcl-2 expression were found in the spinal cord of BCP rats.Notably,these alterations are reversed by resveratrol(Res)administration.Cell experiment results demonstrated that Res promotes mitochondrial function by activating AMPK,decreasing Drp1 activity,and inhibiting tumor necrosis factor-cα-induced mitochondrial membrane potential reduction.Taken together,these results indicate that Res suppresses BCP in rats by attenuation of the inflammatory responses through the AMPK/Drp1 signaling pathway. | Miaomiao Hao Qiong Tang Banghua Wang Yisheng Li Jieqiong Ding Mingyue Li Min Xie Haili Zhu | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3: | 8 |
| 3 | Effect of antitubercular treatment on the pregnancy outcomes and prognoses of patients with genital tuberculosis显示文摘This retrospective study aims to demonstrate the effect of antitubercular treatment (ATT) on the pregnancy outcomes and prognoses of patients with genital tuberculosis (GTB) who had received laparoscopy and/ or hysteroscopy. This study included 78 patients with infertility and who were diagnosed with GTB through laparoscopy and/or hysteroscopy over the period of November 2005 to October 2015? The recruited patients were divided into ATT and nonATT groups on the basis of ATT duration. The GTB recurrence rates, menstrual patterns, and pregnancy outcomes of the patients were determined at follow-up. Among the 78 patients, 46 received ATT and 32 did not receive ATT. The menstrual volumes of patients in the ATT group significantly decreased relative to those of patients in the nonATT group. GTB did not recur among all patients regardless of treatment. A total of 11 pregnancies (36.7%) in the ATT group and 19 pregnancies (63.3%) in the nonATT group were observed. Pregnancy rates significantly differed (P = 0.002) between the two groups.ATT may decrease the menstrual volume and pregnancy rates of patients who were diagnosed with GTB through laparoscopy and/or hysteroscopy. | 5 | Multi-shell nanocomposites based multienzyme mimetics for efficient intracellular antioxidation显示文摘Oxidative stress is associated with many acute and chronic inflammatory diseases.Development of nanomaterial-based enzyme mimetics for reactive oxygen species(ROS)scavenging is challenging,but holds great promise for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.Herein,we report the highly ordered manganese dioxide encapsulated selenium-melanin(Se@Me@MnO_(2))nanozyme with high efficiency for intracellular antioxidation and anti-inflammation.The Se@Me@MnO_(2)nanozyme is sequentially fabricated through the radical polymerization and the in-situ oxidation-reduction.In vitro experimental results demonstrated that the Se@Me@MnO_(2) nanozyme exhibits multiple enzyme activities to scavenge ROS,including catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GPx)and superoxide dismutase(SOD).Mechanism researches illustrated that the Se core possesses GPx-like catalytic activity,the Me and the MnO_(2) possess both the SOD-like and the CAT-like activities.What’s more,due to the stable unpaired electrons existing in the nanozyme,the Se,Me and MnO_(2) provide synergistic and fast electron transfer effect to achieve the quickly scavenging of hydrogen peroxide,hydroxyl radical,and superoxide anion.Further in vivo experimental results showed that this biocompatible nanozyme exhibits cytoprotective effects by resisting ROS-mediated damage,thereby alleviating the inflammation.This multienzyme mimetics is believed to be an excellent ROS scavenger and have a good potential in clinical therapy for ROS-related diseases. | Yongjian Ai Jinzhi You Jianyi Gao Jiaping Wang Hong-bin Sun Mingyu Ding Qionglin Liang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,8: | 3 |

Herein a novel microfluidic approach is developed to generate water-in-water (w/w) microdroplets embedded in hydrogel microfibers. Aqueous two phase system (ATPS) is applied to generate w/w droplets, and alginate is introduced to continuous phase to form microfibers, which offers spatial restriction and manipulation possibility to droplets. The size and pattern of aqueous droplets can be precisely controlled, and immobilization within hydrogel fiber facilitates easy manipulation and observation. | 9 | Combination of dynamic hollow fiber liquid-phase microextraction with HPLC analysis for the determination of UV filters in cosmetic products显示文摘A simple method based on hollow fiber liquid-phase microextraction (HF-LPME) followed by high performance liquid chro-matography (HPLC) analysis was successfully developed for the determination of UV filters in cosmetic products. A canular extractor was assembled by mounting a hollow fiber inside an external tube with a tee-connector. The organic solvent was immobilized into the fiber to form a liquid membrane as the acceptor phase. The sample was continuously injected into the extractor and the UV filters were extracted from the aqueous sample into organic acceptor phase. The main parameters affecting HF-LPME including extraction solvent, sample volume, sample flow rate, pH values and ionic strength were investigated. Toluene has been verified to be suitable as the acceptor phase. Under the optimized HF-LPME conditions, the enrichment factors of five UV filters varying from 24 to 57 were achieved. The limits of detection for the five UV filters were in the range of 1-100 μg L-1 .The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of HF-LPME and HPLC analysis were lower than 5.2%. | 10 | Plowing-Extrusion Processes and Performance of Functional Surface Structures of Copper Current Collectors for Lithium-Ion Batteries显示文摘Most copper current collectors for commercial lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)are smooth copper foils,which cannot form a stable and effective combination with electrode slurry.They are likely to deform or fall off after long-term operation,resulting in a sharp decline in battery performance.What is worse is that this condition inevitably causes internal short circuits and thus brings about security risks.In this study,a process route of fabricating the functional surface structures on the surface of a copper collector for LIBs by twice-crisscross micro-plowing(TCMP)is proposed,which provides a new idea and an efficient method to solve the above problems from the perspective of manufacturing.The finite element simulation of TCMP combined with the cutting force test and morphological characterization is conducted to verify the forming mechanism of the surface structures on a copper sheet and its relationship with the processing parameters.The influence of several key processing parameters on the surface characteristics of the copper sheet is comprehensively explored.A series of functions is tested to obtain the optimal parameters for performance improvement of the current collector.Results show that the structured copper sheet with the cutting distance of 250μm,cutting depth of 80μm,and cutting crossing angle of 90°enables the best surface features of the current collector;the contact angle reaches 0°,the slurry retention rate is up to 89.2%,and the friction coefficient reaches 0.074.The battery using the as-prepared structured copper sheet as the current collector produces a specific capacity of 318.6 mAh/g after 50 cycles at a current density of 0.2 C,which is 132.7%higher than the one based on a smooth surface.The capacity reversibility of the sample with the new current collector is much better than that of the traditional samples,yielding a lower impedance. | Chun Wang Wei Yuan Yu Chen Bote Zhao Yong Tang Shiwei Zhang Xinrui Ding Jun He Songmao Chen Baoyou Pan Mingyue Chen | 2022 | Nanomanufacturing and Metrology2022,5,4: | 2 |

When the model is changed due to the evolution of the specification, it is important to maintain the test suites up to date, such that it can be used for regression testing. A complete regeneration of the whole test suite from the new model,although inefficient, is still frequently used in practice. To address this problem effectively, we propose a test case reusability analysis technique to identify reusable test cases of the original test suite based on graph analysis,such that we can generate new test cases to cover only the change-related parts of the new model.
