1Investigation of tribological properties of composite C_(60)-LB films显示文摘Composite C60-LB films were fabricated by the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique, their micro- structures, micro- and macro-tribological properties were investigated using atomic force microscope/ friction force microscope (AFM/FFM). The results showed that in the confined C60-LB films there were two kinds of structures for the special C60 assembly: grain diameters of one kind were in the range of 150 -230 nm; the other was smaller than 20 nm. Mi- cro-tribological studies showed that topographical images of tiny C60 aggregates (<20 nm) were con- sistent with their frictional ones very well, namely, low friction occurred on tiny C60 aggregates compared with fatty chains LB monolayer, and ‘Micro-rolling effect’ was apparent; but for big large ones frictional forces were relatively high and ‘ratchet mechanism’ was seen apparently. Macro-tribological data proved large C60 aggregates had wear resistance and load-carrying capacities and anti-wear lives for com- posite C60-LB films were prolonged greatly with dis- persibility of C60 improved and its grain diameter re- duced. Tiny C60 aggregates were mainly the lubri- cating agents. 2Synthesis and characterization of BiFeO_3 nanotube arrays and Y-junction BiFeO_3 nanotubes显示文摘Multiferroic BiFeO3 (BFO) nanotube arrays (~100 nm in diameter and ~50 μm in length) were synthesized by the sol-gel method utilizing the anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane technique. The micro-structure and chemical components of the BFO nanotubes were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS). The BFO nanotubes exhibited polycrystalline microstructures. 3CuInSe_2 thin films obtained by pulse-plating electrodeposition technique with novel pulse wave显示文摘CuInSe2 films were electrodeposited onto indium tin oxide(ITO) substrate in constant current mode using bell-like wave modulated square wave in aqueous solution.The films obtained at different pulse frequencies were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectro scopy was used to study the optical properties of these films.The results showed that the chalcopyrite phase CuInSe2 films with a smooth surface and stoichiometric composition could be obtained at appropriate pulse frequency.The crystallinity of CuInSe2 films could be further improved after annealing treatment.Despite this,we also found that the films obtained using the pulse-plating electrodeposition technique had a faster deposition rate and better film adhesion ability than that using the traditional CIS electrodeposition technique,which is significant to the low-cost CIS thin film solar cell production.WANG XiaoLi WANG GuangJun TIAN BaoLi WAN ShaoMing DU ZuLiang 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,18:2
4Chemical modification and the photoluminescence stabilization of titanic acid nanotubes显示文摘Titanic acid nanotubes (H2Ti2O4(OH)2) were surface-modified with cetyl alcohol through dehydration reaction because of existence of Ti–OH. The modified nanotubes were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectrometry and pho-toluminescence (PL) spectra. The results indicate that the modified nanotubes can be easily dis-persed into organic solvent such as chloroform and toluene in contrast with the unmodified nanotubes, which makes it easier to be assembled by LB technique. Moreover, the Ti-O-CH2(CH2)14CH3 on the surface of the nanotubes can hinder the adsorption of water and consequently the photoluminescence property of the nanotubes can be stabilized. 5Raman scattering and photoluminescence of Fe-doped ZnO nanocantilever arrays显示文摘Single crystalline Fe-doped ZnO nanocantilever arrays have been synthesized by thermal evaporating amorphous Zn-Fe-C-O composite powder. The characterizations of composition, structure and phonon spectrum properties of the nanocantilevers have been performed. Arrays of uniform, perfectly aligned and single-crystal nanowires have been observed by electron microscopy. The results of the X-ray photo-electric spectra and the Raman spectrum provide the evidence that Fe is incorporated into the ZnO lattice at Zn site. 6Solvothermal synthesis of CdS nanorods and photovoltaic characteristics of CdS/PVK composite system显示文摘Large quantities of CdS nanorods are successfully synthesized through Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O reacting with Na2S·9H2O and EDA in aqueous solution. XRD result shows that the sample is of hexagonal structure. And TEM result shows that the morphologies of the resulting CdS are mainly in three-armed rod-like structure with a diameter of 10―15 nm and a length of 100 nm. The nanocomposites of CdS/PVK with different molar ratios are prepared by spin coating method on tin-doped indium oxide (ITO) substrate. A notable decrease of photoluminescence (PL) efficiency and a significant enhance-ment of surface photovoltage signal have been observed in CdS/PVK composites when the molar frac-tion of CdS increases. We interpret these results as the energy level matching between CdS and PVK in nanocomposites. This energy level matching facilitates fast interfacial charge transfer then increases the separation efficiency of electron-hole pairs and the carrier generation efficiency. 9Fabrication of metal oxide nanostructures based on Atomic Force Microscopy lithography显示文摘Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) mechanical lithography is a simple but significant method for nanofabrication. In this work, we used this method to construct nanos- tructures on Pt/Cu bilayer metal electrodes under ambient conditions in air. The influence of various scratch parameters, such as the applied force, scan velocity and circle times, on the lithography patterns was investigated. The Pt-Cu-CuxO-Cu-Pt nanostructure was constructed by choosing suitable scratch parameters and oxidation at room temperature. The properties of the scratched regions were also investigated by friction force microscopy and conductive AFM (C-AFM). The I-V curves show symmetric and linear properties, and Ohmic contacts were formed. 15Fabrication of gold nanoelectrodes based on nanolithography electrochemically through a conductive AFM tip显示文摘Gold nanoelectrodes were fabricated by ap- proach of combining surface self-assembly with nanolitho- graphy electrochemically through a conductive AFM tip. The controllable structure with width and distance in nanometer as a template was constructed by nanolithography patterning process, which was accomplished by a conductive AFM tip on certain highly ordered long-tail organosilane monolayers. Then through adsorption of Cd2+ and exposure of the Cd2+-loaded surface to gaseous H2S, CdS nanowires were generated in a template-controlled self-assembly process. 18A semi-infinite beam theoretical model on predicting rock slope subsidence induced by underground mining显示文摘When the mining goaf is close to the cliff,rock slope subsidence induced by underground mining is significantly affected by its boundary conditions.In this study,an analytical method is proposed by considering the key strata as a semi-infinite Euler-Bernoulli beam rested on a Winkler foundation with a local subsidence area.The analytical solutions of deflection are derived by analyzing the boundary and continuity conditions of the cliff.Then,the analytical solutions are verified by the results from experimental tests,FEM and InSAR,respectively.After that,the influence of changing parameters on deflections is studied with sensitivity analysis.The results show that the distance between goaf and cliff significantly affects the deflection of semi-infinite beam.The response of semi-infinite beam is obviously determined by the length of goaf and the bending stiffness of beam.The comparisons between semi-infinite beam and infinite beam illustrate the ascendancy of the improved model in such problems.LIU Xinrong WANG Nanyun ZHONG Zuliang DU Libing LIANG Erwei 2024Journal of Mountain Science2024,21,2:0
19Preparation of sodium titanate nanotubes modified by CdSe quantum dots and their photovoltaic characteristics显示文摘Sodium titanate nanotubes have been prepared and modified chemically with CdSe quantum dots (QDs) using bifunctional modifiers (HS-COOH). Their photovoltaic characteristics have also been studied. The results indicate that the surface photovoltage response of nanotubes extends to the visible light region, and the intensity of surface photovoltage is enhanced after modification with CdSe QDs. The field-induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy (FISPS) shows that sodium titanate nanotubes have different photovoltaic response before and after modification. That is, the surface photovoltaic re-sponse of pure sodium titanate nanotubes increases with the enhancement of positive applied bias and decreases with the enhancement of negative applied bias. Meanwhile, the surface photovoltaic re-sponse of CdSe modified sodium titanate nanotubes is different from that of the pure sodium titanate nanotubes. The whole spectrum increases with the enhancement of applied bias at the first stage. However, when the applied bias reaches a certain value, the surface photovoltage response keeps in-creasing in some spectrum regions, while decreasing in other spectrum regions. 20Highly luminescent ZnO and CdS nanostructures prepared by ionic liquid precursors显示文摘The ionic liquids containing Cd and Zn,which served as the metal-chalcogenides precursors,were synthesized and reacted with Na2S to synthesize the ionic-liquid-capped semiconductors. The products were detected by XRD and TEM. The results demonstrated that the CdS was composed of 5―6 nm monodispersed nanocrystals. At the same time,the ZnO composed of 1 μm hexagonal-disk nanostructure was prepared under the same experimental condition. The difference of the morphology and structures between Zn and Cd systems was discussed by thermodynamics and crystallography.
