3Fine mapping of the awn gene on chromosome 4 in rice by association and linkage analyses显示文摘Awnness is a key trait in rice domestication, yet no studies have been conducted on fine mapping or association mapping of the rice awn gene. In this study, we investigated the awnness and genotype of a core collection of 303 cultivated rice varieties and a BC5F2 segregating population of 200 individuals. Combining association and linkage analyses, we mapped the awnness related genes to chromosome 4. Primary association analysis using 24 SSR markers revealed five loci significantly associated with awnness on chromosome 4. The associated markers cover previously identified regions. Fine association mapping was conducted using another 29 markers within a 4-Mb region, covering the associated marker in34, which is close to the awn gene Awn4.1. Seven associated markers were revealed, distributed over an 870-kb region. Combining the fine association mapping and linkage analysis of awnness in the 200 BC5F2 segregating population, we finally identified a 330-kb region as the candidate region for Awn4.1. 4Porous Nitrogen-doped Reduced Graphene Oxide Gels as Efficient Su-percapacitor Electrodes and Oxygen Reduction Reaction Electrocatalysts显示文摘Summary of main observation and conclusion Heteroatom-doped carbon materials have been widely used in energy storage and conversion such as supercapacitors and electrocatalysts.In this work,L-asparagine(Asn),an amino acid derivative,has been used as a doping agent to prepare nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide gels(N-GAs).The 3D interconnected structure gives rise to the superior electrochemical properties for supercapacitor and electrocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).The N-GA-4(the mass ratio of Asn to graphene oxide(GO)is 4:1 by hydrothermal method)electrode shows the capacitance of 291.6 F.g 1 at 0.5 Ag。Meanwhile,the assembled symmetric supercapacitor achieves a maximum energy density of 23.8 Wh.kg when the power density is 451.2 W-kg,and demonstrates an ultralong cycling life that the retention of capacitance is 99.3%after 80000 cycles.What's more,the annealed aerogel N-GA-4.900 exhibits an onset potential(Eonse)of 0.95 V,half wave potential(Eyz)of 0.84 V(vs.RHE)and the oxygen reduction current density of 5.5 mA.cm2 at 0.1 V with nearly four-electron transfer,which are superior to commercial Pt/C.This work offers a new insight into the synthesis and applications of N-GAS materials towards high performance in supercapacitors and ORR.Liu Yang Tao Wang Dongling Wu 2020Chinese Journal of Chemistry2020,38,10:3
5Spray-drying assisted layer-structured H_(2)TiO_(3) ion sieve synthesis and lithium adsorption performance显示文摘A spray-drying assisted solid-state method to prepare spherical layer-structured H_(2)TiO_(3) ion sieve(LSTIS)particles is reported herein.The effects of synthesis parameters(calcination temperature,calcination time,and the lithium-titanium molar ratio)on adsorption-desorption performance(the delithiation ratio,titanium dissolution loss,and the adsorption capacity)were investigated.The as-prepared LSTIS exhibited an equilibrium adsorption capacity of 30.08 mg·g^(-1)(average of 25.85 mg·g^(-1) over 5 cycles)and ultra-low titanium dissolution loss of less than 0.12%(average of 0.086%over 5 cycles).The LSTIS showed excellent selectivity toward Li^(+) in Na^(+),K^(+),Mg^(2+),and Ca^(2+) coexisting saline solutions where its adsorption capacity reached 27.45 mg·g^(-1) and the separation factors of Li^(+) over the coexisting cations exceeded 100.The data suggests that the LSTIS is promising to competitively enrich Li^(+) from saline solutions.Minxia Liu Dang Wu Dongling Qin Gang Yang 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,5:3
6Fracture identification and evaluation using conventional logs in tight sandstones:A case study in the Ordos Basin,China显示文摘Fractures are of great significance to tight oil and gas development.Fracture identification using conventional well logs is a feasible way to locate the underground fractures in tight sandstones.However,there are three problems affecting its interpretation accuracy and practical application,namely weak well log responses of fractures,a lack of specific logs for fracture prediction,and relative change omission in log responses.To overcome these problems and improve fracture identification accuracy,a fracture indicating parameter(FIP)method composed of a comprehensive index method(CIM)and a comprehensive fractal method(CFM)is introduced.The CIM tries to handle the first problem by amplifying log responses of fractures.The CFM addresses the third one using fractal dimensions.The flexible weight parameters corresponding to logs in the CIM and CFM make the interpretation possible for wells lacking specific logs.The reconstructed logs in the CIM and CFM try to solve the second problem.It is noted that the FIP method can calculate the probability of fracture development at a certain depth,but cannot show the fracture development degree of a new well compared with other wells.In this study,a formation fracture intensity(FFI)method is also introduced to further evaluate fracture development combined with production data.To test the validity of the FIP and FFI methods,fracture identification experiments are implemented in a tight reservoir in the Ordos Basin.The results are consistent with the data of rock core observation and production,indicating the proposed methods are effective for fracture identification and evaluation.Shaoqun Dong Lianbo Zeng Wenya Lyu Dongling Xia Guoping Liu Yue Wu Xiangyi Du 2020Energy Geoscience2020,1,3:2

8Earth-abundant coal-derived carbon nanotube/carbon composites as efficient bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for rechargeable zinc-air batteries显示文摘The exploration of active and robust electrocatalysts for both the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is the bottleneck to realize the commercialization of rechargeable metal-air batteries and regenerative fuel cells.Here we report facile synthesis of three-dimensional(3 D)carbon nanotube(CNT)/carbon composites using earth-abundant coal as the carbon source,hydrogen reductant and heteroatom dopant to grow CNTs.The prepared composite featuring 3 D structural merits and multiple active sites can efficiently catalyze both ORR and OER,affording high activity,fast kinetics,and long-term stability.With the additional incorporation of manganese,the developed catalyst afforded a potential difference of 0.80 V between ORR at the half wave potential and OER at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2).The optimized sample has presented excellent OER performance within a constructed solar-powered water splitting system with continuously generating oxygen bubbles at anode.Notably,it can be further used as a durable air-electrode catalyst in constructed Zn-air battery,delivering an initial discharge/charge voltage gap of 0.73 V,a remained voltaic efficiency of 61.2%after 160 cycles and capability to power LED light for at least 80 h.This study provides an efficient approach for converting traditional energy resource i.e.coal to value-added alternative oxygen electrocatalysts in renewable energy conversion systems.Zhenjie Lu Songdong Yao Yanzeng Dong Dongling Wu Haoran Pan Xinning Huang Tao Wang Zhenyu Sun Xingxing Chen 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5:1
9On the Effect of the Rotating Chamber Reverse Speed on the Mixing of SiC Ceramic Particles in a Dry Granulation Process显示文摘In order to control the accumulation of SiC ceramic particles on the wall of the rotating chamber in the frame of a dry granulation process,the effect of the wall reverse speed on the mixing process is investigated.In particular,an Euler-Euler two-phase flow model is used to analyze the dynamics of both SiC particles and air.The numerical results show that by setting a certain reverse rotating speed of the rotating chamber,the accumulation of SiC particles on the wall can be improved,i.e.,their direction of motion in proximity to the wall can be changed and particles can be forced to re-join the granulation process.Experimental tests conducted to verify the reliability of the numerical findings,demonstrate that when the reverse rotating speed of the rotating chamber is 4 r/min,the sphericity of SiC particles in the rotating chamber is the highest and the fluidity is the best possible one.Dongling Yu Zuoxiang Zhu Jiangen Zhou Dahai Liao Nanxing Wu 2021Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2021,17,2:1
10Biogenic silica concentration as a marine primary productivity proxy in the Holsteinsborg Dyb, West Greenland, during the last millennium显示文摘We analyzed the biogenic silica(BSi)content and produced a diatom-based summer sea-surface temperature(SST)reconstruction for sediment core GC4 from the Holsteinsborg Dyb,West Greenland.Our aim was to reconstruct marine productivity and climatic fluctuations during the last millennium.Increased BSi content and diatom abundance suggest relatively high marine productively during the interval of AD 1000–1400,corresponding in time to the Medieval Warm Period(MWP).The summer SST reconstruction indicates relatively warm conditions during AD 900–1100,followed by cooling after AD 1100.An extended cooling period during AD 1400–1900 is characterized by prolonged low in reconstructed SST and high sea-ice concentration.The BSi values fluctuated during this period,suggesting varying marine productivity during the Little Ice Age(LIA).There is no significant correlation between the BSi content and SST during the last millennium,suggesting that the summer SST has little influence on marine productively in the Holsteinsborg Dyb.A good correspondence between the BSi content and the element Ti counts in core GC4 suggests that silicate-rich meltwater from the Greenland ice sheet was likely responsible for changes in marine productively in the Holsteinsborg Dyb.Longbin Sha Dongling Li Yanguang Liu Bin Wu Yanni Wu Karen Luise Knudsen Zhongqiao Li Hao Xu 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,9:1
11Effect of geometric parameters at open turbine combined structure on flow field distribution of dry granulation for Si_(3)N_(4) powder显示文摘To improve the uniformity of the flow field and the poor axial velocity in the chamber of Si3N4 dry granulation, the influence of geometric parameters at open turbinecombined structure on the flow field distribution is studied. The Euler–Euler gas-solidtwo-phase flow model is established and the physical model of dry granulation chamberunder the combined structure is simplified. Under the same radial structure, the volumedistribution and velocity field of Si3N4 particles in the granulation chamber with a different number and angle of the axial structure at the open turbine are analyzed by theCFD method. The influence of the axial structure at the open turbine on the flow fielddistribution of Si3N4 particles under different geometric parameters is compared. 12A zincophilic molecular brush for a dendrite-free,corrosionresistant,zinc metal anode with a long life cycle显示文摘Zinc-based aqueous rechargeable batteries have attracted extensive attention due to their low cost,safety,and environmental friendliness.However,dendrite growth and hydrogen evolution of Zn anodes limit their large-scale application.A new strategy to produce a polyacrylamide/reduced graphene oxide(PAM@rGO)molecular nanobrush coating and control Zn electrolyte interface engineering is proposed for use in highly reversible Zn plating/stripping.Hydrogen evolution is inhibited,and Zn deposition is consolidated using the rich zincophilic functional groups of the branched polyacrylamide chain and the high conductivity of rGO.Due to the synergistic effects of corrosion resistance and dendrite-free growth,PAM@rGO/Zn provides prolonged and reversible Zn plating/stripping.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations expand on homogenized nucleation.The PAM@rGO/Zn||activated carbon(AC)capacitor exhibits long cyclic stability,fast ion transfer,and minimal interfacial impedance.This study provides experimental and theoretical bases for the structural design of Zn anode.Penggao Liu Jia Guo Xinyue Chen Ting Wang Yanping Huang Shasha Gao Tao Wang Dongling Wu Kaiyu Liu 2024Nano Research2024,17,1:0
13Factors Affecting Online Learning Stickiness from the Perspective of Comprehensive Learning Theory显示文摘Based on the concept of learning stickiness,this study constructed a model of influencing factors among the elements of online learning content,interaction,incentive,satisfaction,and learning stickiness from Comprehensive Learning Theory.Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the interaction and influence effects among the factors.It is found that the content,interaction,and incentive in Comprehensive Learning Theory had a significant positive impact on learning stickiness from the total effect analysis.From the direct effect analysis,the influence of content and interaction on learning stickiness was not substantial,but the influence of incentive and satisfaction on learning stickiness was significant.From the perspective of mediation effect analysis,incentive and satisfaction were critical mediating variables for the influence of content and interaction on learning stickiness.This study put forward suggestions and strategies for online teaching,providing a reference for teachers to carry out online education.MIAO Dongling WU Zhao YAN Hanbing 2022Frontiers of Education in China2022,17,1:0
14Influence of Nozzle Orifice Shape on the Atomization Process of Si3N4 in a Dry Granulation Process显示文摘In order to reveal the intrinsic fluid-dynamic mechanisms of a pressure-swirl nozzle used for Si3N4 dry granulation,and effectively predict its external spray characteristics,the dynamics of air-atomized liquid two-phase flow is analyzed using a VOF(Volume of Fraction)method together with the modified realizable k-εturbulence model.The influence of nozzle orifice shape on velocity distribution,pressure distribution is studied.The results show that the pressure difference in a convergent conical nozzle is the largest with a hollow air core being formed in the nozzle.The corresponding velocity of atomized liquid at nozzle orifice is the largest.Using a self-designed atomization experiment platform,the velocity and pressure of atomized liquid and the spray cone angle are measured for three nozzles with different orifice shapes.The micro-morphology of Si3N4 particles is also determined.These data confirm the correctness of numerical simulation.Considering atomization performance of the nozzle,the contraction conical nozzle is more suitable for the atomization of Si3N4 in practical production based on the dry granulation approach.Dongling Yu Huiling Zhang Xu Zeng Dahai Liao Nanxing Wu 2021Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2021,17,3:0
15Optimization of the in-situ growth conditions based on a novel photo-microcalorimeter for the sustainable cultivation of photosynthetic microorganisms显示文摘Despite the great potential of photosynthetic microbes in the production of renewable fuels,value-adding chemicals,and water treatment,etc.,commercial utilization of them is significantly hindered by the lack of techniques to accurately monitor the thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of the in-situ growth of microbes under controlled light illumination for optimal cultivation.Herein,we demonstrated that a newly developed highly sensitive photo-microcalorimetric system successfully captured the impacts of the light wavelength and strength on the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the in-situ growth of Rhodopseudomonas palustris,a representative photosynthetic microorganism.To our best knowledge,this is the first time that highly precise microcalorimetry is employed to monitor exam the in-situ growth of photosynthetic microorganisms under controllable photo illumination.We envision this technique can help for the optimization of the growth conditions of photosynthetic microorganisms for scale-up applications.YANJUAN LIAO DONGLING YU XIAOFANG QIN JINMEI WU HUI WEI HUI LI XIANGYING MA ZAIYIN HUANG 2020BIOCELL2020,44,4:0

17Wear monitoring method of water-lubricated polymer thrust bearing based on ultrasonic reflection coefficient amplitude spectrum显示文摘The water-lubricated thrust bearings of the marine rim-driven thruster(RDT)are usually composed of polymer composites,which are prone to serious wear under harsh working conditions.Ultrasonic is an excellent non-destructive monitoring technology,but polymer materials are characterized by viscoelasticity,heterogeneity,and large acoustic attenuation,making it challenging to extract ultrasonic echo signals.Therefore,this paper proposes a wear monitoring method based on the amplitude spectrum of the ultrasonic reflection coefficient.The effects of bearing parameters,objective function,and algorithm parameters on the identification results are simulated and analyzed.Taking the correlation coefficient and root mean square error as the matching parameters,the thickness,sound velocity,density,and attenuation factor of the bearing are inversed simultaneously by utilizing the differential evolution algorithm(DEA),and the wear measurement system is constructed.In order to verify the identification accuracy of this method,an accelerated wear test under heavy load was executed on a multi-functional vertical water lubrication test rig with poly-ether-etherketone(PEEK)fixed pad and stainless-steel thrust collar as the object.The thickness of pad was measured using the high-precision spiral micrometer and ultrasonic testing system,respectively.Ultimately,the results demonstrate that the thickness identification error of this method is approximately 1%,and in-situ monitoring ability will be realized in the future,which is of great significance to the life prediction of bearings.Changxiong NING Fei HU Wu OUYANG Xinpin YAN Dongling XU 2023Friction2023,11,5:0
18Reconstruction of large complex sand-wave bathymetry with adaptive partitioning combining satellite imagery and sparse multi-beam data显示文摘Shallow marine sand waves are formed on the seabed and are widely distributed within tidal environments.However,the use of multibeam echo sounding(MBES)is costly to obtain the bathymetric mapping of large complex sand waves.Therefore,we propose a new method that employs a combination of multiangle sun glint images and sparse MBES data to achieve comprehensive bathymetric mapping of large and complex sand waves.This method involves estimating sea surface roughness,automatically extracting sand-wave crests,conducting adaptive subregion partitioning,estimating the water depth at auxiliary points,and generating digital bathymetric models.The method was employed in a case study of sand waves on the Taiwan Bank.Bathymetric mapping was implemented for large complex sand waves over an area spanning approximately 350 km~2 using multiangle sun glint images from the Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer and MBE S data.The results show that mapped and measured water depths were well-matched;the root-mean-square error of water depths was 1.77 m,and the relative error was 5.03%.These findings show that bathymetric mapping of large complex sand waves can be effectively conducted using the new method,and as such,the workload of MBES is reduced and efficiency is improved.Huaguo ZHANG Juan WANG Dongling LI Bin FU Xiulin LOU Ziyin WU 2022Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,5:0
19Quality characterization of tight sandstone reservoirs in the Yanchang Formation of the Honghe oilfield, Ordos Basin, central China显示文摘Reservoir quality is one of the important geological factors controlling the development of tight oil in the Honghe oilfield,Ordos Basin,northwestern China.Analyses of core,well logging,mud logging and geophysical data as well as thin sections(casting and fluorescence)were combined with testing methods(such as grain size analysis,constant-rate mercury injection,and scanning electron microscopy)to characterize the microporeethroat development in reservoirs of the eighth member of Yanchang For-mation in the oilfield.From the perspective of sedimentation and diagenesis,the mechanisms causing reservoir quality difference were explored and a method for characterizing reservoir quality difference and distribution was proposed.The results show that complex and diverse poreethroat configurations and multi-scale throat development are the microscale manifestations of reservoir quality differences in the member.Three types of poreethroat combinations are recognized,including intergranular pore-wide lamellar throat,intergranular and intragranular pore-wide lamellar throat,and intergranular/clustered micropore-wide lamellar throat.Different diagenesis processes and intensities under the control of sedimentary conditions determine the differential development of the reservoirs.Diagenetic facies are the indicators of reservoir quality.Diagenetic facies with chlorite cementation-moderate dissolution indicates reservoirs with the most ideal physical properties for hydrocarbon accumulation,while that with moderate calcite and kaolinite cementations are usually observed in reservoirs with less ideal physical properties.Reservoirs with the worst physical properties often correlate with diagenetic facies with strong calcite cementation and compaction facies.A multi-level constrained method under the control of sedimentation and diagenetic facies is proposed for characterizing tight reservoir quality difference in the member.The spatial distribution of sedimentary elements is analyzed through sedi-mentary configurations,the diagenetic facies distribution is constrained by sedimentary elements and the reservoir quality distribution is predicted with constraint of diagenetic facies.It suggests that the high-quality reservoirs in the member occur vertically in the middle of thick channel sandstone,while poor reservoirs occur in the upper or lower parts of the channel sandstone due to intensive compaction and cementation.Laterally,the quality of reservoirs enhances along the channels with a change in shape to lens or strips along the middle and downstream sections.Xia Dongling Wu Yue Zou Min Xia Dongdong Pang Wen 2022Energy Geoscience2022,3,4:0
20DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS ON PRECISION NC LATHE BASED ON MULTI-BODY SYSTEM THEORY显示文摘Based on multi-body system theory and the mainshaft system of precision NC lathe as object investigated, it is treated as a coupled rigid-flexible multi-body system which is made up of some rigid and elastic bodies in an especial linking mode. And a dynamic model is established. The problems of computing vibration characteristics are resolved by using multi-body system transfer matrix method. Results show that the mainshaft system of NC lathe is in the stable and reliable working area all the time. The method is simple and easy, the idea is clear.
