4Motion simulation and test on threshed grains in tapered threshing and transmission device for plot wheat breeding based on CFD-DEM显示文摘Mechanization of field experiments is the only way to improve crop breeding and seed propagation effects.In order to further clarify and improve the working performance of tapered threshing device for plot breeding,and reduce the remaining seeds in the device,the numerical simulation was carried out on the motion process of materials in the longitudinal-axial tapered cylinder threshing and transmission device of the plot wheat breeding combine harvester based on CFD-DEM method.Simulation results showed that,threshing and transmission of particles and short stalks at axial direction could be realized under the influence of air flow.Meanwhile,the material transference and distribution rule and stream field distribution rule of air flow in the threshing and transmission device were obtained,the variations of velocity and displacement of particles and short stalks with time were obtained;the motion trajectories and forms of particles in different types of retention were also studied.At rotating speed of 1300-1600 r/min for the tapered threshing cylinder in the verification test,the particle retention rate in the enclosure was 0-0.13%,while in the simulation the particle retention rate in the enclosure was 0-0.11%,only a 0.02%difference between them.The results proved a favorable feasibility to simulate the working performance of the tapered threshing and transmission device for plot breeding through gas-solid coupling method.Fei Dai Xuefeng Song Wuyun Zhao Zhengsheng Han Fengwei Zhang Shilin Zhang 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,1:16

7Constructing a high-density linkage map for Gossypium hirsutum × Gossypium barbadense and identifying QTLs for lint percentage显示文摘To introgress the good fiber quality and yield from Gossypium barbadense into a commercial Upland cotton variety, a high-density simple sequence repeat(SSR) genetic linkage map was developed from a BC1F1 population of Gossypium hirsutum×Gossypium barbadense. The map comprised 2,292 loci and covered 5115.16 centi Morgan(c M) of the cotton AD genome, with an average marker interval of 2.23 c M. Of the marker order for 1,577 common loci on this new map, 90.36% agrees well with the marker order on the D genome sequence genetic map. Compared with five published high-density SSR genetic maps, 53.14% of marker loci were newly discovered in this map. Twenty-six quantitative trait loci(QTLs) for lint percentage(LP) were identified on nine chromosomes. Nine stable or common QTLs could be used for marker-assisted selection. Fifty percent of the QTLs were from G. barbadense and increased LP by 1.07%–2.41%. 13Instability characteristics of the cracked roof rock beam under shallow mining conditions显示文摘To establish the movement relationship for the roof breaking under shallow mining conditions, the mechanical model of the roof rock beam was built, then the structure instability process of the roof rock beam was analyzed. The changing criterion of the vertical displacement was established and the relationship between the deflection and the rotary motion of roof block was determined. Regarding a mining face in Shangwan Mine, the responsing laws of the deflection and horizontal thrust of the roof rock beam were obtained through FLAC3D numerical analysis. The results show that the structure instability of the cracked roof rock beam depends on the interaction between the vertical load and the horizontal thrust.For the roof rock beam, when the vertical load keeps constant, the horizontal thrust fluctuating rises with increasing deflection. 14Large extracellular vesicles secreted by human iPSC-derived MSCs ameliorate tendinopathy via regulating macrophage heterogeneity显示文摘Tendinopathy is a common musculoskeletal disorder which results in chronic pain and reduced performance.The therapeutic effect of stem cell derived-small extracellular vesicles(sEVs)for tendinopathy has been validated in recent years.However,whether large extracellular vesicles(lEVs),another subset of extracellular vesicles,possesses the ability for the improvement of tendinopathy remains unknown.Here,we showed that lEVs secreted from iPSC-derived MSCs(iMSC-lEVs)significantly mitigated pain derived from tendinopathy in rats.Immuno-histochemical analysis showed that iMSC-lEVs regulated the heterogeneity of infiltrated macrophages and several inflammatory cytokines in rat tendon tissue.Meanwhile,in vitro experiments revealed that the M1 pro-inflammatory macrophages were repolarized towards M2 anti-inflammatory macrophages by iMSC-lEVs,and this effect was mediated by regulating p38 MAPK pathway.Moreover,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis identified 2208 proteins encapsulated in iMSC-lEVs,including 134 new-found proteins beyond current Vesiclepedia database.By bioinformatics and Western blot analyses,we showed that DUSP2 and DUSP3,the negative regulator of p38 phosphorylation,were enriched in iMSC-lEVs and could be transported to macrophages.Further,the immunomodulatory effect of iMSC-lEVs on macrophages was validated in explant tendon tissue from tendinopathy patients.Taken together,our results demonstrate that iMSC-lEVs could reduce inflammation in tendinopathy by regulating macrophage heterogeneity,which is mediated via the p38 MAPK pathway by delivery of DUSP2 and DUSP3,and might be a promising candidate for tendinopathy therapy.Teng Ye Zhengsheng Chen Jieyuan Zhang Lei Luo Renzhi Gao Liangzhi Gong Yuhang Du Zongping Xie Bizeng Zhao Qing Li Yang Wang 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,3:2
15Single-event burnout hardening of planar power MOSFET with partially widened trench source显示文摘We present a single-event burnout(SEB) hardened planar power MOSFET with partially widened trench sources by three-dimensional(3 D) numerical simulation. The advantage of the proposed structure is that the work of the parasitic bipolar transistor inherited in the power MOSFET is suppressed effectively due to the elimination of the most sensitive region(P-well region below the N+ source). The simulation result shows that the proposed structure can enhance the SEB survivability significantly. The critical value of linear energy transfer(LET),which indicates the maximum deposited energy on the device without SEB behavior, increases from 0.06 to0.7 p C/μm. The SEB threshold voltage increases to 120 V, which is 80% of the rated breakdown voltage. Meanwhile, the main parameter characteristics of the proposed structure remain similar with those of the conventional planar structure.
