1Flexible organic thin-film transistors based on poly(3-hexylthiophene) films for nitrogen dioxide detection显示文摘Flexible nitrogen dioxide(NO_2) gas sensors based on organic thin-film transistors(OTFTs) were developed in this work, in which conductive indium tin oxide(ITO) coated polyethylene naphthalene-2,6-dicarboxylate(PEN) was designed for the flexible substrates, and poly methyl methacrylate(PMMA) and poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) was spin-coated as the gate dielectric layer and spray-deposited as the active layer, respectively. The effects of PMMA concentrations and P3HT solution volume on performances of flexible OTFTs were systematically investigated. The results showed that the optimized flexible OTFT exhibited high field-effect mobility(9.51×10^(–3) cm^2/(V s) at a gate bias of –50 V) and excellent response characteristics,including high sensitivity(up to 0.169 ppm^(–1)), good repeatability and selectivity. The flexibility of the developed OTFT sensor was also investigated, and the results showed that the electrical and gas-sensing properties were affected by the bending cycles,thus further work should be done for improving the flexibility of the sensor. 3Layer-by-layer assembly carbon nanotubes thin film based gas sensors for ammonia detection显示文摘Single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were deposited on interdigital electrode (IDE) devices and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) devices through layer-by-layer self-assembly method to fabricate resistance sensitive and mass sensitive gas sensors, respectively. Their ammonia gas-sensitive characteristics were detected at different temperature. It is revealed that the SWNTs based mass sensitive gas sensor has good sensing properties at room temperature. However, the SWNTs based resistance sensitive gas sensor has irreversible response for ammonia gas. When the temperature increases, the noise of SWNTs based mass sensitive gas sensor increases and the gas sensitive characteristic decreases. Meanwhile, the humidity effect is also discussed. 8Genetic and Breeding Progress Analysis on Five Pure Lines of Dahen Broiler显示文摘To timely modify breeding scheme and improve selection efficiency of Dahen broiler,genetic and breeding progress analysis on five pure lines was conducted. The results showed that the selection on breeding goal traits of each line was effective since 14 generations,especially the selection on growth traits did not cause adverse influence on reproductive performance. After the 6 thgeneration,main performances of each line maintained in higher level,but the breeding progress obviously declined. 9Troglitazone Induced Apoptosis via PPARγ Activated POX-induced ROS Formation in HT29 Cells显示文摘Objective In order to investigate the potential mechanisms in troglitazone-induced apoptosis in HT29 cells,the effects of PPARγ and POX-induced ROS were explored.Methods [3-(4,5)-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay,Annexin V and PI staining using FACS,plasmid transfection,ROS formation detected by DCFH staining,RNA interference,RT-PCR & RT-QPCR,and Western blotting analyses were employed to investigate the apoptotic effect of troglitazone and the potential role of PPARγ pathway and POX-induced ROS formation in HT29 cells.Results Troglitazone was found to inhibit the growth of HT29 cells by induction of apoptosis.During this process,mitochondria related pathways including ROS formation,POX expression and cytochrome c release increased,which were inhibited by pretreatment with GW9662,a specific antagonist of PPARγ.These results illustrated that POX upregulation and ROS formation in apoptosis induced by troglitazone was modulated in PPARγ-dependent pattern.Furthermore,the inhibition of ROS and apoptosis after POX siRNA used in troglitazone-treated HT29 cells indicated that POX be essential in the ROS formation and PPARγ-dependent apoptosis induced by troglitazone.Conclusion The findings from this study showed that troglitazone-induced apoptosis was mediated by POX-induced ROS formation,at least partly,via PPARγ activation.WANG Jing LV XiaoWen SHI JiePing HU XiaoSong DU YuGuo 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,4:1

16Interval Motion Accuracy Reliability Analysis of Manipulators Based on Chebyshev Inclusion Polynomial显示文摘Motion accuracy of space manipulators has direct effects on the ability of the systems to perform specified tasks. However, some design variables are inherently interval parameters due to uncertainties in geometric structures, material properties, and so on. This paper presents Chebyshev inclusion function(CIF) for approximating the dynamic responses function of parametrically excited systems. Motion accuracy reliability(MAR) of space manipulators was evaluated based on mechanism reliability analysis methods and interval uncertainty model. To illustrate the accuracy of the proposed method, a two-link manipulator with interval parameters was demonstrated. The results showed that the proposed method required much fewer samples to obtain more accurate reliability compared with the traditional Monte Carlo simulation(MCS). 19Report on the Breeding of Dahen 799 Broilers显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to improve the production efficiency of dark-shank partridge-like plumage high-quality broilers and ensure animal welfare,so as to meet the development needs of China’s yellow-feather broiler industry.[Methods]Sichuan Animal Science Academy and Sichuan Dahen Poultry Breeding Co.,Ltd.formed a joint breeding research team.The team bred Dahen 799 broiler complete set line with local chicken breeds as the main material and improving production efficiency,stabilizing meat quality and flavor and achieving autosexing of chicks as the main breeding goals by modern poultry breeding technologies,after 10 years and 8 generations.[Results]The Dahen 799 broiler complete set line was approved by National Commission of Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources in December 2020.The 66-week-old egg production of the breed reached 189 eggs.For the commercial generation,cocks and hens showed 10-week-old weights of 2668 and 2269 g,respectively;the feed conversion ratio was 2.26-2.35;the survivability was 96.7%-97.2%;and the average intramuscular fat contents of cocks and hens were in the range of 1.8%-2.1%,and the inosinic acid contents were in the range of 2.3-3.2 mg/g.The production performance and meat flavor of Dahen 799 broilers were better than Dahen 699 broilers,Sichuan mountainous bone-black chickens and two other social breeds.Compared with Sichuan mountainous bone-black chickens,the egg production at the age of 66 weeks increased by 47 eggs;the average weight of cocks and hens of the commercial generation at 10 weeks increased by 45.21%;and the autosexing rate of chicks of the commercial generation reached 99.3%.[Conclusions]Dahen 799 broilers have the advantages of good production performance,high feed conversion ratio and excellent meat flavor and the characteristic of autosexing which other breeds do not have,and can fully meet the industrial development needs of dark shanks and partridge-like plumage broilers.Chaowu YANG Chunlin YU Mohan QIU Zengrong ZHANG Chenming HU Huarui DU Qingyun LI Xia XIONG Shiliang ZHU Siyang LIU Xiaosong JIANG 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,3:0
20Detection of 2,4-dinitrotoluene using hydrogen-bond acidic polymer coated SAW sensor显示文摘A strong hydrogen-bond acidic(HBA)polymer linear fluoroalcoholic polysiloxane(PLF),synthesized by one-step hydrosilylation,was introduced for 2,4-dinitrotoluene(2,4-DNT)detection using surface acoustic wave(SAW)devices.FT-IR spectra and1H NMR spectra characterizations confirmed its molecular structure.Then,PLF was dissolved in chloroform,and spray coated onto a434 MHz SAW device.And subsequently,the sensitivity and selectivity of the fabricated sensor were studied based on a SAW test platform.To 2,4-DNT of 1 ppm and 100 ppb(for DNT,1 ppm=8.1 mg/m3;1 ppb=8.1 lg/m3),the responses of the sensor rose 7.7 and 1.5 kHz,respectively.Furthermore,compared with some common interference vapors at 10 mg/m3,the response of the sensor to 2,4-DNT at1 ppm was 5 times stronger.The sensitive property was attributed to the hydrogen bond interaction between the hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP)group in PLF and the basic lone electron pairs of nitro-groups in 2,4-DNT.Comparison between the PLF sensor and hydroxyl group functionalized polymer(carbowax and MOBCD)-coated sensors was investigated,and the results showed that the PLF sensor exhibited better sensitivity.In a word,the PLF sensor exhibited fast response,negligible baseline drifts and excellent reversibility,indicating good candidates of HFIP group functionalized HBA polymers for practical nitroaromatic explosives detection.Yang Wang Xiaosong Du Yin Long Huiling Tai Yadong Jiang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,21:0
