1Design Schemes and Comparison Research of the End-effector of Large Space Manipulator显示文摘The end-effector of the large space manipulator is employed to assist the manipulator in handling and manipulating large payloads on orbit.Currently,there are few researches about the end-effector,and the existing end-effectors have some disadvantages,such as poor misalignment tolerance capability and complex mechanical components.According to the end positioning errors and the residual vibration characters of the large space manipulators,two basic performance requirements of the end-effector which include the capabilities of misalignment tolerance and soft capture are proposed.And the end-effector should accommodate the following misalignments of the mechanical interface.The translation misalignments in axial and radial directions and the angular misalignments in roll,pitch and yaw are ±100 mm,100 mm,±10°,±15°,±15°,respectively.Seven end-effector schemes are presented and the capabilities of misalignment tolerance and soft capture are analyzed elementarily.The three fingers-three petals end-effector and the steel cable-snared end-effector are the most feasible schemes among the seven schemes,and they are designed in detail.The capabilities of misalignment tolerance and soft capture are validated and evaluated,through the experiment on the micro-gravity simulating device and the dynamic analysis in ADAMS software.The results show that the misalignment tolerance capabilities of these two schemes could satisfy the requirement.And the translation misalignment tolerances in axial and radial directions and the angular misalignment tolerances in roll,pitch and yaw of the steel cable-snared end-effector are 30mm,15mm,6°,3° and 3° larger than those of the three fingers-three petals end-effector,respectively.And the contact force of the steel cable-snared end-effector is smaller and smoother than that of the three fingers-three petals end-effector.The end-effector schemes and research methods are beneficial to the developments of the large space manipulator end-effctor and the space docking mechanism.FENG Fei LIU Yiwei LIU Hong CAI Hegao 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,4:13
2A high-performance bio-tissue imaging method using air flow-assisted desorption electrospray ionization coupled with a high-resolution mass spectrometer显示文摘Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) technology can simultaneously obtain the spatial distribution of thousands of chemical compounds and has unique advantages compared to other techniques that allow mapping the surface of bio-tissue. Here, we combined an air flow-assisted desorption electrospray ionization (AFADESI) MSI device with a high-resolution mass spectrometer to optimize the system parameters and achieve more accurate spatial distribution characteristics for compounds of interest while investigating bio-tissue sections. The platform set-up, required instrumentation, sample pretreatment, parameter optimization and bio-tissue characterization are described and discussed.Finally, the parameter conditions that can provide optimal ionic intensity and enhanced resolution were confirmed. 4Ultra-robust stretchable electrode for e-skin:In situ assembly using a nanofiber scaffold and liquid metal to mimic water-to-net interaction显示文摘The development of stretchable electronics could enhance novel interface structures to solve the stretchability-conductivity dilemma,which remains a major challenge.Herein,we report a nano-liquid metal(LM)-based highly robust stretchable electrode(NHSE)with a self-adaptable interface that mimics water-tonet interaction.Based on the in situ assembly of electrospun elastic nanofiber scaffolds and electrosprayed LM nanoparticles,the NHSE exhibits an extremely low sheet resistance of 52 mΩsq^(-1).It is not only insensitive to a large degree of mechanical stretching(i.e.,350%electrical resistance change upon 570%elongation)but also immune to cyclic deformation(i.e.,5%electrical resistance increases after 330000 stretching cycles with 100%elongation).These key properties are far superior to those of the state-of-the-art reports.Its robustness and stability are verified under diverse circumstances,including long-term exposure to air(420 days),cyclic submersion(30000 times),and resilience against mechanical damages.The combination of conductivity,stretchability,and durability makes the NHSE a promising conductor/electrode solution for flexible/stretchable electronics for applications such as wearable on-body physiological signal detection,human-machine interaction,and heating e-skin.Jinwei Cao Fei Liang Huayang Li Xin Li Youjun Fan Chao Hu Jing Yu Jin Xu Yiming Yin Fali Li Dan Xu Hanfang Feng Huali Yang Yiwei Liu Xiaodong Chen Guang Zhu Run-Wei Li 2022InfoMat2022,4,4:1
5Preparation and Properties of a Long-life Cementbased Mortar Used on Metal Oilcans显示文摘Organic-based materials are often used as the coating of metal oilcans. But they need to be sprayed several times in the whole life of oilcans because of the short-life of organic components. To overcome this problem, a type of long-life flexible cement-based anti-corrosion material used on the surface of metal oilcans was developed according to the principle that the steel reinforced concrete can remain the same life with buildings. The materials with different formulas composed of acrylic emulsion, cement and other additives were prepared. Because the ratios of polymer to cement played the decisive role in the adhesion and anti-corrosion characteristics, their effects on the physical performances were investigated by comparing the mechanical properties, anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties. 6Research on Ecological Space Planning Oriented Urban River Landscape Planning显示文摘Based on the generalized landscape perspective, regional connotation of urban river landscape is expanded. The area connotation of urban river landscape is expanded based on the generalized landscape perspective. In addition to natural and functional attributes, river landscape should be regarded as a regional space element based on heterogeneous space scale. First, as for research method system, the space research models(including ecological footprint, space planning, and landscape pattern index, etc.) coupled with different angle scales and interdisciplinary theory, are utilized to study different correlations and results formed by urban river landscape elements and other regional space elements from the perspective of the regional ecological space, and the overall development goal of the urban river landscape pattern based on the goals of the regional ecological space planning is obtained. Second, the oriented urban river landscape planning and the 'M' type close-tonature design strategy are evaluated through the city function zoning orientation and micro-scale urban river landscape pattern index. 7Synergistic effects of 1T MoS_(2)and interface engineering on hollow NiCoP nanorods for enhanced hydrogen evolution activity显示文摘Metallic 1T-phase molybdenum disulfide(1T-MoS_(2))shows more excellent electrocatalytic performance for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)than semiconducting 2H-phase MoS_(2)(2H-MoS_(2)).Therefore,the facile controllable synthesis of hierarchical structure with rich 1T-MoS_(2)is desired for highly efficient electrocatalytic performance.In this work,a simple solvothermal method is proposed to fabricate hol-low NiCoP/MoS_(2)-V heterostructure with 63.2%1T-MoS_(2),in which the abundant catalytic active sites are exposed,the mass transfer properties are improved,and the electronic states are optimized.Moreover,the low energy difference between 2H and 1T phases and near zero free energy of hydrogen adsorption(△G H∗)result in fast kinetics and excellent catalytic performances.Specifically,the NiCoP/MoS_(2)-V com-posite exhibits enhanced HER activity with a low overpotential of 74.6 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2)and superior stability in alkaline electrolytes.This efficient design opens up new vistas for developing high-activity electrocatalysts.Qiaomei Luo Lan Sun Yiwei Zhao Chen Wang Hongqiang Xin Danyang Li Fei Ma 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,14:0
8High-performance broadband flexible photodetector based on Gd_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)-assisted double van der Waals heterojunctions显示文摘Flexible photodetectors are fundamental components for developing wearable systems,which can be widely used for medical detection,environmental monitoring and flexible imaging.However,compared with 3D materials,lowdimensional materials have degraded performance,a key challenge for current flexible photodetectors.Here,a highperformance broadband photodetector has been proposed and fabricated.By combining the high mobility of graphene(Gr)with the strong light–matter interactions of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)and molybdenum disulfide(MoS2),the flexible photodetector exhibits a greatly improved photoresponse covering the visible to near-infrared range.Additionally,a thin layer of gadolinium iron garnet(Gd_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12),GdlG)film is introduced to improve the interface of the double van der Waals heterojunctions to reduce the dark current.The SWCNT/GdIG/Gr/GdIG/MoS2 flexible photodetector exhibits a high photoresponsivity of 47.375 A/W and a high detectivity of 1.952×1012 Jones at 450 nm,a high photoresponsivity of 109.311 A/W and a high detectivity of 4.504×10^(12) Jones at 1080 nm,and good mechanical stability at room temperature.This work demonstrates the good capacity of GdIGassisted double van der Waals heterojunctions on flexible substrates and provides a new solution for constructing high-performance flexible photodetectors.Ze Zhang Peirui Ji Shaobo Li Fei Wang Shengmei He Yiwei Cheng Shuhao Zhao Kaili Li Xiaomin Wang Yu Wang Shuming Yang 2023Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,4:0
