In the present study, we demonstrated the enhanced radioimmunotherapeutic efficacy of a monoclonal atibody (MAb) cocktail against human hepatocellular carcinoma. | 3 | Inferring the invasion mechanisms of the red swamp crayfish in China using mitochondrial DNA sequences显示文摘The red swamp crayfish,Procambarus clarkii,is a native species in north-eastern Mexico and south-central USA.P.clarkii was introduced to China in 1929 and has been used as an aquaculture species in China since 1983.It currently exists in most of the provinces of China,but threatens local fish,crustaceans,aquatic plants and local freshwater ecosystems.We examined the genetic variation in partial mitochondrial ND2 gene of 831 individuals collected from 25 P.clarkii populations in 13 provinces of China to infer the expansion pathways and mechanisms.Six haplotypes were detected.All six haplotypes appeared in four populations in Nanjing and a population located near Nanjing whereas only 1–5 of the six haplotypes were present in other populations.These data suggest that the populations in Nanjing are probably the source of all other populations in China.There were no significant relationships between geographic distances and genetic distances in 25 populations,whereas significant relationship was found in four populations in Qinhuai River covering 50 km in Nanjing.These data suggest that the expansion mainly be human-mediated in large scale,and active disposal or non-anthropogenic passive dispersal might have played an important role in expansion at a smaller scale.In some places far away from Nanjing,several haplotypes existed,suggested multiple introduction events may have happened.Although aquaculture of this species could bring huge economic benefit,its potential to negatively affect native biota and entire ecosystems should not be ignored. | Gen Hua Yue Jian-Bin Feng Jun Hong Xia Su Yin Cao Chun Ming Wang | 2021 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2021,6,1: | 2 |

| 9 | Study on relative collection efficiency of PMTs with spotlight显示文摘nd Photon detection efficiency is a key parameter of PMTs in high-precision neutrino and dark matter experiments,while normally the quantum efficiency is used with a normalization factor and angular response as the detection efficiency,where it is always coupled with detector response from the calibration normalization.Here,the absolute photon detection efficiency of 20′′PMTs in photon-counting level is further considered rather than the combination of quantum efficiency and normalization factors.Purpose and method In order to have a good understanding of photon detection efficiency of the large-area PMT,we conduct a detailed comparison of relative collection efficiencies of a series of PMTs with spotlight.This study is based on the tests of relative quantum efficiency and relative detection efficiency,checked with several light intensities.Conclusion All the results are consistent in relative QE and DE measurement with different light intensities,and the error of each parameter is coupled in our studies.Based on the measurements,Hamamatsu R12860 shows the maximum collection efficiency with spotlight at PMT center,and Hamamatsu R12199,R1355 and HZC XP72B22 have the same level of CE within the uncertainty.Discussion Following the configuration on incident light and DE definition,we can further define the DE of a large-area PMT with similar algorithms,which will also be used for detector simulation in JUNO. | Hai‑qiong Zhang Zhi‑min Wang Feng‑jiao Luo An‑bo Yang Zhong‑Hua Qin Chang‑gen Yang Yue‑kun Heng | 2019 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2019,3,3: | 1 |
| 10 | DDG1 and G Protein α Subunit RGA1 Interaction Regulates Plant Height and Senescence in Rice(Oryza sativa)显示文摘Many studies have already shown that dwarfism and moderate delayed leaf senescence positively impact rice yield,but the underlying molecular mechanism of dwarfism and leaf senescence remains largely unknown.Here,using map-based cloning,we identified an allele of DEP2,DDG1,which controls plant height and leaf senescence in rice.The ddg1 mutant displayed dwarfism,short panicles,and delayed leaf senescence.Compared with the wild-type,ddg1 was insensitive to exogenous gibberellins(GA)and brassinolide(BR).DDG1 is expressed in various organs,especially in stems and panicles.Yeast two-hybrid assay,bimolecular fluorescent complementation and luciferase complementation image assay showed that DDG1 interacts with theα-subunit of the heterotrimeric G protein.Disruption of RGA1 resulted in dwarfism,short panicles,and darker-green leaves.Furthermore,we found that ddg1 and the RGA1 mutant was more sensitive to salt treatment,suggesting that DDG1 and RGA1 are involved in regulating salt stress response in rice.Our results show that DDG1/DEP2 regulates plant height and leaf senescence through interacting with RGA1. | Xi Liu Chuxuan Zhao Di Wang Gen Pan Xiaonan Ji Su Gao Tanxiao Du Yating Feng Wenjing Chen | 2023 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,7: | 1 |
