| 2 | Privacy Preserving Solution for the Asynchronous Localization of Underwater Sensor Networks显示文摘Location estimation of underwater sensor networks(USNs)has become a critical technology,due to its fundamental role in the sensing,communication and control of ocean volume.However,the asynchronous clock,security attack and mobility characteristics of underwater environment make localization much more challenging as compared with terrestrial sensor networks.This paper is concerned with a privacy-preserving asynchronous localization issue for USNs.Particularly,a hybrid network architecture that includes surface buoys,anchor nodes,active sensor nodes and ordinary sensor nodes is constructed.Then,an asynchronous localization protocol is provided,through which two privacy-preserving localization algorithms are designed to estimate the locations of active and ordinary sensor nodes.It is worth mentioning that,the proposed localization algorithms reveal disguised positions to the network,while they do not adopt any homomorphic encryption technique.More importantly,they can eliminate the effect of asynchronous clock,i.e.,clock skew and offset.The performance analyses for the privacy-preserving asynchronous localization algorithms are also presented.Finally,simulation and experiment results reveal that the proposed localization approach can avoid the leakage of position information,while the location accuracy can be significantly enhanced as compared with the other works. | Haiyan Zhao Jing Yan Xiaoyuan Luo Xinping Guan | 2020 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2020,7,6: | 6 |
| 3 | FABP4 secreted by M1-polarized macrophages promotes synovitis and angiogenesis to exacerbate rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Increasing evidence shows that adipokines play a vital role in the development of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Fatty acid-binding protein 4(FABP4),a novel adipokine that regulates inflammation and angiogenesis,has been extensively studied in a variety of organs and diseases.However,the effect of FABP4 on RA remains unclear.Here,we found that FABP4 expression was upregulated in synovial M1-polarized macrophages in RA.The increase in FABP4 promoted synovitis,angiogenesis,and cartilage degradation to exacerbate RA progression in vivo and in vitro,whereas BMS309403(a FABP4 inhibitor)and anagliptin(dipeptidyl peptidase 4 inhibitor)inhibited FABP4 expression in serum and synovial M1-polarized macrophages in mice to alleviate RA progression.Further studies showed that constitutive activation of mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1(mTORC1)by TSC1 deletion specifically in the myeloid lineage regulated FABP4 expression in macrophages to exacerbate RA progression in mice.In contrast,inhibition of mTORC1 by ras homolog enriched in brain(Rheb1)disruption specifically in the myeloid lineage reduced FABP4 expression in macrophages to attenuate RA development in mice.Our findings established an essential role of FABP4 that is secreted by M1-polarized macrophages in synovitis,angiogenesis,and cartilage degradation in RA.BMS309403 and anagliptin inhibited FABP4 expression in synovial M1-polarized macrophages to alleviate RA development.Hence,FABP4 may represent a potential target for RA therapy. | Dong Guo Chuangxin Lin Yuheng Lu Hong Guan Weizhong Qi Hongbo Zhang Yan Shao Chun Zeng Rongkai Zhang Haiyan Zhang Xiaochun Bai Daozhang Cai | 2022 | Bone Research2022,10,4: | 5 |
| 4 | Characteristic of Gravity and Magnetic Anomalies in the Daba Shan and the Sichuan basin, China: Implication for Architecture of the Daba Shan显示文摘The Dabashan nappe structural belt links the Hannan block to the west with the Huangling block to the east between Yangxian and Xiangfan. The Dabashan arc-shaped fold belt formed during late Jurassic and was superposed on earlier Triassic folds. To achieve an improved understanding of the deep tectonics of the Dabashan nappe structural belt, we processed and interpreted the gravity and magnetic data for this area using new deep reflection seismic and other geophysical data as constraints. The results show that the Sichuan basin and Daba Mountains lie between the Longmenshan and Wulingshan gravity gradient belts. The positive magnetic anomalies around Nanchong-Tongjiang-Wanyuan-Langao and around Shizhu result from the crystalline basement. Modeling of the gravity and magnetic anomalies in the Daba Mountains and the Sichuan basin shows that the crystalline basement around Nanchong-Tongjiang-Wanyuan-Langao extends to the northeast underneath the Wafangdian fault near Ziyang. The magnetic field boundary in the Zhenba-Wanyuan-Chengkou-Zhenping area is the major boundary of the Dabashan nappe thrusting above the Sichuan Basin. This boundary might be the demarcation between the south Dabashan and the north Dabashan structural elements. The low gravity anomaly between Tongjiang and Chengkou might be partly caused by thickened lower crust. | 5 | The thickness and structural characteristics of the crust across Tibetan plateau from active-sources seismic profiles显示文摘The Tibetan plateau as one of the youngest orogen on the Earth was considered as the result of continent-continent collision between the Eurasian and Indian plates.The thickness and structure of the crust beneath Tibetan plateau is essential to understand deformation behavior of the plateau.Active-source seismic profiling is most available geo-physical method for imaging the structure of the continental crust.The results from more than 25 active-sources seismic profiles carried out in the past twenty years were reviewed in this article.A preliminary cross crustal pattern of the Tibetan Pla-teau was presented and discussed.The Moho discontinuity buries at the range of 60-80 km on average and have steep ramps located roughly beneath the sutures that are compatible with the successive stacking/accretion of the former Cenozoic blocks northeastward.The deepest Moho(near 80 km) appears closely near IYS and the crustal scale thrust system beneath southern margin of Tibetan plateau suggests strong dependence on collision and non-distributed deformation there.However,the ~20 km order of Moho offsets hardly reappears in the inline section across northern Tibetan plateau.Without a universally accepted,convincing dynamic explanation model accommodated the all of the facts seen in controlled seismic sections,but vertical thickening and northeastern shorten of the crust is quite evident and interpretable to a certain extent as the result of continent-continent collision.Simultaneously,weak geophysical signature of the BNS suggests that convergence has been accommodated perhaps partially through pure-shear thickening accompanied by removal of lower crustal material by lateral escape.Recent years the result of Moho with ~7 km offset and long extend in south-dip angle beneath the east Kunlun oro-gen and a grand thrust fault at the northern margin of Qilian orogen has attract more attention to action from the northern blocks.The broad lower-velocity area in the upper-middle crust of the Lhasa block was once considered as resulted from partially melted rocks.However the low normal vP/vS ratio and the Moho stepwise rise fail to support significant partial melting in the middle-lower crust of the central-northern Tibetan plateau.Furthermore,the lower-velocity of crust occasionally disappears,and/or local thinned exhibits their non-stationary spatial distribution. | Qiusheng Li Rui Gao Zhanwu Lu Ye Guan Jisheng Zhang Pengwu Li Haiyan Wang Rizheng He Marianne Karplus | 2009 | Earthquake Science2009,22,1: | 5 |

| 8 | Static Corrections Methods in the Processing of Deep Reflection Seismic Data显示文摘Statics are big challenges for the processing of deep reflection seismic data. In this paper several different statics solutions have been implemented in the processing of deep reflection seismic data in South China and their corresponding results have been compared in order to find proper statics solutions. Either statics solutions based on tomographic principle or combining the low-frequency components of field statics with the high-frequency ones of refraction statics can provide reasonable statics solutions for deep reflection seismic data in South China with very rugged surface topography, and the two statics solutions can correct the statics anomalies of both long spatial wavelengths and short ones. The surface-consistent residual static corrections can serve as the good compensations to the several kinds of the first statics solutions. | 10 | Magnetosphere response to the IMF turning from north to south显示文摘In this paper, the Space Weather Modeling Framework(SWMF) is used to simulate the real-time response of the magnetosphere to a solar wind event on June 5, 1998, in which the interplanetary magnetic field shifted its direction from north to south.Since most current models do not take into account convective effects of the inner magnetosphere, we first study the importance of Rice Convection Model(RCM) in the global model.We then focus on the following four aspects of the magnetosphere's response: the magnetosphere's density distribution, the structure of its magnetic field lines, the area of the polar cap boundary, and the corresponding ionospheric current change.We find that(1) when the IMF changes from north to south in this event, high magnetosheath density is observed to flow downstream along the magnetopause with the solar wind; low-latitude reconnection at dayside occurs under the southward IMF, while the magnetic field lines in the tail lobe caudal, caused by the nightside high latitude reconnection, extend into the interplanetary space.Open magnetic field lines exist simultaneously at both high and low latitudes at the magnetopause;(2) the area of the polar cap is obviously increased if the IMF turns from the north to the south; this observation is highly consistent with empirical observations;(3) the ionospheric field align current in the northern hemisphere is stronger than in the southern hemisphere and also increases as the IMF changes from north to south.SWMF with the Rice Convection effect provides reliable modeling of the magnetospheric and ionospheric response to this solar wind variation. | JianYong Lu HanXiao Zhang Ming Wang ChunLi Gu HaiYan Guan | 2019 | Earth and Planetary Physics2019,3,1: | 2 |
