| 3 | Effect of cyclic wetting-drying on tensile mechanical behavior and microstructure of clay-bearing sandstone显示文摘The understanding of the weakening mechanism of tensile strength of rock subjected to cyclic wetting-drying is critical for rock engineering.Tensile strength tests were conducted on a total of 35 sandstone specimens with different wetting-drying cycles.The crack propagation process and acoustic emission characteristics of the tested samples were obtained through a high-speed camera and acoustic emission system.The results indicate that the tensile strength is observably reduced after cyclic wetting-drying,and the extent of the reduction is not only related to the number of wettingdrying cycle,but also closely related to the clay mineral content of the sample.In addition,as the cycles of wetting-drying increase,the effect of each single cycle on tensile strength get reduced until it becomes constant.Moreover,the crack initiation and penetration time is prolonged as the number of wetting-drying cycle increases,which indicates that cyclic wetting-drying weakens the rock stiffness and enhances the ductility of sandstone.Meanwhile,the acoustic emission characteristics of the tested samples further confirmed the ductile behaviour of the sandstone samples with increasing wetting-drying cycle.Furthermore,through the analysis of the microstructure and mineral composition of the samples with different wetting-drying cycles,it is concluded that the main weakening mechanisms of sandstones containing clay minerals are frictional reduction,chemical and corrosive deterioration. | Pingye Guo Juan Gu Yi Su Jiong Wang Zhanwen Ding | 2021 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,5: | 4 |

| 5 | Intestinal dysbiosis exacerbates the pathogenesis of psoriasis-like phenotype through changes in fatty acid metabolism显示文摘The intestinal microbiota has been associated with host immunity as well as psoriasis;however,the mechanism of intestinal microbiota regulating psoriasis needs to be demonstrated systematically.Here,we sought to examine its role and mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.We found that the severity of psoriasis-like skin phenotype was accompanied by changes in the composition of the intestinal microbiota.We performed co-housing and fecal microbial transplantation(FMT)experiments using the K14-VEGF transgenic mouse model of psoriasis and demonstrated that the transfer of intestinal microbiota from mice with severe psoriasis-like skin phenotype exacerbated psoriasiform skin inflammation in mice with mild symptoms,including increasing the infiltration and differentiation of Th17,and increased the abundance of Prevotella,while decreasing that of Parabacteroides distasonis,in the colon.These alterations affected fatty acid metabolism,increasing the abundance of oleic and stearic acids.Meanwhile,gentamicin treatment significantly reduced the abundance of Prevotella and alleviated the psoriasis-like symptoms in both K14-VEGF mice and imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis-like mice.Indeed,administration of oleic and stearic acids exacerbated psoriasis-like symptoms and increased Th17 and monocyte-derived dendritic cell infiltration in the skin lesion areas in vivo,as well as increased the secretion of IL-23 by stimulating DCs in vitro.At last,we found that,treatment of PDE-4 inhibitor alleviated psoriasis-like phenotype of K14-VEGF mice accompanied by the recovery of intestinal microbiota,including the decrease of Prevotella and increase of Parabacteroides distasonis.Overall,our findings reveal that the intestinal microbiota modulates host metabolism and psoriasis-like skin inflammation in mice,suggesting a new target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis. | Qixiang Zhao Jiadong Yu Hong Zhou Xiaoyan Wang Chen Zhang Jing Hu Yawen Hu Huaping Zheng Fanlian Zeng Chengcheng Yue Linna Gu Zhen Wang Fulei Zhao Pei Zhou Haozhou Zhang Nongyu Huang Wenling Wu Yifan Zhou Jiong Li | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2: | 2 |

| 12 | 血清胱抑素C、内生肌酐清除率及尿微量白蛋白在恶性肿瘤含顺铂化疗患者肾功能评价中的地位(英文)显示文摘Objective:Chemotherapy drugs such as platinum may cause damage to the renal function,creatinine clearance(Ccr),as a 'golden standard' indicator in clinical evaluation of renal function,was limited in application due to complicated detection steps.By detecting the expression of serum Cystatin C(Cys C),Ccr and urinary micro-albumin(UMA),this study was designed to analyze and discuss their roles and status in renal function evaluation for cancer patients before and after chemotherapy with platinum.Methods:We retrospectively reviewed 110 patients who receiving platinum-containing protocols or non-platinum-containing ones,and got the expression of Cys C,Ccr(was calculated by Cockcroft-Gault equation) and UMA,then analyzed whether there were differences for Cys C,Ccr and UMA in those patients;for patients with mildly impaired renal function(Ccr between 50-75 mL/min),whether there were differences for Cys C and UMA before and after chemotherapy with platinum.Results:There was statistical significance for Ccr,Cys C and UMA in patients who receiving platinum-containing protocols(85.01 ± 28.40) vs(76.79 ± 26.63) mL/min,(1.49 ± 0.50) vs(1.80 ± 0.84) mg/L and(14.30 ± 9.15) vs(16.90 ± 10.95) mg/L,P = 0.00,0.00 and 0.01),and no statistical significance for those receiving non-platinum-containing ones(89.45 ± 29.69) vs(86.78 ± 27.96) mL/min,(1.51 ± 0.78) vs(1.63 ± 0.73)mg/L and(17.31 ± 10.46) vs(16.59 ± 8.33) mg/L,P = 0.45,0.07 and 0.57);and there were also significant differences for Cys C for patients with mildly impaired renal function before and after chemotherapy(1.68 ± 0.55) vs(2.04 ± 0.68) mg/L,P = 0.03),while no statistical significance for UMA for the same ones(21.11 ± 10.06) vs(21.22 ± 8.81) mg/L,P = 0.93).There were statistical significance both for Cys C and UMA before and after chemotherapy in platinum-containing group,but the AUC for Ccr and Cys C is greater than that for UMA(P < 0.02).Conclusion:Cys C and UMA can both access renal dysfunction early after chemotherapy,but Cys C is more sensitive than UMA in reflecting early renal dysfunction,so Cys C can replace Ccr and become a reliable indicator in the assessment of renal function for cancer patients before and after chemotherapy especially with platinum. | Xun Cai Peng Xue Meizhen Gu Jiong Hu Hongli Gu Haiyan Yang Liwei Wang | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,4: | 1 |

| 19 | Adding a vacuum erection device to regular use of Tadalafil improves penile rehabilitation after posterior urethroplasty显示文摘This study aimed to evaluate whether adding a vacuum erection device(VED)to regular use of Tadalafil could achieve better penile rehabilitation following posterior urethroplasty for pelvic fracture-related urethral injury(PFUI).Altogether,78 PFUI patients with erectile dysfunction(ED)after primary posterior urethroplasty were enrolled and divided into two treatment groups:VED combined with Tadalafil(Group 1,n=36)and Tadalafil only(Group 2,n=42).Changes in penile length,testosterone level,International Index of Erectile Function-5(IIEF-5)questionnaire,Quality of Erection Questionnaire(QEQ),and nocturnal penile tumescence(NPT)testing were used to assess erectile function before and after 6 months of ED treatment.Results showed that the addition of VED to regular use of Tadalafil preserved more penile length statistically(0.4±0.9 vs-0.8±0.7 cm,P<0.01).IIEF-5 score and QEQ score in Group 1 were higher than Group 2(both P<0.05).After treatment,21/36(5&3%)Group 1 patients and 19/42(45.2%)Group 2 patients could complete vaginal penetration.Group 1 patients also had markedly improved testosterone levels(P=0.01).Unexpectedly,there was no significant difference in NPT testing between two therapies.For PFUI patients with ED after posterior urethroplasty,the addition of VED to regular use of Tadalafil could significantly improve their conditions-improving erection and increasing penile length-thus increasing patient satisfaction and confidence in penile rehabilitation. | Dong-Liang Zhang Zhong Chen Fei-Xiang Wang Jiong Zhang Hong Xie Ze-Yu Wang Yu-Bo Gu Qiang Fu Lu-Jie Song | 2019 | Asian Journal of Andrology2019,21,6: | 0 |
| 20 | In-situ study for the elastic structure evolutions of threedimensional Ir-O framework during the oxygen evolution reaction in acid显示文摘Understanding the dynamic structural and chemical evolutions at the catalyst-electrolyte interfaces is crucial for the development of active and stable electrocatalysts.In this work,β-Li_(2)IrO_(3)is employed as a model catalyst for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Its elastic three-dimensional Ir-O framework enables us to investigate the Li^(+)cation dissolution-induced structure evolutions and the formation mechanism of amorphous IrO_(x)species.Electrochemical measurements by rotating ring disk electrode(RRDE)reveal that up to 60%of the measured OER current can be ascribed to catalyst degradation.A series of in-situ X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS),and Raman spectroscopy are conducted.Structure vibration is observed with oxidation states of Ir being reduced abnormally during OER at high potentials.It’s hypothesized that the reversible proton intercalations are responsible for the Ir turn-over mechanism.Results of this work demonstrate a stable and elastic iridate structure and reveal the initial catalyst degradation behaviors during OER in acid media. | Jun Qi Xinyu Zhong Huiyan Zeng Chao Wang Zhongfei Liu Jiajun Chen Long Gu Enna Hong Mengxian Li Jiong Li Chunzhen Yang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0 |
