| 2 | Simultaneous determination of seven principal constituents in Asari Radix et Rhizoma by HPLC显示文摘建立了同时测定细辛中花椒酚、卡枯醇、甲基丁香酚、l–芝麻脂素、黄樟醚、细辛素和l–细辛脂素7种主要成分含量的HPLC方法,并测定了55份不同来源的细辛药材(35份北细辛、3份汉城细辛和17份华细辛)中这7种成分的含量,比较了不同品种细辛中7种成分含量差异。采用Agilent Zorbax SB–C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×25 cm,5μm),水(A)–乙腈(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱55 min,DAD检测器检测,柱温20°C,检测波长287 nm。被测成分在测试范围内线性关系良好,r2>0.999;加样回收率96.0%–103.1%,RSD小于2.54%。该方法准确、灵敏、重复性好。测定结果表明不同来源的细辛样品中7种成分的含量差异显著,其中挥发性成分甲基丁香酚在辽细辛(汉城细辛与北细辛的根及根茎)中的含量为(6.17±5.13)mg/g,显著高于其在华细辛(华细辛的根及根茎)中的含量(0.58±0.39)mg/g,有毒成分黄樟醚在辽细辛中的含量为(2.66±2.16)mg/g,低于其在华细辛的含量(6.44±3.88)mg/g。本文首次报道了细辛中花椒酚和细辛素的含量。 | Chen Cao Jingzhe Wang Lu Wang Mingying Shang Guangxue Liu Feng Xu Xuan Wang Shaoqing Cai | 2015 | Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,24,8: | 6 |

| 6 | Synthesis and electrochemical properties of Zn_3V_3O_8 as novel anode material显示文摘Zn_3V_3O_8 two-dimensional micro sheets are successfully synthesized by combination of solvothermal method and heat treatment. The X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM) are used to characterize the structure and morphology of the samples, and the battery testing system is used to investigate its electrochemical performance. The results show that the Zn_3V_3O_8 is successfully obtained using mix solvent(water:ethylene glycol =1:1), and the sample takes on morphology of two-dimensional sheets. The initial discharge capacity for Zn_3V_3O_8 two-dimensional micro sheets is 752.0 mAh/g at 100 mA/g in the voltage range of 0.01-3 V. After heat treatment in a tube furnace at 550 ℃, the sample had the initial discharge capacity as 1152.0 mAh/g and maintained it at 901.4 mAh/g after 100 cycles. | 11 | Influences of Tool Wear on Residual Stress and Fatigue Life of Workpiece in Hard Cutting Process显示文摘Tool wear has an important influence on the residual stress distribution on the machined surface.Also,it will influence the fatigue life of finished workpiece. In this research,the hard turning process of hardened die steel Cr12 MoV was studied by using PCBN tool with considering tool wear. Based on the numerical treatment of residual stress,the dispersion and distribution curves of different tool wear were fitted,and the influence mechanism of tool wear on the residual stress distribution of machined surface was analyzed.Based on the theory of fatigue mechanics and mathematical statistics,the mathematical model for difference of stress dispersion and fatigue life was established. The rotating and bending tests were carried out on the standard parts after cutting process for the workpiece. The influence of tool wear on fatigue life was revealed by fracture surface morphology and fatigue life study. | 16 | Artificial intelligence method for predicting the maximum stress of an off-center casing under non-uniform ground stress with support vector machine显示文摘The situation of an off-center casing under non-uniform ground stress can occur in the process of drilling a salt-gypsum formation,and the related casing stress calculation has not yet been solved analytically. In addition,the experimental equipment in many cases cannot meet the actual conditions and the experimental cost is very high. These comprehensive factors cause the existing casing design to not meet the actual conditions and cause casing deformation,affecting the drilling operation in Tarim oil field. The finite element method is the only effective method to solve this problem at present,but the re-modelling process is time-consuming because of the changes in the parameters,such as the cement properties,casing centrality,and the casing size. In this article,an artificial intelligence method based on support vector machine(SVM) to predict the maximum stress of an offcenter casing under non-uniform ground stress has been proposed. After a program based on a radial basis function(RBF)-support vector regression(SVR)(ε-SVR) model was established and validated,we constructed a data sample with a capacity of 120 by using the finite element method,which could meet the demand of the nine-factor ε-SVR model to predict the maximum stress of the casing. | 17 | Enhanced the photoelectrochemical performance of Bi_(2)XO_6(X = W, Mo) for detecting hexavalent chromium by modification of CuS显示文摘In this work, Bi2XO6(X = W, Mo) are synthesized at different temperatures. The results of tests find the optimal temperatures of Bi_(2)WO_(6) and Bi_(2)MoO_(6) are 180 and 160 °C(BW-180, BM-160). Then, BW-180 and BM-160 are further compounded with different contents of CuS. The results of photoelectrochemical(PEC) tests show that CuS can improve the PEC performance of semiconductor materials, and it has better performance when CuS mass fraction is 5%. These maybe the photoelectron potentials generated by Cu S/Bi_(2)XO_(6)(X = Mo, W) heterojunction reduce the combination of photogenerated electrons and holes. When the PEC sensor based on 5%-CuS/BW-180 detects Cr(VI), it has a linear range of 1–80 μmol/L with detection limit of 0.95 μmol/L, while the PEC sensor based on 5%-CuS/BM-160 detects Cr(VI) has a linear range of 0.5–230 μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.12 μmol/L. | 19 | Spherical lanthanide nanoclusters toward white-light emission and cell membrane imaging显示文摘Lanthanide doping is an effective strategy for modulating the emission of emitters.Herein,by changing the cluster composition to control the energy transfer pathway,the application potential of high-nuclearity lanthanide cluster(HLC)as white-light emitter has been confirmed for the first time.Specifically,by precisely controlling the proportion of GdIII,TbIII,and EuIII ions in reactants,we obtained a spherical heterotrimetallic nanocluster Gd_(10)Tb_(12)Eu_(10),a white-light emitter with quantum yield(QY)of 12.58%and lifetime of 327.14μs.High-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HRESI-MS)demonstrates that homometallic nanoclusters Ln_(32)(Ln=Gd,Tb,and Eu)are tetracationic clusters and are highly stable in solution.The peripheral dense organic ligands provide a protective layer for the cluster core,which improves the stability of Ln_(32) in aqueous solution,avoids the contact between metal centers and bioactive molecules,and greatly reduces the biological toxicity.In cell imaging experiments,cationic clusters Ln_(32) are mainly localized on the cell membrane with negative charge distribution.As far as we know,this is the first time that spherical lanthanide nanoclusters have been used for membrane imaging of living cell,opening the door for the application of HLCs in biological imaging. | Hai-Ling Wang Zhiqiang Ni Ze-Yu Ruan Zhong-Hong Zhu Pei-Yu Liao Guangxue Feng Jian-Hua Jia Ming-Liang Tong | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,8: | 0 |
