12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 4Numerical simulation of the influences of sinker weight on the deformation and load of net of gravity sea cage in uniform flow显示文摘A numerical model for determining fishing net configuration and load is developed, based on the lumped masses method. The model is used to analyze the influences on the net of gravity sea cage by different sinker weights in uniform flow. The net of gravity sea cage is simulated under different current velocities and sinker weights. In order to verify the validity of the numerical results, model test results made by Lader and Enerhaug are cited and compared with the numerical ones. The results of numerical simulation agree well with the experimental ones and the agreement is within an error range of 13% under different velocities and sinker weights. The numerical results indicate that increasing the sinker weight can effectively reduce the net deformation, but the total drag force on the net will increase accordingly. 5Self-microemulsifying drug delivery system for improving the bioavailability of huperzine A by lymphatic uptake显示文摘Huperzine A(Hup-A) is a poorly water-soluble drug with low oral bioavailability. A selfmicroemulsifying drug delivery system(SMEDDS) was used to enhance the oral bioavailability and lymphatic uptake and transport of Hup-A. A single-pass intestinal perfusion(SPIP) technique and a chylomicron flow-blocking approach were used to study its intestinal absorption, mesenteric lymph node distribution and intestinal lymphatic uptake. The value of the area under the plasma concentration–time curve(AUC) of Hup-A SMEDDS was significantly higher than that of a Hup-A suspension(P <0.01).The absorption rate constant(K_a) and the apparent permeability coefficient(P_(app)) for Hup-A in different parts of the intestine suggested a passive transport mechanism, and the values of K_a and P_(app) of Hup-A SMEDDS in the ileum were much higher than those in other intestinal segments. The determination of Hup-A concentration in mesenteric lymph nodes can be used to explain the intestinal lymphatic absorption of Hup-A SMEDDS. For Hup-A SMEDDS, the values of AUC and maximum plasma concentration(C_(max)) of the blocking model were significantly lower than those of the control model(P<0.05). 6Parameter selection of support vector regression based on hybrid optimization algorithm and its application显示文摘Choosing optimal parameters for support vector regression (SVR) is an important step in SVR design, which strongly affects the performance of SVR. In this paper, based on the analysis of influence of SVR parameters on generalization error, a new approach with two steps is proposed for selecting SVR parameters . First the kernel function and SVM parameters are optimized roughly through genetic algorithm, then the kernel parameter is finely adjusted by local linear search. This approach has been successfully applied to the prediction model of the sulfur content in hot metal. 7Potato/Maize intercropping reduces infestation of potato tuber moth, Phthorimaea operculella(Zeller) by the enhancement of natural enemies显示文摘The potato tuber moth(PTM),Phthorimaea operculella(Zeller),is one of the most economically significant insect pests for potato in both field and storage worldwide.To evaluate the infestation,reduction of potato yield and the control efficacy for PTM,field tests were conducted in two seasons by intercropping of potato as the host plant with maize as a non-host plant of PTM.Three intercropping patterns were tested,which were 2 rows of potatoes with either 2,3,or 4 rows of maize(abbreviated 2 P:2 M,2 P:3 M,and 2 P:4 M),and the monocropped potato as the control,2 rows of potatoes,without maize,(abbreviated 2 P:0 M).Results showed that the population and infestation of PTM in the 2 P:3 M intercropping pattern was significantly lower than those in 2 P:2 M,2 P:4 M and the monocropping pattern of 2 P:0 M,due to the enhancement of natural enemies.Cumulative mines and tunneling in potato leaves in 2 P:3 M intercropping were significantly lower than those in 2 P:2 M and 2 P:4 M patterns.The population of parasitoids and the parasitism rate of PTM in intercropping pattern of 2 P:3 M were significantly higher than that in intercropping pattern of 2 P:2 M,2 P:4 M and monocropping pattern of 2 P:0 M.We conclude that the potato intercropped with maize reduced the adult and larva populations,and reduced the damage from PTM by enhancing the number of parasitoids and the level of parasitism.The greatest population density of parasitoids and parasitism rate were in the intercropping pattern of 2 rows of potatoes with 3 rows of maize.These data indicate that the host/non-host intercropping patterns can be used as a biological control tactic against PTM by enhancing the density of natural enemies in the agro-ecosystems.ZHENG Ya-qiang ZHANG Li-min CHEN Bin YAN Nai-sheng GUI Fu-rong ZAN Qing-an DU Guang-zu HE Shu-qi LI Zheng-yue GAO Yu-lin XIAO Guan-li 2020Journal of Integrative Agriculture2020,19,2:8
8Vertically Aligned Silicon Carbide Nanowires/Boron Nitride Cellulose Aerogel Networks Enhanced Thermal Conductivity and Electromagnetic Absorbing of Epoxy Composites显示文摘With the innovation of microelectronics technology, the heat dissipation problem inside the device will face a severe test. In this work, cellulose aerogel(CA) with highly enhanced thermal conductivity(TC) in vertical planes was successfully obtained by constructing a vertically aligned silicon carbide nanowires(SiC NWs)/boron nitride(BN) network via the ice template-assisted strategy. The unique network structure of SiC NWs connected to BN ensures that the TC of the composite in the vertical direction reaches 2.21 W m^(-1) K^(-1) at a low hybrid filler loading of 16.69 wt%, which was increased by 890% compared to pure epoxy(EP). In addition, relying on unique porous network structure of CA, EP-based composite also showed higher TC than other comparative samples in the horizontal direction. Meanwhile, the composite exhibits good electrically insulating with a volume electrical resistivity about 2.35 × 10^(11) Ω cm and displays excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance with a minimum reflection loss of-21.5 dB and a wide effective absorption bandwidth(<-10 dB) from 8.8 to 11.6 GHz. 11A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. 12Quantitative Trait Loci Mapping of Dark-Induced Senescence in Winter Wheat(Triticum aestivum)显示文摘In order to explore the genetics of dark-induced senescence in winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),a quantitative trait loci(QTL)analysis was carried out in a doubled haploid population developed from a cross between the varieties Hanxuan 10(HX)and Lumai 14(LM).The senescence parameters chlorophyll content(Chl a+b,Chl a,and Chl b),original fluorescence(Fo),maximum fluorescence level(Fm),maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),and ratio of variable fluorescence to original fluorescence(Fv/Fo)were evaluated in the second leaf of whole three-leaf seedlings subjected to 7 d of darkness.A total of 43 QTLs were identified that were associated with dark-induced senescence using composite interval mapping.These QTLs were mapped to 20 loci distributed on 11 chromosomes:1B,1D,2A,2B,3B,3D,5D,6A,6B,7A,and 7B.The phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranged from 7.5% to 19.4%.Eleven loci coincided with two or more of the analyzed parameters.In addition,14 loci co-located or were linked with previously reported QTLs regulating flag leaf senescence,tolerance to high light stress,and grain protein content(Gpc),separately.Hongwei Li Fanyun Lin Gui Wang Ruilian Jing Qi Zheng Bin Li Zhensheng Li 2012Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2012,54,1:6

16Two-Dimensional Transient Thermal Analysis of a Phase-Change-Material Canister of a Heat-Pipe Receiver under Gravity显示文摘High-temperature Phase Change Material (PCM) is used as a thermal storage medium of a heat-pipe receiver in an advanced solar dynamic system.With both void cavity and natural convection considered,thermal performance of the heat-pipe receiver is numerically analyzed under gravity.The results indicate that the PCM contained in the integrated heat pipe performs an averaging function of heat loadings.The thermal performance of the heat-pipe receiver is stable and reliable.When a heating cycle is stable,the temperature fluctuations both on heat-pipe wall and in PCM canister remain less than 13 K throughout a sunlight and eclipse cycle.The utility of PCM is essentially improved.The maximum melting ratio of PCM is 92%.Under gravity,PCM melts more quickly with the effect of natural convection.Natural convection accelerates the process of phase changes.Numerical results are compared with the experimental results concerned.The accuracy of numerical model under gravity is verified.The experiment for the PCM canister on the ground can be well prepared with our numerical simulation.Xiaohong GUI Wei QU Bin LIN Xiugan YUAN 2010Journal of Thermal Science2010,19,2:3

18Genetic analysis of biomass and photosynthetic parameters in wheat grown in different light intensities显示文摘Growth light intensities largely determine photosynthesis, biomass, and grain yield of cereal crops. To explore the genetic basis of light responses of biomass and Researchphotosynthetic parameters in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),a quantitative trait locus(QTL) analysis was carried out in a doubled haploid(DH) population grown in low light(LL),medium light(ML), and high light(HL), respectively. The results showed that the wheat seedlings grown in HL produced more biomass with lower total chlorophyll content(Chl), carotenoid content, and maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem II(Fv/Fm) while the wheat seedlings grown in LL produced less biomass with higher Chl compared with those grown in ML. In total, 48 QTLs were identified to be associated with the investigated parameters in relation to growth light intensities. These QTLs were mapped to 15 chromosomes which individually explained6.3%–36.0% of the phenotypic variance, of which chromo-somes 3A, 1D, and 6B were specifically involved in LL response, 5D and 7A specifically involved in ML response,and 4B specifically involved in HL response. 20Review:Layer⁃Number Controllable Preparation of High⁃Quality Graphene for Wide Applications显示文摘Graphene, a well-known two-dimensional(2 D) material, has sparked broad enthusiasm in both scientific and industrial communities in these years, due to its exceptional electrical, thermal, mechanical, and versatile properties. However, many properties and applications of graphene are layer-number dependent. The preparation of high-quality graphene with controlled layer numbers is full of challenge, since the layer number varies much with the synthesis routes and relevant experimental conditions. Hence, there is an urgent need to improve the layer-number controllability of graphene preparation. Generally, graphene can be prepared by two complementary approaches: 'top-down' and 'bottom-up'. Since they have their own advantages, the recent advances in the layer-number tunable preparation of high-quality graphene are separately studied from the two aspects in this review, especially those dedicated to single parameter. Some effective strategies are discussed in detail, mainly including 1) supercritical-CO2 assisted sonication, electrochemical exfoliation of graphite intercalation compounds, and layer-by-layer thinning with plasma or laser, for 'top-down' graphene;2) chemical vapor deposition(CVD) on dual-metal substrate, ion-implantation CVD, layer-by-layer CVD, plasma-enhanced CVD, layered-double-hydroxides template-assisted CVD;and 3) graphite-enclosure assisted epitaxial growth and pulsed-magnetron-sputtering assisted physical vapor deposition for 'bottom-up' graphene on various substrates. In addition, the respective advantages of graphene with different layer numbers in properties and applications are also presented.
