2Transition-Metal-Free Defluorosilylation of Fluoroalkenes with Silylboronates显示文摘Silylated fluoroalkenes are important synthetic intermediates with complementary reactivity,which play a key role in the construction of natural products,pharmaceuticals,and manmade materials.Converting the normally highly stable fiuoroalkenes into silylated fluoroalkenes by selective defluorosilylation is a challenging task.Herein,we report a simple,inexpensive and robust defluorosilylation of a variety of fluoroalkenes with silylboronates in the presence of alkoxy base to directly synthesize various silylated fluoroalkenes.The protocol features mild and safe reaction conditions that avoid a catalyst,a transition metal,a ligand,and high reaction temperature and tolerates a wide scope of fluoroalkene substrates without compromising the efficiency.Density functional theory calculations show that transient silyl anion complex undergoes an SN2,or SNv substitution,which is responsible for this base-mediated defluorosilylation.Pan Gao Guoqiang Wang Longlong Xi Minyan Wang Shuhua Li Zhuangzhi Shi 2019Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,10:5
3Nondestructive determining the soluble solids content of citrus using near infrared transmittance technology combined with the variable selection algorithm显示文摘Nondestructive determination the internal quality of thick-skin fruits has always been a challenge.In order to investigate the prediction ability of full transmittance mode on the soluble solid content(SSC)in thick-skin fruits,the full transmittance spectra of citrus were collected using a visible/near infrared(Vis/NIR)portable spectrograph(550–1100 nm).Three obvious absorption peakswere found at 710,810 and 915 nmin the original spectra curve.Four spectral preprocessing methods including Smoothing,multiplicative scatter correction(MSC),standard normal variate(SNV)and first derivativewere employed to improve the quality of the original spectra.Subsequently,the effective wavelengths of SSC were selected from the original and pretreated spectra with the algorithms of successive projections algorithm(SPA),competitive adaptive reweighted sampling(CARS)and genetic algorithm(GA).Finally,the prediction models of SSC were established based on the full wavelengths and effectivewavelengths.Results showed that SPA performed the best performance on eliminating the useless information variable and optimizing the number of effective variables.The optimal predictionmodel was established based on 10 characteristic variables selected from the spectra pretreated by SNV with the algorithmof SPA,with the correlation coefficient,root mean square error,and residual predictive deviation for prediction set being 0.9165,0.5684°Brix and 2.5120,respectively.Overall,the full transmittance mode was feasible to predict the internal quality of thick-skin fruits,like citrus.Additionally,the combination of spectral preprocessing with a variable selection algorithmwas effective for developing the reliable predictionmodel.The conclusions of this study also provide an alternative method for fast and real-time detection of the internal quality of thick-skin fruits using Vis/NIR spectroscopy.Xi Tian Jiangbo Li Shilai Yi Guoqiang Jin Xiaoying Qiu Yongjie Li 2020Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2020,,1:5
4Preparation of TiO_2 thin film by the LPD method on functionalized organic self-assembled monolayers显示文摘In this paper, uniform titania (TiO2) films have been formed at 50℃ on silanol SAMs by the liquid-phase deposition (LPD) method at a temperature below 100℃. OTS (Octadecyltrichloro-Silane) selfassembled monolayers (SAMs) on glass wafers were used as substrates for the deposition of titanium dioxide thin films. This functionalized organic surface has shown to be effective for promoting the growth of films from titanic aqueous solutions by the LPD method at a low temperature below 100℃. The crystal phase composition, microstructure and topography of the as-prepared films were characterized by various techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results indicate that the as-prepared thin films are purely crystallized anatase TiO2 constituted by nanorods after being annealed at 500℃. 10The mechanism of slope instability due to rainfall-induced structural decay of earthquake-damaged loess显示文摘Natural loess slopes are characterized by a strong geological structure,which is an important factor in maintaining slope stability.The magnitude and duration of the earthquake may disturb the soil structure at different levels degrees,locally changing the arrangement between soil particles.The process of rainfall humidification weakens the cementation between soil particles,and the disturbance and humidification change the structural state of the soil,which in turn causes sliding of the slope along with the decay of soil mechanical properties.As slope instability is often the result of a series of post-earthquake ripple effects,it is of great scientific significance to study the mechanism of slope instability due to the structural decay of earthquake-damaged loess exacerbated by rainfall.In this paper,the impact of structural decay of loess on slope stability is simulated by GEOSTUDIO software under three conditions:pre-earthquake rainfall,post-earthquake rainfall and earthquake,taking the landslide in Buzi Village,Min County,Gansu Province as an example.The comparative analysis of the calculation results shows that the structural properties of the slope without earthquake disturbance are influenced by infil-tration amount.When it is fully saturated,the structural properties are similar to those of saturated soil,and the safety factor is reduced by 12.9%.In addition,the earthquake intensity and duration have different degrees of structural damage to the soil.When the structure is fully damaged,it is similar to that of remodelled soil,and the safety factor is reduced by 45.84%.Notably,the process of the earthquake and the following humidification generates the most serious damage to the loess structure,with a reduction in the safety factor of up to 56.15%.The quantitative analysis above obviously illustrates that the post-earthquake rainfall causes the most severe damage to structural loess slopes,and the resulting landslide hazard should not be underestimated.Hu Tao Mengmeng Zhang Li Gong Xi Shi Yijie Wang Guoqiang Yang Shaowei Lei 2022Earthquake Research Advances2022,2,3:1

14Comparative Study on Corrosion Behavior and Mechanism of As-Cast Mg-Zn-Y and Mg-Zn-Gd Alloys显示文摘Rare earth(RE)elements have large solid solubility in magnesium and are widely used to regulate the microstructure and property of advanced magnesium alloys.However,different kinds of RE elements have different effects on microstructure and property of the alloy.In this study,a Mg-Zn-Y alloy and a Mg-Zn-Gd alloy with alloying elements of the same atomic percentage were designed to clarify the effect of yttrium(Y)and gadolinium(Gd)on the corrosion behavior of as-cast MgZn_(2)_Y(2.66) and MgZn_(2)Gd_(2.66)alloys.The results show that the MgZn_(2)_Y(2.66) alloy is mainly composed ofα-Mg phase and long period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase,while MgZn_(2)Gd_(2.66)alloy is mainly composed ofα-Mg phase and(Mg,Gd)_(3)Zn phase(W phase).Generally speaking,the corrosion phenomena of the two alloys in 3.5 wt%NaCl solution are similar.In the early stages of exposure,the alloys underwent uniform corrosion at a relatively low corrosion rate.With prolonged exposure,localized corrosion became dominated and the corrosion rate was greatly increased.However,the corrosion rate of the MgZn_(2)_Y(2.66) alloy,in terms of the corrosion current density,is about one order of magnitude lower than that of the MgZn_(2)Gd_(2.66)alloy.The high corrosion resistance of the MgZn_(2)_Y(2.66) alloy is mainly attributed to the presence of LPSO phase in form of continuous networks and the relatively high corrosion resistance of the corrosion product layer on the alloy.Guoqiang Xi Xuhan Zhao Yanlong Ma Yu Mou Ju Xiong Kai Ma Jingfeng Wang 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,2:0
15CLEC3A gene three polymorphisms and risk of gastric cancer in Northwestern Chinese population显示文摘This study aimed to evaluate the association between the CLEC3A gene polymorphisms(rs2735401/rs2293776/rs2072665)and the gastric cancer risk in the Northwestern Chinese population.A hospital-based case-control study was conducted on 681 cases and 756 healthy controls.Odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence intervals(CI)were applied to evaluate the association of the CLEC3A polymorphisms on gastric cancer risk.We found that there was no significant association between the CLEC3A polymorphisms and gastric cancer susceptibility,which was detected in the main analysis or stratification analyses of age,gender,and clinical stages.Our findings verified that the CLEC3A polymorphisms are not associated with gastric cancer susceptibility in the Northwestern Chinese population;other polymorphisms should be investigated to further clarify the susceptibility to gastric cancer.PING YANG LIJUAN YUAN SHUJIA PENG YANMING DONG LIN YANG XI’E HU GUOQIANG BAO 2021BIOCELL2021,45,1:0
16Effect of windage heating on a micro high-speed rotor-stator cavity显示文摘The main objective of this work is to investigate the effect of windage heating on the micro high-speed rotor-stator cavity.The influences of centrifugal force and spacing on the windage heating are analyzed with and without the change of gap ratio respectively.The results demonstrate that there is no difference in the flow structure between micro and large-scale rotorstator cavities at the same rotational Reynolds number and gap ratio.However,the windage heating induced by the larger centrifugal force and smaller spacing brings the different heat transfer laws for the micro rotor-stator cavity.The larger centrifugal force weakens the local heat transfer near the rotor periphery.Such influence can be strengthened at higher rotational Reynolds numbers and lower rotor excess temperatures.Besides,the smaller spacing further enhances the windage heating and reduces the average heat transfer especially under the condition of lower gap ratio.The findings of this work contribute to the design of rotor-stator cavity utilized in the micro rotating machinery.Jianyu Liu Guoqiang Xu Xi Zhao Bensi Dong Yongkai Quan 2022Propulsion and Power Research2022,11,4:0
17Enhanced bifunctional catalytic activities of N-doped graphene by Ni in a 3D trimodal nanoporous nanotubular network and its ultralong cycling performance in Zn-air batteries显示文摘Free-standing and fexible air electrodes with long-lasting bifunctional activities for both the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)are crucial to the development of wearable Zn-air rechargeable batteries.In this work,we synthesize a fexible air electrode consisting of 3D nanoporous N-doped graphene with trimodal shells and Ni particles through repeated chemical vapor deposition(CVD)and acidic etching processes.Our results indicate that such trimodal graphene morphology significantly enhances the active N-dopant sites and graphene-coated Ni surface,which consequentially boosts both the ORR and OER activities,as well as catalytic durability.First-principles density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal the synergetic effects between the Ni and the N-doped graphene;namely,the Ni nanoparticles boost the bifunctional activities of the coated N-doped graphene,and in turn the graphene-covering layers enhance the stability of Ni.Thanks to the better protection from the triple graphene shells,our trimodal N-doped graphene/Ni-based Zn-air battery can be stably discharged/recharged beyond 2500 h with low overpotentials.It is reasonable to expect that such freestanding trimodal graphene/Ni would be promising in many fexible energy conversion/storage devices.Yanyi Zhang Xiang-Peng Kong Xiaorong Lin Kailong Hu Weiwei Zhao Guoqiang Xie Xi Lin Xingjun Liu Yoshikazu Ito Hua-Jun Qiu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,3:0
18Prognostic value of the long noncoding RNA AFAP1-AS1 in cancers显示文摘Objective This meta-analysis explored whether the expression of actin filament-associated protein 1 antisense RNA 1(AFAP1-AS1)is related to the prognosis and clinicopathological features of patients with cancer.Methods PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library were systematically searched.Hazard ratios(HRs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)were used to assess the prognostic value based on overall survival(OS),disease-free survival(DFS),and progression-free survival(PFS).Odds ratios(ORs)with 95%CIs were used to determine the relationships between AFAP1-AS1 and clinicopathological features,such as large tumor size(LTS),high tumor stage(HTS),poor histological grade(PHG),lymph node metastasis(LNM),and distant metastasis(DM).Results Thirty-five eligible articles and 3433 cases were analyzed.High AFAP1-AS1 expression,compared to low AFAP1-AS1 expression,correlated with significantly shorter OS(HR=2.15,95%CI=1.97-2.34,P<0.001),DFS(HR=1.37,95%CI=1.19-1.57,P<0.001),and PFS(HR=1.97,95%CI=1.56-2.50,P<0.001)in patients with cancer.In various cancers,elevated AFAP1-AS1 expression was significantly associated with LTS(OR=2.76,95%CI=2.16-3.53,P<0.001),HTS(OR=2.23,95%CI=1.83-2.71,P<0.001),and PHG(OR=1.39,95%CI=1.08-1.79,P=0.01)but not LNM(OR=1.59,95%CI=0.88-2.85,P=0.12)or DM(OR=1.81,95%CI=0.90-3.66,P=0.10).Conclusion High AFAP1-AS1 expression was associated with prognostic and clinicopathological features,suggesting that AFAP1-AS1 is a prognostic biomarker for human cancers.Lixiu Zhu Jiawen Yan Guoqiang Xu Qiaoli Wang Tianrui Xu Ruixue Cao Chuanzheng Sun Yan Xi Wei Xiong 2023Oncology and Translational Medicine2023,9,3:0
19Preparation and characterization of BiFeO_3 thin films by the LPD on OH-functionalized organic SAMs显示文摘BiFeO3 (BFO) thin films were grown on OH-functionalized organic self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) via liquid-phase deposition (LPD) method at a temperature below 100°C. The BiFeO3 thin films were induced to synthesize on the OH-functionalized organic OTS monolayers prepared on hydroxylated glass substrate by self-assembling technique. The hydrophilic characteristic of the as-prepared OTS-SAMs was measured by contact angle tester. The crystal phase composition, microstructure and topography of the as-synthesized BFO thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) and atomic force microscope (AFM), respectively.
