| 3 | The Qitai radio telescope显示文摘This study presents a general outline of the Qitai radio telescope(QTT)project.Qitai,the site of the telescope,is a county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China,located in the east Tianshan Mountains at an elevation of about 1800 m.The QTT is a fully steerable,Gregorian-type telescope with a standard parabolic main reflector of 110 m diameter.The QTT has adopted an umbrella support,homology-symmetric lightweight design.The main reflector is active so that the deformation caused by gravity can be corrected.The structural design aims to ultimately allow high-sensitivity observations from 150 MHz up to115 GHz.To satisfy the requirements for early scientific goals,the QTTwill be equipped with ultra-wideband receivers and large field-of-view multi-beam receivers.A multi-function signal-processing system based on RFSo C and GPU processor chips will be developed.These will enable the QTT to operate in pulsar,spectral line,continuum and Very Long Baseline Interferometer(VLBI)observing modes.Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)and radio frequency interference(RFI)control techniques are adopted throughout the system design.The QTT will form a world-class observational platform for the detection of lowfrequency(nano Hertz)gravitational waves through pulsar timing array(PTA)techniques,pulsar surveys,the discovery of binary black-hole systems,and exploring dark matter and the origin of life in the universe.The QTT will also play an important role in improving the Chinese and international VLBI networks,allowing high-sensitivity and high-resolution observations of the nuclei of distant galaxies and gravitational lensing systems.Deep astrometric observations will also contribute to improving the accuracy of the celestial reference frame.Potentially,the QTT will be able to support future space activities such as planetary exploration in the solar system and to contribute to the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. | Na Wang Qian Xu Jun Ma Zhiyong Liu Qi Liu Hailong Zhang Xin Pei Maozheng Chen Richard N.Manchester Kejia Lee Xingwu Zheng Hans J.Kärcher Wulin Zhao Hongwei Li Dongwei Li Martin Süss Matthias Reichert Zhongyi Zhu Congsi Wang Mingshuai Li Rui Li Ning Li Guljaina Kazezkhan Wenming Yan Gang Wu Lang Cui Ming Zhang Haitao Li | 2023 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,8: | 14 |

The thermal properties of microP CMs were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). | 5 | Effectiveness of flesh-moistening paste in psoriasis vulgaris patients with symptom pattern of blood stasis:a randomized and parallel-controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of flesh-moistening paste for treating psoriasis vulgaris in patients with blood stasis pattern in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:Eudipleural rashes on both the left and right side of the same patients with psoriasis vulgaris,diagnosed via TCM as blood stasis pattern,were selected as the targeted skin lesions.A randomized,double-blind,parallel-controlled,multicenter controlled trial was conducted.The targeted skin lesions were categorized into either the treatment or control group.The treatment group used the flesh-moistening paste;the control group used a placebo.Both the paste and the placebo were topically applied twice daily for eight weeks.The patients were examined biweekly to evaluate the effects.The two groups were compared in terms of the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)of the targeted skin lesions,which is scored according to erythema,desquamation,infiltration,area,pruritus,and improvement of skin barrier function.Adverse events were recorded during the study period.SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the data.RESULTS:Fifty-six patients were enrolled between February 2016 and October 2017.Two were complicated by cardio-cerebrovascular disease and were excluded;thus,54 outpatients were finally enrolled in the study.Four dropped out during the study period:three failed to complete their follow-up visits for unknown reasons,and one exited due to an adverse event.The final trial comprised 50 of the 56 originally selected patients,with a 92.6%completion rate.After 8 weeks of treatment,the targeted skin lesion scores differed significantly(P<0.05).The PASI scores of the targeted skin lesions differed significantly beginning at week 6(P<0.05).The treatment group presented better results than those of the control group.Only one patient had an adverse reaction associated with the treatment.Improvements in skin barrier function differed significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The flesh-moistening paste demonstrated a reliable curative effect and safety for treating psoriasis vulgaris in patients with blood stasis patterns.The topical paste improved the barrier function of the skin lesions. | Guo Xinwei Lang Na Li Guanru Li Ping Qu Jianhua Zhou Dongmei Wang Ping Cang Zhang Deng BingXu Lou Weihai Xu Jingna Lan Haibing Liu Yumin Zhang Weishu Sun Liyun | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6: | 4 |

| 10 | Plastid and nuclear phylogenomic incongruences and biogeographic implications of Magnolia s.l.(Magnoliaceae)显示文摘Magnoliaceae,an assemblage of early diverged angiosperms,comprises two subfamilies,speciose Magnolioideae with approximately 300 species in varying numbers of genera and monogeneric Liriodendroideae with two species in Liriodendron L.This family occupies a pivotal phylogenetic position with important insights into the diversification of early angiosperms,and shows intercontinentally disjunct distribution patterns between eastern Asia and the Americas.Widespread morphological homogeneity and slow substitution rates in Magnolia L.s.l.resulted in poorly supported phylogenetic relationships based on morphology or molecular evidence,which hampers our understanding of the genus,temporal and spacial evolution.Here,based on the newly generated genome skimming data for 48 Magno/fa s.l.species,we produced robust/Vlagno/kj phylogenies using genome-wide markers from both plastid genomes and single nucleotide polymorphism data.Contrasting the plastid and nuclear phylogenies revealed extensive cytonuclear conflicts in both shallow and deep relationships.ABBA-BABA and PhyloNet analyses suggested hybridization occurred within sect.Yulania,and sect.Magnolia,which is in concordance with the ploidy level of the species in these two sections.Divergence time estimates and biogeographic reconstruction indicated that the timing of the three tropical Magnolia disjunctions coincided with the mid-Eocene cooling climate and/or late Eocene climate deterioration,and two temperate disjunctions occurred much later,possibly during the warm periods of the Miocene,hence supporting the boreotropical flora concept of Magnolia s.l. | Shan-Shan Dong Ya-Ling Wang Nian-He Xia Yang Liu Min Liu Lian Lian Na Li Ling-Fei Li Xiao-An Lang Yi-Qing Gong Lu Chen Ernest Wu Shou-Zhou Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Systematics and Evolution2022,60,1: | 1 |

| 19 | Rapid dissociation and on-site saturation evaluation of methane hydrate sediment samples for natural gas hydrate exploitation显示文摘Natural gas hydrate is a kind of clean energy with huge reserves,and the saturation(volume percentage of hydrate in pore space of sediments)is the key parameter for determining whether the reservoir is worthy of exploitation.In this work,rapid hydrate dissociation by the combination of heat injection and NaCl inhibitor addition was studied,and an on-site evaluation method for hydrate saturation in sediment samples was proposed by using a core sampler to transfer hydrate samples under pressure.The results showed that the average gas production rate per unit volume was increased significantly to reach 7.22 L/Lr$min-1 by the injection of NaCl aqueous solution with 50.9C,which was attributed to the increase of the chemical potential to further accelerate the rate of hydrate dissociation in the presence of NaCl.Furthermore,for the measurement of methane hydrate samples saturation with a volume of 673 cm3(which contained 1.4 mol hydrates with the saturation of 58%),hydrate saturation could be accurately achieved within 30 min with a relative error lower than 11.7%This work may provide new thoughts for on-site saturation evaluation and rapid dissociation of hydrate samples during natural gas hydrate exploitation. | Shuanshi Fan Kai Guo Yanhong Wang Xuemei Lang Na Wei Qingping Li | 2021 | Petroleum2021,7,4: | 1 |
