2Integration of a thermochemical energy system driven by solar energy and biomass for natural gas and power production显示文摘Energy systems with multi-energy product outputs driven by renewable energy sources are becoming increasingly popular.To satisfy the diversification of energy use forms in China,this study proposes a new thermochemical energy system driven by solar energy and biomass for natural gas and power production.In this system,syngas from solar-driven biomass gasification is used to synthesize natural gas,whereas the unreacted syngas is burned directly in a combined cycle for power generation.To adjust the production capacity of the system,a shift reaction was used to change the H_(2)/CO ratio in the syngas.The biomass gasification model was experimentally verified,and the thermodynamic performance of the system was studied numerically.The results showed that the production rate of natural gas,with a heat value of 714.88 k J/mol,was approximately 0.306 m^(3)-SNG/kg-bio,and the primary energy efficiency was 47%.The new system showed a good energy-saving potential of 15.29%.Parametric analysis indicated that an increase in the gasification temperature led to a reduction in the natural gas production and an increase in the power output of the system,with a maximum energy efficiency of 66.72%at gasification temperature of 1050°C.With an increase in the syngas share entering the transfer reactor,the natural gas production rate and energy efficiency of the system were improved with an optimum share of approximately 0.55,thereby facilitating the development and optimization of operation strategies.This study provides a promising way to increase the share of renewable energy instead of fossil fuels.WU HaiFeng ZHANG BoWen QU WanJun XU RongJi LIU QiBin 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,6:2
3Asymmetric interfaces and high-TC ferromagnetic phase in La_(0.67)Ca_(0.33)MnO_(3)/SrRuO_(3)superlattices显示文摘Interfacial magnetism in functional oxide heterostructures not only exhibits intriguing physical phenomena but also implies great potential for device applications.In these systems,interfacial structural and electronic reconstructions are essential for improving the stability and tunability of the magnetic properties.In this work,we constructed ultra-thinLa_(0.67)Ca_(0.33)MnO_(3)/SrRuO_(3)(SRO)layers into superlattices,which exhibited a robust ferromagnetic phase.The high Curie temperature(TC)reaches 291 K,more than 30 K higher than that of bulk LCMO.We found that the LCMO/SRO superlattices consisted of atomically-sharp and asymmetric heterointerfaces.Such a unique interface structure can trigger a sizable charge transfer as well as a ferroelectric-like polar distortion.These two interfacial effects cooperatively stabilized the high-T_(C)ferromagnetic phase.Our results could pave a promising approach towards effective control of interfacial magnetism and new designs of oxide-based spintronic devices.Lili Qu Da Lan Liang Si Chao Ma Shasha Wang Liqiang Xu Kexuan Zhang Feng Jin Zixun Zhang Enda Hua Binbin Chen Guanyin Gao Feng Chen Haifeng Du Karsten Held Lingfei Wang Wenbin Wu 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:1

16Granite thermal reservoirs in Lingshui area of Hainan Island and their significance to geothermal resources,China显示文摘Hainan Island located at the southernmost tip of the continental crust of the South China Plate,has high terrestrial heat-flow values,widely-distributed hot springs,and rich geothermal resources.Intensified researches on the origin and potentials of geothermal resources can promote Hainan Island's development into a clean energy island.To determine the geological conditions for the formation of geothermal resources in southern Hainan Island,we collected core samples of granites from the Baocheng batholith in southern Hainan Island and conducted systematic analysis in respect of petrology,geochronology,geochemistry,and petrophysical property.The results of this study are as follows.The Baocheng batholith in the southern Hainan Island has a crystallization age of 98.42±0.56 Ma,making it the product of magmatism in the early stage of the Late Cretaceous.It mainly consists of high-K calc-alkaline granites,which were intruded by intermediate-to-mafic veins.The Baocheng batholith has a high radioactive heat generation rate of 2.712-6.843μW/m^(3),with an average of 3.846μW/m^(3),a radioactive heat-flow value of 30.768 μW/m^(2)and a heat-flow contribution rate of 38.95%-43.95%.As shown by the results of their thermophysical property analysis,the granites have high thermal conductivity and can serve as highquality geothermal reservoirs.In combination with previous geological and geophysical data,the geothermal model of the Lingshui area was established in this study.The deep structure indicates the presence of high-conductivity and low-resistivity layers in the basement of the Baocheng batholith.It can be inferred thereby that asthenospheric upwelling may occur and that there exist two magma vents at depth in the batholith.Therefore,magmatic heat at depth and granites with high radioactive heat generation rate serve as the main heat sources in the Lingshui area.Xiaorui Yun Ying Zhang Dingyong Liang Yanming Qu Haifeng Chen 2023Energy Geoscience2023,4,4:0

19Atomic-resolution characterization on the structure of strontium doped barium titanate nanoparticles显示文摘Ferroelectric barium titanate nanoparticles(BTO NPs)may play critical roles in miniaturized passive electronic devices such as multi-layered ceramic capacitors.While increasing experimental and theoretical understandings on the structure of BTO and doped BTO have been developed over the past decade,the majority of the investigation was carried out in thin-film materials;therefore,the doping effect on nanoparticles remains unclear.Especially,doping-induced local composition and structure fluctuation across single nanoparticles have yet to be unveiled.In this work,we use electron microscopy-based techniques including high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM),integrated differential phase contrast(iDPC)-STEM,and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)mapping to reveal atomically resolved chemical and crystal structure of BTO and strontium doped BTO nanoparticles.Powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD)results indicate that the increasing strontium doping causes a structural transition from tetragonal to cubic phase,but the microscopic data validate substantial compositional and microstructural inhomogeneities in strontium doped BTO nanoparticles.Our work provides new insights into the structure of doped BTO NPs and will facilitate the materials design for next-generation high-density nano-dielectric devices.Haoyu Jiang Jizhen Qi Dongchang Wu Wei Lu Jiahui Qian Haifeng Qu Yixiao Zhang Pei Liu Xi Liu Liwei Chen 2021Nano Research2021,14,12:0
20Deep learning enhanced lithium-ion battery nonlinear fading prognosis显示文摘With the assistance of artificial intelligence,advanced health prognosis technique plays a critical role in the lithium-ion(Li-ion) batteries management system.However,conventional data-driven early aging prediction exhibited dramatic drawbacks,i.e.,volatile capacity nonlinear fading trajectories create obstacles to the accurate multistep ahead prediction due to the complex working conditions of batteries.Herein,a novel deep learning model is proposed to achieve a universal and accurate Li-ion battery aging prognosis.Two battery datasets with various electrode types and cycling conditions are developed to validate the proposed approaches.Knee-point probability(KPP),extracted from the capacity loss curve,is first proposed to detect knee points and improve state-of-health(SOH) predictive accuracy,especially during periods of rapid capacity decline.Using one-cycle data of partial raw voltage as the model input,the SOH and KPP can be simultaneously predicted at multistep ahead,whereas the conventional method showed worse accuracy.Furthermore,to explore the underlying characteristics among various degradation tendencies,an online model update strategy is developed by leveraging the adversarial adaptationinduced transfer learning technique.This work gains new sights into the comprehensive Li-ion battery management and prognosis framework through decomposing capacity degradation trajectories and adversarial learning on the unlabeled samples.Shanling Ji Jianxiong Zhu Zhiyang Lyu Heze You Yifan Zhou Liudong Gu Jinqing Qu Zhijie Xia Zhisheng Zhang Haifeng Dai 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3:0
