1Mushroom Poisoning Outbreaks—China,2010–2020显示文摘ABSTRACT Introduction:Mushroom poisoning was the leading cause of foodborne disease outbreaks and outbreak-associated deaths in China.Mushroom poisoning outbreak surveillance can provide insight into the epidemiological characteristics of mushroom poisonings and guide policymaking and health education to reduce illnesses and deaths.Methods:Foodborne Disease Outbreak Surveillance System was upgraded in 2011 to collect foodborne disease outbreaks in China.Mushroom poisoning outbreaks during 2010–2020 were selected to analyze geographical distribution,seasonal distribution,and setting of food preparation.Results:A total of 10,036 outbreaks,which resulted in 38,676 illnesses and 788 deaths,were reported in this period.Mushroom poisonings occurred all over the country,but with highest incidence in the southwest and central China.Weiwei Li Sara M.Pires Zhitao Liu Jinjun Liang Yafang Wang Wen Chen Chengwei Liu Jikai Liu Haihong Han Ping Fu Yunchang Guo 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,24:18
2Chemical characteristics of size-resolved aerosols in winter in Beijing显示文摘Size-resolved aerosols were continuously collected by a Nano Sampler for 13 days at an urban site in Beijing during winter 2012 to measure the chemical composition of ambient aerosol particles. Data collected by the Nano Sampler and an ACSM(Aerodyne Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor) were compared. Between the data sets,similar trends and strong correlations were observed,demonstrating the validity of the Nano Sampler. PM10 and PM2.5concentrations during the measurement were 150.5 ± 96.0 μg/m3(mean ± standard variation)and 106.9 ± 71.6 μg/m3,respectively. The PM2.5/PM10 ratio was 0.70 ± 0.10,indicating that PM2.5dominated PM10. The aerosol size distributions showed that three size bins of 0.5–1,1–2.5 and 2.5–10 μm contributed 21.8%,23.3% and 26.0% to the total mass concentration(TMC),respectively. OM(organic matter) and SIA(secondary ionic aerosol,mainly SO42-,NO3-and NH4+) were major components of PM2.5. Secondary compounds(SIA and secondary organic carbon) accounted for half of TMC(about 49.8%) in PM2.5,and suggested that secondary aerosols significantly contributed to the serious particulate matter pollution observed in winter. Coal burning,biomass combustion,vehicle emissions and SIA were found to be the main sources of PM2.5. 4IL-17A-dependent gut microbiota is essential for regulating diet-induced disorders in mice显示文摘The gut microbiota plays a key role in obesity and related metabolic disorders, and multiple factors including diet, host genotype, and age regulate it. Many studies have examined the contribution of extrinsic factors to the regulation of the gut microbiota, but the importance of the host genetic constitution cannot be ignored. Interleukin 17A(IL-17A), a pro-inflammatory cytokine, is important in the defense against infection and diseases. Here, we investigated the association among IL-17, a high-fat diet(HFD), and the gut microbiota. Mice deficient in IL-17A were resistant to diet-induced obesity and related diseases. Compared with the Ⅱ-17^(-/-)mice, wild-type(WT) mice challenged with HFD showed obvious weight fluctuations, such as those seen in type 2 diabetes, and hematological changes similar to those associated with metabolic syndrome. However, housing WT mice and Ⅱ-17a^(-/-)mice together significantly alleviated these symptoms in the WT mice. A metagenomic analysis of the mouse feces indicated that the microbial community compositions of these two groups differed before HFD feeding. The HFD mediated shifts in the gut microbial compositions, which were associated with the mouse phenotypes.We also identified potentially beneficial and harmful species present during this period, and drew networks of the most abundant species. A functional analysis indicated pathway changes in the WT and Ⅱ-17a^(-/-)mice when fed the HFD. 5Effect of Mo content on microstructure and stress-rupture properties of a Ni-base single crystal superalloy显示文摘The additional 1.5 wt% Mo was added in a Ni-base single crystal(SC) alloy with the composition of Ni–6.5Al–8.0Mo–2.4Cr–6.2Ta–4.9Co–1.5Re–(0.01–0.05)Y(wt%) to study the effect of Mo content on the microstructure and stress-rupture properties. The creep and stress-rupture tests under the conditions of 850 °C/500 MPa and 1100 °C/130 MPa were conducted, and the microstructure of as-cast, heat treated and stress ruptured specimens were analyzed. It was found that the 1.5 wt% Mo addition enhanced the stress-rupture lives at both intermediate(850 °C) and high(1100 °C)temperatures. The microstructure analysis showed that adding 1.5 wt% Mo in the basic alloy affected the microstructure dramatically, i.e., the Mo-rich phases formed in the specimens of as-cast and stress-ruptured specimens. It is considered that the improvement of the stress-rupture lives is duo to the strengthening effect of Mo to both γ and γ'phases and the decrease of stacking fault energy, diffusion constant and dislocation spacing. 6Effects of Y and Ce on Microstructures and Properties of Nb-Si System Composites显示文摘The effects of yttrium and cerium on microstructures and properties of Nb-Si system composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM), energy dispersive spectrum(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and high temperature oxidation experiments.It is found that the coarse primary silicide phase became finer and more homogeneous with Y and Ce addition.The results of high temperature oxidation experiments show that the oxidation rates of NbSi system composites with an appropriate amount of Y and Ce decrease compared with those of alloys without Y or Ce addition, and oxidation products mainly distribute along the phase boundaries between the Nb solid solution and silicide.Qu Shiyu Han Yafang Song Jinxia Xiao Chengbo Song Liguo 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:4
7Effects of Ti, Al and Hf on niobium silcides formation in the Nb-Si in situ composites显示文摘The effects of alloying elements Ti, Al and Hf on niobium silicides formation in the Nb-Si in situ composites have been investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The binary, ternary and multicomponent alloys have been fabricated by vacuum non-consumable arc melting method. The results show that Ti tends to stabilize Nb3Si phase, while Al promotes the direct formation of β-Nb5Si3 phase with a tetrahedral D8m structure. Exceptionally, it seems that Hf is beneficial to the formation of γ-Nb5Si3 phase with a hexangular D88 structure. 8Recrystallization of Ni_3 Al Base Single Crystal Alloy IC6SX with Different Surface Mechanical Processes显示文摘The recrystallization behavior of Ni 3 Al base single crystal alloy IC6SX with different mechanical processes has been studied.The specimens of the alloy were treated by surface cleaning and cold working during the blades manufacture,and then heat treated in the temperature range of 800-1260℃ for 1 h to 4 h.The microstrcture of the specimens were examined by optical and scaning electron microscopy,and the room temperature tensile property,stress rupture property under the test condition of 1100℃/130 MPa,and the thermal cycle fatigue resistance under 1100-20℃ of the specimens with and without recrystallization were carried out.The experimental results showed that the initial recrystallization nucleation temperatures of the alloy by dry grit blasting,wet grit blasting,indentation,shot blasting and burnishing were 900-950℃/1 h,1000-1100℃/1 h,1200-1220℃/4 h,1220-1240℃/1 h and 1220-1240 C/1 h,respectively and the primal recrystallization completing temperatures of the alloy by those mechanical processes mentioned above were 1200-1210℃/1 h,1100-1200℃/1 h,1220-1240℃/4 h,1240-1260℃/1 h and 1240-1260℃/1 h,respectively.The results also indicated that the deformation amount of the specimens by burnishing and dry grit blasting was bigger than that by wet grit blasting and shot blasting according to their recrystallization temperature and the microhardness profile below the surface of specimens.It has been found that the recrystallization had no evident effect on mechanical properties of the alloy.Yanan Li 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,10:3
9Visualizing DC morphology and T cell motility to characterize DC-T cell encounters in mouse lymph nodes under mTOR inhibition显示文摘Mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),a serine/threonine kinase orchestrating cellular metabolism,is a crucial immune system regulator.However,it remains unclear how mTOR regulates dendritic cell(DC) function in vivo,especially DC-T cell encounters,a critical step for initiating adaptive immune responses.We dynamically visualized DC-T contacts in mouse lymph node using confocal microscopy and established an encounter model to characterize the effect of mTOR inhibition on DC-T cell encounters using DC morphology.Quantitative data showed mTOR inhibition via rapamycin altered DC shape,with an increased form factor(30.17%) and decreased cellular surface area(20.36%) and perimeter(22.43%),which were associated with Cdc42 protein downregulation(52.71%).Additionally,DCs adopted a similar morphological change with Cdc42 inhibition via ZCL278 as that observed with mTOR inhibition.These morphologically altered DCs displayed low encounter rates with T cells.Time-lapse imaging data of T cell motility supported the simulated result of the encounter model,where antigen-specific T cells appeared to reduce arrest in the lymph nodes of rapamycin-pretreated mice relative to the untreated group.Therefore,mTOR inhibition altered DC morphology in vivo and decreased the DC-T cell encounter rate,as well as Cdc42 inhibition.By establishing an encounter model,our study provides an intuitive approach for the early prediction of DC function through morphological quantification of form factor and area.Qiaoya Lin Zheng Liu Meijie Luo Hao Zheng Sha Qiao Chenlu Han Deqiang Deng Zhan Fan Yafang Lu Zhihong Zhang Qingming Luo 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,9:2
10Transcriptomic Response to Yersinia pestis:RIG-I Like Receptor Signaling Response Is Detrimental to the Host against Plague显示文摘Bacterial pathogens have evolved various mechanisms to modulate host immune responses for successful infection.In this study,RNAsequencing technology was used to analyze the responses of human monocytes THP1 to Yersinia pestis infection.Over 6000 genes were differentially expressed over the 12 h infection.Kinetic responses of pathogen recognition receptor signaling pathways,apoptosis,antigen processing,and presentation pathway and coagulation system were analyzed in detail.Among them,RIG-I-like receptor(RLR) signaling pathway,which was established for antiviral defense,was significantly affected.Mice lacking MAVS,the adaptor of the RLR signahng pathway,were less sensitive to infection and exhibited lower IFN-P production,higher Thl-type cytokines IFN-y and IL-12 production,and lower Th2-type cytokines EL-4 and IL-13 production in the serum compared with wild-type mice.Moreover,infection of pathogenic bacteria other than Y.pestis also altered the expression of the RLR pathway,suggesting that the response of RLR pathway to bacterial infection is a universal mechanism.Zongmin Du Huiying Yang Yafang Tan Guang Tian Qingwen Zhang Yujun Cui Yanfeng Yan Xiaohong Wu Zuyun Chen Shiyang Cao Yujing Bi Yanping Han Xiaoyi Wang Yajun Song Ruifu Yan 2014Journal of Genetics and Genomics2014,41,7:2

13Water Holding Characteristics of Coarse Woody Debris of Abies fabri Forest on the East Slope of Tibet Sygera Mountain显示文摘Coarse woody debris( CWD) has an important role in hydrological function and water and soil conservation function of forest ecosystem especially mountain forest ecosystem. To understand water holding capacity of CWD in subalpine forest of southeast Tibet,CWD reserve of primitive A. fabri forest in Sygera Mountain was investigated by sample plot method,and water absorption and storage capacity of CWD was studied by using soaking method. The results showed that decay grade was positively related to water storage potential,that is to say,the higher the decay grade,the larger the water storage potential. Saturated water holding capacity,saturated water holding rate,effective water holding capacity and effective water holding rate of A. fabri CWD all rose with decay grade increased,and the order was Ⅴ>Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ. 16Effects of V and Al on Microstructure and Room Temperature Fracture Toughness of Nb-Si In-situ Composites显示文摘The effect of alloying elements V and Al on microstructure and room temperature fracture toughness of an experimental Nb-Si in-situ composite was investigated. The Nb-Si alloys with different amount of V and Al were prepared by non-consumable arc-melting furnace. The experimental results showed that with the addition of V and Al, the microstructure of the Nb-Si materials transformed from Nbss+Nb3Si to Nbss+Nb5Si3 and the lattice parameters of Nbss phase decreased, and the alloying element V promoted the formation of the finer Nbss structure. It was observed that the room temperature fracture toughness was improved by the addition of V and Al, and the optimum room-temperature fracture toughness of the material appeared in the alloy with 2.6at.%V and 3.6at.%Al. 18Immune‑Ageing Evaluation of Peripheral T and NK Lymphocyte Subsets in Chinese Healthy Adults显示文摘Ageing is often accompanied with a decline in immune system function,resulting in immune ageing.Numerous studies have focussed on the changes in different lymphocyte subsets in diseases and immunosenescence.The change in immune phenotype is a key indication of the diseased or healthy status.However,the changes in lymphocyte number and phenotype brought about by ageing have not been comprehensively analysed.Here,we analysed T and natural killer(NK)cell subsets,the phenotype and cell differentiation states in 43,096 healthy individuals,aged 20–88 years,without known diseases.Thirty-six immune parameters were analysed and the reference ranges of these subsets were established in different age groups divided into 5-year intervals.The data were subjected to random forest machine learning for immune-ageing modelling and confirmed using the neural network analysis.Our initial analysis and machine modelling prediction showed that na.ve T cells decreased with ageing,whereas central memory T cells(Tcm)and effector memory T cells(Tem)increased cluster of differentiation(CD)28-associated T cells.This is the largest study to investigate the correlation between age and immune cell function in a Chinese population,and provides insightful differences,suggesting that healthy adults might be considerably influenced by age and sex.The age of a person's immune system might be different from their chronological age.Our immune-ageing modelling study is one of the largest studies to provide insights into‘immune-age’rather than‘biological-age’.Through machine learning,we identified immune factors influencing the most through ageing and built a model for immune-ageing prediction.Our research not only reveals the impact of age on immune parameter differences within the Chinese population,but also provides new insights for monitoring and preventing some diseases in clinical practice.Zhenghu Jia Zhiyao Ren Dongmei Ye Jiawei Li Yan Xu Hui Liu Ziyu Meng Chengmao Yang Xiaqi Chen Xinru Mao Xueli Luo Zhe Yang Lina Ma Anyi Deng Yafang Li Bingyu Han Junping Wei Chongcheng Huang Zheng Xiang Guobing Chen Peiling Li Juan Ouyang Peisong Chen Oscar Junhong Luo Yifang Gao Zhinan Yin 2023Phenomics2023,3,4:1
