1First report of leaf-spot disease caused by Sphaeropsis visci on Asian mistletoe [Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai] in China显示文摘In January 2017, symptoms of a leaf-spot disease were observed on Viscum coloratum plants in Yichun,China. The infected leaves were chlorotic, while sunken lesions formed on diseased branches, which were initially light brown and later turned dark brown. Moreover, diseased branches and leaves formed semi-buried, small, and spherical pycnidia. In total, 20 leaves and 19 branches diseased samples from Yichun, China were collected and examined. The fungus was isolated and identified using Koch's postulates, morphological characteristics and DNA sequence data. The data presented herein confirmed that the pathogen responsible for the disease was Sphaeropsis visci. 12Crustal P-and S-Wave Velocity Structure of the North China Craton at 36°N from Active-Source Seismic Data and Its Tectonic Implications显示文摘We present crustal models for seismic P-waves(Vp),S-waves(Vs)and the Vp/Vs ratio across the southern North China Craton along latitude 36°N.Our results are based on inverse and forward modeling of long-range wide-angle reflection/refraction data.The crust of the southern Ordos Block has high lower crustal velocity(7.0 km/s)and a Moho depth of~42 km.In contrast,thick sediments and a lower average velocity(compared with the Ordos block)found underneath the Shanxi Graben are likely to be the products of rifting that has occurred since the Cenozoic.Steep Moho dips,exposed basement rock and higher average crustal velocity beneath the Lüliang Mountain and the Taihang Mountain are characteristic of an orogenic belt.The Tanlu fault and the Liaocheng-Lankao fault show sharp crustal velocity variations and a Moho offset.This seismic profile sampled the entire region of the Eastern North China Craton where the cratonic root has been destroyed and the unique crustal structure is correlated with the substantially modified lithosphere.Our crustal seismic velocity model shows a strong correspondence between surface geology,local tectonics and the deep crustal structure.Xiaofeng Tian Walter DMooney Xiaoguo Deng Songlin Li Baofeng Liu Hanqi Liu 2022Journal of Earth Science2022,33,3:0
13Sulfonate-Functionalized Polyoxovanadate-Based Metal-Organic Polyhedra for Enhanced Proton Conduction via the Synergy of Linker and Metal Cluster Vertex显示文摘Metal-organic polyhedra(MOPs)have emerged as novel porous platforms for proton conduction,however,the concerted employment of both linker and metal cluster vertex is rarely applied for the fabrication of MOPs-based high conducting materials.Herein we report the synthesis of sulfonate-functionalized polyoxovanadate-based MOPs for enhanced proton conduction via the synergistic effect from linker and metal cluster node.MOPs 1 and 2 exhibit octahedral cage configuration constructed from{V_(5)O_(9)Cl}vertex and 5-sulfoisophthalate linker.Owing to the ordered packing of octahedral cages along three axes,3D interpenetrated open channels that are lined with high-density sulfonates are thus formed within 2.Coupled with the proton-conductive{V_(5)O_(9)Cl}vertexs as well as protonated counterions,an extensive H-bonded network is therefore generated for facile proton transfer.2 exhibits high proton conductivity of 3.02×10^(-2)S cm^(-1)at 65℃under 90%RH,recording the highest value for MOPs pellet sample.This value is enhanced~1order of magnitude compared with that of carboxylate-functionalized analogue 3,clearly illustrating the advantage of combining linker and metal cluster node for enhanced proton conduction.This work will further promote the exploitation of high proton conductive MOPs-based materials by the synergy design strategy.Yu Zhang Shan-Shan Liu Bo Li Hanqi You Longxi Zhang Zhenyi Zhang Hong-Ying Zang Qi Zheng Weimin Xuan 2022Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,8:0

15The v_P Velocity Structures of Sub-blocks in the North China Craton from Active Source Waveform Modeling and Tectonic Implications显示文摘We present the 1-D crustal velocity structure of the major tectonic blocks of the North China Craton(NCC)along 36°N based on synthetic seismogram modeling of long-range wide-angle reflection/refraction data.This profile extends from southwest Yan’an of central Shaanxi Province of China(109.47°E),across the southern Trans-North China Orogen(TNCO),the southwestern part of the North China Plain(NCP),the Luxi Uplift(LU)and the Sulu Orogen(SLO),ending at Qingdao City of Shandong Province,the eastern margin of China(120.12°E)along 36°N.We utilized reflectivity synthetic seismogram modeling of the active source data to develop 1-D velocity structures of the sub-blocks of the NCC.Our final model shows that the NCC crust varies remarkably among the tectonic units with different velocity structure features.Higher lower crustal velocity and Moho depth^42 km is a major feature of the crust beneath southern Ordos Blockt.The TNCO which is composed of Lyuliangshan Mountains(LM),Shanxi Graben(SXG)and Taihangshan Mountains(TM)shows dominant trans-orogenic features.The NCP shows a dominant thickening of sediments,sharp crust thinning with Moho depth^32 km and significant lower average velocity.The SLO and the LU shows a stratified crust,higher average velocity and crust thinning with Moho depth of^35 km.Our model shows the coincidence between the deep structure and the surface geology among all the tectonic sub-blocks of the NCC.LIU Hanqi TIAN Xiaofeng LIU Baofeng WANG Honglei 2019Earthquake Research in China2019,33,2:0
16A novel predictor of unsustained return of spontaneous circulation in cardiac arrest patients through a combination of capnography and pulse oximetry: a multicenter observational study显示文摘BACKGROUND:Unsustained return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC)is a critical barrier to survival in cardiac arrest patients.This study examined whether end-tidal carbon dioxide(ETCO_(2))and pulse oximetry photoplethysmogram(POP)parameters can be used to identify unsustained ROSC.METHODS:We conducted a multicenter observational prospective cohort study of consecutive patients with cardiac arrest from 2013 to 2014.Patients’general information,ETCO_(2),and POP parameters were collected and statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The included 105 ROSC episodes(from 80 cardiac arrest patients)comprised 51 sustained ROSC episodes and 54 unsustained ROSC episodes.The 24-hour survival rate was significantly higher in the sustained ROSC group than in the unsustained ROSC group(29.2%vs.9.4%,P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that the difference between after and before ROSC in ETCO_(2)(ΔETCO_(2))and the difference between after and before ROCS in area under the curve of POP(ΔAUCp)were independently associated with sustained ROSC(odds ratio[OR]=0.931,95%confi dence interval[95%CI]0.881-0.984,P=0.011 and OR=0.998,95%CI 0.997-0.999,P<0.001).The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve ofΔETCO_(2),ΔAUCp,and the combination of both to predict unsustained ROSC were 0.752(95%CI 0.660-0.844),0.883(95%CI 0.818-0.948),and 0.902(95%CI 0.842-0.962),respectively.CONCLUSION:Patients with unsustained ROSC have a poor prognosis.The combination ofΔETCO_(2) andΔAUCp showed signifi cant predictive value for unsustained ROSC.Jing Yang Hanqi Tang Shihuan Shao Feng Xu Yangyang Fu Shengyong Xu Chen Li Yan Li Yang Liu Joseph Harold Walline Huadong Zhu Yuguo Chen Xuezhong Yu Jun Xu 2024World Journal of Emergency Medicine2024,15,1:0
