1Further study on tensor absolute value equations显示文摘In this paper,we consider the tensor absolute value equations(TAVEs),which is a newly introduced problem in the context of multilinear systems.Although the system of the TAVEs is an interesting generalization of matrix absolute value equations(AVEs),the well-developed theory and algorithms for the AVEs are not directly applicable to the TAVEs due to the nonlinearity(or multilinearity)of the problem under consideration.Therefore,we first study the solutions existence of some classes of the TAVEs with the help of degree theory,in addition to showing,by fixed point theory,that the system of the TAVEs has at least one solution under some checkable conditions.Then,we give a bound of solutions of the TAVEs for some special cases.To find a solution to the TAVEs,we employ the generalized Newton method and report some preliminary results.Chen Ling Weijie Yan Hongjin He Liqun Qi 2020Science China Mathematics2020,63,10:2

3Tourmaline geochemistry and boron isotopic variations as a guide to fluid evolution in the Qiman Tagh W-Sn belt, East Kunlun, China显示文摘The Qiman Tagh W-Sn belt lies in the westernmost section of the East Kunlun Orogen, NW China, and is associated with early Paleozoic monzogranites, tourmaline is present throughout this belt. In this paper we report chemical and boron isotopic compositions of tourmaline from wall rocks, monzogranites, and quartz veins within the belt, for studying the evolution of ore-forming fluids. Tourmaline crystals hosted in the monzogranite and wall rocks belong to the alkali group, while those hosted in quartz veins belong to both the alkali and X-site vacancy groups. Tourmaline in the walk rocks lies within the schorl-dravite series and becomes increasingly schorlitic in the monzogranite and quartz veins. Detrital tourmaline in the wall rocks is commonly both optically and chemically zoned,with cores being enriched in Mg compared with the rims. In the Al-Fe-Mg and Ca-Fe-Mg diagrams,tourmaline from the wall rocks plots in the fields of Al-saturated and Ca-poor metapelite, and extends into the field of Li-poor granites, while those from the monzogranite and quartz veins lie within the field of Li-poor granites. Compositional substitution is best represented by the MgFe_(-1), Al(NaR)_(-1), and AlO(Fe(OH))_(-1) exchange vectors. A wider range of δ^(11)B values from -11.1‰ to -7.1‰ is observed in the wall-rock tourmaline crystals, the B isotopic values combining with elemental diagrams indicate a source of metasediments without marine evaporates for the wall rocks in the Qiman Tagh belt. The δ^(11)B values of monzogranite-hosted tourmaline range from -10.7‰ and-9.2‰, corresponding to the continental crust sediments, and indicate a possible connection between the wall rocks and the monzogranite. The overlap in δ^(11)B values between wall rocks and monzogranite implies that a transfer of δ^(11)B values by anataxis with little isotopic fractionation between tourmaline and melts. Tourmaline crystals from quartz veins have δ^(11)B values between -11.0‰ and-9.6‰, combining with the elemental diagrams and geological features, thus indicating a common granite-derived source for the quartz veins and little B isotopic fractionation occurred. Tourmalinite in the wall rocks was formed by metasomatism by a granite-derived hydrothermal fluid, as confirmed by the compositional and geological features.Therefore, we propose a single B-rich sedimentary source in the Qiman Tagh belt, and little boron isotopic fractionation occurred during systematic fluid evolution from the wall rocks, through monzogranite, to quartz veins and tourmalinite.Zhen Zheng Yanjing Chen Xiaohua Deng Suwei Yue Hongjin Chen Qingfei Wang 2019Geoscience Frontiers2019,10,2:1

12Spatiotemporal variation of land surface temperature and its driving factors in Xinjiang,China显示文摘Land surface temperature(LST) directly affects the energy balance of terrestrial surface systems and impacts regional resources, ecosystem evolution, and ecosystem structures. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is located at the arid Northwest China and is extremely sensitive to climate change. There is an urgent need to understand the distribution patterns of LST in this area and quantitatively measure the nature and intensity of the impacts of the major driving factors from a spatial perspective, as well as elucidate the formation mechanisms. In this study, we used the MOD11C3 LST product developed on the basis of Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) to conduct regression analysis and determine the spatiotemporal variation and differentiation pattern of LST in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2020. We analyzed the driving mechanisms of spatial heterogeneity of LST in Xinjiang and the six geomorphic zones(the Altay Mountains, Junggar Basin, Tianshan Mountains, Tarim Basin, Turpan-Hami(Tuha) Basin, and Pakakuna Mountain Group) using geographical detector(Geodetector) and geographically weighted regression(GWR) models. The warming rate of LST in Xinjiang during the study period was 0.24℃/10a, and the spatial distribution pattern of LST had obvious topographic imprints, with 87.20% of the warming zone located in the Gobi desert and areas with frequent human activities, and the cooling zone mainly located in the mountainous areas. The seasonal LST in Xinjiang was at a cooling rate of 0.09℃/10a in autumn, and showed a warming trend in other seasons. Digital elevation model(DEM), latitude, wind speed, precipitation, normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), and sunshine duration in the single-factor and interactive detections were the key factors driving the LST changes. The direction and intensity of each major driving factor on the spatial variations of LST in the study area were heterogeneous. The negative feedback effect of DEM on the spatial differentiation of LST was the strongest. Lower latitudes, lower vegetation coverage, lower levels of precipitation, and longer sunshine duration increased LST. Unused land was the main heat source landscape, water body was the most important heat sink landscape, grassland and forest land were the land use and land cover(LULC) types with the most prominent heat sink effect, and there were significant differences in different geomorphic zones due to the influences of their vegetation types, climatic conditions, soil types, and human activities. 15Angiosperm-wide analysis of fruit and ovary evolution aided by a new nuclear phylogeny supports association of the same ovary type with both dry and fleshy fruits显示文摘Fruit functions in seed protection and dispersal and belongs to many dry and fleshy types,yet their evolutionary pattern remains unclear in part due to uncertainties in the phylogenetic relationships among several orders and families.Thus we used nuclear genes of 502 angiosperm species representing 231 families to reconstruct a well supported phylogeny,with resolved relationships for orders and families with previously uncertain placements.Using this phylogeny as a framework,molecular dating supports a Triassic origin of the crown angiosperms,followed by the emergence of most orders in the Jurassic and Cretaceous and their rise to ecological dominance during the Cretaceous Terrestrial Revolution.The robust phylogeny allowed an examination of the evolutionary pattern of fruit and ovary types,revealing a trend of parallel carpel fusions during early diversifications in eudicots,monocots,and magnoliids.Moreover,taxa in the same order or family with the same ovary type can develop either dry or fleshy fruits with strong correlations between specific types of dry and fleshy fruits;such associations of ovary,dry and fleshy fruits define several ovaryfruit'modules'each found in multiple families.One of the frequent modules has an ovary containing multiple ovules,capsules and berries,and another with an ovary having one or two ovules,achenes(or other single-seeded dry fruits)and drupes.This new perspective of relationships among fruit types highlights the closeness of specific dry and fleshy fruit types,such as capsule and berry,that develop from the same ovary type and belong to the same module relative to dry and fleshy fruits of other modules(such as achenes and drupes).Further analyses of gene families containing known genes for ovary and fruit development identified phylogenetic nodes with multiple gene duplications,supporting a possible role of whole-genome duplications,in combination with climate changes and animal behaviors,in angiosperm fruit and ovary diversification.Yezi Xiang Taikui Zhang Yiyong Zhao Hongjin Dong Hongyi Chen Yi Hu Chien-Hsun Huang Jun Xiang Hong Ma 2024Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2024,66,2:0
16Optimal Mode Decision Method for Interframe Prediction in H.264/AVC显示文摘Studies show that encoding technologies in H.264/AVC,including prediction and conversion,are essential technologies.However,these technologies are more complicated than the MPEG-4,which is a standard method and widely adopted worldwide.Therefore,the amount of calculation in H.264/AVC is significantly up-regulated compared to that of the MPEG-4.In the present study,it is intended to simplify the computational expenses in the international standard compression coding system H.264/AVC for moving images.Inter prediction refers to the most feasible compression technology,taking up to 60%of the entire encoding.In this regard,prediction error and motion vector information are proposed to simplify the computation of inter predictive coding technology.In the initial frame,motion compensation is performed in all target modes and then basic information is collected and analyzed.After the initial frame,motion compensation is performed only in the middle 8×8 modes,and the basic information amount shifts.In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method and assess the motion image compression coding,four types of motion images,defined by the international telecommunication union(ITU),are employed.Based on the obtained results,it is concluded that the developed method is capable of simplifying the calculation,while it is slightly affected by the inferior image quality and the amount of information.Hongjin Zhu Honghui Fan Zhenqiu Shu Congzhe You Xiangjun Chen Qian Yu Pengzhen Gan 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,12:0
17Bicyclic stapled peptides based on p53 as dual inhibitors for the interactions of p53 with MDM2 and MDMX显示文摘In recent years, the strategy of inhibiting the interactions of p53 with murine double minute 2(MDM2)and murine double minute X(MDMX) has been proved to be a promising approach for tumor therapy.However, the poor proteolytical stability and low intracellular delivery efficiency of peptide inhibitors limit their clinical application. Here, we designed and synthesized the bicyclic stapled peptides based on p53 by combining all-hydrocarbon stapling and lactam stapling strategies. We demonstrated that bicyclic stapled peptide p53-16 significantly improved α-helicity and proteolytic stability. Especially, p53-16showed nanomolar binding affinity for MDM2 and MDMX. In addition, p53-16 could penetrate the cell membrane, and selectively inhibited the activity of tumor cells via activating p53 pathway in vitro. Our data suggest that p53-16 is a potential dual inhibitor of MDM2 and MDMX interactions. 19Syn-mineralization Uplifting and Exhumation of Porphyry Systems in China:Evidence from Fluid Inclusion Data显示文摘In order to understand how the metallogenic process of porphyry deposit specifically and directly respond to regional uplifting and exhumation,we compiled previous fluid inclusion data of 32 porphyry deposits in China by recalculating the fluid trapping depths and trapping depth reduction magnitude from early to late mineralization stage veins.The data reveal that the average trapping pressure ratio(Ave TP_(E)/TP_(L))between early-and late-stage veins of the these deposits are 1.2-18.4,mainly in the range of 1.35-5.83,with average trapping pressure reduction(1-Ave TP_(L)/TP_(E))from early-to late-stage veins are 17%-95%,and mainly in the range of 25%-83%.The fluid trapping pressure based mineralization depths most of the porphyry deposits in China had decreased from early to late vein stages by at least 450 m(900-5800 m predominant),or greater than 950 m when take the average depth reduction value,which is greater than the current gap between early-and late-stage veins of each deposit.We propose that the apparently greater mineralization depth reduction magnitude than the current elevation gaps between early and late veins are likely a consequence of synmineralization uplifting and exhumation process that often occurs in porphyry systems.ZHOU Aorigele ZHENG Ming TANG Juxing HE Wen CHEN Hongjin 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,1:0
20The myodural bridge exists in viper snakes显示文摘The myodural bridge(MDB)is a connection between the suboccipital muscles and cervical dura mater in the posterior atlanto occipital interspace found in mammals.Specifically,we focused on the Gloydius Shedaoensis,a species of Agkistrodon that only found on Shedao Island located in the southeastern sea of Dalian City in China.Six head and neck up to the sixth vertebra(V6)cadavers of Gloydius Shedaoensis were examined in this study.Three were used for anatomical dissection and the remaining three were used for histological analysis.The spinalis muscle originated from the posterior edge of the supraoccipital bones and the dorsal facet of exocciput,extended on both sides of the spinous process covering the spine,merging with semispinalis muscle.Li Chan Chen Yue Wei Xiaosong Sui Hongjin 2021解剖学杂志2021,44,S01:0
