1Universally composable anonymous password authenticated key exchange显示文摘Anonymous password authenticated key exchange(APAKE) is an important cryptographic primitive, through which a client holding a password can establish a session key with a server both authentically and anonymously. Although the server is guaranteed that the client in communication is from a pre-determined group, but the client's actual identity is protected. Because of their convenience, APAKE protocols have been widely studied and applied to the privacy protection research. However, all existing APAKE protocols are handled in stand-alone models and do not adequately settle the problem of protocol composition, which is a practical issue for protocol implementation. In this paper, we overcome this issue by formulating and realizing an ideal functionality for APAKE within the well-known universal composability(UC) framework, which thus guarantees security under the protocol composition operations. Our formulation captures the essential security requirements of APAKE such as off-line dictionary attack resistance, client anonymity and explicit mutual authentication. Moreover, it addresses the arbitrary probabilistic distribution of passwords. 4Vertical distribution and temporal evolution of formaldehyde and glyoxal derived from MAX-DOAS observations:The indicative role of VOC sources显示文摘Formaldehyde(HCHO)and glyoxal(CHOCHO)are important oxidization intermediates of most volatile organic compounds(VOCs),but their vertical evolution in urban areas is not well understood.Vertical profiles of HCHO,CHOCHO,and nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))were retrieved from ground-based Multi-Axis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy(MAXDOAS)observations in Hefei,China.HCHO and CHOCHO vertical profiles prefer to occur at higher altitudes compared to NO_(2),which might be caused by the photochemistry-oxidation of longer-lived VOCs at higher altitudes.Monthly means of HCHO concentrations were higher in summer,while enhanced amounts of NO_(2)were mainly observed in winter.CHOCHO exhibited a hump-like seasonal variation,with higher monthly-averaged values not only occurred in warm months(July-August)but also in cold months(November-December).Peak values mainly occurred during noon for HCHO but emerged in the morning for CHOCHO and NO_(2),suggesting that HCHO is stronger link to photochemistry than CHOCHO.We further use the glyoxal to formaldehyde ratio(GFR)to investigate the VOC sources at different altitudes.The lowest GFR value is almost found in the altitude from 0.2 to 0.4 km,and then rises rapidly as the altitude increases.The GFR results indicate that the largest contributor of the precursor VOC is biogenic VOCs at lower altitudes,while at higher altitudes is anthropogenic VOCs.Our findings provide a lot more insight into VOC sources at vertical direction,but more verification is recommended to be done in the future.Qianqian Hong Cheng Liu Qihou Hu Yanli Zhang Chengzhi Xing Jinping Ou Wei Tan Haoran Liu Xiaoqing Huang Zhenfeng Wu 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,12:1
5Self-doped n-type small molecular electron transport materials for high-performance organic solar cells显示文摘Two naphthalene diimide(NDI) and perylene diimide(PDI) based n-type water/alcohol soluble small molecules(NFN and PFP)are designed and utilized as electron transport layers(ETLs) for organic solar cells(OSCs). NFN and PFP are synthesized by using Sonogashira coupling from alkynyl modified fluorene with mono-bromo substituted NDI and PDI. Density functional theory study results of NFN and PFP show that they possess excellent planarity due to the employment of triple bonds as connection units.Moreover, it was shown by electron paramagnetic resonance study that both NFN and PFP possess obvious self-doping behaviors,which may effectively enhance their charge transporting capability as ETLs in OSCs. Power conversion efficiencies of 8.59% and9.80% can be achieved for OSCs with NFN and PFP as ETLs, respectively. 6Security Analysis of an Attractive Online Authentication Standard:FIDO UAF Protocol显示文摘FIDO(Fast IDentity Online) Alliance proposed a set of standard in 2014 for change the nature of online authentication. By now, it has drawn attention from many companies, including Google, VISA, Intel etc. In this paper, we analyze the FIDO UAF(Universal Authentication Framework) Protocol, one of the two sets of specifications in the standard. We first present protocols' cryptographic abstractions for the registration and authentication protocols of the FIDO UAF. According to the abstractions, we discuss on selected security goals presented in the standard to study UAF security properties. We also propose three attacks, which the first two are based on an assumption that an attacker can corrupt the software installed on the user device, and the third is based on two users sharing a FIDO roaming authenticator. 8Molecular design towards two-dimensional electron acceptors for efficient non-fullerene solar cells显示文摘Non-fullerene polymer solar cells(NF-PSCs) have gained wide attention recently. Molecular design of non-fullerene electron acceptors effectively promotes the photovoltaic performance of NF-PSCs. However,molecular electron acceptors with 2-dimensional(2 D) configuration and conjugation are seldom reported.Herein, we designed and synthesized a series of novel 2 D electron acceptors for efficient NF-PSCs. With rational optimization on the conjugated moieties in both vertical and horizontal direction, these 2 D electron acceptors showed appealing properties, such as good planarity, full-spectrum absorption, high absorption extinction coefficient, and proper blend morphology with donor polymer. A high PCE of 9.76%was achieved for photovoltaic devices with PBDB-T as the donor and these 2 D electron acceptors. It was also found the charge transfer between the conjugated moieties in two directions of these 2 D molecules contributes to the utilization of absorbed photos, resulting in an exceptional EQE of 87% at 730 nm. 9Thermocline Model for Estimating Argo Sea Surface Temperature Thermocline Model for Estimating Argo Sea Surface Temperature显示文摘Argo has become an important constituent of the global ocean observation system.However,due to the lack of sea surface measurements from most Argo profiles,the application of Argo data is still limited.In this study,a thermocline model was constructed based on three key thermocline parameters,i.e,thermocline upper depth,the thermocline bottom depth,and thermocline temperature gradient.Following the model,we estimated the sea surface temperature of Argo profiles by providing the relationship between sea surface and subsurface temperature.We tested the effectiveness of our proposed model using statistical analysis and by comparing the sea surface temperature with the results obtained from traditional methods and in situ observations in the Pacific Ocean.The root mean square errors of results obtained from thermocline model were found to be significantly reduced compared to the extrapolation results and satellite retrieved temperature results.The correlation coefficient between the estimation result and in situ observation was 0.967.Argo surface temperature,estimated by the thermocline model,has been theoretically proved to be reliable.Thus,our model generates theoretically feasible data present the mesoscale phenomenon in more detail.Overall,this study compensates for the lack surface observation of Argo,and provides a new tool to establish complete Argo data sets.Chunling Zhang Mengli Zhang Zhenfeng Wang Song Hu Danyang Wang Shenglong Yang 2022Sustainable Marine Structures2022,4,1:1
10Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C. 12SNP-based identification of QTL for resistance to black point caused by Bipolaris sorokiniana in bread wheat显示文摘Black point disease caused by Bipolaris sorokiniana is a problem in wheat production worldwide.We aimed to identify major quantitative trait loci(QTL)for resistance to black point and develop molecular markers for marker-assisted selection(MAS).A recombinant inbred line(RIL)population derived from a cross between Wanyuanbai 1(susceptible)and SN4143(resistant)was evaluated for black point response at three locations during two years under artificial inoculation with B.sorokiniana,providing data for six environments.Thirty resistant and 30 susceptible RILs were selected to form resistant and susceptible bulks,respectively,that were genotyped by the wheat 660 K SNP array;685 singlenucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)were identified,among which 385(56.2%)and 115(16.8%)were located on chromosomes 4 A and 2 B,respectively.Bulked segregant RNA-Seq analysis identified candidate regions on chromosomes 4 A(4.60–40.28 Mb)and 5 A(1.22–48.47 Mb).Genetic linkage maps were constructed for chromosomes 2 B,4 A,and 5 A using 59 polymorphic d CAPS and SSR markers.Finally,two QTL,designated QBB.hau-4 A and QBB.hau-5 A,were detected on chromosomes 4 A and 5 A,respectively.The resistance allele of QBB.hau-4 A was derived from SN4143,and that of QBB.hau-5 A came from Wanyuanbai 1.QBB.hau-4 A with a large and consistent effect(15.1%)is likely to be a new locus for black point resistance.The markers linked to QBB.hau-4 A and QBB.hau-5 A have potential application in MASbased breeding.Qiaoyun Li Runyu Hu Zhenfeng Guo Siyu Wang Chuang Gao Yumei Jiang Jianwei Tang Guihong Yin 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,3:1
13Rare-Earth Metal Boroxide with Formal Triple Metal-Oxygen Orbital Interaction:Synthesis from B(C_(6)F_(5))_(3)·H_(2)O and Radical-Anion Ligated Rare-Earth Metal Amides显示文摘Rare-earth metal boroxides are not only rare and of great synthetic challenge but also important theoretically due to their unrevealed bonding characteristics.In this paper,we report the synthesis,characterization,and bonding characteristics of the 4f-block metal boroxide complexes ^(Mes)DAD_(2)LuOB(C_(6)F_(5))X(4-Lu,X=C_(6)F_(5);5-Lu,X=NC_(13)H_(10))with two chelating radical-anionic 1,4-diazabutadiene(DAD)ligands.The synthesis of 4-Lu or 5-Lu involved three steps,during which the radical-anionic DAD ligands could be kept stable:(1)the reaction of LuCl_(3),^(Mes)DAD,and potassium graphite(KC8)afforded the diradical rare-earth metal chloride ^(Mes)DAD_(2)LuCl·tetrahydrofuran(THF)(1-Lu);(2)the salt metathesis of 1-Lu with two alkali metal amides gave lutetium bis(diazabutadiene)amides 2-Lu or 3-Lu,respectively;and(3)2-Lu or 3-Lu reacted with B(C_(6)F_(5))_(3)·H_(2)O,resulting in the formation of rare-earth metal boroxides 4-Lu or 5-Lu.The radical-anionic nature of DAD ligands in these complexes were proven by their bond lengths and coordination modes in single-crystal structures.DFT calculations clearly show the bonding of 4-Lu can be divided into three major types of Lu-O orbital interactions,which can be categorized asσ-donation,π-donation,and d-π-conjugation.The triple Lu-O orbital interactions cooperatively make a Lu-O single bond and contribute to the linear Lu-O-B structure.Haihan Yan Botao Wu Xiao-Kun Zhao Chao Yu Junnian Wei Han-Shi Hu Wen-Xiong Zhang Zhenfeng Xi 2021CCS Chemistry2021,3,11:1

18Glutamine metabolic microenvironment drives M2 macrophage polarization tomediate trastuzumab resistance in HER2-positive gastric cancer显示文摘Background:Trastuzumab is a first-line targeted therapy for human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)-positive gastric cancer.However,the inevitable occurrence of acquired trastuzumab resistance limits the drug benefit,and there is currently no effective reversal measure.Existing researches on the mechanism of trastuzumab resistance mainly focused on tumor cells themselves,while the understanding of the mechanisms of environment-mediated drug resistance is relatively lacking.This study aimed to further explore the mechanisms of trastuzumab resistance to identify strategies to promote survival in these patients.Methods:Trastuzumab-sensitive and trastuzumab-resistant HER2-positive tumor tissues and cells were collected for transcriptome sequencing.Bioinformatics were used to analyze cell subtypes,metabolic pathways,and molecular signaling pathways.Changes in microenvironmental indicators(such as macrophage,angiogenesis,and metabolism)were verified by immunofluorescence(IF)and immunohistochemical(IHC)analyses.Finally,a multi-scale agent-based model(ABM)was constructed.The effects of combination treatment were further validated in nude mice to verify these effects predicted by the ABM.Results:Based on transcriptome sequencing,molecular biology,and in vivo experiments,we found that the level of glutamine metabolism in trastuzumabresistant HER2-positive cells was increased,and glutaminase 1(GLS1)was significantly overexpressed.Meanwhile,tumor-derived GLS1 microvesicles drove M2macrophage polarization.Furthermore,angiogenesis promoted trastuzumab resistance.IHC showed high glutamine metabolism,M2 macrophage polarization,and angiogenesis in trastuzumab-resistant HER2-positive tumor tissues from patients and nudemice.Mechanistically,the cell division cycle 42(CDC42)promoted GLS1 expression in tumor cells by activating nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)p65 and drove GLS1microvesicle secretion through IQmotif-containing GTPase-activating protein 1(IQGAP1).Based on the ABM and in vivo experiments,we confirmed that the combination of anti-glutamine metabolism,anti-angiogenesis,and pro-M1 polarization therapy had the best effect in reversing trastuzumab resistance in HER2-positive gastric cancer.Conclusions:This study revealed that tumor cells secrete GLS1 microvesicles via CDC42 to promote glutamine metabolism,M2 macrophage polarization,and pro-angiogenic function of macrophages,leading to acquired trastuzumab resistance in HER2-positive gastric cancer.A combination of anti-glutamine metabolism,anti-angiogenesis,and pro-M1 polarization therapy may provide a new insight into reversing trastuzumab resistance.Xingbin Hu Zhenfeng Ma Beibei Xu Shulong Li Zhiqi Yao Bishan Liang Jiao Wang Wangjun Liao Li Lin Chunling Wang Siting Zheng Qijing Wu Qiong Huang Le Yu Fenghua Wang Min Shi 2023Cancer Communications2023,43,8:0
19Three-dimensional organic cage with narrowband delayed fluorescence显示文摘A new type of simple emissive organic cage consisting of diphenyl sulfone units and nitrogen atoms was developed via one-pot C–N coupling condensation or two-step reactions along with a series of sulfoxide cages obtained, which exhibited excellent chemical modifiability and structural stability. By precisely controlling the participation of donor and acceptor units, a highly soluble organic cage with delayed fluorescence was obtained for the first time. More interestingly, due to the restriction of intramolecular flipping by locking the building blocks within a rigid framework, this emissive organic cage further showed narrowband ultra-deep blue electroluminescence emission at 413 nm with a full-width at half-maximum of 35 nm.
