2On the adjacent-vertex-strongly-distinguishing total coloring of graphs显示文摘For any vertex u∈V(G), let TN(U)={u}∪{uv|uv∈E(G), v∈v(G)}∪{v∈v(G)|uv∈E(G)}and let f be a total k-coloring of G. The total-color neighbor of a vertex u of G is the color set Cf(u)={f(x)|x∈TN(U)}. For any two adjacent vertices x and y of V(G)such that Cf(x)≠Cf(y), we refer to f as a k-avsdt-coloring of G('avsdt'is the abbreviation of'adjacent-vertex-strongly- distinguishing total'). The avsdt-coloring number of G, denoted by Xast(G), is the minimal number of colors required for a avsdt-coloring of G. In this paper, the avsdt-coloring numbers on some familiar graphs are studied, such as paths, cycles, complete graphs, complete bipartite graphs and so on. 3D(β)-vertex-distinguishing total coloring of graphs显示文摘A new concept of the D(β)-vertex-distinguishing total coloring of graphs, i.e., the proper total coloring such that any two vertices whose distance is not larger than β have different color sets, where the color set of a vertex is the set composed of all colors of the vertex and the edges incident to it, is proposed in this paper. 4Control measures during the COVID-19 outbreak reduced the transmission of hand,foot,and mouth disease显示文摘Control measures during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak may have limited the spread of infectious diseases.This study aimed to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on the spread of hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD)in China.A mathematical model was established to fit the reported data of HFMD in six selected cities in China's Mainland from 2015 to 2020.The absolute difference(AD)and relative difference(RD)between the reported incidence in 2020,and simulated maximum,minimum,or median incidence of HFMD in 2015-2019 were calculated.The incidence and R effof HFMD have decreased in six selected cities since the outbreak of COVID-19,and in the second half of 2020,the incidence and R effof HFMD have rebounded.The results show that the total attack rate(TAR)in 2020 was lower than the maximum,minimum,and median TAR fitted in previous years in six selected cities(except Changsha City).For the maximum,median,minimum fitted TAR,the range of RD(%)is 42·20-99·20%,36·35-98·41%48·35-96·23%(except Changsha City)respectively.The preventive and control measures of COVID-19 have significantly contributed to the containment of HFMD transmission.Yan Niu Li Luo Jia Rui Shiting Yang Bin Deng Zeyu Zhao Shengnan Lin Jingwen Xu Yuanzhao Zhu Yao Wang Meng Yang Xingchun Liu Tianlong Yang Weikang Liu Peihua Li Zhuoyang Li Chan Liu Jiefeng Huang Tianmu Chen 2021Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2021,2,2:3
5Feasibility of Booster Vaccination in High-Risk Populations for Controlling Coronavirus Variants—China,2021显示文摘Introduction:Vaccination booster shots are completely necessary for controlling breakthrough infections of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)in China.The study aims to estimate effectiveness of booster vaccines for high-risk populations(HRPs).Methods:A vaccinated Susceptible-Exposed-Symptomatic-Asymptomatic-Recovered/Removed(SEIAR)model was developed to simulate scenarios of effective reproduction number(Reff)from 4 to 6.Total number of infectious and asymptomatic cases were used to evaluated vaccination effectiveness.Results:Our model showed that we could not prevent outbreaks when covering 80%of HRPs with booster unless Reff=4.0 or the booster vaccine had efficacy against infectivity and susceptibility of more than 90%.The results were consistent when the outcome index was confirmed cases or asymptomatic cases.Conclusions:An ideal coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)booster vaccination strategy for HRPs would be expected to reach the initial goal to control the transmission of the Delta variant in China.Accordingly,the recommendation for the COVID-19 booster vaccine should be implemented in HRPs who are already vaccinated and could prevent transmission to other groups.Kangguo Li Zeyu Zhao Hongjie Wei Jia Rui Jiefeng Huang Xiaohao Guo Yichao Guo Shiting Yang Guzainuer Abudurusuli Li Luo Xingchun Liu Yao Wang Jingwen Xu Yuanzhao Zhu Meng Yang TianlongYang Weikang Liu Bin Deng Chan Liu Zhuoyang Li Peihua Li Shanshan Yu Zimei Yang Yanhua Su Benhua Zhao Yan Niu Tianmu Chen 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,50:2
6Oxygen vacancy promoting adsorption property of BiOI microspheres modified with SDS显示文摘BiOI microspheres were synthesized via a facile hydrolytic method with sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).The results showed that 8% SDS-BiOI microspheres possessed the homogeneous morphology, larger specific surface area and more oxygen vacancies compared with the pure BiOI. Moreover, the adsorption efficiency of rhodamine B(RhB) and methyl orange(MO) for 8% SDS-BiOI reached almost 96.4% and 79.4%,respectively. 7High capacity lithium-manganese-nickel-oxide composite cathodes with low irreversible capacity loss and good cycle life for lithium ion batteries显示文摘We report a method to eliminate the irreversible capacity of 0.4Li_2MnO_3·0.6LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O_2(Li_(1.17)Ni_(0.25)Mn_(0.583)O_2) by decreasing lithium content to yield integrated layered-spinel structures.XRD patterns,High-resolution TEM image and electrochemical cycling of the materials in lithium cells revealed features consistent with the presence of spinel phase within the materials.When discharged to about 2.8 V,the spinel phase of LiM_2O_4(M=Ni,Mn) can transform to rock-salt phase of Li_2M_2O_4(M=Ni,Mn) during which the tetravalent manganese ions are reduced to an oxidation state of 3.0.So the spinel phase can act as a host to insert back the extracted lithium ions(from the layered matrix) that could not embed back into the layered lattice to eliminate the irreversible capacity loss and increase the discharge capacity.Their electrochemical properties at room temperature showed a high capacity(about 275 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 C) and exhibited good cycling performance.Jingwen Zhang Xun Guo Sumei Yao Xinping Qiu 2016Science China Chemistry2016,59,11:1

10Detection of Pb in Tieguanyin tea and ash by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy显示文摘In this work, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) was applied for the detection of Pb in Tieguanyin tea and ash. Firstly, the Tieguanyin tea and ash containing Pb were prepared, and the difference of intensities of Pb I spectral lines before and after the ashing treatment was studied. It was found that the intensities of Pb I lines increased by 30 times and the standard deviation of background signal decreased by 41% after the ashing treatment. Therefore, the enrichment of Pb element by ashing treatment was used to detect Pb in tea with high sensitivity. Then, the calibration curve of Pb was established using spectral lines without self-absorption, and the determination coefficient(R^(2)) for the linear fitting of calibration curve was 0.979 9. Finally, it was found that the limit of detection of Pb was 233.8 ppb. Compared with the results of other works which detect Pb directly, the enrichment of Pb by ashing treatment improved the detection sensitivity of Pb by about 200 times. 11Mapping Multi-factor-mediated Chromatin Interactions to Assess Dysregulation of Lung Cancer-related Genes显示文摘Studies on the lung cancer genome are indispensable for developing a cure for lung cancer.Whole-genome resequencing,genome-wide association studies,and transcriptome sequencing have greatly improved our understanding of the cancer genome.However,dysregulation of longrange chromatin interactions in lung cancer remains poorly described.To better understand the three-dimensional(3D)genomic interaction features of the lung cancer genome,we used the A549 cell line as a model system and generated high-resolution chromatin interactions associated with RNA polymerase II(RNAPII),CCCTC-binding factor(CTCF),enhancer of zeste homolog 2(EZH2),and histone 3 lysine 27 trimethylation(H3K27me3)using long-read chromatin interaction analysis by paired-end tag sequencing(ChIA-PET).Analysis showed that EZH2/H3K27me3-mediated interactions further repressed target genes,either through loops or domains,and their distributions along the genome were distinct from and complementary to those associated with RNAPII.Cancer-related genes were highly enriched with chromatin interactions,and chromatin interactions specific to the A549 cell line were associated with oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes,such as additional repressive interactions on FOXO4 and promoter–promoter interactions between NF1 and RNF135.Knockout of an anchor associated with chromatin interactions reversed the dysregulation of cancer-related genes,suggesting that chromatin interactions are essential for proper expression of lung cancer-related genes.These findings demonstrate the 3D landscape and gene regulatory relationships of the lung cancer genome.Yan Zhang Jingwen Zhang Wei Zhang Mohan Wang Shuangqi Wang Yao Xu Lun Zhao Xingwang Li Guoliang Li 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,3:0
12Source of Ore-Forming Fluid and Material in the Baiyun Gold Deposit, Liaoning Province, NE China: Constraints from H-O-S-Pb Isotopes and in-situ Analyses of Au-Bearing Pyrites显示文摘The Baiyun deposit is a large gold deposit at the western end of the Liaoji rift zone in Liaoning Province, which has produced both auriferous quartz-vein type and altered-rock type mineralization. The ore bodies are mainly hosted in schist from the Gaixian Formation of the Liaohe Group. A detailed field geological survey showed that the quartz-vein type gold ore bodies are distributed in the near EW-trending and occur in the extensional tectonic space of schist in the Gaixian Formation, and the altered-rock type gold ore bodies are distributed in the near EW-trending structural belt and occur near in the Gaixian Formation of biotite schist, biotite granulite, marble and the upper footwall of dike. To further elucidate the source of ore-forming fluid and material in the Baiyun gold deposit, the H-O isotopes for quartz, S and Pb isotopes, in-situ trace elements for sulfides from quartz-vein and altered-rock type mineralization were studied. The H-O isotopic δD_(V-SMOW) and δ^(18)O_(H2O) values of the auriferous quartz range were from-88.8‰ to-82.2‰ and-1.95‰ to 4.85‰, respectively, suggests that the ore-forming fluids were mainly magmatic water with minor meteoric water. The distribution ranges of in-situ S isotopic compositions of Au-bearing pyrite in the quartz-vein type and altered-rock type ores were-8.38‰–-10.47‰(with average values of-7.89‰) and 11.38‰– 17.52‰(with average values of 11.55‰), respectively, indicating that the S isotopic compositions of the two ore types were clearly different. The in-situ Pb isotopic ratios changed almost uniformly, which showed that they had the same lead isotopic source. Based on the analysis of S and Pb isotopic compositions, the metallogenic materials in the Baiyun gold deposit were primarily from deep magma, and some wall rock materials may have been mixed in the metallogenic process. Co/Ni diagram shows that most Au-bearing pyrites have magmatic-hydrothermal or sedimentary alteration properties, and Au/As ratios were between 0.001 and 0.828(the average value was 0.07), indicating that the ore-forming fluid in the Baiyun gold deposit may have been deep magma. 14Outcomes of patients treated with SVILE vs.P-GemOx for extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type:a prospective,randomized controlled study显示文摘Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of the novel SVILE regimen with the P-GemOx regimen in patients with newly diagnosed extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(ND-ENKTL).Methods:From April 2015 to July 2018,103 patients with ND-ENKTL were randomly assigned to SVILE(experimental group)or P-GemOx(control group)chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy and consolidation chemotherapy.The primary endpoint was the overall response rate after 3 cycles of chemotherapy,and secondary study endpoints were complete response(CR),progression-free survival(PFS),and overall survival(OS).Safety was also evaluated.Results:There were no significant differences in baseline characteristics in the experimentalvs.control groups.In experimental and control groups,respectively,the overall response rates were 91.7%vs.97.0%for stageI/II and 75.0%vs.72.2%for stage III/IV.The CR rates were 83.4%vs.97.0%for stage I/II and 68.8%vs.61.1%for stage III/IV.None of those differences were significant.There was no significant difference in PFS and OS between groups and between patients in stage I/II and stage III/IV.The 3-year PFS and OS in stage I/II were 88.3%vs.93.3%and 88.8%vs.97.0%,respectively.The 3-year PFS and OS in stage III/IV were 46.2%vs.65.7%and 68.8%vs.72.2%,respectively.The common adverse events were hematological toxicity,hepatotoxicity,and coagulation abnormalities,which were found to be reversible with supportive therapy.Conclusions:The novel SVILE regimen has comparable effects to those of P-GemOx in patients with ND-ENKTL and is well tolerated.SVILE is a therapeutic option for ND-ENKTL.Liqiang Wei Lei Yang Jin Ye Jia Cong Xin Li Na Yao Jing Yang Xueying Cui Jing Ding Yiping Wu Jingwen Wang 2020Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,3:0

16A microenvironment sensitive pillar[5]arene-based fluorescent probe for cell imaging and drug delivery显示文摘Dansylamide(DNSA) is a typical ICT probe that has a favorable serum albumin sensitivity. Inspired by this, we designed a microenvironment sensitive fluorescent probe 4 C-G through introducing DNSA into pillar[5]arene. Unlike DNSA, 4 C-G displayed differentiated sensitivity to multiple proteins, which was benefit from pillar[5]arene assisted the probe to form complexes with proteins. 4 C-G could not only be applied in imaging of Hep G2, but also act as a favorable drug carrier for regorafenib(REG) encapsulation.The 4 C-G-REG complex would aggregate into high drug-loading fluorescent nanoparticles in a physiological environment(pH 7.4). Such nanoparticles exhibited p H-triggered enrichment ability, which rapidly enriched REG in the acidic environment(pH 6.0). 17An Asymmetric Non-fullerene Acceptor with Low Energy Loss and High Photovoltaic Efficiency显示文摘Minimizing energy loss(E_(loss))plays a key role in improving the power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of organic solar cells(OSCs).Here,to reveal the feasibility of the asymmetric molecular strategy in designing high-efficiency and low E_(loss)s OSC materials,we adopt the alkyl-alkoxy modification to design an asymmetric non-fullerene acceptor(NFA)named OC8-4F,where its symmetric alkyl-and alkoxy-substituted counterparties(2OC8-4F,eC9-4F)are also prepared.The results suggest that the introduction of a symmetric alkoxy at the edge of eC9-4F can effectively decrease the lowest unoccupied molecular orbit level without greatly changing the highest occupied molecular orbit level,leading to a mediated bandgap.In the devices,the OC8-4F possesses well-balanced charge generation and E_(loss),giving the highest PCE of 18%.Our results imply that finely tuning the asymmetric structure can be used as an effective molecular design strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of OSCs.Ye Xu Jingwen Wang Huifeng Yao Pengqing Bi Tao Zhang Jianmei Xu Jianhui Hou 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,9:0
18Design of ultranarrow-bandgap acceptors for efficient organic photovoltaic cells and highly sensitive organic photodetectors显示文摘The fabrication of multifunctional electronic devices based on the intriguing natures of organic semiconductors is crucial for organic electronics.Ultranarrow-bandgap materials are in urgent demand for fabricating high-performance organic photovoltaic(OPV)cells and highly sensitive near-infrared organic photodetectors(OPDs).By combining alkoxy modification and an asymmetric strategy,three narrowbandgap electronic acceptors(BTP-4F,DO-4F,and QO-4F)were synthesized with finely tuned molecular electrostatic potential(ESP)distributions.Through the careful modulation of electronic configurations,the optical absorption onsets of DO-4F and QO-4F exceeded 1μm.The experimental and theoretical results suggest that the small ESP of QO-4F is beneficial for achieving a low nonradiative voltage loss,while the large ESP of BTP-4F can help obtain high exciton dissociation efficiency.By contrast,the asymmetric acceptor DO-4F with a moderate ESP possesses balanced voltage loss and exciton dissociation,yielding the best power conversion efficiency of 13.6%in the OPV cells.OPDs were also fabricated based on the combination of PBDB-T:DO-4F,and the as-fabricated device outputs a high shot-noise-limited specific detectivity of 3.05×10^(13) Jones at 850 nm,which is a very good result for near-infrared OPDs.This work is anticipated to provide a rational way of designing high-performance ultranarrow-bandgap organic semiconductors by modulating the molecular ESP.Ye Xu Tao Zhang Huifeng Yao Jingwen Wang Pengqing Bi Jianhui Hou 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9:0
19Three-dimensional organic cage with narrowband delayed fluorescence显示文摘A new type of simple emissive organic cage consisting of diphenyl sulfone units and nitrogen atoms was developed via one-pot C–N coupling condensation or two-step reactions along with a series of sulfoxide cages obtained, which exhibited excellent chemical modifiability and structural stability. By precisely controlling the participation of donor and acceptor units, a highly soluble organic cage with delayed fluorescence was obtained for the first time. More interestingly, due to the restriction of intramolecular flipping by locking the building blocks within a rigid framework, this emissive organic cage further showed narrowband ultra-deep blue electroluminescence emission at 413 nm with a full-width at half-maximum of 35 nm. 20Rapidly separating dissolving microneedles with sustained-release colchicine and stabilized uricase for simplified long-term gout management显示文摘Despite growing prevalence and incidence,the management of gout remains suboptimal.The intermittent nature of the gout makes the long-term urate-lowering therapy(ULT)particularly important for gout management.However,patients are reluctant to take medication day after day to manage incurable occasional gout flares,and suffer from possible long-term toxicity.Therefore,a safe and easy-tooperate drug delivery system with simple preparation for the long-term management of gout is very necessary.Here,a chitosan-containing sustained-release microneedle system co-loaded with colchicine and uricase liposomes were fabricated to achieve this goal.This microneedle system was confirmed to successfully deliver the drug to the skin and maintain a one-week drug retention.Furthermore,its powerful therapeutic potency to manage gout was investigated in both acute gouty and chronic gouty models.Besides,the drug co-delivery system could help avoid long-term daily oral colchicine,a drug with a narrow therapeutic index.This system also avoids mass injection of uricase by improving its stability,enhancing the clinical application value of uricase.In general,this two-drug system reduces the dosage of uricase and colchicine and improves the patient’s compliance,which has a strong clinical translation.Yao Yang Zimu Li Ping Huang Jiachan Lin Jinyuan Li Kexin Shi Jiahui Lin Jingwen Hu Zhuoxian Zhao Yongkang Yu Hongzhong Chen Xiaowei Zeng Lin Mei 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,8:0
