1Ultra-robust stretchable electrode for e-skin:In situ assembly using a nanofiber scaffold and liquid metal to mimic water-to-net interaction显示文摘The development of stretchable electronics could enhance novel interface structures to solve the stretchability-conductivity dilemma,which remains a major challenge.Herein,we report a nano-liquid metal(LM)-based highly robust stretchable electrode(NHSE)with a self-adaptable interface that mimics water-tonet interaction.Based on the in situ assembly of electrospun elastic nanofiber scaffolds and electrosprayed LM nanoparticles,the NHSE exhibits an extremely low sheet resistance of 52 mΩsq^(-1).It is not only insensitive to a large degree of mechanical stretching(i.e.,350%electrical resistance change upon 570%elongation)but also immune to cyclic deformation(i.e.,5%electrical resistance increases after 330000 stretching cycles with 100%elongation).These key properties are far superior to those of the state-of-the-art reports.Its robustness and stability are verified under diverse circumstances,including long-term exposure to air(420 days),cyclic submersion(30000 times),and resilience against mechanical damages.The combination of conductivity,stretchability,and durability makes the NHSE a promising conductor/electrode solution for flexible/stretchable electronics for applications such as wearable on-body physiological signal detection,human-machine interaction,and heating e-skin.Jinwei Cao Fei Liang Huayang Li Xin Li Youjun Fan Chao Hu Jing Yu Jin Xu Yiming Yin Fali Li Dan Xu Hanfang Feng Huali Yang Yiwei Liu Xiaodong Chen Guang Zhu Run-Wei Li 2022InfoMat2022,4,4:1

3Sesame oil determination by solid-phase extraction and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘Authenticity of blended oil has drawn increasing attentions. In this study, sesamin was selected as marker of sesame oil to verify authentication of blended oil with sesame oil on label. A simple method based on liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) combined with solid-phase extraction (SPE) was used to detect sesamin. It has high sensitivity with low limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) being 20 ng/mL and 70 ng/mL respectively. Recoveries from 80.16% to 102.50% in 4 different oils indicated it’s reliable to quantify sesamin in edible oil. Four blended oils were used as validation samples and results showed this method could effectively detect whether sesame oil exists. 8Parameter optimization and experiment of the negative pressure precision seed-metering device for wheat显示文摘In order to ensure the most reasonable distribution of wheat seeds in the field to improve seeding quality and uniformity,a set of negative pressure precision seed-metering device was designed,which shares a hollow shaft.Every seed-metering device can sow two rows of wheat.By the STAR-CCM+,the analysis of nephogram,vectogram and streamline graph showed that more ideal structural parameters of the seed-metering device are 0.5 mm width of the slit sucking seed(WSS),150-200 mm diameter of the seed-metering disc(DSD),2.0 mm axial depth of air chamber in the seed-metering disc(ADS),and arc-shaped cross-section shape of the ring groove sucking seed(CSGS).Single-factor test on the JPS-12 test-bed analyzed the influence of the CSGS,WSS,DSD,and ADS on the qualified index(Iq),multiple index(Imul),miss index(Imiss)and coefficient of variation of qualified seed spacing(CV).Through the orthogonal on the JPS-12 test-bed,it is found that the influence of vacuum negative pressure and seed-metering device shaft speed is significant on the Iq,Imiss and Imul.Based on these,the structural parameters of the seed-metering device were optimized.The DSD is 180 mm,the WSS is 0.7 mm,the ADS is 2.5 mm,and the CSGS is arc-shaped.The optimization seed-metering device was tested on the JPS-12 test-bed.The Iq is 86.66%,the Imiss is 5.09%,the Imul is 8.25%,and the CV is 24.50%.These testing results fully coincide with the standard JB/T 10293-2013 Specifications of single seed drill(precision drill).The seed-metering device meets fully the requirements for wheat precision seeding.Yubo Feng Xiaoshun Zhao Jincai Li Huali Yu Hongpeng Zhao Baozhong Yin 2024International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2024,17,1:0
9Porous metal-organic framework as sorbent and LC-MS/MS as detector to identify aflatoxins in peanut显示文摘Aflatoxins are the most potent spontaneous carcinogen known as secondary metabolite. Aflatoxins detection in peanut is challenging on account of inherent complexity of high fatty matrices. A modified Quick Easy Cheap Effective Rugged Safe (QuECh-ERS) method couple with liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) has been developed to monitor aflatoxins in peanut. It?s a simple and rapid sample preparation for aflatoxins analysis compared with common method. Microporous metal-organic framework MIL-101 (Cr) was used as absorbent in this research. Promising properties of high porosity and surface area endowed MIL-101 (Cr) with efficiently aflatoxin enrichment with other matrix exclusion from high fatty sample. Negligible matrix effect was observed due to efficient extract clean up with MIL-101 sorbent. Recoveries ranged from 73.5% to 98.4% for aflatoxins, with relative standard deviations less than 7%. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) for aflatoxins in peanut were 0.05-0.1 μg/kg and 0.2-0.6 μg/kg respectively.By using method described in this research, 15 real samples were successfully analyzed in which 6 samples were contaminated. 10Multiple Scattering Between Adjacent Sound Sources in Head-Related Transfer Function Measurement System显示文摘To accelerate head-related transfer functions(HRTFs)measurement,two or more independent sound sources are usually employed in the measurement system.However,the multiple scattering between adjacent sound sources may influence the accuracy of measurement.On the other hand,the directivity of sound source could induce measurement error.Therefore,a model consisting of two spherical sound sources with approximate omni-directivity and a rigid-spherical head is proposed to evaluate the errors in HRTF measurement caused by multiple scattering between sources.An example of analysis using multipole re-expansion indicates that the error of ipsilateral HRTFs are within the bound of±1.0 dB below a frequency of 20 kHz,provided that the sound source radius does not exceed 0.025 m,the source distance relative to head center is not less than 0.5 m,and the angular interval between two adjacent sources is not less than 20 degrees.Similar conclusions under different conditions can also be analyzed and discussed by using this calculation method.Furthermore,the results are verified by measurements of HRTFs for a rigid sphere and a KEMAR artificial head.Guangzheng Yu Yu Liu Bosun Xie Huali Zhou 2019Sound & Vibration2019,53,4:0

12Preparation of nZVI embedded modified mesoporous carbon for catalytic persulfate to degradation of reactive black 5显示文摘High-efficiency and cost-effective catalysts with available strategies for persulfate(PS)activation are critical for the complete mineralization of organic contaminants in the environmental remediation and protection fields.A nanoscale zero-valent iron-embedded modified mesoporous carbon(MCNZVI)with a core-shell structure is synthesized using the hydrothermal synthesis method and high-temperature pyrolysis.The results showed that nZVI could be impregnated within mesoporous carbon frameworks with a comparatively high graphitization degree,rich nitrogen doping content,and a large surface area and pore volume.This material was used as a persulfate activator for the oxidation removal of Reactive Black 5(RB5).The effects of the material dosage,PS concentration,pH,and some inorganic anions(i.e.,Cl^(−),SO_(4)^(2−))on RB5 degradation were then investigated.The highest degradation efficiency(97.3%)of RB5 was achieved via PS(20 mmol/L)activation by the MCNZVI(0.5 g/L).The pseudo-first-order kinetics(k=2.11×10^(−2)min^(−1))in the MCNZVI/PS(0.5 g/L,20 mmol/L)was greater than 100 times than that in the MCNZVI and PS.The reactive oxygen species(ROS),including^(1)O_(2),SO_(4)^(·−),HO^(.),and·O_(2)^(−),were generated by PS activation with the MCNZVI.Singlet oxygen was demonstrated to be the primary ROS responsible for the RB5 degradation.The MCNZVI could be reused and regenerated for recycling.This work provides new insights into PS activation to remove organic contamination.Zhifei Ma Huali Cao Fengchun Lv Yu Yang Chen Chen Tianxue Yang Haixin Zheng Daishe Wu 2021Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2021,15,5:0
13Study on positive-negative pressure seed metering device for wide-seedling-strip-seeding显示文摘In order to solve the problem of poor uniformity of wheat strip sowing,this paper designs a positive-negative pressure wheat wide-seedling-strip-seeding precision seed metering device,which adopts the roller structure with the principle of combined positive-negative pressure.Through theoretical analysis and relevant data,the structure of the seed metering device and the structure of the positive-negative pressure air chamber were designed.The internal flow field conditions were simulated by Fluent software under different structural parameters.The design of the seed holes was completed by analyzing the pressure cloud diagram and the flow velocity vector diagram,and the optimal combination of parameters was obtained and the influence law of negative pressure on the flow field was obtained.The effect of rotational speed on the flow field was studied by EDEM-Fluent coupling technique.In this paper,a three-factor and three-level response surface test was conducted on a JPS-12 test bench with Liangxin-99 wheat as the research object.The experiment was conducted with the rotational speed of seed metering device,the negative pressure of seed suction and the seeding height as factors,and the qualified index,the reseeding index and the miss-seeding index as evaluation indicators.Through the test,the optimal structure and working parameters of the seed metering device were determined as follows:the diameter of the seed hole was 2 mm,and the number of seed holes per row was 28,negative pressure was−3.5 kPa,rotational speed of seed metering device was 19 r/min,and seeding height was 180 mm.Validation test was carried out on the optimized seed metering device:the qualified index was 80.62%,the reseeding index was 9.22%,and the miss-seeding index was 10.16%,which reached the parameter indicator in JB/T 10293-2013 Technical conditions of single seed(precision)seeder and met the agronomic requirements for wheat wide-seedling-strip-seeding.Xiaoshun Zhao Wenjie Bai Jincai Li Huali Yu Dawei Zhao Baozhong Yin 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,6:0
