1Quality control of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae standard decoction based on determination of multi-components using TOF-MS/MS and UPLC-PDA technology显示文摘A sensitive,fast and comprehensive method for the quality assessment of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae(SZS)standard decoction with characterization of its chemical components was developed and validated.UPLC-Q/TOF-MS/MS system was used to identify thirty-six chemical components of SZS standard decoction which included nucleosides,phenolic acids,alkaloids,and flavonoids.Furthermore,a UPLC-PDA method was validated to simultaneously determine adenosine,protocatechuic acid,magnoflorine,catechin,protocatechin,vicenin II,spinosin,kaempferol-3-rutinoside,and 6'''-feruloylspinosin which represent four species of characteristic compounds.The qualitative method had been validated according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)in terms of lineary,repeatability,recovery and stability for all analytes,with the results showing good precision,accuracy and stability.In conclusion,the method using UPLC combined with MS and PDA provided a novel way for the standardization and identification of SZS standard decoction,and also offered a basis for qualitative analysis and quality assessment of the preparations for SZS standard decoction.Di Wang Qing Li Ran Liu Huarong Xu Yidi Yin Yifan Wang Huijia Wang Kaishun Bi 2019Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2019,9,6:6
2Spleen-Yang-deficiency patients with polycystic ovary syndrome have higher levels of visfatin显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To study serum visfatin levels in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)grouped by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)patterns.To study the correlations of serum visfatin levels with homeostatic model assessment insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),body mass index(BMI),testosterone(T),total cholesterol(TC),and triglycerides(TG).METHODS:Two hundred and twelve PCOS patients were placed into the following TCM pattern subgroups:Kidney-Yang deficiency(KYD)group,Spleen-Yang deficiency(SYD)group,stagnant Liver-Qi transforming into heat(SLQTH)group,and Kidney-Yin deficiency(KYIND)group.The correlations between serum visfatin levels and HOMA-IR,FPG,FINS,BMI,T,TC,andTG were analyzed.RESULTS:Of all patients with PCOS,there were 82in the KYD group(38.6%),67 in the SYD group(31.6%),37 in the SLQTH group(17.5%),and 26 in the KYIND group(12.3%).Visfatin levels in all PCOS subgroups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Among these subgroups,the visfatin levels in the SYD group were significantly higher than those in the other three TCM pattern groups(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences among the remaining three pattern groups.The levels of BMI,FINS,HOMA-IR,T,and TG were significantly higher in all subgroups than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FPG and TC between all PCOS subgroups and the control group(P>0.05).The SYD group had higher levels of FINS and HOMA-IR compared with the KYD,SLQTH,and KYIND groups(P<0.05).In all subgroups,after controlling for BMI,TG,TC,and age,visfatin was positively correlated with FINS(r=0.197,P=0.015)and HOMA-IR(r=0.173,P=0.033),and was not correlated with T.CONCLUSION:KYD and SYD patterns are most common in PCOS patients.Increased visfatin is a common pathophysiologic manifestation in PCOS patients.The SYD group had the highest levels of visfatin,and visfatin was positively correlated with FINS and HOMA-IR.Huijia Fu Yan Qiu Feng Wei Li Yang Min Xia Huiyu He 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,1:5
3Effect of thermodynamic parameters on prediction of phase behavior and process design of extractive distillation显示文摘Extractive distillation was investigated for separation of the minimum azeotrope of n-propanol/water, via the Aspen Plus simulation platform. Experimental data of n-propanol/water, which could pass the thermodynamic consistency test, were regressed to get suitable binary interaction parameters(BIPs) by the UNIQUAC thermodynamic model. The azeotrope system was heterogeneous in the simulation with built-in BIPs, which was contrary to the experimental data. The study focused on the effect of thermodynamic parameters on the prediction of phase behavior, and process design of extractive distillation. N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) and ethylene glycol were used as solvents to implement the separation. Processes with built-in and regressed BIPs were explored,based on the minimum total annual cost(TAC). 6Efficiently photothermal conversion in a MnO_(x)-based monolithic photothermocatalyst for gaseous formaldehyde elimination显示文摘Volatile organic compound(VOC)pollution has a serious impact on human and urgently needs to be controlled through the development of new methods and catalytic materials.Compared with traditional thermal catalytic oxidation,the synergistic photothermocatalysis is regarded as a green and environmen-tally friendly strategy for organic compound pollutant removal,which can promote spontaneous heating of the surface of catalysts to achieve thermal catalytic reaction conditions via harvesting light irradia-tion.In this paper,a monolithic photothermocatalyst was synthesized through coating graphene oxide(GO)and MnOx in turn on a commercially available melamine sponge,where the GO mainly acted as a photothermal conversion layer to heat the catalytically active MnO_(x).This monolithic catalyst presented excellent photo-induced activity for formaldehyde elimination under ambient conditions(∼90%degrada-tion ratio in 20 min for∼160 ppm initial concentration formaldehyde),and meanwhile possessed a high catalytic durability for multiple cycles.The kinetic study demonstrated that this photothermocatalytic process followed a pseudo-second-order kinetics.Finally,we proposed a possible formaldehyde degrada-tion pathway based on in situ DRIFTS examination.Pengfei Sun Huijia Yu Tingting Liu Yingshuang Li Zhongsen Wang Yufei Xiao Xiaoping Dong 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,5:1

8Y_(2)O_(3) nanosheets as slurry abrasives for chemical-mechanical planarization of copper显示文摘Continued reduction in feature dimension in integrated circuits demands high degree of flatness after chemical mechanical polishing.Here we report using new yttrium oxide(Y_(2)O_(3))nanosheets as slurry abrasives for chemical-mechanical planarization(CMP)of copper.Results showed that the global planarization was improved by 30%using a slurry containing Y_(2)O_(3) nanosheets in comparison with a standard industrial slurry.During CMP,the two-dimensional square shaped Y_(2)O_(3) nanosheet is believed to induce the low friction,the better rheological performance,and the laminar flow leading to the decrease in the within-wafer-non-uniformity,surface roughness,as well as dishing.The application of the two-dimensional nanosheets as abrasive in CMP would increase the manufacturing yield of integrated circuits.Xingliang HE Yunyun CHEN Huijia ZHAO Haoming SUN Xinchun LU Hong LIANG 2013Friction2013,1,4:1

14Scalably Revealing the Dynamics of Soft Community Structure in Complex Networks显示文摘Revealing the dynamics of community structure is of great concern for scientists from many fields. Specifically, how to quantify the dynamic details of soft community structure is a very interesting topic. In this paper, the authors propose a novel framework to study the scalable dynamic behavior of the soft community structure. First, the authors model the Potts dynamics to detect community structure using a 'soft' Markov process. Then the soft stability of in a multiscale view is proposed to naturally uncover the local uniform behavior of spin values across multiple hierarchical levels. Finally, a new partition index is developed to detect fuzzy communities based on the stability and the dynamical information. 15Electroencephalogram and brainstem auditory evoked potential in 539 patients with central coordination disorder显示文摘BACKGROUND: Electroencephalogram (EEG) and brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) are objective non-invasive means of measuring brain electrophysiology. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the value of EEG and BAEP in early diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of central coordination disorder. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: This case analysis study was performed at the Rehabilitation Center of Hunan Children’s Hospital from January 2002 to January 2006. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 593 patients with severe central coordination disorder, comprising 455 boys and 138 girls, aged 1–6 months were enrolled for this study. METHODS: EEG was monitored using electroencephalography. BAEP was recorded using a Keypoint electromyogram device. Intelligence was tested by professionals using the Gesell scale. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: (1) The rate of abnormal EEG and BAEP, (2) correlation of abnormalities of EEG and BAEP with associated injuries, (3) correlation of abnormalities of EEG and BAEP with high risk factors. RESULTS: The rate of abnormal EEG was 68.6% (407/593 patients), and was increased in patients who also had mental retardation (P < 0.05). The rate of abnormal BAEP was 21.4% (127/593 patients). These 127 patients included 67 patients (52.8%) with peripheral auditory damage and 60 patients (47.2%) with central and mixed auditory damage. The rate of abnormal BAEP was significantly increased in patients who also had mental retardation (P < 0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that asphyxia (P < 0.05), jaundice, preterm delivery, low birth weight and the umbilical cord around the neck were closely correlated with abnormal EEG in patients with central coordination disorder. Intracranial hemorrhage, jaundice (P < 0.05), low birth weight and intrauterine infection (P < 0.05) were closely correlated with abnormal BAEP in patients with central coordination disorder. CONCLUSION: Central coordination disorder is often associated with abnormal EEG and BAEP. The rate of EEG or BAEP abnormality is positively associated with the size of the brain injury. Asphyxia is a high risk factor for abnormal EEG in central coordination disorder. 17Study on the Anti-aging Efficacy of the Active Ingredients in Aqueous Extract of Ganoderma lucidum显示文摘[Objective] The research aimed to develop anti-aging masks with aqueous extracts of Ganoderma lucidum and to study the clinical efficacy on the delaying of skin aging. [Method] The anti-aging efficacy of the aqueous extract of Ganoderma lucidum was evaluated by sensory evaluation,safety evaluation,instrumental measurements,etc. [Result] The results of sensory evaluation showed that after continuous application of the test materials for 12 weeks,the skin dryness,elasticity,surface sheen,fine wrinkles and smoothness were well improved,and the improvement rates were 91. 17%,91. 17%,94. 12%,11. 76% and 91. 18%,respectively. The measurement results by specialized instrument showed that the skin hydration on the target site increased continuously with the prolonging of the using time. Significant differences existed between each time point after using the products and the time before using. There was no significant difference existed in elasticity index R2 and R5 compared with before using. 18Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplates for broadband photodetector and full-color imaging applications显示文摘Broadband light detection and sensing are widely applied in modern technology.As a promising candidate for next-generation two-dimensional(2D)optoelectronic material,bismuth oxyselenide(Bi_(2)O_(2)Se)nanoplates exhibit many prospects in the application of visible light detection due to their peculiar properties.In this work,we report the photodetection performance of single-crystal 2D Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplates grown on SiO_(2)based on a ternary-alloy growth model by utilizing chemical vapor deposition(CVD).The Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplates were found to have an even and uniform square shape with side lengths up to 15μm and an approximate thickness of 15 nm.A visible-light photodetector was fabricated based on a CVD-grown Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplate,and characterized by a set of illumination experiments using a 400 nm laser at temperatures ranging from 77 to 370 K.The device exhibited superior performance at the temperature of 77 K,with a responsivity of 523 A/W,a specific detectivity of 1.37×10^(11)Jones,a response time of 0.2175 ms,an external quantum efficiency of 162,119.44%,resulting in high-quality and fullcolor imaging in the visible spectrum.These results indicate that the single-crystalline Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplates have excellent potential in broadband photodetection and non-cryogenic imaging.Han Wang Songqing Zhang Xingxuan Wu Huijia Luo Junliang Liu Zesheng Mu Ruirui Liu Guang Yuan Yujun Liang Jin Tan Yongling Ren Wen Lei 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0
19Assessing urban resilience to public health disaster using the rough analytic hierarchy process method:A regional study in China显示文摘In the context of frequent occurrences of disasters worldwide,disaster-coping capability is imperative for risk reduction and contemporary emergency management.The global COVID-19 pandemic since 2020 has further highlighted the significance of resilience construction at different geographical scales.Overall,the conceptual cognition of resilience in disaster management covers multiple elements and has diverse yielding on regional assessment.This study assesses the local resilience to the public health disaster in the prefecture-level cities,focusing on two dimensions consisting of vulnerability and capability in the targeted provincial region of Jiangsu in China.To this end,based on the vulnerability-capability framework,the Rough Analytic Hierarchy Process(Rough AHP)method was applied to the resilience assessment.Drawing upon the criteria derived from literature,the criteria weights were determined with the RAHP method and we assessed urban resilience with census data.In addition,the hierarchical factors contributing to urban resilience were determined using robustness analysis.This research provides constructive ideas for regional disaster reduction and contributes to the government’s capability to improve urban resilience.Zezhao Liu Rui Ma HuiJia Wang 2022Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2022,3,2:0
