1Transcatheter embolization therapy in liver cancer:an update of clinical evidences显示文摘Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) is a form of intra-arterial catheter-based chemotherapy that selectively delivers high doses of cytotoxic drug to the tumor bed combining with the effect of ischemic necrosis induced by arterial embolization.Chemoembolization and radioembolization are at the core of the treatment of liver hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients who cannot receive potentially curative therapies such as transplantation,resection or percutaneous ablation.TACE for liver cancer has been proven to be useful in local tumor control,to prevent tumor progression,prolong patients' life and control patient symptoms.Recent evidence showed in patients with single-nodule HCC of 3 cm or smaller without vascular invasion,the5-year overall survival(OS) with TACE was similar to that with hepatic resection and radiofrequency ablation.Although being used for decades,Lipiodol~(Lipiodol~ Ultra Fluid~,Guerbet,France) remains important as a tumor-seeking and radio-opaque drug delivery vector in interventional oncology.There have been efforts to improve the delivery of chemotherapeutic agents to tumors.Drug-eluting bead(DEB) is a relatively novel drug delivery embolization system which allows for fixed dosing and the ability to release the anticancer agents in a sustained manner.Three DEBs are available,i.e.,Tandem~(CeloNova Biosciences Inc.,USA),DC-Beads~(BTG,UK) and HepaSphere~(BioSphere Medical,Inc.,USA).Transarterial radioembolization(TARE) technique has been developed,and proven to be efficient and safe in advanced liver cancers and those with vascular complications.Two types of radioembolization microspheres are available i.e.,SIR-Spheres~(Sirtex Medical Limited,Australia) and TheraSphere~(BTG,UK).This review describes the basic procedure of TACE,properties and efficacy of some chemoembolization systems and radioembolization agents which are commercially available and/or currendy under clinical evaluation.The key clinical trials of transcatheter arterial therapy for liver cancer are summarized.Yi-Xiang J.Wang Thierry De Baere Jean-Marc Idee Sebastien Ballet 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,2:72

6源于体外培养胰岛中表达Ngn3的细胞是胰腺内分泌前体细胞的新证据显示文摘目的 评估表达Ngn3的细胞对成体胰岛维护和更新的作用及其意义。方法 用 6~ 8周龄的C5 7BL/ 6小鼠分离胰岛。胆总管内插管成功后 ,切除胰腺组织并用浓度为 2 5mg/ml胶原蛋白酶V灌注消化。手工拣取胰岛后 ,置于 6 0mm培养皿内 ,每个培养皿内含 10~ 12个胰岛 ,用RPMI 16 4 0 (12 5mmol/LHEPES ,5 2mmol/L葡萄糖和 2 %胎牛血清 )培养液培养。用A6抗体 ,胰岛素抗体 ,胰高血糖素抗体 ,Nestin抗体 ,Ngn3抗体和 5′ 溴 2 脱氧尿嘧啶 (5 bromo 2′ deoxy uridine,BrdU)抗体进行胰岛细胞免疫荧光染色。结果 在增殖的胰岛细胞中 ,只有不到 15 %的细胞表达Ngn3,其中约有 30 %以上的细胞同时表达A6。在培养的胰岛细胞中存在表达Ngn3的细胞 ,这一结果与其他在胚胎发育和成体胰岛中的研究结果一致。本研究发现培养的胰岛细胞中存在同时表达A6和Ngn3的细胞。A6被认为是可分化为胆管上皮细胞的肝脏前体细胞的标记物。胰岛内表达A6的细胞可能来源于成体胰管 ,并迁移至胰岛内。细胞表达A6的同时表达Ngn3,表明这些细胞在胰岛内可分化为内分泌细胞。结论 培养的胰岛细胞中发现共同表达Ngn3和A6的细胞 ,表明胰岛内的 4种内分泌细胞可能来源于成体胰岛中的同一内分泌细胞系。宋陆军 秦新裕 牛伟新 沈坤堂 刘凤林 K.A.Andreoni D.A.Gerber J.H.Fair L.Rice A.Pleasant J.Wang 2005中华外科杂志2005,43,1:9
7Ammonia and greenhouse gas emissions from a subtropical wheat field under different nitrogen fertilization strategies显示文摘Minimizing soil ammonia(NH_3) and nitrous oxide(N_2O) emission factors(EFs) has significant implications in regional air quality and greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions besides nitrogen(N) nutrient loss.The aim of this study was to investigate the impacts of different N fertilizer treatments of conventional urea,polymer-coated urea,ammonia sulfate,urease inhibitor(NBPT,N-(n-butyl) thiophosphoric triamide)-treated urea,and nitrification inhibitor(DCD,dicyandiamide)-treated urea on emissions of NH_3 and GHGs from subtropical wheat cultivation.A field study was established in a Cancienne silt loam soil.During growth season,NH_3 emission following N fertilization was characterized using active chamber method whereas GHG emissions of N_2O,carbon dioxide(CO_2),and methane(CH_4) were by passive chamber method.The results showed that coated urea exhibited the largest reduction(49%) in the EF of NH_3-N followed by NBPT-treated urea(39%) and DCD-treated urea(24%) over conventional urea,whereas DCD-treated urea had the greatest suppression on N_2O-N(87%) followed by coated urea(76%) and NBPT-treated urea(69%).Split fertilization of ammonium sulfate-urea significantly lowered both NH_3-N and N_2O-N EF values but split urea treatment had no impact over one-time application of urea.Both NBPT and DCD-treated urea treatments lowered CO_2-C flux but had no effect on CH_4-C flux.Overall,application of coated urea or urea with NPBT or DCD could be used as a mitigation strategy for reducing NH_3 and N_2O emissions in subtropical wheat production in Southern USA.Shuai Liu Jim J.Wang Zhou Tian Xudong Wang Stephen Harrison 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,7:6
8Microstructural characteristics and mechanical properties of the hot extruded Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloys显示文摘A new type of Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy for degradable orthopedic implants was developed.In the present study,the Zn and Y content was adjusted and their influences on the microstructures and mechanical behaviors were discussed in depth.The results showed that the as-extruded Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloys are mainly composed of fine dynamic recrystallized grains(DRXed grains),la rge unDRXed grains and linearly distributed secondary phases.The cha nge of Zn content exerts little influence on the grain structure of the extruded Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy,while the increase of Y content would hinder the dynamic recrystallization process and the growth of the DRXed grains,thus the size and volume fraction of the equiaxed DRXed grains decrease.The tensile and compressive properties are very little affected by Zn content because of the similar grain structure.As Y content increases,the tensile yield strength(TYS) and ultimate strength(TUS) increase while the elongation decreases,this is caused by a combined strengthening effect of grain refinement,texture,precipitation and twinning.The compressive yield strength(CYS) and ultimate strength(CUS) of Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy with diffe rent Y content exhibit a similar tendency as the tensile test.B.N.Du Z.Y.Hu L.Y.Sheng D.K.Xu Y.X.Qiao B.J.Wang J.Wang Y.F.Zheng T.F.Xi 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,1:6
9Effect of trace Ni addition on microstructure,mechanical and corrosion properties of the extruded Mg-Gd-Y-Zr-Ni alloys for dissoluble fracturing tools显示文摘Magnesium alloys,a novel functional material for the fabrication of fracturing tools,are being paid more and more attentions recently due to their relatively high mechanical properties and fast dissolubility ability after fracturing.In this study,the novel extruded Mg-10Gd-3Y-0.3Zr-xNi alloys will be reported and their microstructure,mechanical and corrosion behaviors will be also studied.The results show that Ni contents influence phase precipitation behaviors.With adding 0.2 wt%Ni,a large amount of Zr_(7)Ni_(10)phases will be precipitated insidesα-Mg matrix,directly leading to degradation of strength and large corrosion rate.With further increasing Ni contents,the precipitation phases can be changed from Mg_(5)RE to 18R-LPSO structure,resulting in higher mechanical properties and faster corrosion rate.Moreover,adding Ni element also change the texture orientation by influencing the precipitation behavior of the alloys.The alloys invented in this paper have attained the highest compressive and tensile properties among all the reported dissoluble magnesium alloys.This work is beneficial in understanding the role of Ni in the magnesium alloys and provides more materials alternatives for the fabrication of dissoluble fracturing tools.J.Wang T.Li H.X.Li Y.Z.Ma K.N.Zhao C.L.Yang J.S.Zhang 2021Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,5:6
10Simultaneous enhancement of mechanical and shape memory properties by heat-treatment homogenization of Ti_(2)Ni precipitates in TiNi shape memory alloy fabricated by selective laser melting显示文摘The excellent shape memory and mechanical properties of Ti Ni shape memory alloys(SMAs) fabricated using selective laser melting(SLM) are highly desirable for a wide range of critical applications. In this study, we examined the simultaneous enhancement of mechanical and shape memory properties using heat-treatment homogenization of Ti_(2)Ni precipitates in a Ti_(50.6)Ni_(49.4)SMA fabricated using SLM. Specifically, because of the complete solution treatment, nanoscale spherical Ti_(2)Ni precipitates were homogeneously dispersed throughout the grain interior. Interestingly, the resultant SMA exhibited an ultrahigh tensile strength of 880 ± 13 MPa, a large elongation of 22.4 ± 0.4%, and an excellent shape memory effect, with a recovery rate of > 98% and ultrahigh recoverable strain of 5.32% after ten loading–unloading cycles. These simultaneously enhanced properties are considerably superior than those of most previously reported Ti Ni SMAs fabricated using additive manufacturing. Fundamentally, the enhancement in tensile strength is ascribed to precipitation strengthening and work hardening, and the large plasticity is mainly attributed to the homogeneous nanoscale globular Ti_(2)Ni precipitates, which effectively impeded the rapid propagation of microcracks. Furthermore, the enhanced shape memory properties are derived from the suppression of dislocation movement and formation of retained stabilized martensite by the presence of high-density dislocations, nanoscale Ti_(2)Ni precipitates, and abundant interfaces. 12Inside-Out 3D Reversible Ion-Triggered Shape-Morphing Hydrogels显示文摘Shape morphing is a critical aptitude for the survival of organisms and is determined by anisotropic tissue composition and directional orientation of micro-and nanostructures within cell walls,resulting in diferent swelling behaviors.Recent eforts have been dedicated to mimicking the behaviors that nature has perfected over billions of years.We present a robust strategy for preparing 3D periodically patterned single-component sodium alginate hydrogel sheets cross-linked with Ca^(2+)ions,which can reversibly deform and be retained into various desirable inside-out shapes as triggered by biocompatible ions(Na^(+)/Ca^(2+)).By changing the orientations of the patterned microchannels or triggering with Na^(+)/Ca^(2+)ions,various 3D twisting,tubular,and plantinspired architectures can be facilely programmed.Not only can the transformation recover their initial shapes reversibly,but also it can keep the designated shapes without continuous stimuli.Tese inside-out 3D reversible ion-triggered hydrogel transformations shall inspire more attractive applications in tissue engineering,biomedical devices,and sof robotics felds.X.Du H.Cui Q.Zhao J.Wang H.Chen Y.Wang 2019Research2019,,1:5
13Synthesis of Ni nanowires via a hydrazine reduction route in aqueous ethanol solutions assisted by external magnetic fields显示文摘One-dimensional Ni nanostructures were synthesized via a hydrazine reduction route under external magnetic fields. The mixture of de-ionized water and ethanol was used as the reaction solvent and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agents. The morphology and properties of Ni nanostructures were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). It was found that the magnetic field strength, concentration of Ni ions,reaction time and temperature as well as p H values played key roles on formation, microstructures and magnetic properties of Ni nanowires. The optimal wires have diameter of ~200 nm and length up to ~200 μm. And their coercivity is ~260 Oe, which is much larger than the commercial Ni powders of 31 Oe. This work presents a simple, low-cost, environment-friendly and large-scale production approach to fabricate one-dimensional magnetic materials. 14Effects of effective stress and temperature on permeability of sandstone from CO2-plume geothermal reservoir显示文摘Rock is generally complex and heterogeneous,therefore the heterogeneity effects of effective stress and temperature on permeability should be taken into account.In this study,two-part Hooke's model(TPHM) is introduced to understand the influences of effective stress and temperature on permeability of soft and hard parts(two parts) of rock based on coupling thermo-hydro-mechanical tests.Under a fixed temperature level(25 ℃.35 ℃.50 ℃.65 ℃.80 ℃.90 ℃ and 95 ℃).the tests were carried out in a conventional triaxial system whereas the confining pressure was remained at 50 MPa.and the pore pressure was increased to the specified levels step by step.i.e.8 MPa,18 MPa.28 MPa.38 MPa.41 MPa,44 MPa.46 MPa and 48 MPa.The temperature-dependent relationships for two parts permeabilities are proposed on the basis of the initial test results.We point out that temperature of 65 ℃-90 ℃ is the threshold for the development of CO_2-plume geothermal(CPC) reservoir sandstone cracking under low effective stress(2-9 MPa) based on the relationship between temperature and soft part permeability.Furthermore,we discuss the effect of temperature on the two parts in the rock.The results indicate that as the temperature increases from 25 ℃ to 65 ℃.the flow channel in the hard part has a stronger response to temperature than that in the soft part at a fixed effective stress level,which is opposite to the situation of effective stress.Considering that natural rock is generally heterogeneous with non-uniform pore structure,we suggest a physical interpretation of the phenomenon that before the thermal cracking threshold the two parts have different responses to temperature.Y.Z.Sun L.Z.Xie B.He C.Gao J.Wang 2016Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2016,8,6:4

16Preparation and growth mechanism of nickel nanowires under applied magnetic field显示文摘Nickel nanowires with large aspect ratio of up to 300 have been prepared by a hydrazine hydrate reduction method under applied magnetic field. The diameter of nickel nanowires is about 200 nm and length up to 60 μm. The role of magnetic field on the growth of magnetic nanowires is discussed and a magnetic nanowire growth mechanism has been proposed. Nickel ions are firstly reduced to nickel atoms by hydrazine hydrates in a strong alkaline solution and grow into tiny spherical nanoparticles. Then, these magnetic particles will align under a magnetic force and form linear chains. Furthermore, the as-formed chains can enhance the local magnetic field and attract other magnetic particles nearby, resulting finally as linear nanowires. 17EFFECTS OF Pb COMPOUND ADDITIVES ON THE PROPERTIES OF YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)显示文摘The melting temperature and critical transition temperature Tc of YBa2Cu3O7-δ with deferent content additives of PbO and BaPbO3 were studied. When PbO was doped in YBa2Cu3O7-δ, the melting temperature of YBa2Cu3O7-δ was reduced, however its superconductivity was weakened. From the XRD pattern of the sintered mixture of YBa2Cu3O7-δ and PbO, it was known that there was a reaction between YBa2Cu3O7-δ and PbO, and the product was BaPbO3. Hence different contents of BaPbO3 (10mass%, 20mass% and 30mass%) were added in YBa2Cu3O7-δ. It was proved that there were no reactions between YBa2Cu3O7-δ and BaPbO3. 18THE EROSIVE PROCESS IN ABRASIVE WATERJET CUTTING OF POLYMER MATRIX COMPOSITES显示文摘A study is carried out which analyzes the machinability of polymer matrix composites under an abrasive waterjet (AWJ) and the associated erosive process or mechanism. It shows that AWJ cutting can produce good quality kerf at high production rate if the cutting parameters are properly selected. 20CRYSTAL STRUCTURE AND MORPHOLOGY OF NASCENT SAMPLES OF SYMMETRIC AROMATIC POLYESTERS——Ⅰ.POLY(P-PHENYLENE TEREPHTHALATE)显示文摘The morphology and crystal structure of poly(p-phenylene terephthalate) (PPT), prepared by confined thin film melt (CTFMP) and solution (CTFSP) and bulk solution polymerization, were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction and molecular modeling. The unit cell is monoclinic (P21/a space group) with parameters a =7.89, b = 5.49, c =12.65 A α= γ= 90°,β= 100.33°, density = 1.48 g/cm3, the a, b andβ values differing slightly from those reported previously in the literature. A degree of variation in relative intensities of hk0 reflections in, apparently, untilted [001] ED patterns was observed from a given sample, suggesting some variation in molecular packing. ED evidence was found for a second phase, with [001] appearing the same as for phase Ⅱ of the related poly(p-oxybenzoate) (PpOBA)polymer.
