| 2 | Integrated approach for optimal island partition and power dispatch显示文摘Operating in island mode when failure occurs in sure to maintain an uninterrupted power supply to significant loads. A two-stage approach that integrates optimal island partition and power dispatch is proposed in this paper, considering photovoltaics(PVs), batteries(BEs) and electric vehicles(EVs) as the power sources. In the first stage, energy indices are defined to describe the energy demand and the maximum energy that these distributed energy resources(DERs) can provide, and islands are partitioned based on an energy constraint. Considering the variability the loads and PVs, the energy constraint is a necessary but not sufficient condition for island operation,so in the second stage, a power dispatch model is proposed the active distribution network(ADN) is an effective mea-as a test for the island partition result. Sequential power flow is also simulated to guarantee a feasible and optimized island status. The situations when the tests are not passed are analyzed and classified, and corresponding modifications for the first stage model are provided. Multiple levels of constraints based on the energy index are established for the island partition model. | 3 | Defect Engineering in 2D Materials: Precise Manipulation and Improved Functionalities显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)materials have attracted increasing interests in the last decade.The ultrathin feature of 2D materials makes them promising building blocks for next-generation electronic and optoelectronic devices.With reducing dimensionality from 3D to 2D,the inevitable defects will play more important roles in determining the properties of materials.In order to maximize the functionality of 2D materials,deep understanding and precise manipulation of the defects are indispensable.In the recent years,increasing research efforts have been made on the observation,understanding,manipulation,and control of defects in 2D materials.Here,we summarize the recent research progress of defect engineering on 2D materials.The defect engineering triggered by electron beam(e-beam),plasma,chemical treatment,and so forth is comprehensively reviewed.Firstly,e-beam irradiation-induced defect evolution,structural transformation,and novel structure fabrication are introduced.With the assistance of a high-resolution electron microscope,the dynamics of defect engineering can be visualized in situ.Subsequently,defect engineering employed to improve the performance of 2D devices by means of other methods of plasma,chemical,and ozone treatments is reviewed.At last,the challenges and opportunities of defect engineering on promoting the development of 2D materials are discussed.Through this review,we aim to build a correlation between defects and properties of 2D materials to support the design and optimization of high-performance electronic and optoelectronic devices. | Jie Jiang Tao Xu Junpeng Lu Litao Sun Zhenhua Ni | 2019 | Research2019,,1: | 5 |

| 8 | A New Type of Rare Metal Deposit:The Yushishan Leptynite-Type Nb-Ta Deposit in Eastern Altun,Gansu Province,NW China显示文摘The Yusishan deposit is a newly found leptynite-type niobium and tantalum(Nb-Ta)deposit,which is located in the Eastern Altun of Gansu Province.The leptynite of the Neoproterozoic Aoyougou Formation occurs more than 10 km long and 3 km wide.In this paper,we carried out a detailed study of the leptynite and related mineralization.The U-Pb dating of zircon reveals ages of 831±5 Ma and 790±5 Ma for the unmineralized leptynite and 491±4 Ma and 455±4 Ma for the mineralized leptynite.The petrographic and geochemical evidence identified the protolith of the leptynite as alkalin e volcanic rocks that erupted during Neoproterozoic at ca.830 Ma.At ca.490 Ma,the tectono-magmatic and metamorphic event triggered remobilization and enrichment of Nb-Ta as well as other critical metals(REE,Zr,Hf etc)with the formation of industry orebodies in the leptynite strata.The Yushishan deposit presents many similarities with the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits in the south Qinling of China and the Brochman,Toogni and Southern Peak Range deposits in Australian.We therefore propose that the Yushishan deposit is a new type(sub-type)of Nb-Ta deposit and termed as leptynite type that represents the metamorphic counterpart of the alkaline volcanic rocks related rare metal deposits. | JIANG SHAOYONG LIU TAO ZHANG HAOXIANG CAO SHUYUN ZHENG RUOHONG LI TONGGUO YU JUNPENG WU YIBU | 2022 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,5: | 2 |

| 10 | Geochemistry and Geochronology of Diorite in Pengshan Area of Jiangxi Province:Implications for Magmatic Source and Tectonic Evolution of Jiangnan Orogenic Belt显示文摘Magmatic activities associated with tectonic events play a significant role in understanding the evolution of an orogenic belt.The Jiangnan orogenic belt has been regarded as the collisional suture zone between the Yangtze Block and the Cathaysia Block.Although the magmatic activities during the period of intra-plate extension after the collision have been well studied in recent years,some remaining issues,including source nature and geodynamic mechanism,need to be further addressed.In this paper,based on a detailed field geological,petrological,geochemical and geochronological study,we focus our work on diorites in the Pengshan area located at the northwestern margin of the Jiangnan orogenic belt.The mineral assemblages are mainly composed of plagioclase(55 vol.%-65 vol.%)and hornblende(35 vol.%-45 vol.%).One diorite sample yields zircon^(206)Pb/^(238)U mean age of 768±8 Ma(MSWD=0.29).The diorites have enriched large ion lithophile elements(Ba,K and Rb)and incompatible elements(Th and U),and are depleted in high field-strength elements including Ta,Ti and Nb.Diorites in this study have relatively high MgO content(6.56 wt.%-7.58 wt.%,7.07 wt.%on average)and Mg number values(65-67,65.8 on average).The diorites are metaluminous,high K calc-alkaline series rocks with high contents of K_2O(1.59 wt.%-1.97 wt.%)and total alkali(Na_2O+K_2O=5.56 wt.%-6.05 wt.%).The Nd/Th ratio(4.34-5.27)is higher than that of crust-derived rocks and lower than mantle-derived rocks.The Rb/Sr ratio(0.19-0.22)is slightly lower than crust,but significantly higher than upper mantle.Based on the above geochemical and geochronological analyses,we suggest that the diorites in the Pengshan area were mainly derived from crustal materials with a small amount of mantleoriginated materials involved,and possibly produced from an extensional tectonic setting after the collision between the Yangtze Block and Cathaysia Block. | Hongfeng Shi Junpeng Wang Yuan Yao Jing Zhang Song Jin Yingxin Zhu Kang Jiang Xiaolong Tian Deng Xiao Wenbin Ning | 2020 | Journal of Earth Science2020,31,1: | 2 |
| 11 | Ambient temperature alters body size and gut microbiota of Xenopus tropicalis显示文摘Temperature is important to determine physiological status of ectotherms. However, it is still not fully understood how amphibians and their symbiotic microbiota acclimate to ambient temperature. In this study, we investigated the changes of gut microbiota of Xenopus tropicalis at different temperatures under controlled laboratory conditions. The results showed that microbial communities were distinct and shared only a small overlap among froglet guts, culture water and food samples.Furthermore, the dominant taxa harbored in the gut exhibited low relative abundance in water and food. It indicates that bacterial taxa selected by amphibian gut were generally of low abundance in the external environment. Temperature could affect betadiversity of gut microbiota in terms of phylogenetic distance, but it did not affect alpha diversity. The composition of gut microbiota was similar in warm and cool treatments. However, signature taxa in different temperature environments were identified. | 12 | Mineral Chemistry of Biotite and Its Petrogenesis Implications in ca.2.5 Ga Wangjiazhuang Granitic Pluton,North China Craton显示文摘The Wangjiazhuang granitic pluton is located in the central Zanhuang Domain,the central part of the North China Craton,which is mainly composed of biotite monzogranite with few mafic microgranular enclaves.Biotite is an important ferromagnesian mineral in most of the intermediatefelsic igneous rocks,and its mineral chemistry can record the properties of magma and the petrogenetic physicochemical conditions.In this study,we carried out a detailed petrographic study by electric probe microanalysis on biotite for the biotite monzogranite and mafic microgranular enclaves,to discuss the source,physicochemical conditions,and the magma mingling/mixing processes of the Wangjiazhuang granite.The results show significantly different chemical compositions from the biotite monzogranite and mafic microgranular enclaves.The crystallization of these biotite grains from the biotite monzogranite and mafic microgranular enclaves all occurred in low oxygen fugacity.The biotite grains in biotite monzogranite are rich in Fe,poor in Mg,which belong to siderophyllite.The ratios of[(Fe^(3+)+Fe^(2+))/(Fe^(3+)+Fe^(2+)+Mg2+)]are between 0.78 and 0.86.The average of FeOT(total FeO)/MgO of biotite grains in biotite monzogranite is 9.02.The MF values[2×Mg/(Fe^(2+)+Mg+Mn)]of biotite monzogranite are between 0.31 and 0.47,suggesting biotite monzogranite derived from crustal source rocks(metasedimentary rocks).The formation of granitic rocks including the Wangjiazhuang granite was related to the subduction event at ca.2.5 Ga which resulted in the melting event,and then induced the early partial melting of TTGs and metasedimentary rocks.The biotite in mafic microgranular enclaves varies from siderophyllite to ferrobiotite,and MF values range from 0.63 to 1.06,suggesting that magma of mafic microgranular enclaves had experienced magma mixing/mingling in various degrees.Biotite monzogranite and parts of mafic microgranular enclaves have a similar crystallized condition,while other mafic microgranular enclaves are different from biotite monzogranite.The differences between biotite monzogranite and mafic microgranular enclaves may be a consequence of continuous interaction between granitic and mafic magmas. | Junpeng Wang Kang Jiang Deng Xiao Fenfang Li Fupeng Li Xiaofeng Li Song Jin Guanghuo Tao | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,6: | 1 |
| 13 | Genetic diversity of coronaviruses in Miniopterus fuliginosus bats显示文摘Coronaviruses, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus, pose significant public health threats. Bats have been suggested to act as natural reservoirs for both these viruses, and periodic monitoring of coronaviruses in bats may thus provide important clues about emergent infectious viruses. The Eastern bent-wing bat Miniopterus fuliginosus is distributed extensively throughout China. We therefore analyzed the genetic diversity of coronaviruses in samples of M. fuliginosus collected from nine Chinese provinces during 2011–2013. The only coronavirus genus found was Alphacoronavirus. We established six complete and five partial genomic sequences of alphacoronaviruses, which revealed that they could be divided into two distinct lineages, with close relationships to coronaviruses in Miniopterus magnater and Miniopterus pusillus. Recombination was confirmed by detecting putative breakpoints of Lineage 1 coronaviruses in M. fuliginosus and M. pusillus(Wu et al., 2015), which supported the results of topological and phylogenetic analyses. The established alphacoronavirus genome sequences showed high similarity to other alphacoronaviruses found in other Miniopterus species, suggesting that their transmission in different Miniopterus species may provide opportunities for recombination with different alphacoronaviruses. | 14 | Cr^(3+)/Y^(3+)co-doped persistent luminescence nanoparticles with biological window activation for in vivo repeatable imaging显示文摘The near-infrared(NIR)persistent luminescence materials(PLMs)can remain long-lasting luminescence after removal of the excitation light,which permits bioimaging with high sensitivity owing to the absence of background fluorescence interference from in situ excitation.Recently,the NIR PLMs have aroused intensive research interest in bioimaging.However,the optimal excitation wavelength of current NIR PLMs is located in the ultraviolet region with shallow tissue penetration,making it difficult to activate effectively in vivo,and seriously hindering their further application in bioimaging.Herein,we report a novel kind of Cr^(3+)ions and Y^(3+)ions co-doped NIR PLM,Zn_(1.3)Ga_(1.4)Sn_(0.3)O_(4):Cr^(3+),Y^(3+)(ZGSCY),which emits NIR persistent luminescence at 696 nm.Compared with Zn_(1.3)Ga_(1.4)Sn_(0.3)O_(4):Cr^(3+)(ZGSC)excited by the light with a wavelength in the biological window(>650 nm),after being co-doped with Y^(3+)ions,the NIR persistent luminescence performance of ZGSCY is significantly improved because of the increase of trap concentration in the matrix.In addition,we synthesized ZGSCY nanoparticles(NPs)by the combustion method,which exhibit excellent optical properties after being excited by the light with a wavelength in the biological window.After surface modification with PEG,the ZGSCY NPs present low cytotoxicity.Notably,due to the co-doping of Y^(3+)ions,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of ZGSCY NPs in vivo imaging is about 1.8 times higher than that of the ZGSC NPs.Furthermore,the rechargeable in vivo imaging and passive tumor-targeted imaging are successfully achieved by activating with a lightemitting diode(LED,659 nm)after intravenous injection of ZGSCY.Thus,this kind of NIR PLM with high excitation efficiency performance in the biological window is expected to promote its biomedical application in deep tissues. | Huimin Jiang Lin Liu Kexin Yu Xianggui Yin Shenghui Zheng Liang Song Junpeng Shi Yun Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,9: | 1 |

| 17 | A Novel Material for Selective Separation of Mono-galactosyldiacylglycerols from Microalgae显示文摘Monogalactosyldiacylglycerols(MGDGs)have potential applications in food products,cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.MGDGs from microalgae with high amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs)have potential functions,which arise the interest of the researchers.MGDGs were prepared by silica gel column chromatography with the appropriate mobile phase,while due to the similarity to molecular structure of MGDGs,digalactosyldiacylglycerols(DGDGs)were the most difficult impurities to separate during the extraction process of MGDGs from Nannochloropsis oceanica IMET1 and Arthrospira platensis.In order to obtain MGDGs from microalgae using low toxic solvent system,a novel material Click thiol-ene cysteine(Click TE-Cys)was employed to achieve its selective separation by differentiation of the hydrophilic interaction.The mixture of MGDGs and DGDGs standards were separated from each other by Click TE-Cys solid phase extraction(SPE),which was further confirmed by the result of LC-MS.The molecular interaction of MGDGs and DGDGs with Click TE-Cys demonstrated that DGDGs had more hydrogen bonds with Click TE-Cys material,which might cause a higher hydrophilic interaction.In this study,the Click TE-Cys material exhibited higher hydrophilicity with DGDGs and effectively separated MGDGs from 4 species microalgae by‘flow-through'mode using ethanol as mobile phase. | JIANG Junpeng YANG Miao CAO Xupeng WAN Huihui LIU Shuqin ZHONG Shijun YAN Jingyu XUE Song | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,1: | 0 |

| 19 | An Improved Solov2 Based on Attention Mechanism and Weighted Loss Function for Electrical Equipment Instance Segmentation显示文摘The current existing problem of deep learning framework for the detection and segmentation of electrical equipment is dominantly related to low precision.Because of the reliable,safe and easy-to-operate technology provided by deep learning-based video surveillance for unmanned inspection of electrical equipment,this paper uses the bottleneck attention module(BAM)attention mechanism to improve the Solov2 model and proposes a new electrical equipment segmentation mode.Firstly,the BAM attention mechanism is integrated into the feature extraction network to adaptively learn the correlation between feature channels,thereby improving the expression ability of the feature map;secondly,the weighted sum of CrossEntropy Loss and Dice loss is designed as the mask loss to improve the segmentation accuracy and robustness of the model;finally,the non-maximal suppression(NMS)algorithm to better handle the overlap problem in instance segmentation.Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves an average segmentation accuracy of mAP of 80.4% on three types of electrical equipment datasets,including transformers,insulators and voltage transformers,which improve the detection accuracy by more than 5.7% compared with the original Solov2 model.The segmentation model proposed can provide a focusing technical means for the intelligent management of power systems. | Junpeng Wu Zhenpeng Liu Xingfan Jiang Xinguang Tao Ye Zhang | 2024 | Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,1: | 0 |
