1Development of single row automatic transplanting device for potted vegetable seedlings显示文摘In China,low degree of automation seriously affects the working efficiency and quality in vegetable transplanting.As one of the most important vegetables in China even in the world,tomato was taken as the research object in this study.An automatic single-row transplanting device was designed,based on the statistical analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of tomato seedlings of a typical variety.Based on the technology of mechatronics,the device integrated the functions of transporting seedling tray,automatic seedling extraction and mechanical planting.The kinematics orthogonality solution combined with the dynamic sequence solution method was used to optimize and analyze the kinematic parameters of the automatic seeding mechanism,and the“sickle”trajectory was obtained.According to the position and movement requirement for taking and dropping seedling,the mechanical conditions and the working parameters of key execution parts were obtained by using analytic drawing method to analyze the mechanical condition of seedling collecting mechanism.The transplanting experiment was conducted at room temperature of 25°C,and the age and moisture content of the seedlings were 40 d and 55%,respectively.The results showed that the highest success rate was 92.59%,and the lowest rate of leakage was 23.13%,when the transplanting frequency was 60 plants/min.The lowest success rate was 77.78%,and the highest rate of leakage was 38.75%,when transplanting frequency was 120 plants/min.When the transplanting frequency is between 60-90 plants/min,the device can meet the requirement of high speed transplanting for potted vegetable seedling.Xin Jin Daoyi Li Hao Ma Jiangtao Ji Kaixuan Zhao Jing Pang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,3:27

3Research and application of enterprise resource planning system for foundry enterprises显示文摘PPDB issues-four aspects of current management issues of foundry enterprises are discussed in this paper,including Production Management,Process Control,Duration Monitoring and Business Intelligence Data Analysis.Also a whole Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) solution for foundry enterprises is proposed.The solution contains many models,four of which are used to solve the PPDB issues.These are called SPDB models,which separately are the Single-piece management model(based on casting lifecycle),Process management model(based on task-driven technology),Duration monitoring model(based on surplus period),and Business intelligence data analysis model(based on data mining).An ERP system for foundry enterprises,named HZERP,was researched and developed,and applied to a sand casting company of single piece and small batch production.Qualitatively and quantitatively comparing the application effect before and after implementing the HZERP system,the result demonstrated that the foundry ERP system based on the SPDB models can help metal casting enterprises achieve the single-piece management,better regulate the production processes,improve production and delivery management,shorten the production cycle,reduce costs,and speed up the capital turnover to a large extent.Zhou Jianxin Ji Xiaoyuan Liao Dunming Guan Bifeng Guan Bihong Pang Shengyong Tang Hongtao 2013China Foundry2013,10,1:16

6Centimeter-scale-diameter Co-based bulk metallic glasses with fracture strength exceeding 5000 MPa显示文摘Co48-xFexCr15Mo14C15B6Er2 (x = 2.5 and 5) bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) with critical size (dc) up to 15 mm in diameter were synthesized by copper mold casting. Co43Fe5Cr15Mo14C15B6Er2 BMG has a wide supercooled liquid region (84 K) and ultrahigh fracture strength exceeding 5000 MPa,which is the highest value for reported metallic glasses with dc exceeding 1 cm. Furthermore,the Poisson ratio,Young modulus,shear modulus and bulk modulus of this alloy were evaluated to be 0.31,217 GPa,82 GPa and 214 GPa,respectively. The ideal configurational entropy of Co48-xFexCr15Mo14C15B6Er2 (x = 0 and 5) has been calculated. The introduction of the similar element Fe in the Fe-free Co-Cr-Mo-C-B-Er alloy will be beneficial to increasing the ideal config-urational entropy and depressing the critical cooling rate to achieve greater glass-forming ability. 7Association Between Serum Uric Acid and Prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Diagnosed using HbA1c Criteria Among Chinese Adults in Qingdao,China显示文摘Objective To determine whether elevated serum uric acid(UA)levels are associated with type 2 diabetes diagnosed using Hb A1 c levels among Chinese adults.Methods We conducted two population-based cross-sectional studies in Qingdao in China in 2006 and 2009.A total of 6894(39.4% men)subjects aged 35-74 years were included in the data analysis.Newly diagnosed diabetes was defined as Hb A1 c level of ≥6.5%,and prediabetes was classified as Hb A1 c level between 5.7% and 6.4% according to the International Diabetes Federation criteria.Multivariate logistic regression was employed to assess the association between UA and prevalence of type 2 diabetes defined using Glycated hemoglobin A1c(Hb A1 c levels.Results Subjects with prediabetes had higher UA levels than those with normal glucose tolerance,newly diagnosed diabetes,and known diabetes,with corresponding values of 325.1(82.5)μmol/L,310.9(84.2)μmol/L,291.3(81.7)μmol/L,305.2(83.6)μmol/L,respectively(P<0.001 for all comparisons).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that UA was a possible predictor for the prevalence of type 2 diabetes diagnosed using Hb A1 c levels,and the second quartile of UA levels had a higher odds ratio(OR:4.088;95% CI:2.900-5.765)for Hb A1 c than the other quartiles after adjusting for age,body mass index,sex,marital status,education,income,alcohol consumption,smoking,and cardiometabolic parameters.Conclusion Serum UA is significantly associated with type 2 diabetes diagnosed using Hb A1 c levels,independent of other cardiometabolic parameters.XUE Bai TAN Ji Bin NING Feng SUN Jian Ping ZHANG Ke Yi LIU Li WANG Shao Jie ZHANG Dong Feng QIAO Qing PANG Zeng Chang 2015Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2015,28,12:9

10Molten salt synthesis of porous carbon and its application in supercapacitors: A review显示文摘Carbon materials have taken an important role in supercapacitor applications due to their outstanding features of large surface area,low price,and stable physicochemical properties.Considerable research efforts have been devoted to the development of novel synthesis strategy for the preparation of porous carbon materials in recent years.In particular,molten salt strategy represents an emerging and promising method,whereby it has shown great potential in achieving tailored production of porous carbon.It has been proved that the molten salt-assisted production of carbon via the direct carbonization of carbonaceous precursors is an effective approach.Furthermore,with the incorporation of electrochemical technology,molten salt synthesis of porous carbon has become flexible and diversiform.Here,this review focuses on the mainstream molten salt synthesis strategies for the production of porous carbon materials,which includes direct molten salt carbonization process,capture and electrochemical conversion of CO_(2)to value-added carbon,electrochemical exfoliation of graphite to graphene-based materials,and electrochemical etching of carbides to new-type carbide-derived carbon materials.The reaction mechanisms and recent advances for these strategies are reviewed and discussed systematically.The morphological and structural properties and capacitive performances of the obtained carbon materials are summarized to reveal their appealing points for supercapacitor applications.Moreover,the opportunities and challenges of the molten salt synthesis strategy for the preparation of carbon materials are also discussed in this review to provide inspiration to the future researches.Zhongya Pang Guangshi Li Xiaolu Xiong Li Ji Qian Xu Xingli Zou Xionggang Lu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:7
11Microstructure and properties of ultrafine WC-10Co composites with chemically doped VC显示文摘Vanadium carbide is the most effective grain growth inhibitor for ultrafine WC-Co composites due to its high solubility and mobility in the cobalt phase at relatively low temperatures;however,there are still some debates over the best way to introduce it into the WC-Co formulation.In this paper,the differences between admixed and chemically doped grain growth inhibitors on the microstructural development and properties of an ultrafine WC-10Co composite are discussed.The densification rate of chemically doped samples is slower in the early stage of sintering and the WC grain sizes of the sintered alloys are finer than those of admixed samples,leading to the increase of hardness and transverse rupture strength of the sintered alloys.The effectiveness of the chemically doped inhibitor is attributed to the formation of vanadium rich layers on the surfaces of tungsten carbide powders during reduction and carbonization,which alters the surface and interface energies of WC grains,impedes the contact with each other of WC grains and contributes to the resistance to W diffusion across the layer during sintering,resulting in the inhibition of nanosized particle coalescence.PANG Cholsong LUO Ji GUO Zhimeng 2011Rare Metals2011,30,2:6

15Heterogeneous memory enhanced graph reasoning network for cross-modal retrieval显示文摘Cross-modal retrieval(CMR) aims to retrieve the instances of a specific modality that are relevant to a given query from another modality, which has drawn much attention because of its importance in bridging vision with language. A key to the success of CMR is to learn more discriminative and robust representations for both visual and textual instances to further reduce the heterogeneous discrepancy existing in different modalities. In this paper, we address this challenging issue by proposing a heterogeneous memory enhanced graph reasoning network, named HMGR, to connect the semantic correlations between vision and language.On the one hand, we design a novel dual-path network architecture to generate relationship enhanced global representations by employing modality-specific graph reasoning on extracted local features for each instance.In this way, the topological interdependencies of both visual and textual intra-instance local fragments are fully mined to achieve a deeper semantic understanding of the relationships between them. On the other hand,we focus on utilizing inter-instance semantic correlated knowledge to enhance the discriminability of the final learned representations, which is achieved by introducing a joint heterogeneous memory network to iteratively restore both visual and textual instance-level information. Through interacting with long-term contextual multimodal knowledge, an encouraging shared latent feature space for mitigating the heterogeneous gap across different modalities can be learned. 16Triple discriminator generative adversarial network for zero-shot image classification显示文摘One key challenge in zero-shot classification(ZSC)is the exploration of knowledge hidden in unseen classes.Generative methods such as generative adversarial networks(GANs)are typically employed to generate the visual information of unseen classes.However,the majority of these methods exploit global semantic features while neglecting the discriminative differences of local semantic features when synthesizing images,which may lead to sub-optimal results.In fact,local semantic information can provide more discriminative knowledge than global information can.To this end,this paper presents a new triple discriminator GAN for ZSC called TDGAN,which incorporates a text-reconstruction network into a dual discriminator GAN(D2GAN),allowing to realize cross-modal mapping from text descriptions to their visual representations.The text-reconstruction network focuses on key text descriptions for aligning semantic relationships to enable synthetic visual features to effectively represent images.Sharma-Mittal entropy is exploited in the loss function to make the distribution of synthetic classes be as close as possible to the distribution of real classes.The results of extensive experiments over the Caltech-UCSD Birds-2011 and North America Birds datasets demonstrate that the proposed TDGAN method consistently yields competitive performance compared to several state-of-the-art ZSC methods.Zhong JI Jiangtao YAN Qiang WANG Yanwei PANG Xuelong LI 2021Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,2:4

19An aptamer-based shear horizontal surface acoustic wave biosensor with a CVD-grown single- layered graphene film for high-sensitivity detection of a label-free endotoxin显示文摘The thickness of the sensitive layer has an important influence on the sensitivity of a shear horizontal surface acoustic wave(SH-SAW)biosensor with a delay-line structure and lower layer numbers of graphene produce better sensitivity for biological detection.Therefore,a label-free and highly sensitive SH-SAW biosensor with chemical vapor deposition(CVD-)-grown single-layered graphene(SLG)for endotoxin detection was developed in this study.With this methodology,SH-SAW biosensors were fabricated on a 36°Y-90°X quartz substrate with a base frequency of 246.2MHz,and an effective detection cell was fabricated using acrylic material.To increase the surface hydrophilicity,chitosan was applied to the surface of the SLG film.Additionally,the aptamer was immobilized on the surface of the SLG film by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde.Finally,the sensitivity was verified by endotoxin detection with a linear detection ranging from 0 to 100 ng/mL,and the detection limit(LOD)was as low as 3.53 ng/mL.In addition,the stability of this type of SH-SAW biosensor from the air phase to the liquid phase proved to be excellent and the specificity was tested and verified by detecting the endotoxin obtained from Escherichia coli(E.coli),the endotoxin obtained from Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P.aeruginosa),and aflatoxin.Therefore,this type of SH-SAW biosensor with a CVD-grown SLG film may offer a promising approach to endotoxin detection,and it may have great potential in clinical applications.Junwang Ji Yiquan Pang Dongxiao Li Zheng Huang Zuwei Zhang Ning Xue Yi Xu Xiaojing Mu 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:3
