1Data-Based Predictive Control for Networked Nonlinear Systems with Packet Dropout and Measurement Noise显示文摘In this paper, the data-based control problem is investigated for a class of networked nonlinear systems with measurement noise as well as packet dropouts in the feedback and forward channels. The measurement noise and the number of consecutive packet dropouts in both channels are assumed to be random but bounded. A data-based networked predictive control method is proposed, in which a sequence of control increment predictions are calculated in the controller based on the measured output error, and based on the control increment predictions received by the actuator, a proper control action is obtained and applied to the plant according to the real-time number of consecutive packet dropouts at each sampling instant. Then the stability analysis is performed for the networked closedloop system. 2The program structure designing and optimizing tests of GRAPES physics显示文摘According to the modularization and standardization of program structure in Global/Regional Assimilation and Prediction System (GRAPES), the plug-compatible and transplantable regional meso-scale and global middle-range physics software package is established. The package's component integrality is comparative with the other advanced models physics. A three-level structure of connecting GRAPES physics and dynamic frame has been constructed. The friendly interface is designed for users to plug in their own physics packages. Phenomenon of grid-point storm rainfall in numerical prediction is analyzed with the numerical tests. The scheme of air vertical velocity calculation is improved. Optimizing tests of physics schemes are performed with the correlative parameters adjusting. The results show that the false grid-point storm rainfall is removed by precipitation scheme improving. 3Microstructure and domain engineering of lithium niobate crystal films for integrated photonic applications显示文摘Recently,integrated photonics has attracted considerable interest owing to its wide application in optical communication and quantum technologies.Among the numerous photonic materials,lithium niobate film on insulator(LNOI)has become a promising photonic platform owing to its electro-optic and nonlinear optical properties along with ultralow-loss and high-confinement nanophotonic lithium niobate waveguides fabricated by the complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)-compatible microstructure engineering of LNOI.Furthermore,ferroelectric domain engineering in combination with nanophotonic waveguides on LNOI is gradually accelerating the development of integrated nonlinear photonics,which will play an important role in quantum technologies because of its ability to be integrated with the generation,processing,and auxiliary detection of the quantum states of light.Herein,we review the recent progress in CMOS-compatible microstructure engineering and domain engineering of LNOI for integrated lithium niobate photonics involving photonic modulation and nonlinear photonics.We believe that the great progress in integrated photonics on LNOI will lead to a new generation of techniques.Thus,there remains an urgent need for efficient methods for the preparation of LNOI that are suitable for large-scale and low-cost manufacturing of integrated photonic devices and systems.Dehui Sun Yunwu Zhang Dongzhou Wang Wei Song Xiaoyan Liu Jinbo Pang Deqiang Geng Yuanhua Sang Hong Liu 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:7
4WSe2 2D p-type semiconductor-based electronic devices for information technology:Design,preparation,and applications显示文摘The pioneering exfoliation of monolayer tungsten diselenide has greatly inspired researchers toward semiconducting applications.WSe2 belongs to a family of transition-metal dichalcogenides.Similar to graphene,WSe2 and analogous dichalcogenides have layered structures with weak van der Waals interactions between two adjacent layers.First,the readers are presented with the fundamentals of WSe2,such as types,morphologies,and properties.Here,we report the characterization principles and practices such as microscopy,spectroscopy,and diffraction.Second,the methods for obtaining high-quality WSe2,such as exfoliation,hydrothermal and chemical vapor deposition,are briefly listed.With advantages of light weight,flexibility,and high quantum efficiency,2D materials may have a niche in optoelectronics as building blocks in p-n junctions.Therefore,we introduce a state-of-the-art demonstration of heterostructure devices employing the p-type WSe2 semiconductor.The device architectures include field-effect transistors,photodetectors,gas sensors,and photovoltaic solar cells.Due to its unique electronic,optical,and energy band properties,WSe2 has been increasingly investigated due to the conductivity of the p-type charge carrier upon palladium contact.Eventually,the dynamic research on WSe2 and van der Waals heterostructures is summarized to arouse the passion of the 2D research community.Qilin Cheng Jinbo Pang Dehui Sun Jingang Wang Shu Zhang Fan Liu Yuke Chen Ruiqi Yang Na Liang Xiheng Lu Yanchen Ji Jian Wang Congcong Zhang Yuanhua Sang Hong Liu Weijia Zhou 2020InfoMat2020,2,4:5

6Thermal Analysis of a Novel Oil Cooled Piston Using a Fluid-Solid Interaction Method显示文摘Thermal load has a vital influence on the normal operation and service life of diesel engines.In this study,the thermal load and oil-cooling effect on diesel engine pistons were investigated by means of computational fluid dynamics.In particular,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the cooling gallery were determined during the oscillation of the piston.Moreover,the temperature field distribution of the piston with and without the cooling gallery were compared.The results revealed that the cooling gallery has a prominent effect on reducing the thermal load on the piston crown and piston lands.To fully understand the oscillating heat transfer effect related to the cooling gallery and verify the accuracy of the calculation,the numerical results were also compared with temperature values experimentally measured at key positions of the piston.The measurements were found to be consistent with the calculation results within an acceptable error range,which proves the rationality and accuracy of the mathematical and numerical models used.Dehui Tong Shunshun Qin Jingguo Lin Jingyang Sun Yuping Hu 2021Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2021,17,4:3
7Three-dimensional (3D) structure model and its parameters for poplar shelterbelts显示文摘The spatial functions of surface area density(vegetative surface area per unit canopy volume) and cubic density(vegetative volume per unit canopy volume) have been used as two three-dimensional(3D) structural descriptors for shelterbelt.The functions were defined by models as a general case.However,sub-models such as surface area,volume,and corresponding distributions were not explicitly defined for poplar trees,which are a dominant woody species in shelterbelts all over China,and this limits applications of the models in China and elsewhere.In order to define and develop these sub-models for shelterbelts,poplar trees were destructively sampled from multiple-row shelterbelts and then were measured for their surface area and volume.Using these measurements,we estimated parameters to define their equations explicitly.Based on the architecture and planting patterns of trees in shelterbelts,the distribution of the surface areas and volumes vertically and across the width for different tree heights were constructed for the three components of trunks,branches and leaves.Incorporating the defined equations into the models,we described the 3D structure of a multiple-row poplar shelterbelt.The results showed that,the spatial change in magnitude of surface area density(0.215-10.131 m2/m3) or cubic density(0.00007-0.04667 m3/m3) in shelterbelts is large and their distributions are not uniform.The assumption for boundary-layer flow modeling efforts that the 3D distribution of shelterbelt structure was uniform is not the case in field.The 3D structure model not only can be used to model the flow field as influenced by each tree component,but also can express the entire aerodynamic characteristics of a shelterbelt.The methodologies and equations that are developed in this study can be applied to estimate the 3D structure of a shelterbelt with a design similar to our studied poplar shelterbelts in terms of species composition and planting patterns.The fitted models can be used to describe the 3D aerodynamic structure of field shelterbelts.Furthermore,an improved description of shelterbelt structure has great potential to improve the simulation of boundary layer flows as influenced by that shelterbelt.Such insights can eventually be used to quantify the design of shelterbelt structure and/or adjustment for managing the function of shelterbelts and their effects on microclimate.FAN ZhiPing GAO JunGang ZENG DeHui ZHOU XinHua SUN XueKai 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,10:2

9Neural network based method for background modeling and detecting moving objects显示文摘This paper proposes a novel method, primarily based on the fuzzy adaptive resonance theory(ART) neural network with forgetting procedure, for moving object detection and background modeling in natural scenes. With the ability, inheriting from the ART neural network, of extracting patterns from arbitrary sequences, the background model based on the proposed method can learn new scenes quickly and accurately. To guarantee that a long-life model can derived from the proposed mothed, a forgetting procedure is employed to find the neuron that needs to be discarded and reconstructed, and the finding procedure is based on a neural network which can find the extreme value quickly. 10A stabilizing model predictive control for networked control system with data packet dropout显示文摘A constrained model predictive control (MPC) algorithm for networked control system with data packet dropout is proposed in this paper. A buffer is designed to store the predicted control sequence between controller and actuator. It is shown that if the control horizon of MPC is not less than the number of data packets lost continuously, feasibility of MPC at initial time implies asymptotical stability of the closed-loop system. 13Salvinia-like slippery surface with stable and mobile water/air contact line显示文摘Superhydrophobic surfaces are widely used in many industrial settings,and mainly consist of rough solid protrusions that entrap air to minimize the liquid/solid area.The stability of the superhydrophobic state favors relatively small spacing between protrusions.However,this in turn increases the lateral adhesion force that retards the mobility of drops.Here we propose a novel approach that optimizes both properties simultaneously.Inspired by the hydrophobic leaves of Salvinia molesta and the slippery Nepenthes pitcher plants,we designed a Salvinia-like slippery surface(SSS)consisting of protrusions with slippery heads.We demonstrate that compared to a control surface,the SSS exhibits increased stability against pressure and impact,and enhanced lateral mobility of water drops as well as reduced hydrodynamic drag.We also systematically investigate the wetting dynamics on the SSS.With its easy fabrication and enhanced performance,we envision that SSS will be useful in a variety of fields in industry.Xiaomei Li Jinlong Yang Kaixuan Lv Periklis Papadopoulos Jing Sun Dehui Wang Yanhua Zhao Longquan Chen Dapeng Wang Zuankai Wang Xu Deng 2021National Science Review2021,8,5:1

17Benefit of rituximab maintenance is associated with Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index in patients with follicular lymphoma显示文摘Rituximab maintenance(RM)prolongs the progression-free survival(PFS)of responding patients with follicular lymphoma(FL),but the maintenance efficacy in different Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index(FLIPI)risk group is still confusing.We performed a retrospective analysis of the effect of RM treatments in patients with FL responding to induction therapy based on their FLIPI risk assessment carried out prior to treatment.We identified 93 patients between 2013 and 2019 who received RM every 3 months for≥4 doses(RM group),and 60 patients who did not accept RM or received rituximab less than 4 doses(control group).After a median follow-up of 39 months,neither median overall survival(OS)nor PFS was reached for the entire population.The PFS was significantly prolonged in the RM group compared to the control group(median PFS NA vs 83.1 months,P=.00027).When the population was divided into the 3 FLIPI risk groups,the PFS differed significantly(4-year PFS rates,97.5%vs 88.8%vs 72.3%,P=.01)according to group.There was no significant difference in PFS for FLIPI low-risk patients with RM compared to the control group(4-year PFS rates,100%vs 93.8%,P=.23).However,the PFS of the RM group was significantly prolonged for FLIPI intermediate-risk(4-year PFS rates,100%vs 70.3%,P=.00077)and high-risk patients(4-year PFS rates,86.7%vs 57.1%,P=.023).These data suggest that standard RM significantly prolongs the PFS of patients assigned to intermediate-and high-risk FLIPI groups but not to low-risk FLIPI group,and pending larger-scale studies to validate.Ru Li Tingyu Wang Rui Lyv Yi Wang Ying Yu Yuting Yan Qi Sun Wenjie Xiong Wei Liu Weiwei Sui Wenyang Huang Huijun Wang Chengwen Li Jun Wang Dehui Zou Gang An Jianxiang Wang Lugui Qiu Shuhua Yi 2023Blood Science2023,5,2:0

19Self-Healing Hydrophilic Porous Photothermal Membranes for Durable and Highly Efficient Solar-Driven Interfacial Water Evaporation显示文摘It is highly desirable to develop a solar-driven interfacial water evaporatorwith a self-healing ability and high-efficiency water evaporation performance for water distillation and desalination;however,this process is considerably challenging.Herein,by exploiting the advantages of a self-healing hydrophilic polymer,a self-healing hydrophilic porous photothermal(SHPP)membrane was fabricated by curing a mixture of the polymer,carbon black,and NaCl,followed by removal of the NaCl from water.Since the SHPP membrane could serve as a photothermal layer and water transportation channel simultaneously,a solar-driven interfacial evaporator could be fabricated readily by assembling the SHPP membrane with polyethylene foam.We have shown that the SHPP membrane-based evaporator exhibited a water evaporation rate of 1.68 kg m^(−2) h^(−1) and an energy efficiency of 97.3%.These values are superior to those obtained using solar-driven interfacial evaporators with self-healing capability.Notably,by hydrogen bonds reformation between the fracture surfaces,the SHPP membrane could regain its structural integrity after breaking,making the SHPPmembrane-based evaporator the first to heal entirely and repeatedly from physical damage to sustain itswater evaporation capacity.Therefore,the potential of using SHPP membranes to develop stable,long-last ing,andhigh-efficiency solar-driven interfacial water evaporators is highlighted.Fuchang Xu Dehui Weng Xiang Li Yang Li Junqi Sun 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,7:0
