2Inhibitors of 5-lipoxygenase inhibit expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in human melanoma cells显示文摘AIM: To study the effect of 5-lipoxygenase inhibitors on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) inmelanoma cells. METHODS: ICAM-1 protein of human melanoma cell a375 was detected by enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent, flow cytometry and Western blot analysis. Level of ICAM-1 mRNA in a375 was evaluated byNorthern blot analysis. Adhesion of a375 to endothelial cell EC304 was analyzed by isotopic tracing. RESULTS:5-Lipoxygenase inhibitors nordihydroguaiaretic acid, AA861 and MK886, could suppress the expression of ICAM-1protein as well as of its mRNA in a375 cells and reduce the adhesion of a375 to EC304. 3Deformation control of asymmetric floor heave in a deep rock roadway:A case study显示文摘In order to control asymmetric floor heave in deep rock roadways and deformation around the surrounding rock mass after excavation, in this paper we discuss the failure mechanism and coupling control countermeasures using the finite difference method(FLAC3D) combined with comparative analysis and typical engineering application at Xingcun coal mine. It is indicated by the analysis that the simple symmetric support systems used in the past led to destruction of the deep rock roadway from the key zone and resulted in the deformation of asymmetric floor heave in the roadway. Suitable reinforced support countermeasures are proposed to reduce the deformation of the floor heave and the potential risk during mining. The application shows that the present support technology can be used to better environmental conditions. 4A novel two-layered optical satellite network of LEO/MEO with zero phase factor显示文摘Optical satellite communication has advantages over the RF satellite communication in capacity, speed, secrecy and anti-interference.Space information superhighway composed of GEO/MEO/LEO satellites which are linked by optical inter-satellite links(OISL) would play important roles in communication, navigation, martial recon, remote sensing and deep space exploration.A novel LEO/MEO two-layered optical satellite network with global coverage is designed with the street-of-coverage technique.The layer of LEO satellites is the walker-delta constellation with zero phase factor and has the quasi-stable logical structure of Mesh.Equatorial and polar orbit satellites constitute the layer of MEO satellite, which can cover LEO layer effectively.Rising satellites of the system can provide 99.9% of coverage for the whole globe and 100% for China averagely.The network can provide a minimum elevation angle at 21 ? with single-satellite visibility for China, and at 16 ? with the dual-satellite visibility.Simulation results of the inter-satellite links show LEO constellation of zero phase factor outperforms non-zero phase factor constellations in azimuth angle, elevation angle and distance, which is very fit for the OISL.Simulation results of the communication performance indicate a little difference between short wave band and long wave band at low communication speed(several Gbit/s);however, the wave band at 1550 nm is a better choice at high communication speed(100 Gbit/s).LI YongJun , WU JiLi, ZHAO ShangHong, MENG Wen, MA LiHua, SHI Lei, CHU XingChun, HOU Rui & LI Tian Telecommunication Engineering Institute, Air Force Engineering University, Xi’an 710077, China 2010Science China(Information Sciences)2010,53,6:8
5Self-standing oxygen-deficient a-MoO_(3-x)nanoflake arrays as 3D cathode for advanced all-solid-state thin film lithium batteries显示文摘Compared with the planar two-dimensional(2D)all-solid-state thin film batteries(TFBs),threedimensional(3D)all-solid-state TFBs with interdigitated contact between electrode and electrolyte possess great advantage in achieving both high energy and power densities.Herein,we report a facile fabrication of vertically aligned oxygen-deficient a-MoO3-x nanoflake arrays(3D MO_(x))using metal Mo target by direct current(DC)magnetron sputtering.By utilizing the 3D MO_(x)cathode,amorphous lithium phosphorus oxynitride solid electrolyte,and lithium thin film anode,3D solid-state TFBs have been successfully fabricated,exhibiting high specific capacity(266 mAh g^(-1)at 50 mA g^(-1)),good rate performance(110 mAh g^(-1)at 1000mA g^(-1)),and excellent cycle performance(92.7%capacity retention after 1000 cycles)in comparison with the 2D TFBs using the planar MO_(x)thin film as cathode.The superior electrochemical performance of the 3D TFBs can be attributed to the 3D architecture of the cathode,maximizing the cathode/electrolyte interface while retaining the short Lit diffusion length.The charge/discharge measurements of the 3D MO_(x)cathode in liquid electrolyte,however,exhibit fast capacity fading,demonstrating the advantage of using transition metal oxide as cathode in solid-state batteries.Shuo Sun Qiuying Xia Jizi Liu Jing Xu Feng Zan Jili Yue Serguei V.Savilov Valery V.Lunin Hui Xia 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,2:6
6Inverse Kinematics Analysis of a 7-DOF Space Manipulator for Trajectory Design显示文摘To solve the inverse kinematics problem for redundant degrees of freedom(DOFs)manipulators has been and still continues to be quite challenging in the field of robotics.Aiming at trajectory planning for a 7-DOF space manipulator system,joint rotation trajectories are obtained from predetermined motion trajectories and poses of the end effector in Cartesian space based on the proposed generalized inverse kinematics method.A minimum norm method is employed to choose the best trajectory among available trajectories.Numerical simulations with the7-DOF manipulator show that the proposed method can achieve the planned trajectory and pose under the circumstances of minimum angular velocities.Moreover,trajectory results from the proposed kinematics model and inverse kinematics method has the advantages of simple modelling,low computation cost,easy to solve and plan trajectory conveniently.The smooth and continuous joint rotation functions obtained from the proposed method are suitable for practical engineering applications.Pengfei Xin Jili Rong Yongtai Yang Dalin Xiang 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,3:5
7Entropy and its application in turbulence modeling显示文摘The entropy concept was introduced into the turbulence modeling strategy in the present work.First,the turbulent boundary-layer was described from the point of energy dissipation.Based on the theoretical analysis and direct numerical simulations,the relationship between the entropy increment and viscosity dissipation was systematically investigated.Then,an entropy function fswas proposed to distinguish the turbulent boundary-layer from the external flow.This function is universal,independent of the inflow conditions or any specific turbulence model.With this function,a new version of delayed-detached-eddy simulation method SDES was constructed and verified with the supersonic boundary-layer flow and the cavity-ramped flow.Initial results showed that this method could successfully avoid the modeled stress depletion problem inherited from the original DES method.Rui Zhao Jili Rong Xinliang Li 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,31:4

9A comparative study on characteristics of sulfur and nitrogen transformation and gaseous emission for combustion of bituminous coal and char显示文摘The characteristics of sulfur and nitrogen transformation and the emissions’comparison of sulfurous and nitrogenous gas were investigated using SEM,XPS,TG-FTIR and TG-gas analyzer during the combustion process of Shenmu bituminous coal(SM coal)and its char.SEM indicated that porosity and specific surface area of char were enlarged after coal pyrolysis and a large amount of space could be provided for the oxidation reaction of various sulfur species with oxide during the combustion process.The sulfur and nitrogen species of the two samples analyzed by XPS showed that,pyritic sulfur,organic sulfide sulfur,sulfone and sulfoxide sulfur in coal were partly transformed to thiophenic sulfur and sulfate sulfur in the pyrolysis of coal,and the total sulfur content in char was reduced.Besides,the sulfur and nitrogen species’changes in SM coal,char and the ashes determined by XPS showed that sulfur fixation effect was enhanced in the presence of calcium oxide during combustion.The component analysis of the gas during combustion via TG-FTIR indicated that SO2 and NO2 began to escape at 300C and reached maximum at about 1100C,by contrast,the emissions of SO2 and NO2 of char were below that of SM coal throughout the whole combustion process.The wide range of TG-gas analyzer analysis revealed that the SO2 and NOx emissions of SM coal were 2.51 and 1.71 times as much as char burning,respectively.Jili Hou Yue Ma Shuyuan Li Wenzhi Shang 2018Carbon Resources Conversion2018,1,1:4
10New experimental method for inundation effect of film condensation on horizontal tube bundle显示文摘Theory of film condensation heat transfer(FCHT) for vapor condensed on horizontal tube bundle(HTB) is vital to many industry processes.Meanwhile,the inundation effect is the key to model the film condensation heat transfer coefficient(CHTC) on HTB.This paper proposed a new experimental method,homologous method,to obtain the inundation effect precisely.Based on the requirements of the new test method,a new test facility was designed and established.Then,the superiority of homologous method for inundation effect was investigated based on experiment result and theoretic analysis.The results showed that the homogenous method can effectively control the experimental error of inundation effect,which is less than 50% of the error of CHTC,and less than 30% of the error of the inundation effect gained by routine method.The new test facility built for the homogenous method is excellent in obtaining the accurate inundation effect of film condensation on HTB.All the result is a foundation of the theoretical development of the FCHT on HTB.MA ZhiXian ZHANG JiLi SUN DeXing 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,10:3
11Design and syntheses of functionalized copper-based MOFs and its adsorption behavior for Pb(Ⅱ)显示文摘A novel copper-based MOFs adsorbent(Cu-BTC-Th) was prepared using an one-step method by introducing a new organic ligand of 4-thioureidobenzoicacid(Th) with active groups for selectively adsorbing Pb(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions. The chemical composition and structure of the prepared MOFs materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), Brunner-Emmet-Teller(BET) analysis, and zeta potential measurements. The adsorption capability of the prepared Cu-MOFs was significantly enhanced by introducing the new organic ligand of Th in the materials. The maximum adsorption capacity of the Cu-BTC-Th for Pb(Ⅱ) attains 732.86 mg/g under the optimal conditions. In addition,the adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm analysis showed that the adsorption process followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption model, indicating that the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) by Cu-BTC-Th was a monolayer chemisorption. The adsorption mechanism of Cu-BTC-Th for Pb(Ⅱ)was discussed and revealed. On one hand, the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) is mainly through ion exchange with the Cu(Ⅱ). 13Roles of Co element in Fe-based bulk metallic glasses utilizing industrial FeB alloy as raw material显示文摘A series of Fe-based bulk metallic glasses were fabricated by a conventional copper mold casting method using a kind of Fe-B industrial raw alloy. It is found that Fe-B-Y-Nb bulk metallic glass with 3 at% of Co addition possesses the best glass forming ability, thermal stability, hardness, magnetic property and anti-corrosion property. The hardness test result indicates a synchronically trend with glass-forming ability parameters. 14FABRICATION AND TEST OF AN ELECTROMAGNETIC VIBRATING RING GYROSCOPE BASED ON SOI WAFER显示文摘Mode matching is the key to improve the performance of micro-machined vibrating ring gyroscopes.Mass and stiffness asymmetries can lend to normal modes badly mismatch for gyroscopes fabricated by single-crystal silicon.The mismatch of the normal nodes results in large normal mode frequency split and degraded sensitivity.To address this issue,a Silicon-On-Insulator(SOI) wafer is used to fabricate the sensor chips.Meanwhile,a compensate disk and the backside coated negative photo resist(AZ303) is employed to weaken the Lag and Footing effect during the Deep Reactive Ion Etching(DRIE) process.Test results reveal that frequency split between the normal modes is of less than 10 Hz before the following electronic tuning.Thus,the mode matching of the electromagnetic vibrating ring gyroscope is probable to be realized.Liu Jili Chen Deyong Wang Junbo 2014Journal of Electronics(China)2014,31,2:2
