1Source of propagules of the fouling green macroalgae in the Subei Shoal,China显示文摘Since 2007,large-scale green tides dominated by Ulva prolifera consecutively bloomed in the Yellow Sea and caused great economic losses.The fouling U.prolifera on the Pyropia yezoensis aquaculture rafts in the Subei Shoal was regarded as the major source of the floating biomass.However,it was still unclear about the seed source of fouling green macroalgae attached on the rafts.In this study,the field surveys and the indoor experiments were conducted to reveal the source of propagules of the fouling green macroalgae on the rafts and to study the anti-fouling material for P.yezoensis aquaculture rafts which could possibly be a feasible strategy to control the green tides in the Yellow Sea.The results showed that(1) micro-propagules of several green macroalgal species,including U.prolifera,U.linza,U.compressa,U.flexuosa,and Blidingia sp.coexisted in the waters and sediments in the Subei Shoal and their proportion remarkably changed over time;(2) the bamboo poles with peeling treatment could significantly reduce the amount of U.prolifera micro-propagules attached.This study confirmed that the micro-propagules distributed in the Subei Shoal area were the precursors of the green tides,and provided a feasible method to control the Yellow Sea large-scale green tides at the beginning.SONG Wei JIANG Meijie WANG Zongling WANG Hongping ZHANG Xuelei FU Mingzhu 2018Acta Oceanologica Sinica2018,37,4:3
2Amorphous TiO_2-supported Keggin-type ionic liquid catalyst catalytic oxidation of dibenzothiophene in diesel显示文摘Supported ionic liquid(IL) catalysts [C_nmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)/Am TiO_2(amorphous TiO_2) were synthesized through a one-step method for extraction coupled catalytic oxidative desulfurization(ECODS) system. Characterizations such as FTIR, DRS,wide-angle XRD, N_2 adsorption–desorption and XPS were applied to analyze the morphology and Keggin structure of the catalysts. In ECODS with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, it was found that ILs with longer alkyl chains in the cationic moiety had a better effect on the removal of dibenzothiophene. The desulfurization could reach 100% under optimal conditions, and GC–MS analysis was employed to detect the oxidized product after the reaction. Factors affecting the desulfurization efficiencies were discussed, and a possible mechanism was proposed. In addition, cyclic experiments were also conducted to investigate the recyclability of the supported catalyst. 3A comparative study of the extractive desulfurization mechanism by Cu(Ⅱ)and Zn-based imidazolium ionic liquids显示文摘A comparative study of the extractive desulfurization(EDS) mechanism by Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn-based ILs([C_4mim]_2[MCl_4], M ? Cu(Ⅱ) or Zn)has been performed. It is found that the p–p interaction and C-H/p interaction play important roles in EDS for both Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn-based ILs,which is different from Al, Fe-based ILs. In the gas phase models, the interaction energy between Zn-based ILs and dibenzothiophene(DBT) is stronger than the interaction energy of Cu(Ⅱ)-based ILs. In order to consider the solvent effect, a generic ionic liquid of solvation model has been implemented, which is few considered in the previous calculations of EDS. It is interesting to find that the gap of interaction energies between Cu(Ⅱ), Zn-based ILs and DBT are reduced when the solvent effect is considered. 9Green Synthesis of Aryl Thioethers through Cu-catalysed C-S Coupling of Thiols and Aryl Boronic Acids in Water显示文摘An efficient, practical, highly selective and environmentally benign method is reported for the synthesis of aryl thioethers via the coupling of thiols with aryl boronic acids in the presence of NaOH and a catalytic amount of CuSO4 at 130 ℃ using water as a green solvent. The products were obtained in moderate to excellent yields;more importantly, the use of toxic ligands and solvents was avoided. 12Cell osteogenic bioactivity mediated precisely by varying scaled micro-pits on ordered micro/nano hierarchical structures of titanium显示文摘Hierarchical surface structures with micro–nano scale play a crucial role in regulation of cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.It has been proven that cells are extremely sensitive to the nanoscaled structure and show multifarious phenotypes.Though a vital function of microstructure on osseointegration has been confirmed,the cell performances response to different microscaled structure is needed to be further dissected and in depth understood.In this work,the ordered micro–nano hierarchical structures with varying micro-scaled pits were precisely fabricated on titanium successfully by the combination of electrochemical,chemical etching and anodization as well.In vitro systematical assessments indicated that the micro–nano multilevel structures on titanium exhibited excellent cells adhesion and spreading ability,as well as steerable proliferation and osteogenic differentiation behaviors.It is shown that smaller micro-pits and lower roughness of the hierarchical structures enabled faster cell propagation.Despite cell growth was delayed on micro–nano titanium with relatively larger cell-match-size micro-pits and roughness,osteogenic-specific genes were significantly elevated.Furthermore,the alkaline phosphatase activity,collagen secretion and extracellular matrix mineralization of MC3T3-E1 on multiscaled titanium were suppressed by a large margin after adding IWP-2(an inhibitor of Wnt/b-catenin signal pathway),indicating this pathway played a crucial part in cell osteogenic differentiation modulated by micro–nano structures.Yanmei Zhang Xiankuan Wang Yaxian Li Jianhe Liang Pinliang Jiang Qiaoling Huang Yun Yang Hongping Duan Xiang Dong Gang Rui Changjian Lin 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:1
13Folding beam-type piezoelectric phononic crystal with low-frequency and broad band gap显示文摘A folding beam-type piezoelectric phononic crystal model is proposed to isolate vibration. Two piezoelectric bimorphs are joined by two masses as a folding structure to comprise each unit cell of the piezoelectric phononic crystal. Each bimorph is connected independently by a resistive-inductive resonant shunting circuit. The folding structure extends the propagation path of elastic waves, while its structure size remains quite small. Propagation of coupled extension-flexural elastic waves is studied by the classical laminated beam theory and transfer matrix method. The theoretical model is further verified with the finite element method(FEM). The effects of geometrical and circuit parameters on the band gaps are analyzed. With only 4 unit cells, the folding beam-type piezoelectric phononic crystal generates two Bragg band gaps of 369 Hz to1 687 Hz and 2 127 Hz to 4 000 Hz. In addition, between these two Bragg band gaps, a locally resonant band gap is induced by resonant shunting circuits.
