| 1 | Internet of Vehicles in Big Data Era显示文摘As the rapid development of automotive telematics,modern vehicles are expected to be connected through heterogeneous radio access technologies and are able to exchange massive information with their surrounding environment. By significantly expanding the network scale and conducting both real-time and long-term information processing, the traditional Vehicular AdHoc Networks(VANETs) are evolving to the Internet of Vehicles(Io V), which promises efficient and intelligent prospect for the future transportation system. On the other hand, vehicles are not only consuming but also generating a huge amount and enormous types of data, which is referred to as Big Data. In this article, we first investigate the relationship between Io V and big data in vehicular environment, mainly on how Io V supports the transmission, storage, computing of the big data, and how Io V benefits from big data in terms of Io V characterization,performance evaluation and big data assisted communication protocol design. We then investigate the application of Io V big data in autonomous vehicles. | 2 | Meclofenamic acid represses spermatogonial proliferation through modulating m^6A RNA modification显示文摘Background: N6-Methyladenosine(m^6A), the most prevalent modification in mammalian m RNA, plays important roles in numerous biological processes. Several m^6A associated proteins such as methyltransferase like 3(METTL3),methyltransferase like 14(METTL14), α-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase Alk B homolog 5(ALKBH5) and YTH domain containing 2(YTHDC2) are involved in the regulation of spermatogenesis and oogenesis. However, the role of the first detected m^6A demethylase, fat mass and obesity associate protein(FTO), in germ cells remains elusive.Elucidation of FTO roles in the regulation of germ cell fate will provide novel insights into the mammalian reproduction.Methods: Mouse GC-1 spg cells were treated with the ester form of meclofenamic acid(MA2) to inhibit the demethylase activity of FTO. The cellular m^6A and m^6Amlevel were analyzed through high performance liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC/MS-MS). The cell apoptosis was detected via TUNEL and flow cytometry. The cell proliferation was detected through Ed U and western blot. The m RNA level of core cyclin dependent kinases(CDKs) was quantified via q-PCR. RNA decay assay were performed to detect RNA stability. Dual fluorescence assay was conducted to study whether MA2 affects the expression of CDK2 dependent on the m^6A modification at 3’UTR.Results: MA2 significantly increased the cellular m^6A level and down-regulated the expression of CDK1, CDK2, CDK6 and Cd C25 a, resulting in arrest of G1/S transition and decrease of cell proliferation. MA2 downregulated CDK2 m RNA stability. | 6 | Internet of things intrusion detection model and algorithm based on cloud computing and multi-feature extraction extreme learning machine显示文摘With the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IoT),there are several challenges pertaining to security in IoT applications.Compared with the characteristics of the traditional Internet,the IoT has many problems,such as large assets,complex and diverse structures,and lack of computing resources.Traditional network intrusion detection systems cannot meet the security needs of IoT applications.In view of this situation,this study applies cloud computing and machine learning to the intrusion detection system of IoT to improve detection performance.Usually,traditional intrusion detection algorithms require considerable time for training,and these intrusion detection algorithms are not suitable for cloud computing due to the limited computing power and storage capacity of cloud nodes;therefore,it is necessary to study intrusion detection algorithms with low weights,short training time,and high detection accuracy for deployment and application on cloud nodes.An appropriate classification algorithm is a primary factor for deploying cloud computing intrusion prevention systems and a prerequisite for the system to respond to intrusion and reduce intrusion threats.This paper discusses the problems related to IoT intrusion prevention in cloud computing environments.Based on the analysis of cloud computing security threats,this study extensively explores IoT intrusion detection,cloud node monitoring,and intrusion response in cloud computing environments by using cloud computing,an improved extreme learning machine,and other methods.We use the Multi-Feature Extraction Extreme Learning Machine(MFE-ELM)algorithm for cloud computing,which adds a multi-feature extraction process to cloud servers,and use the deployed MFE-ELM algorithm on cloud nodes to detect and discover network intrusions to cloud nodes.In our simulation experiments,a classical dataset for intrusion detection is selected as a test,and test steps such as data preprocessing,feature engineering,model training,and result analysis are performed.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively detect and identify most network data packets with good model performance and achieve efficient intrusion detection for heterogeneous data of the IoT from cloud nodes.Furthermore,it can enable the cloud server to discover nodes with serious security threats in the cloud cluster in real time,so that further security protection measures can be taken to obtain the optimal intrusion response strategy for the cloud cluster. | Haifeng Lin Qilin Xue Jiayin Feng Di Bai | 2023 | Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,1: | 1 |

| 10 | Microwave assisted hydrothermal synthesis of tin niobates nanosheets with high cycle stability as lithium-ion battery anodes显示文摘In this study, SnNb_2O_6 and Sn_2Nb_2O_7 nanosheets are synthetized via microwave assisted hydrothermal method, and innovatively employed as anode materials for lithium-ion battery. The SnNb_2O_6 electrode exhibits high reversible capacity and excellent cycling stability(498 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g after 100 cycles),which is superior to that of Sn_2Nb_2O_7 electrode(173 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g after 100 cycles). Even increasing the current density to 2.0 A/g, the SnNb_2O_6 electrode still delivers a reversible capacity up to 306 mAh/g.The rate performance of the SnNb_2O_6 electrode is also better than that of Sn_2 Nb_2O_7 electrode at different current densities from 0.1 A/g to 2.0 A/g. | 14 | Assembly and variation of root-associated microbiota of rice during their vegetative growth phase with and without lindane pollutant显示文摘Soil-derived microbiota associated with plant roots are conducive to plant growth and stress resistance.However,the spatio-temporal dynamics of microbiota in response to organochlorine pollution during the unstable vegetative growth phase of rice is not well understood.In this study,we focused on the rice(Oryza sativa L.)microbiota across the bulk soil,rhizosphere and endosphere compartments during the vegetative growth phase in two different soils with and without lindane pollutant.The results showed that the factors of growth time,soil types and rhizo-compartments had significant influence on the microbial communities of rice,while lindane mostly stimulated the construction of endosphere microbiota at the vegetative phase.Active rice root-soil-microbe interactions induced an inhibition effect on lindane removal at the later vegetative growth phase in rice-growth-dependent anaerobic condition,likely due to the root oxygen loss and microbial mediated co-occurring competitive electron-consuming redox processes in soils.Each rhizocompartment owned distinct microbial communities,and therefore,presented specific ecologically functional categories,while the moderate functional differences were also affected by plants species and residual pollution stress.This work revealed the underground micro-ecological process of microbiota and especially their potential linkage to the natural attenuation of residual organochlorine such as lindane. | Jiayin Feng Ashley E.Franks Zhijiang Lu Jianming Xu Yan He | 2021 | Soil Ecology Letters2021,3,3: | 0 |

A total of 21 kinds of pests and diseases were found on blueberry,including 10 kinds of diseases and 11 kinds of pests. Comprehensive analysis of pests and diseases and their damage degree revealed that pests and diseases causing severe damage were gray mold,scarab and fruit fly,while gray mold and fruit fly might seriously affect the export of blueberry. | 16 | Improved rhizoremediation for decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209)in E-waste contaminated soils显示文摘An experiment was conducted to improve rhizoremediation for decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209)contaminated soil from typical E-waste dismantling areas.Plants of ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.)and rice(Oryza sativa L.)were cultivated in aged-contaminated(initial concentration of 346.3μg BDE-209·kg^(-1))and freshly-spiked(initial concentration of 3127μg BDE-209·kg^(-1))soils,coupling with the agricultural modification strategies of compost addition and/or arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)infection,respectively.60 days’growth of ryegrass significantly facilitated the dissipation of BDE-209,with the most effective in its rhizosphere in treatment inoculated with AMF;the BDE-209 dissipation rates achieved 51.9% and 22.8% in rhizosphere,and 43.5% and 19.8% in non-rhizosphere,for aged-contaminated and freshlyspiked soils,respectively.120 days’growth of rice with simultaneous inoculation of AMF and addition of compost was the most effective in facilitating BDE-209 dissipation in agedcontaminated soil,with the removal rates of 53.3% and 48.1% in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils respectively;while for freshly-spiked soils,the most effective removal was achieved by compost addition only,with the BDE-209 dissipation rates of 27.9% and 26.6% in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils,respectively.High throughput sequencing analysis of rhizosphere soil DNA showed that responses in microbial communities and their structure differed with plant species,soil pollution dose,AMF inoculation and/or compost addition.Actinomycetales,Xanthomonadales,Burkholderiales,Sphingomonadales,Clostridiales,Cytophagales,Gemmatimonadales and Saprospirales were the sensitive responders and even possibly potential functional microbial groups during the facilitated removal of BDE-209 in soils.This study illustrates an effective rhizoremediation pattern for removal of BDE-209 in pollution soils,through successive cultivation of rice and followed by ryegrass,with rice growth coupled with AMF inoculation and compost addition,while ryegrass growth coupled with AMF inoculation only. | Jiayin Feng Xinquan Shen Jian Chen Jiachun Shi Jianming Xu Caixian Tang Philip C.Brookes Yan He | 2019 | Soil Ecology Letters2019,1,3: | 0 |

| 18 | Electrochemical reaction mechanism of porous Zn_(2)Ti_(3)O_(8)as a high-performance pseudocapacitive anode for Li-ion batteries显示文摘Zn_(2)Ti_(3)O_(8),as a new type of anode material for lithium-ion batteries,is attracting enormous attention because of its low cost and excellent safety.Though decent capacities have been reported,the electrochemical reaction mechanism of Zn_(2)Ti_(3)O_(8)has rarely been studied.In this work,a porous Zn_(2)Ti_(3)O_(8)anode with considerably high capacity(421 mAh/g at 100 mA/g and 209 mAh/g at 5000 mA/g after 1500 cycles)was reported,which is even higher than ever reported titanium-based anodes materials including Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12),TiO_(2)and Li_(2)ZnTi_(3)O_(8).Here,for the first time,the accurate theoretical capacity of Zn_(2)Ti_(3)O_(8)was confirmed to be 266.4 mAh/g.It was also found that both intercalation reaction and pseudocapacitance contribute to the actual capacity of Zn_(2)Ti_(3)O_(8),making it possibly higher than the theoretical value.Most importantly,the porous structure of Zn_(2)Ti_(3)O_(8)not only promotes the intercalation reaction,but also induces high pseudocapacitance capacity(225.4 mAh/g),which boosts the reversible capacity.Therefore,it is the outstanding pseudocapacitance capacity of porous Zn_(2)Ti_(3)O_(8)that accounts for high actual capacity exceeding the theoretical one.This work elucidates the superiorities of porous structure and provides an example in designing high-performance electrodes for lithium-ion batteries. | Weijie Cheng Qi Feng Zhanglin Guo Guanjun Chen Yong Wang Lixiong Yin Jiayin Li Xingang Kong | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,11: | 0 |
