2Oncofetal antigen glypican-3 as a promising early diagnostic marker for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND:Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is characterized by a multi-cause,multi-stage and multi-focus process of tumor progression.Its prognosis is poor and early diagnosis is of utmost importance.This study was undertaken to investigate the dynamic expression of oncofetal antigen glypican-3 (GPC-3) and GPC-3 mRNA in hepatocarcinogenesis and to explore their early diagnostic value for HCC.METHODS:A hepatoma model was induced in male Sprague-Dawley rats with 0.05% 2-fluorenylacetamide and confirmed by hematoxylin and eosin staining and gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) expression.Total RNA was purified and transcribed into cDNA by reverse transcription.Fragments of the GPC-3 gene were amplified by nested RT-PCR,and confirmed by sequencing.GPC-3 was analyzed by immunohistochemistry,Western blotting or ELISA.RESULTS:Positive GPC-3 expression showed as brown granule-like staining localized in the cytoplasm.Histological examination of hepatocytes revealed three morphological stages of granule-like degeneration,atypical hyperplasia (precancerous),and cancer formation,with a progressive increase of liver total RNA and GGT expression.The incidence of liver GPC-3 mRNA and GPC-3,and serum GPC-3 was 100%,100% and 77.8% in the HCC group,100%,100%,and 66.7% in the precancerous group,83.3%,83.3%,and 38.9% in the degeneration group,and no expression in the liver or blood of the control group,respectively.There was a positive correlation between liver GPC-3 mRNA and total RNA level (r=0.475,P<0.05) or liver GPC-3 (r=1.0,P<0.001) or serum GPC-3 (r= 0.994,P<0.001).CONCLUSION:Abnormal oncofetal antigen GPC-3 and GPC-3 mRNA expression in hepatocarcinogenesis may be promising molecular markers for early diagnosis of HCC.Research Center of Clinical Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University,Nantong 226001,China (Yao M,Yao DF,Qiu LW,Wu W,Sai WL,Yang JL and Zhang HJ) Department of Oncology,Yancheng First People’s Hospital,Yancheng 224001,China (Bian YZ) Department of Oncology,Second Affiliated Hospital,Nanjing Medical University,Nanjing 210011,China (Zhang CG) 2011Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2011,10,3:51

4Design concept of three-dimensional section controllable internal waverider hypersonic inlet显示文摘A new hypersonic inlet named three-dimensional section controllable internal waverider inlet is presented in this paper to achieve the goal of section shape geometric transition and complete capture of the upstream mass. On the basis of the association between hypersonic waverider airframe and streamtraced hypersonic inlet, the waverider concept is extended to yield results for the internal flows, namely internal waverider concept. It is proven theoretically that not osculating cones but osculating axisymmetric theory is appropriate for the design of section controllable internal waverider inlet. And two design methods out of the internal waverider concept are proposed subsequently to construct two inlets with specific section shape request, triangle to ellipse and rectangle to ellipse ones. The calculation results show that the inlets are capable of keeping their shock structures and the main flow characteristics exactly as their derived flowfield. Further, the inlets successfully capture all the upstream mass despite their complicated cross-section transitions. It is believed that the concept proposed ex- plores a new way of designing three-dimensional hypersonic inlets with special demand of section shape transition. 6Molecular dynamics simulations on the structures and properties of ε-CL-20-based PBXs ——Primary theoretical studies on HEDM formulation design显示文摘Five polymer bonded explosives (PBXs) with the base explosive ε-CL-20 (hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzi- tane), the most important high energy density compound (HEDC), and five polymer binders (Estane 5703, GAP, HTPB, PEG, and F2314) were constructed. Molecular dynamics (MD) method was employed to investigate their binding energies (Ebind), compatibility, safety, mechanical properties, and energetic properties. The information and rules were reported for choosing better binders and guiding formula- tion design of high energy density material (HEDM). According to the calculated binding energies, the ordering of compatibility and stability of the five PBXs was predicted as ε-CL-20/PEG > ε-CL-20/ Estane5703 ≈ε-CL-20/GAP > ε-CL-20/HTPB > ε-CL-20/F2314. By pair correlation function g(r) analyses, hydrogen bonds and vdw are found to be the main interactions between the two components. The elasticity and isotropy of PBXs based ε-CL-20 can be obviously improved more than pure ε-CL-20 crystal. It is not by changing the molecular structures of ε-CL-20 for each binder to affect the sensitivity. 7Three-dimensional seismic isolation bearing and its application in long span hangars显示文摘Based on the seismic response characteristics of space frame structures,a new type of seismic isolation bearing defined as a three-dimensional seismic isolation bearing(3DSIB) is developed in this paper.The bearing offers excellent properties such as multi-dimensional seismic isolation,reasonable rotation capability,good ability to resist lifting load,uncoupled stiffness in horizontal and vertical directions,etc.In the 3DSIB,the horizontal dimension is designed by combining the Teflon sliding device and helical spring,while the vertical dimension is developed by introducing disk springs or helical springs.The mathematical model of the 3DSIB was established and its performance with the critical parameters was tested on a shaking table.Furthermore,the 3DSIB was applied in a 120 m span hangar structure and simulated using SAP2000 software to evaluate its performance in practical structures.The performance of the structures with and without 3DSIB was compared.It is shown that the hangar structure with 3D bearings achieves a better performance.The axial force and acceleration response of the structures with 3DSIB are effectively reduced,while the displacement response of the bearing is within the predetermined range.Li Xiongyan Xue Suduo Cai Yancheng 2013Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2013,12,1:11

9Target-enclosing affine formation control of two-layer networked spacecraft with collision avoidance显示文摘This paper addresses a target-enclosing problem for multiple spacecraft systems by proposing a two-layer affine formation control strategy. Compared with the existing methods,the adopted two-layer network structure in this paper is generally directed, which is suitable for practical space missions. Firstly, distributed finite-time sliding-mode estimators and formation controllers in both layers are designed separately to improve the flexibility of the formation control system. By introducing the properties of affine transformation into formation control protocol design,the controllers can be used to track different time-varying target formation patterns. Besides, multilayer time-varying encirclements can be achieved with particular shapes to surround the moving target. In the sequel, by integrating adaptive neural networks and specialized artificial potential functions into backstepping controllers, the problems of uncertain Euler-Lagrange models, collision avoidance as well as formation reconfiguration are solved simultaneously. The stability of the proposed controllers is verified by the Lyapunov direct method. 10Metamorphic Petrology of Clinopyroxene Amphibolite from the Xigaze Ophiolite,Southern Tibet: P-T Constraints and Phase Equilibrium Modeling显示文摘The clinopyroxene amphibolite from the Bailang terrane is located in the central section of the Yarlung Zangbo suture zone(YZSZ),southern Tibet.The study of it is expected to provide important clues for the subduction of the Neo-Tethyan Ocean below the Asian Plate and thus for better understanding of the development of the India-Asia collision zone.Based on integrated textural,mineral compositional,metamorphic reaction history and geothermobarometric studies of the clinopyroxene amphibolite within a serpentinite mélange,four overprinted metamorphic stages are established.They are the first metamorphic record of M1 stage indicated by a relict assemblage of plagioclase+clinopyroxene+amphibole,an early M2 stage characterized by an assemblage of medium-grained clinopyroxene+amphibole+plagioclase+quartz as well as rutile inclusion in titanite,which is formed during burial process,an isobaric cooling M3 stage which is characterized by an assemblage of clinopyroxene+amphibole+plagioclase+titanite,and a decomposing retrograde stage M4,which is represented by the amphibolite+plagioclase symplectite+titanite+rutile+quartz.By applying the THERMOCALC(versions 6.2 and 6.3)technique in the NCFMASHTO system,the P-T conditions estimated from M1 to M4 stages are ca.8.6 kbar/880℃,10.8–13.4 kbar/800–840℃,12.7–13.2 kbar/650–660℃ and<11.2 kbar/640℃,respectively.The mineral assemblages and their P-T conditions define a counterclockwise P-T path for the clinopyroxene amphibolite of the Xigaze ophiolite,suggesting that the rocks underwent a cooling process during burial from magmatic protolith,and a decompressing stage after the pressure peak metamorphic conditions,which implies that the Bailang terrane of the Xigaze ophiolite may have experienced subduction/collision-related tectonic processes.The peak metamorphism reaches to the transitional P-T conditions among amphibolite facies,granulite facies and eclogite facies with a burial depth of 30–40 km.After exhumation of the ophiolitic unit to the shallow crustal levels,the clinopyroxene amphibolite exposes to a high fO2 condition on the basis of the stable epidotebearing assemblage in the T-MO2 diagrams.A late subgreenschist facies overprinting subsequently occurs,the relevant mineral assemblage is prehnite+albite+chlorite+epidote+quartz.Yancheng Zhang Xu-Ping Li Guangming Sun Zeli Wang Wenyong Duan 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,3:7
11Affine formation maneuver tracking control of multiple second-order agents with time-varying delays显示文摘This paper considers an affine maneuver tracking control problem for leader-follower type second-order multi-agent systems in the presence of time-varying delays, where the interaction topology is directed. Using the property of the affine transformation,this paper gives the sufficient and necessary conditions of achieving the affine localizability and extends it to the second-order condition. Under the(n + 1)-reachable condition of the given n-dimensional nominal formation with n + 1 leaders, a formation of agents can be reshaped in arbitrary dimension by only controlling these leaders. When the neighboring positions and velocities are available, a formation maneuver tracking control protocol with time-varying delays is constructed with the form of linear systems, where the tracking errors of the followers can be specified. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theory, sufficient conditions to realize affine maneuvers are proposed and proved, and the unknown control gain matrix can be solved only by four linear matrix inequalities independent of the number of agents. 12Mining and Integrating Reliable Decision Rules for Imbalanced Cancer Gene Expression Data Sets显示文摘There have been many skewed cancer gene expression datasets in the post-genomic era. Extraction of differential expression genes or construction of decision rules using these skewed datasets by traditional algorithms will seriously underestimate the performance of the minority class, leading to inaccurate diagnosis in clinical trails. This paper presents a skewed gene selection algorithm that introduces a weighted metric into the gene selection procedure. The extracted genes are paired as decision rules to distinguish both classes, with these decision rules then integrated into an ensemble learning framework by majority voting to recognize test examples; thus avoiding tedious data normalization and classifier construction. 13Mangrove swamp expansion controlled by climate since 1988:a case study in the Nanliu River Estuary,Guangxi,Southwest China显示文摘In the Nanliu River Estuary of Guangxi, China, the naturally expanding process of a mangrove swamp(primarily consist of Aegiceras corniculatum) over past decades is studied by satellite images. From 1988 to2013, the area of studied mangrove swamp increased significantly from 60 hm2 to 134 hm2. The expanding process is not gradual and the significant expansion only took place in some special periods. To reveal the dynamic of mangrove swamp expansion, the evolution of tidal flat elevation and the climate change in past decades are studied respectively. The hydrodynamic condition and nutrient supply are also analysed. The study results show that the climate factors of typhoon intensity and annual minimum temperature are crucial for controlling mangrove expansion. A large number of mangrove seedlings on bare tidal flats can survive only in special climate optimum periods, which are continuous years of low typhoon intensity and high annual minimum temperature. In past decades, the scarcity of climate optimum periods resulted in a non-gradual process of mangrove expanding and a time lag of 30 years between the elevation reaching the low threshold for mangrove seedling survival and the eventual emergance of the mangrove. Compared with the climate factors,the hydrodynamic condition and nutrient supply are not important factors affecting mangrove expansion. 14Numerical investigation of dynamic stall suppression of rotor airfoil via improved co-flow jet显示文摘The decrease in aerodynamic performance caused by the shock-induced dynamic stall of an advancing blade and the dynamic stall of a retreating blade at low speed and high angles of attack limits the flight speed of a helicopter.However,little research has been carried on the flow control methods employed to suppress both the dynamic stall induced by a shock wave and the dynamic stall occurring at high angles of attack.The dynamic stall suppression of a rotor airfoil by Co-Flow Jet(CFJ)is numerically investigated in this work.The flowfield of the airfoil is simulated by solving Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes equations based on the sliding mesh technique.Firstly,to improve the effect of a traditional CFJ on suppressing rotor airfoil shock-induced dynamic stall,an improved CFJ—a CFJ-sloping slot is proposed.Research shows that the CFJsloping slot suppresses the shock-induced dynamic stall more effectively than a traditional CFJ.Moreover,the improved CFJ can also suppress the dynamic stall of rotor airfoil at low speed and high angles of attack.The improved CFJ proposed in this paper is an effective flow control method that simultaneously suppresses the dynamic stall of the advancing and retreating blades.The mechanism of the improved CFJ in suppressing the dynamic stall of the rotor airfoil is studied,and a comparison is made between the improved CFJ and the traditional CFJ in terms of dynamic stall suppression at high and low speed.Finally,the effect of improved CFJ parameters(the jet momentum coefficient,the position of the injection/suction slot,and the size of the injection/suction slot)on shock-induced dynamic stall suppression is analyzed.Jiaqi LIU Rongqian CHEN Yancheng YOU Zheyu SHI 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3:3

Theprimary problem addressed by formation control is to steermultiple aerial robots to form desired geometric patterns and,at the same time, realize desired collective swarming behaviorsin a decentralized or distributed manner. In contrast toground vehicles, aerial robots have the ability to work inthree-dimensional (3D) airspace. Equipped with electric orhydraulic motors, the vertical take-off and landing (VTOL)capability is a typical performance of aerial robots. 18Affine transformation based formation maneuvering for discrete-time directed networked systems显示文摘For the tracking control problems of affine formation maneuvers with discrete leader-following multi-agent systems, various distributed control schemes based on the directed graphs are designed in this paper. Consider the single and double-integrator models, different types of formation maneuvers can be achieved subject to the states of leaders with the novel characteristic of affine localizability. 20Use of NOMA for Maritime Communication Networks with P-DF Relaying Channel显示文摘In this paper,a partial decode-and-forward(P-DF)cooperative relaying network(CRN)with non-orthogonal multiple access(P-DF-CRN-NOMA)for maritime space communications is proposed.Without loss of generality,three kinds of relay forwarding protocols are studied to characterize the superiority of the proposed P-DF-CRN-NOMA scheme,where,after receptions from the coastal base station(BS),the island relay forwards the successful decoded symbols to the ship user to avoid the performance loss provided by the high decoding requirement in decode-and-forward(DF).To further improve the system performance,as well as for a fairness comparison,the maximum ratio combining(MRC)is utilized at the ship user.Specifically,to present the impact of the channel qualities,the scenarios of the weak and strong links that from the source to destination(S-D)are both considered.The closed-form expressions for the outage probability of the P-DF-CRN-NOMA are derived considering the three proposed forwarding cases.Qualitative numerical results corroborating our theoretical analysis,especially for the high signalto-noise ratio(SNR),show that the proposed P-DF-CRN-NOMA scheme significantly improves the outage probability performance in comparison to the conventional CRN-NOMA schemes.Furthermore,for an increased S-D link,the corresponding outage probability performance will be also better for all the cases.Yancheng Ji Xiao Zhang Guoan Zhang Xiaojun Zhu Qiang Sun Wei Duan 2020China Communications2020,17,7:2
