| 2 | Metallogenesis related to Mesozoic Granitoids in the Nanling Range, South China and Their Geodynamic Settings显示文摘Affected by the compressive stress from the South-Central (Indo-China) Peninsula, the Indosinianorogenesis, characterized by collision, thrust and uplifting, took place inside the South China Plate during 250?230 Ma.The ages of the Indosinian granitoids in the Nanling Range and vicinity areas are mostly 240?205 Ma, indicating that theywere emplaced in both late collision and post-collision geodynamic environments. No important granite-relatedmetallogenesis occurred in this duration. A post-orogenic setting started at the beginning of the Yanshanian Period, whichcontrolled large-scale granitic magmatism and related metallogenesis. This paper makes the first attempt to divide theYanshanian Period into three sub-periods, i.e. the early, middle and late Yanshanian Periods, based mainly on the featuresof magmatism, especially granitoids and related metallogenesis and their geodynamic environments. The magmaticassociation of the Early Yanshanian (about 185?170 Ma) comprises four categories of magmatism, i.e. basalt, bimodalvolcanics, A-type granite and intraplate high-K calc-alkaline (HKCA) magmatism, which indicates an extension-thinningof lithosphere and upwelling of mantle material to a relative small and local extent. Pb-Zn, Cu and Au mineralizationsassociated with HKCA magmatism represents the first high tide of Mesozoic metallogenesis in the Nanling Range area.During the middle Yanshanian, the lithosphere was subjected to more extensive and intensive extending and thinning, andhence mantle upwelling and basaltic magma underplating caused a great amount of crust remelting granitoids. This periodcan be further divided into two stages. The first stage (170?150 Ma) is represented by large-scale emplacement of crustremelting granites with local tungsten mineralization at its end. The second stage (150?140 Ma) is the most important timeof large-scale mineralizations of non-ferrous and rare metals, e.g. W, Sn, Nb-Ta, Bi, Mo, Be, in the Nanling Range area.The late Yanshanian (140?65 Ma) was generally characterized by full extension and breakup of the lithosphere of SouthChina. However, owing to the influence of the Pacific Plate movement, the eastern part of South China was predominatedby subduction-related compression, which resulted in magmatism of calc-alkaline and shoshonite series and relatedmetallogeneses of Au, Ag, Pb-Zn, Cu and (Mo, Sn), followed by extension in its late stage. | 3 | Xieite,a new mineral of high-pressure FeCr_2O_4 polymorph显示文摘Xieite,a new mineral,occurs in the shock vein of the Suizhou meteorite.The mineral has an ortho-rhombic structure and its space group is Bbmm.The cell parameters are a = 9.462(6),b = 9.562(9),c = 2.916(1).The crystal-chemical formula is(Fe0.87Mg0.13Mn0.01)1.01(Cr1.62Al0.25Ti0.08V0.02)1.97O4,or simply formula FeCr2O4.Stronger X-ray diffraction lines are [d(),I/Io]:(2.675,100),(2.389,20),(2.089,10),(1.953,90),(1.566,60),(1.439,15),(1.425,15),(1.337,40).Xieite is a high pressure polymorph of FeCr2O4 and formed by solid-state transformation of chromite under shock-induced high pressure and tem-perature,in association with other high-pressure minerals including ringwoodite,majorite,lingunite and tuite.The P-T condition for the formation of xieite is estimated to be 18―23 GPa and 1800―1950℃,respectively.Xieite has recently been approved by the Commission on New Minerals,Nomenclature and Classification of the International Mineralogical Association(IMA 2007-056).The mineral name,xieite,is named after Xiande Xie. | CHEN Ming SHU JinFu MAO Ho-kwang | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,21: | 9 |

| 5 | Functional identification of the terpene synthase family involved in diterpenoid alkaloids biosynthesis in Aconitum carmichaelii显示文摘Aconitum carmichaelii is a high-value medicinal herb widely used across China,Japan,and other Asian countries.Aconitine-type diterpene alkaloids(DAs)are the characteristic compounds in Aconitum.Although six transcriptomes,based on short-read next generation sequencing technology,have been reported from the Aconitum species,the terpene synthase(TPS)corresponding to DAs biosynthesis remains unidentified.We apply a combination of Pacbio isoform sequencing and RNA sequencing to provide a comprehensive view of the A.carmichaelii transcriptome.Nineteen TPSs and five alternative splicing isoforms belonging to TPS-b,TPS-c,and TPS-e/f subfamilies were identified.In vitro enzyme reaction analysis functional identified two sesqui-TPSs and twelve di TPSs.Seven of the TPS-c subfamily genes reacted with GGPP to produce the intermediate ent-copalyl diphosphate.Five Ac KSLs separately reacted with ent-CPP to produce ent-kaurene,ent-atiserene,and ent-13-epi-sandaracopimaradie:a new diterpene found in Aconitum.Ac TPSs gene expression in conjunction DAs content analysis in different tissues validated that ent-CPP is the sole precursor to all DAs biosynthesis,with Ac KSL1,Ac KSL2 s and Ac KSL3-1 responsible for C20 atisine and napelline type DAs biosynthesis,respectively.These data clarified the molecular basis for the C20-DAs biosynthetic pathway in A.carmichaelii and pave the way for further exploration of C19-DAs biosynthesis in the Aconitum species. | Liuying Mao Baolong Jin Lingli Chen Mei Tian Rui Ma Biwei Yin Haiyan Zhang Juan Guo Jinfu Tang Tong Chen Changjiangsheng Lai Guanghong Cui Luqi Huang | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,10: | 6 |
| 6 | Design,Modeling and Experimentation of a Biomimetic Wall-climbing Robot for Multiple Surfaces显示文摘Wall-climbing robots can work on steep terrain and obtain environment information in three dimensions for human in real time,which can improve operation efficiency.However,traditional single-mode robots cannot ensure the stable attachment on complex wall surfaces.Inspired by the structure characteristics of flies and clingfishes,three bionic structures including the flexible spine wheel,the adhesive material and the adsorption system are proposed.Aiming at task requirements on multiple walls and based on the above three bionic structures,a wall-climbing robot with the composed mode of“grabbing+adhesion+adsorption”is presented v/a the law of mechanism configuration synthesis.Using static analysis,the safe attachment conditions for the robot on smooth and rough walls are that the adsorption force is 30 N or more.Based on Newton's Euler and Lagrange formulas,the dynamic equations of the robot on vertical walls are established to deduce that the maximum theoretical torque of the driving motor is 1.43 N·m at a uniform speed.Finally,the prototype of the wall-climbing robot is manufactured and tested on the vertical lime wall,coarse sandpaper wall and acrylic ceiling wall.Meanwhile,experiment results imply that the average maximum moving speed and the corresponding load are 7.19 cm·s-1 and 0.8 kg on the vertical lime wall,7.78 cm·s-1 and 0.6 kg on the coarse sandpaper wall,and 5.93 cm·s-1 and 0.2 kg on the acrylic ceiling wall respectively.These findings could provide practical reference for the robot’s application on walls. | Jinfu Liu Linsen Xu Jiajun Xu Tao Li Shouqi Chen Hong Xu Gaoxin Cheng Marco Ceccarelli | 2020 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,3: | 2 |
| 7 | An Effective Long String Searching Algorithm towards Component Security Testing显示文摘In the execution of method invocation sequences to test component security,abnormal or normal information is generated and recorded in a monitor log. By searching abnormal information from monitor log,the exceptions that the component has can be determined. To facilitate the searching process,string searching methods could be employed. However,current approaches are not effective enough to search long pattern string. In order to mine the specific information with less number of matches,we proposed an improved Sunday string searching algorithm in this paper. Unlike Sunday algorithm which does not make use of the already matched characters,the proposed approach presents two ideas — utilizing and recycling these characters. We take advantage of all matched characters in main string,if they are still in the matchable interval compared with pattern string,to increase the distance that pattern string moves backwards. Experimental analysis shows that,compared to Sunday algorithm,our method could greatly reduce the matching times,if the scale of character set constituting both main string and pattern string is small,or if the length of pattern string is long. | 8 | A Method for Software Vulnerability Detection Based on Improved Control Flow Graph显示文摘With the rapid development of software technology, software vulnerability has become a major threat to computer security. The timely detection and repair of potential vulnerabilities in software, are of great significance in reducing system crashes and maintaining system security and integrity. This paper focuses on detecting three common types of vulnerabilities: Unused_Variable, Use_of_Uninitialized_Variable, and Use_After_ Free. We propose a method for software vulnerability detection based on an improved control flow graph(ICFG) and several predicates of vulnerability properties for each type of vulnerability. We also define a set of grammar rules for analyzing and deriving the three mentioned types of vulnerabilities, and design three vulnerability detection algorithms to guide the process of vulnerability detection. In addition, we conduct cases studies of the three mentioned types of vulnerabilities with real vulnerability program segments from Common Weakness Enumeration(CWE). The results of the studies show that the proposed method can detect the vulnerability in the tested program segments. Finally, we conduct manual analysis and experiments on detecting the three types of vulnerability program segments(30 examples for each type) from CWE, to compare the vulnerability detection effectiveness of the proposed method with that of the existing detection tool Cpp Check. The results show that the proposed method performs better. | 10 | An Improved String-Searching Algorithm and Its Application in Component Security Testing显示文摘Mass monitor logs are produced during the process of component security testing. In order to mine the explicit and implicit security exception information of the tested component, the log should be searched for keyword strings. However, existing string-searching algorithms are not very efficient or appropriate for the operation of searching monitor logs during component security testing. For mining abnormal information effectively in monitor logs, an improved string-searching algorithm is proposed. The main idea of this algorithm is to search for the first occurrence of a character in the main string. The character should be different and farther from the last character in the pattern string. With this algorithm, the backward moving distance of the pattern string will be increased and the matching time will be optimized. | 11 | Site correction of ground motion in Fujian area显示文摘On the basis of the interpretation of the highresolution satellite remote sensing images, in combination with the data of engineering geological exploration and shear-wave velocity testing, the site category-zoning map of FJ area with the scale of 1:200,000 is generated according to the site classification standard of ‘‘Code for Seismic design of Buildings' ' of China(GB50011 2010).By the method of Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis,we obtain bedrock seismic ground motion parameters of five recurrent periods(50, 200, 500, 1000, and 2500 a) of FJ area. By using the 617 typical soil layer structures of the site classifications in FJ area, we build seismic response models of soil layers and make seismic response analysis,then obtain the statistic sample space of site amplification factors, which possess reasonable distribution and sufficient data. | 15 | Impact Toughness Scattering of Bainitic Steel in the Ductile-brittle Transition Temperature Region显示文摘The impact toughness scattering in the ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT) region was experimentally examined on mixed and homogeneous grains of low alloy high strength bainitic steel under dynamic loading conditions. The results revealed that the mixed grain microstructure had larger impact toughness scattering than the homogeneous one, and the impact toughness scattering was mainly caused by the scattering in the cleavage fracture stress σf. The value of σf is related to the size of the microcrack formed in the bainitic packet. When a bainitic packet-sized microcrack propagates from one bainitic packet into the adjacent packet, cleavage fracture occurs.
