| 2 | Thermally rearranged covalent organic framework with flame-retardancy as a high safety Li-ion solid electrolyte显示文摘Solid polymer electrolytes have demonstrated high promise to solve the safety problems caused by conventional liquid electrolytes in lithium ion batteries.However,the inherent flammability of most polymer electrolyte materials remains unresolved,hence hindering their further industrial application.Addressing this challenge,we designed and constructed a thermal-responsive imide-linked covalent organic framework(COF)bearing ortho-positioned hydroxy groups as precursors,which can conduct a thermal rearrangement to transform into a highly crystalline and robust benzoxazole-linked COF upon heating.Benefiting from the release of carbon dioxide through thermal rearrangement reaction,this COF platform exhibited excellent flame retardant properties.By contrast,classic COFs(e.g.,boronate ester,imine,olefin,imide linked)were all flammable.Moreover,incorpo-rating polyethylene glycol and Li salt into the COF channels can produce solid polymer electrolytes with outstanding flame retardancy,high ionic conductivity(6.42×10^(-4) S cm^(-1))and a high lithium-ion transference number of 0.95.This thermal rearrangement strategy not only opens a new route for the fabrication of ultrastable COFs,but also provides promising perspectives to designing flame-retardant materials for energy-related applications. | Zhifang Wang Yushu Zhang Penghui Zhang Dong Yan Jinjin Liu Yao Chen Qi Liu Peng Cheng Michael JZaworotko Zhenjie Zhang | 2022 | eScience2022,2,3: | 2 |

| 5 | Multiblock poly(ether-b-amide)copolymers comprised of PA1212 and PPO-PEO-PPO with specific moisture-responsive and antistatic properties显示文摘Functional multiblock poly(ether-b-amide)(PEBA)copolymers,comprised of PA1212(polyamide 1212)as hard segments and Jeffamine ED-2003 as soft segments,were successfully prepared via two-step melt polycondensation without any amidation catalyst.Here,using diamino-terminated poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)(PPO-PEO-PPO),Jeffamine ED-2003,enhances the compatibility between polyamide oligomer and polyether,which is better than the traditional route using hydroxyl-terminated polyether.The chemical structure of multiblock PEBAs,as well as the microphase separated structure with crystalline phase of polyamide and polyether,were confirmed by heteronuclear multiple-bond correlation spectrum,heteronuclear multiple quantum correlation spectrum,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical analysis.The hydrophilic PEBA copolymers showed water adsorption ranging from 87.3%to 17.1%depending on the polyether content,and specially showed moisture responsive behavior within seconds when exposed to moisture.The corresponding mechanism was studied using time-resolved attenuated total reflectance FT-IR spectroscopy in the molecular level and the water diffusion coefficient was estimated to be 1.07×10^(–8)cm^(2)∙s^(-1).Two-dimensional correlation FT-IR spectra analysis was performed to confirm that the interaction between water and polyether phase was in preference to that between water and polyamide matrix,and water molecule only forms hydrogen bond with the polyether segment.Due to the incorporation of PEO segments,the PEBAs have the surface resistivity varying from 5.6×10^(9)to 6.5×10^(10)Ω,which makes PEBA potential candidate as permanent antistatic agent. | Jie Jiang Wei Cheng Qiuyu Tang Xun Pan Jinjin Li Ling Zhao Zhenhao Xi Weikang Yuan | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,53,1: | 1 |
| 6 | Melt polymerization synthesis of a class of robust self-shaped olefin-linked COF foams as high-efficiency separators显示文摘The practical applications of crystalline porous materials toward industrial separations require shaping them into robust monoliths(e.g., foams). The current methods are often complicated, environmentally unfriendly, and unscalable, significantly hampering their practical application. Herein, we report a scalable, facile “one-step thermomolding” method to fabricate a class of hierarchically olefin-linked covalent organic framework(COF) foams via melt polymerization. The obtained pure COF foams possess higher crystallinity and porosity than literature, good moldability, and processability, greatly benefiting their practical applications(e.g., efficient oil-water separation with 99% removal efficiency and >100 cycle reusability). Moreover, a COF exhibiting the smallest(0.58 nm) eclipsed stacking pore among all 2-dimensional COFs with neutral skeletons is first fabricated via this protocol, demonstrating good C2 H2 purification performance and recyclability, surpassing the current benchmark materials. | 9 | Field-portable ratiometric fluorescence imaging of dual-color label-free carbon dots for uranyl ions detection with cellphone-based optical platform显示文摘Under the public spotlight,uranyl(UO22+)ions has attracted considerable attention for the extreme radioactive and chemical toxicity to ourselves and our environment.Herein,we present a simple and effective ratiometric fluorescence imaging method for the visualizing and quantitative detection UO22+ions by cellphone-based optical platform.The sensing solution was prepared by mixing label-free red carbon dots(r-CDs)and blue carbon dots(b-CDs)together with a fixed photoluminescence intensity ratio of 4:1.When UO22+ions were added,the fluorescence of r-CDs can be selectively quenched,while the fluorescence of b-CDs remains stable without spectral cha nges.With the gradually increase the amounts of UO22+ions,the different response of dual-color CDs resulted in a signification color evolution from deep red to dark purple under the ultraviolet(UV)light illumination.Then,a cellphone-based optical platform was constructed for directly imaging the color change of the samples,and the built-in Colorpicker APP quickly output the red,green and blue(RGB)channel values of these images within one second.Interesting,there was a linear relationship between the ratio of red and blue(R/B)channel values and UO22+ions concentration from 0μmol/L to 30.0μmol/L(R^2=0.92804)with the detection limit of^8.15μmol/L(signal-to-noise ratio of 3).In addition,the optical platform has also been applied to the quantification of UO22+ions in tap water and river water sample.With the advantage of low-cost,portable,easy to operation,we anticipate that this method would greatly improve the accessibility of UO22+ions detection even in resource-limited areas. | Jingjing Qian Nana Cao Jian Zhang Jinjin Hou Qian Chen Cheng Zhang Yudie Sun Shengjun Liu Lifang He Kui Zhang Haibo Zhou | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,11: | 0 |
