1Prognosis of microscopic polyangiitis with renal involvement:report of 60 Chinese patients显示文摘With the widespread clinical application of renal biopsy and serum antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) testing, the percentage of renal injuries caused by systemic small vessel vasculitis (SVV) including microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) and Wegener’ s granulomatosis (WG) is on the rise in China. According to our previous report, SVV constituted 1.09% of diagnoses from all renal biopsies (5. 8% in secondary nephritis) and 14. 4% of that from renal biopsies from patients with chronic renal,failure, among which MPA is the most common type. Many studies reported that SVV with rapid progressive glomerulonephritis had poor prognosis with a 5-year renal survival less than 75%. However, there is a lack of large-sample statistical analysis about the long-term prognosis of SVV in China. Indeed, the clinical manifestations of SVV in China are quite different from those reported in other countries. 2Detection of scab in wheat ears using in situ hyperspectral data and support vector machine optimized by genetic algorithm显示文摘A new method was proposed to extract sensitive features and to construct a monitoring model for wheat scab based on in situ hyperspectral data of wheat ears to achieve effective prevention and control and provide theoretical support for its large-scale monitoring.Eight sensitive features were selected through correlation analysis and wavelet transform.These features were as follows:three original bands of 350-400 nm,500-600 nm,and 720-1000 nm;three vegetation indices of modified simple ratio(MSR),normalized difference vegetation index,and structural independent pigment index;and two wavelet features of WF01 and WF02.By combining the selected sensitive features with support vector machine(SVM)and SVM optimized by genetic algorithm(GASVM),a total of 16 monitoring models were built,and the monitoring accuracies of the two types of models were compared.The ability of the monitoring models built by GASVM to identify scab was better than that of SVM algorithm under the same characteristic variables.Among the 16 models,MSR combined with GASVM had an overall accuracy of 75%and a Kappa coefficient of 0.47.GASVM can be used to monitor wheat scab and its application can improve the accuracy of disease monitoring.Linsheng Huang Hansu Zhang Chao Ruan Wenjiang Huang Tingguang Hu Jinling Zhao 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,2:2
3The spatiotemporal changes of marshland and the driving forces in the Sanjiang Plain, Northeast China from 1980 to 2016显示文摘Background:Wetland loss is a global concern due to its enormous ecosystem services.Marshland,a typical natural wetland,which is concentrated in the Sanjiang Plain,has undergone dramatic loss in the last several decades.The spatiotemporal changes in marshland were studied based on Landsat images of the Sanjiang Plain from 1980 to 2016 with the land use maps in 1980,1995,2000,2005,2010,and 2016 using land use dynamic degree and landscape indices.The driving forces of marshland loss,including biophysical factors,socio-economic factors,and land management,were analyzed with boosted regression trees(BRTs)methods.Results:The area of marshland loss was 7372 km^(2),which accounted for 65.7%of the area of marshland in 1980;however,the paddy field area was expanded by 22,313 km^(2).The lost marshland was mainly converted to dry farmland(47.5%)and paddy field(47.2%)during 1980-2016.Both the landscape pattern of the study area and marshland became increasingly fragmented.The relatively important factors responsible for marshland loss were biophysical factors,socio-economic factors,and land management,which accounted for 65.2%,25.5%,and 8.4%,respectively.The most important driving forces with high“relative influence”were“distance to river,”which accounted for 20.6%of the total variance explained.The“relative influence”of potential crop yield and ditch density reached 20.2%and 8.4%,respectively.Conclusion:Significant land use changes have occurred in the Sanjiang Plain over the past 37 years,with characteristics of rapid paddy field expansion and drastic marshland loss.Meanwhile,marshland fragmentation continued to increase.Reclamation was the main reason for the large-scale marshland loss.Biophysical factors influenced the decisions regarding the locations of marshland loss.Moreover,climate factors(i.e.,average annual precipitation and average annual temperature)also played an important role in marshland loss.These results can provide helpful knowledge for understanding the patterns and reasons for marshland loss and protecting and managing strategies for wetlands restoration.Zhen Li Miao Liu Yuanman Hu Zhenshan Xue Jinling Sui 2020Ecological Processes2020,9,1:2
4Genome-wide prediction for hybrids between parents with distinguished difference on exotic introgressions in Brassica napus显示文摘Extensive exotic introgression could significantly enlarge the genetic distance of hybrid parental populations to promote strong heterosis.The goal of this study was to investigate whether genome-wide prediction can support pre-breeding in populations with exotic introgressions.We evaluated seed yield,seed yield related traits and seed quality traits of 363 hybrids of Brassica napus (AACC) derived from two parental populations divergent on massive exotic introgression of related species in three environments.The hybrids presented strong heterosis on seed yield,which was much higher than other investigated traits.Five genomic best linear unbiased prediction models considering the exotic introgression and different marker effects (additive,dominance,and epistatic effects) were constructed to test the prediction ability for different traits of the hybrids.The analysis showed that the trait complexity,exotic introgression,genetic relationship between the training set and testing set,training set size,and environments affected the prediction ability.The models with best prediction ability for different traits varied.However,relatively high prediction ability (e.g.,0.728 for seed yield) was also observed when the simplest models were used,excluding the effects of the special exotic introgression and epistasis effect by5-fold cross validation,which would simplify the prediction for the trait with complex architecture for hybrids with exotic introgression.The results provide novel insights and strategies for genome-wide prediction of hybrids between genetically distinct parent groups with exotic introgressions.Dandan Hu Yusheng Zhao Jinxiong Shen Xiangxiang He Yikai Zhang Yong Jiang Rod Snowdon Jinling Meng Jochen C.Reif Jun Zou 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:2
5Evaluation of the Occurrence Possibility of SNP in Brassica napus with Sliding Window Features by Using RBF Networks显示文摘We extract some physical and chemical features re-lated to the occurrence of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) from three groups of sliding windows around SNP site,and then make the predictions about accuracy by using radial basis function (RBF) networks. The result of the forward sliding windows sug-gests that the accuracies and Matthews correlation coefficient (MCC values) ascend with the increasing of length of sliding windows. The accuracies range from 73.27 % to 80.69 %,and MCC values range from 0.465 to 0.614. The backward sliding windows and the sliding windows with fixed length three are de-signed to find the crucial sites related to SNP. The results imply that the occurrence possibility of SNP relies heavily on the above physical and chemical features of sites which are at a distance around 20 bases from the SNP site. 7Analysis on the effectiveness of decoupling capacitor on mitigating radiated emission from power ground planes by BEM显示文摘The radiation emission(RE) of multilayer printed circuit board(PCB) will cause electromagnetic compatibility problem. An efficient numerical method for evaluating the effectiveness of decoupling capacitors in reducing RE from power ground(P/G) planes in PCB was presented. A two-dimensional boundary-element method(BEM) was used to establish the radiation model. Then, the RE was calculated by equivalent magnetic current of edge field around P/G planes. Furthermore, the radiation and input impedance of P/G planes mounted decoupling capacitors were calculated for frequency up to 5 GHz. The results were compared to those of the case without decoupling capacitors. It shows that the decoupling capacitors can effectively decrease RE except for anti-resonant frequency. 14FTIR–ATR in situ observation on the efflorescence and deliquescence processes of Mg(NO_3)_2 aerosols显示文摘The efflorescence and deliquescence processes of Mg(NO3)2 aerosol particles deposited on ZnSe substrate have been investigated through in situ Fourier transform infrared-attenuated total reflection (FTIR-ATR) technique at the molecular level. At relative humidity (RH) of ~3%, Mg(NO3)2 particles existed as amorphous states. The amorphous Mg(NO3)2 particles were transformed into crystalline Mg(NO3)2·nH2O (n ≤ 5) with slight increasing of RH. Thermodynamically stable Mg(NO3)2·6H2O crystals were gradually formed on the particle surface and started to be dissolved at the saturation point (~53% RH). At the same time, a continuous phase transition from Mg(NO3)2·nH2O (n≤5) to Mg(NO3)2·6H2O occurred on the particle surface. This led the solid particles to completely deliquesce at 76% RH, which was much higher than the saturation point of 53% RH. In the efflorescence process, Mg(NO3)2 droplets entered into the supersaturated region due to the gradual evaporation of water. Finally, amorphous particles were formed when RH decreased below 5%. In the FTIR-ATR spectra of the supersaturated Mg(NO3)2 droplets, the absorbance of the symmetric stretching vibration of NO3- (v1- NO-3) clearly became stronger. 16TD-SCDMA HSUPA Technology显示文摘The High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) technology for Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) is used to improve the overall uplink performance: to increase the peak data rate and throughput and to reduce the transmission delay of uplink. The considered enhancements include Adaptive Modulation and Coding (AMC), Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ), Node B fast scheduling and sharing of uplink channel resources between User Equipments (UE). New Media Access Control protocol entities (MAC-e and MAC-es) are adopted to enhance and optimize protocols. 17Bimetallic Au/Pd catalyzed aerobic oxidation of alcohols in the poly(ethylene glycol)/CO_(2) system显示文摘Bimetallic Au/Pd nanoparticles were prepared and used to catalyze oxidation of alcohols in the poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)/CO_(2) biphasic system using O2 as the oxidant without adding any base.The catalytic activity of Au/Pd bimetal with different mole ratios was studied using benzyl alcohol as the substrate.It was found that bimetallic Au/Pd nanoparticles with Au:Pd=1:3.5 had higher catalytic activity than monometallic Au,Pd and the bimetallic Au/Pd nanoparticles with other molar ratios.The effect of CO_(2) pressure on the oxidation of benzyl alcohol and 1-phenylethanol in PEG/CO_(2) was investigated.It was demonstrated that CO_(2) pressure could be used to tune the conversion and selectivity of the reactions effectively.α,β-Unsaturated alcohols were also studied and found to be more reactive than benzyl alcohol and 1-phenylethanol.Recycling experiments showed that the Au/Pd/PEG/CO_(2) catalytic system could be recycled at least four times without reducing the activity.In addition,the catalytic system is clean and the products can be separated easily.HE JinLing WU TianBin HU BaoJi CHENG Yan WU SuXiang JIANG Tao HAN BuXing 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,7:0
18MIC17A is a novel diagnostic marker for feline toxoplasmosis显示文摘Toxoplasma gondii is a widespread parasitic pathogen that infect humans and all warm-blooded animals,causing abortion and stillbirth in pregnant women and animals,as well as life threatening toxoplasmosis in immune compromised individuals.Felines are the only defnitive hosts of Toxoplasma and oocysts shed by infected felines are the major source of infection for humans and other animals.Given the critical role of felines for T.gondii transmission,control of feline toxoplasmosis has signifcant impacts on reducing the overall prevalence of animal and human toxoplasmosis.However,reliable diagnosis of feline toxoplasmosis is still challenging.In this study,we found that the putative micronemal protein 17A(MIC17A)that was abundantly expressed in Toxoplasma merozoites is a good diagnostic marker for serological diagnosis of Toxoplasma infection in felines.T.gondii encodes four paralogs of MIC17A in total and the expression of three of them is drastically upregulated in merozoites than in tachyzoites.In contrast,when proteins like GRA1 and MIC3 that are more abundantly expressed in tachyzoites than in merozoites were used as diagnostic antigens to test feline toxoplasmosis,they reacted with Toxoplasma specifc IgG antibodies poorly.Taken together,these results suggest that merozoite antigens are better suited for the diagnosis of feline toxoplasmosis than antigens that are highly expressed at tachyzoite or bradyzoite stages.Jinling Chen Lilan Xue Hongxia Hu Xiaoyan Yin Hui Cao Bang Shen 2022Animal Diseases2022,2,4:0
19Desertification in the Mu Us Sandy Land in China:Response to climate change and human activity from 2000 to 2020显示文摘China is a country largely affected by desertification.The main purpose of this article is to analyze interannual and seasonal changes in fractional vegetation cover(FVC)in the Mu Us Sandy Land(MUSL).It uses fused remote sensing data to quantitatively analyze the response of FVC to climate change and human activities.The results showed that desertification in the MUSL had improved over the past 20 years.Grade V desertification decreased from more than 60%in 2000 to about 15%in 2020.In some years,degradation appeared to be affected by climate factors and human activity,especially in the northwestern portion of the study area.The FVC in summer was slightly higher than that in autumn and far higher than recorded in spring and winter.Spatially,the northwestern and central parts of the study area were unstable,with high coefficients of variation.FVC gradually increased from northwest to southeast,and areas with the fastest increase in FVC were concentrated along the eastern and southern edges of the study area.The correlations between FVC and precipitation and dryness were slightly pos-itive,but the correlation between FVC and temperature showed regional differences.The increase of population density is not a key factor limiting the growth of vegetation;the policy of“grazing prohibition,grazing rest,and rotational grazing”has allowed the restoration of vegetation;and afforestation is an effective way to promote the increase in FVC.Xin Wang Jinling Song Zhiqiang Xiao Jing Wang Fangze Hu 2022Geography and Sustainability2022,3,2:0
