| 3 | Genomic landscapes of Chinese sporadic autism spectrum disordersrevealed by whole-genome sequencing显示文摘Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with considerable clinical and genetic heterogeneity.In this study,we identified all classes of genomic variants from whole-genome sequencing (WGS) dataset of 32 Chinese trios with ASD,including de novo mutations,inherited variants,copy number variants (CNVs) and genomic structural variants.A higher mutation rate (Poisson test,P<2.2×10^(-16)) in exonic (1.37×10^(-8)) and 3'-UTR regions (1.42×10^(-8)) was revealed in comparison with that of whole genome (1.05×10^(-8)).Using an integrated model,we identified 87 potentially risk genes (P<0.01) from 4832 genes harboring various rare deleterious variants,including CHD8 and NRXN2,implying that the disorders may be in favor to multiple-hit.In particular,frequent rare inherited mutations of several microcephaly-associated genes (ASPM,WDR62,and ZNF335)were found in ASD.In chromosomal structure analyses,we found four de novo CNVs and one de novo chromosomal rearrangement event,including a de novo duplication of UBE3A-containing region at 15q11.2-q13.1,which causes Angelman syndrome and microcephaly,and a disrupted TNR due to de novo chromosomal translocation t (1;5) (q25.1;q33.2).Taken together,our results suggest that abnormalities of centrosomal function and chromatin remodeling of the microcephaly-associated genes may be implicated in pathogenesis of ASD.Adoption of WGS as a new yet efficient technique to illustrate the full genetic spectrum in complex disorders,such as ASD,could provide novel insights into pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment. | Jinyu Wu Ping Yu Xin Jin Xiu Xu Jinchen Li Zhongshan Li Mingbang Wang Tao Wang Xueli Wu Yi Jiang Wanshi Cai Junpu Mei Qingjie Min Qiong Xu Bingrui Zhou Hui Guo Ping Wang Wenhao Zhou Zhengmao Hu Yingrui Li Tao Cai Yi Wang Kun Xia Yong-Hui Jiang Zhong Sheng Sun | 2018 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2018,45,10: | 3 |
| 4 | Simple hybrid dithiafulvenes-triphenylamine systems as dopant-free hole-transporting materials for efficient perovskite solar cells显示文摘Two extended hybrid conjugated systems based on a triphenylamine(TPA) core with two and three peripheral 1,4-dithiafulvenes(DTF) units coded WH-2 and WH-3 as hole-transporting materials(HTMs) applied in perovskite solar cells(PSCs) are synthesized by facile one-step reaction in good yield over 75%. DTF unit as electron donor can enhance the electron donating ability and the fusion of benzenic ring of TPA with DTF unit may lead to reinforced intermolecular interactions in the solid state. In addition,WH-2 and WH-3 exhibit a pyramid shape containing partial planarity and quasi three-dimensionality features, which is also conducive to enhancing the π-π stacking of molecules in the solid state. The above-mentioned structural characteristics make the two HTMs have good hole mobilities. As a result,WH-2 and WH-3 obtained the high intrinsic hole mobilities of 4.69 × 10^(-4)and 2.18 × 10^(-3)cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)respectively. | 5 | CNN-BiLSTM-Attention Model in Forecasting Wave Height over South-East China Seas显示文摘Though numerical wave models have been applied widely to significant wave height prediction,they consume massive computing memory and their accuracy needs to be further improved.In this paper,a two-dimensional(2D)significant wave height(SWH)prediction model is established for the South and East China Seas.The proposed model is trained by Wave Watch III(WW3)reanalysis data based on a convolutional neural network,the bidirectional long short-term memory and the attention mechanism(CNNBiLSTM-Attention).It adopts the convolutional neural network to extract spatial features of original wave height to reduce the redundant information input into the BiLSTM network.Meanwhile,the BiLSTM model is applied to fully extract the features of the associated information of time series data.Besides,the attention mechanism is used to assign probability weight to the output information of the BiLSTM layer units,and finally,a training model is constructed.Up to 24-h prediction experiments are conducted under normal and extreme conditions,respectively.Under the normal wave condition,for 3-,6-,12-and 24-h forecasting,the mean values of the correlation coefficients on the test set are 0.996,0.991,0.980,and 0.945,respectively.The corresponding mean values of the root mean square errors are measured at 0.063 m,0.105 m,0.172 m,and 0.281 m,respectively.Under the typhoon-forced extreme condition,the model based on CNN-BiLSTM-Attention is trained by typhooninduced SWH extracted from the WW3 reanalysis data.For 3-,6-,12-and 24-h forecasting,the mean values of correlation coefficients on the test set are respectively 0.993,0.983,0.958,and 0.921,and the averaged root mean square errors are 0.159 m,0.257 m,0.437 m,and 0.555 m,respectively.The model performs better than that trained by all the WW3 reanalysis data.The result suggests that the proposed algorithm can be applied to the 2D wave forecast with higher accuracy and efficiency. | Lina Wang Xilin Deng Peng Ge Changming Dong Brandon J.Bethel Leqing Yang Jinyue Xia | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,10: | 2 |
| 6 | Risk factors for very low-level viremia in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection: A single-center retrospective study显示文摘Background and aim:Several effective antiviral drugs are now available;however,the risk of liver-related complications is still present.Low-level viremia(LLV),defined as a hepatitis B virus(HBV)deoxy-ribonucleic acid(DNA)load lower than 2000 IU/mL,is one of the major factors responsible for these complications.It has been reported that 22.7e43.1%of patients with HBV experience LLV.Herein,we aimed to explore the risk factors for very LLV(VLLV)during antiviral treatment.Methods:We collected data of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)who received nucleos(t)ide analog treatment from October 2016 to April 2021.VLLV was defined as an HBV DNA load of 9e20 IU/mL.A total of 139 patients with LLV were matched with 139 patients with a sustained virological response at a 1:1 ratio according to age and gender.Results:Seropositivity rates for hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)(45.3%vs.17.3%,P<0.001)and hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg,3.11±0.68 lg IU/mL vs.2.54±1.04 lg IU/mL,P<0.001)and alanine amino-transferase levels(30.34±15.08 U/L vs.26.15±16.66 U/L,P¼0.040)in the two groups were significantly different.The multivariate analysis showed that both HBeAg seropositivity(adjusted odd ratio(aOR),3.63;95% confidence interval(CI):1.98±6.64;P<0.001)and HBsAg levels(aOR,2.21;95% CI:1.53±3.20;P<0.001)are independent risk factors for VLLV.During the multivariate analysis in the subgroup of HBeAg-positive patients,male gender(aOR,3.68;95% CI:1.23±10.76;P=0.017)and high HBsAg(aOR,4.86;95%CI:1.73e13.64;P¼0.003)levels were significantly correlated with VLLV.However,this was not the case in HBeAg-negative patients(P>0.050).HBeAg seropositivity(aOR,5.08;95% CI:2.15±12.02;P<0.001 vs.aOR,2.78;95% CI:1.16±7.00;P=0.022)and HBsAg levels(aOR,2.75;95% CI:1.41e5.37;P=0.003 vs.aOR,2.10;95% CI:1.27±3.46;P=0.004)significantly increased the risk of VLLV,irrespective of the age group.Both HBsAg(area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC),0.681;95% CI:0.623±0.736;P<0.001)and HBeAg(AUC,0.640;95% CI:0.581±0.697;P<0.001)had certain pre-dictive value for VLLV.Conclusion:HBeAg seropositivity and higher HBsAg levels were not only risk factors for VLLV but also predicted its occurrence.When a patient with CHB remains HBeAg seropositive with high HBsAg levels after antiviral treatment for 48 weeks,emphasis should be placed on the potential occurrence of VLLV,warranting the use of highly sensitive HBV DNA detection methods. | Jiahui Lu Congnan Zhang Pengyuan He Mengdang Ou Jinyu Xia Mingxing Huang | 2022 | Liver Research2022,6,1: | 1 |

| 9 | TZ-Container:protecting container from untrusted OS with ARM TrustZone显示文摘Containers are widely deployed on cloud platforms because of their low resource footprint, fast start-up time, and high performance, especially compared with their counterpart virtual machines. However,the Achilles’ heel of container technology is its weak isolation. For an attacker, jailbreaking into a host OS from a container is easier than attacking a hypervisor from a virtual machine, because of its notably larger attack surface and larger trusted computing base(TCB). Researchers have proposed various solutions to protect applications from untrusted OS;yet, few of them focus on protecting containers, especially those hosting multiple applications and shared by multiple users. In this paper, we first identify several new attacks that cannot be prevented using the existing solutions. Furthermore, we systematically analyze the security properties that should be maintained to defend against these attacks and protect a full-fledged container from a malicious host OS. We then present the TZ-Container, a TrustZone-based secure container mechanism that can keep all these security properties. The TZ-Container specifically leverages TrustZone to construct multiple isolated execution environments(IEEs). Each IEE has a memory space isolated from the underlying OS and any other processes. By interposing switching between the user and the kernel modes,IEEs enforce security checks on each system call according to its semantics. We have implemented TZContainer on the Hikey development board ensuring that it can support running unmodified Docker images downloaded from existing repositories such as http://gffzzb700e51cfd45483bsknkfo66b5q5b6qkn.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/. | 16 | High-valance molybdenum doped Co_(3)O_(4) nanowires:Origin of the superior activity for 5-hydroxymethyl-furfural oxidation显示文摘Co_(3)O_(4) has been widely explored in electrocatalytic 5-hydroxymethyl-furfural(HMF) oxidation. However,the poor intrinsic ability has seriously limited its electrochemical ability. Heteroatom-doping is an efficient method to enhance the electrocatalytic ability of catalyst by regulating electronic structure. Herein,we have modulated the electronic structure of Co_(3)O_(4) by high valance Mo^(6+)-doping. With the introduction of Mo^(6+), the content of Co^(2+) was increased and metal-oxygen bond was strength. Electrochemical results suggested that the electrocatalytic ability of Co_(3)O_(4) towards HMF oxidation has been dramatically improved and reaction kinetics has been fasten. Theoretical calculations demonstrated that the surrounding cobalt sites after Mo^(6+)-doping with assembled electron has a strong adsorption ability towards HMF molecule leading to more favourable oxidation of HMF. Post characterizations demonstrated pristine Co_(3)O_(4) structure was kept after electrolysis cycles and CoOOH active species were formed.
