1Inhibition of temperature-sensitive TRPV3 channel by two natural isochlorogenic acid isomers for alleviation of dermatitis and chronic pruritus显示文摘Genetic gain-of-function mutations of warm temperature-sensitive transient receptor potential vanilloid 3(TRPV3)channel cause Olmsted syndrome characterized by severe itching and keratoderma,indicating that pharmacological inhibition of TRPV3 may hold promise for therapy of chronic pruritus and skin diseases.However,currently available TRPV3 tool inhibitors are either nonselective or less potent,thus impeding the validation of TRPV3 as therapeutic target.Using whole-cell patch-clamp and single-channel recordings,we report the identification of two natural dicaffeoylquinic acid isomers isochlorogenic acid A(IAA)and isochlorogenic acid B(IAB)that selectively inhibit TRPV3 currents with IC50 values of 2.7±1.3 and 0.9±0.3μmol/L,respectively,and reduce the channel open probability to 3.7±1.2%and 3.2±1.1%from 26.9±5.5%,respectively.In vivo evaluation confirms that both IAA and IAB significantly reverse the ear swelling of dermatitis and chronic pruritus.Furthermore,the isomer IAB is able to rescue the keratinocyte death induced by TRPV3 agonist carvacrol.Molecular docking combined with site-directed mutations reveals two residues T636 and F666 critical for the binding of the two isomers.Taken together,our identification of isochlorogenic acids A and B that act as specific TRPV3 channel inhibitors and gating modifiers not only provides an essential pharmacological tool for further investigation of the channel pharmacology and pathology,but also holds developmental potential for treatment of dermatitis and chronic pruritus.Hang Qi Yuntao Shi Han Wu Canyang Niu Xiaoying Sun KeWei Wang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:3

13Differences between laminar convections through parallel plain planes with uniform wall temperature and heat flux in terms of process parameter显示文摘Using the process parameter description,we analyzed the difference between the characteristics of laminar convections through parallel plain planes with uniform temperature and heat flux.The results show the following.(1)On the wall surface of the developing region,under uniform heat flux boundary condition,the heat flux normal to the wall surface is transported through a convection process although the velocity is zero;the velocity gradient contributes to this transport,but under uniform temperature boundary condition,the heat flux normal to the wall surface is transported through a difussion process.(2)Inside the flow of the developing region,whether under uniform temperature or heat flux boundary condition,the heat flux along the main flow direction and the heat flux normal to the wall surface are transported through a convection process,and the contributions of velocity and velocity gradient are dependent on the thermal boundary condition.(3)On the wall surface of the fully developed region,under uniform heat flux boundary condition,the heat flux normal to the wall surface is transported through a convection process;the velocity gradient contributes to this transport,but under uniform temperature boundary condition,the heat flux normal to the wall surface is transported through a diffusion process.(4)Inside the flow of the fully developed region,under uniform temperature boundary condition,the heat flux along the main flow direction and the heat flux normal to the wall surface are transported through a convection process,and the velocity and velocity gradient contribute to these transports;under uniform heat flux boundary condition,the heat flux along the main flow direction and the heat flux normal to the wall surface are transported through a convection process.Furthermore,the transport of the heat flux along the main flow direction is a no-net convection process;the velocity gradient contributes to the transport of the heat flux only in the normal direction of the wall surface.(5)Simply because the maximum velocity gradient component on the wall surface contributes to the transport of the heat flux normal to the wall surface under uniform heat flux boundary condition,it does not contribute to this transport under uniform temperature boundary condition;thus,the heat transfer intensity under uniform heat flux boundary condition is stronger than that under uniform temperature boundary condition.WANG LiangBi,LIN ZhiMin,WU Xiang&SONG KeWei School of Mechatronic Engineering,Lanzhou Jiaotong University,Lanzhou 730070,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,3:0
14Fluorinated Covalent Organic Frameworks Coupled with Molecular Cobalt Cocatalysts for Efficient Photocatalytic CO_(2)Reduction显示文摘The combination of covalent organic framework(COF)photosensitizers with molecular cocatalysts is a promising avenue for photocatalytic carbon dioxide(CO_(2))reduction.Here,a series of isostructural COFs was synthesized using linkers of different lengths,with or without partial fluorination.These COFs were investigated for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction under visible-light irradiation when combined with cobalt(II)bipyridine complexes as a cocatalyst.Fluorination was found to enhance both CO_(2)affinity and catalytic activity,and a partially fluorinated COF,FBP-COF,achieved the highest CO_(2)-to-CO conversion efficiency,showing a carbon monoxide(CO)generation rate of 2.08 mmol h−1 g−1 and a 90%CO selectivity.FBP-COF also showed good stability under sacrificial conditions,generating CO for 50 h with a turnover number of 91.5.This activity is much higher than a homogeneous system using ruthenium bipyridine complexes as the photosensitizer combined with the same cobalt bipyridine complexes.Zhiwei Fu Chang Shu Xiaoyan Wang Linjiang Chen Xue Wang Lunjie Liu Kewei Wang Rob Clowes Samantha Y.Chong Xiaofeng Wu Andrew I.Cooper 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,10:0
15Effects of Standardized Rehabilitation on Quality of Life of Stroke Patients at Convalescence and Sequelae Stages显示文摘Objective:To explore the effects of standardized rehabilitation on quality of life (QOL) of stroke patients at convalescence and sequelae stages. Method:A total of 251 stroke patients were randomly divided into a standardized rehabilitation group and a control group. The simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) scale, the 36-item short-form health survey questionnaire (SF-36) and functional comprehensive assessment (FCA) were administered before as well as after 3, 6 and at 12 months a follow-up study respectively. Statistical analysis was conducted based on the evaluations at 4 testing time points. Result:There was no significant difference in FMA,SF-36 and FCA scores of the two groups before and after 3 months treatments, while FMA,SF-36 and FCA scores of the rehabilitation group were obviously higher than those of the control group either after 6 months treatments or of followup study. Moreover, after 6 months treatments FMA score was apparently higher than the score at the beginning and after 3 months treatments. The FMA, SF36 and FAC scores during the followup visit decreased when compared with scores after 6 months treatments, but increased significantly when compared with the scores at the beginning and after 3 months treatments. Powersupply provides currents to magnets which produce the magnetic eld to constraint particles. So the output stabilityof power supply has a great signicance to the quality of beams. In order to test the stability of power supply, weuse a Fluke 8846A digit precision multimeter based on LabView platform of National Instrument Corporation.Remote operation of 8846A Digital Multimeter from a host, that is a terminal, controller, PC, or computer, isaccomplished by sending commands to it through one of its remote interfaces. The Multimeter is controlled remotelyusing Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments (SCPI), Fluke 45 or Fluke 8842A (8840A and 8842A)commands. The meter can be remotely controlled through the LAN port on the Meter's rear panel[1] We can sendSCPI commands to the Meter using network communicating controls provided by LabView[2]. 20LiZr_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)surface coating towards stable layer structure Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)O_(2)cathode materials with long cycle performance显示文摘Li-rich manganese-based materials are considered to be the mainstream cathode materials for next-generation lithium-ion batteries due to high discharge capacity and low cost,but poor cycle life and high temperature performance limit their development.Herein,LiZr_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(LZPO)is coated on the surface of spherical Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)O_(2)(LMNCO)material by a simple wet chemical method.The LZPO layer not only has the function of traditional coating layer to inhibit the occurrence of side reactions between electrolyte and LMNCO surface but also promotes the formation of spinel phase in the layered structure,increases the content of lattice oxygen,and reduces the content of absorbed oxygen.Thus,LZPO coated LMNCO has a more stable layered structure during cycling compared pure LMNCO,which improves effectively its long life and high temperature performance.The capacity loss rate of LZPO coated LMNCO is only 16.2%and 11.9%after 350 cycles at 25℃and 200 cycles at 50℃,respectively.Moreover,the capacity retention rate of the full cell composed of LZPO coated LMNCO and graphite is 70.7%after 200 cycles at 1.0 C.The coating layer toward stable surface structure can provide an idea for the modification of cathode materials,especially for Li-rich manganese-based materials.Hao Yang Jie Wang Changsheng Xu Kewei Wu Fangfang Zou Xuebu Hu Zhongli Hu 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
