| 4 | Land cover mapping using time series HJ-1 / CCD data显示文摘It is very difficult to have remote sensing data with both high spatial resolution and high temporal frequency; thus, two categories of land-use mapping methodology have been developed separately for coarser resolution and finer resolution data. The first category uses time series of data to retrieve the variation of land surface for classification, which are usually used for coarser resolution data with high temporal frequency. The second category uses fine spatial resolution data to classify different land surface. With the launch of Chinese satellite constellation HJ-1in 2008, four 30 m spatial resolution CCDs with about 360 km coverage for each one onboard two satellites made a revisit period of two days, which brought a new type of data with both high spatial resolution and high temporal frequency. Therefore, by taking the spatiotemporal advantage of HJ-1/CCD data we propose a new method for finer resolution land cover mapping using the time series HJ-1/CCD data, which can greatly improve the land cover mapping accuracy. | 5 | Two-dimensional thermoelasticity solution for functionally graded thick beams显示文摘Two-dimensional thermoelasticity analysis of functionally graded thick beams is presented using the state space method coupled with the technique of differential quadrature. Material properties vary continuously and smoothly through the beam thickness, leading to variable coefficients in the state equation derived from the elasticity equations. Approximate laminate model is employed to translate the state equation into the one with constant coefficients in each layer. To avoid numerical instability, joint coupling matrices are introduced according to the continuity conditions at interfaces in the approximate model. The differential quadrature procedure is applied to discretizing the beam in the axial direction to make easy the treatment of arbitrary end conditions. A simply-supported beam with exponentially varying material properties is considered to validate the present method. | 7 | Effect of electroacupuncture on chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in patients with malignant tumor:a single-blinded,randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture on chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN), quality of life and immune status of patients with malignant tumors.METHODS:From Jan, 2013 to May, 2014, 37 patients with malignant tumors were included in this prospective single-blinded study, and randomized to receive either electroacupuncture or acupuncture treatment on basis of chemotherapy.The chemotherapy was continued for 2 courses as previous before the treatments, with 21 days as a course of treatment.Patients received acupuncture and electroacupuncture once per day starting at the day before chemotherapy for consecutive 7 days followed by 14 days off, with 21 days as a course of treatment, and continued for two courses of treatment.Then CIPN, traditional Chinese clinical symptoms,quality of life and immune status were all evaluated for each patient prior treatment and after two courses of treatment.RESULTS:The gender, age, cancer species as well as incidence(83.3% vs 84.2%) and grades of CIPN before treatments were all similar in patients receiving acupuncture or electroacupuncture(all P >0.05).After treatments, most patients with peripheral neuropathy were cured by two courses of electroacupuncture(84.2% vs 21.1%), whereas the other group of patients had similar incidences of peripheral neuropathy compared with prior-acupuncture(83.3% vs 72.2%).Besides, patients receiving electroacupuncture had lower incidence of peripheral neuropathy than those receiving acupuncture treatment(χ~2= 9.745, P = 0.002).The grades of peripheral neuropathy were significantly different in the two groups post-treatment(χ~2= 13.983, P =0.007).The total effective rates for traditional Chinese clinical symptoms were 16.7% and 84.2% in acupuncture and electroacupuncture groups, respectively(Z =-4.239, P < 0.001).The electroacupuncture treatment provided a more satisfactory life for patients compared with acupuncture(Z =-4.76, P < 0.001).Both electroacupuncture and acupuncture had no effects on immune function.CONCLUSION:Electroacupuncture could alleviate CIPN, and improve traditional Chinese clinical symptoms and quality of life, but did not affect immune function. | Zhang Shiqiang Wu Tingting Zhang Haisheng Yang Yun Jiang Haiyan Cao Shengcheng Xie Fang Xia Xiaoting Lü Junqiang Zhong Yi | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017，37，2： | 7 |

Results show that the novel 718 alloy has outstanding structural stability at 680℃. | 9 | A New Somphospondylan Sauropod (Dinosauria, Titanosauriformes) from the Late Cretaceous of Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province of Southern China显示文摘A new somphospondylan sauropod (Dinosauria, Titanosauriformes): Gannansaurus sinensis gen. et sp. nov. from the Late Cretaceous Nanxiong Formation of Ganzhou Basin, Jiangxi Province of southern China is erected based on one nearly complete dorsal vertebra and a mid-caudal vertebra. It is characterized by two centroprezygapophyseal lamina fossae; large, square-shaped concavity formed by centroprezygapophyseal lamina and dorsal margin of the centrum; large infraparapophyseal fossa; three openings present within the large lateral concavity, which occupy 65% length of the centrum; the posterior centroparapophyseal lamina (PCPL) and the anterior centroparapophyseal lamina (ACPL) weakly developed; the posterior centrodiapophyseal lamina (PCDL) separated by an infradiapophyseal fossa into two branches dorsally; parapophyseal and diapophyseal laminae cross to form 'K' configuration. It shares some characters with the Early Cretaceous form-Euhelopus, indicating that it is more closely related to Euhelopus rather than to other titanosauriform sauropods. | 13 | Chinese medicine formulas for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease: Overview of systematic reviews显示文摘BACKGROUND Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)affects more than one-quarter of the global population.Due to the lack of approved chemical agents,many patients seek treatment from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulas.A variety of systematic reviews have been published regarding the effectiveness and safety of TCM formulas for NAFLD.AIM To critically appraise available systematic reviews and sort out the high-quality evidence on TCM formulas for the management of NAFLD.METHODS Seven databases were systematically searched from their inception to 28 February 2020.The search terms included“non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,”“Chinese medicines,”“systematic review,”and their synonyms.Systematic reviews involving TCM formulas alone or in combination with conventional medications were included.The methodological quality and risk of bias of eligible systematic reviews were evaluated by using A Measure Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR 2)and Risk of Bias in Systematic Review(ROBIS).The quality of outcomes was assessed by the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)system.RESULTS Seven systematic reviews were ultimately included.All systematic reviews were conducted based on randomized controlled trials and published in the last decade.According to the AMSTAR 2 tool,one systematic review was judged as having a moderate confidence level,whereas the other studies were rated as having a low or extremely low level of confidence.The ROBIS tool showed that the included systematic reviews all had a high risk of bias due to insufficient consideration of identified concerns.According to the GRADE system,only two outcomes were determined as high quality;namely,TCM formulas with the HuoXueHuaYu principle were better than conventional medications in ultrasound improvement,and TCM formulas were superior to antioxidants in alanine aminotransferase normalization.Other outcomes were downgraded to lower levels,mainly because of heterogeneity among studies,not meeting optimal information sample size,and inclusion of excessive numbers of small sample studies.Nevertheless,the evidence quality of extracted outcomes should be further downgraded when applying to clinical practice due to indirectness.CONCLUSION The quality of available systematic reviews was not satisfactory.Researchers should avoid repeatedly conducting systematic reviews in this area and focus on designing rigorous randomized controlled trials to support TCM formula applications. | Liang Dai Wen-Jun Zhou Linda L D Zhong Xu-Dong Tang Guang Ji | 2021 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2021，9，1： | 3 |

| 20 | Laccase Immobilized on Mesoporous Silica Materials and Its Corrosion Inhibition Performance in Circulating Cooling Water System显示文摘Mesoporous SiO_2 microspheres were synthesized using the sol-gel method and were characterized by TEM, FT-IR and BET techniques. The diameter of the microspheres is about 100—150 nm, and the average mesopore diameter is 2.55 nm, while the specific surface area is 1 088.9 m2/g. Mesoporous SiO_2 microspheres adsorb glutaraldehyde and immobilize laccase by means of the aldehyde group in glutaral which can react with the amidogen of laccase. The immobilization conditions were optimized at a glutaraldehyde concentration of 0.75%, a crosslinking time of 8 h, a laccase concentration of 0.04 L/L and an immobilization time of 10 h. When diesel leakage concentration was 80 mg/L, the highest corrosion inhibition efficiency of immobilized laccase reached 49.23%, which was slightly lower than the corrosion inhibition efficiency of free laccase(59%). The diesel degradation ratio could reach up to 45%.
