1Enhancement of Thermo-Flow Performances by Windbreakers for Two-Tower Indirect Dry Cooling System显示文摘The winds will greatly weaken the cooling performance of indirect dry cooling system with twin towers.The exterior windbreakers are recommended to restrain the wind adverse effects in this paper.The macro heat exchanger model was adopted to simulate the heat exchange between circulating water and ambient air.The performances of natural draft dry cooling system(NDDCS)with and without exterior windbreakers were numerically studied.The pressure,velocity and temperature distribution of cooling air in wind angles of 0°,45°and 90°was obtained and presented.The results show that in all wind directions,the performances for lateral sector of towers with windbreakers are significantly improved,but the low-pressure zone appears unexpectedly for the rear sectors,which reduces the air flow rate.The cooling performances of the twin towers with or without windbreakers decrease at first but then recover with the wind velocity increasing.Besides,the optimal flow and heat transfer performances appear in the wind angle of 0°.The cooling performances can be significantly improved in all three wind directions due to windbreaker configuration.YAN Jingbo WANG Weijia CHEN Lei YANG Lijun DU Xiaoze 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,3:3
2Voltage-gated sodium channel Nav1.5 promotes proliferation, migration and invasion of oral squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘The protein voltage-gated sodium channel Nav1.5 is highly upregulated in various types of cancer and, in general, promotes cancer cell invasiveness and metastatic progression. A previous study found that Nav1.5 was highly expressed in poorly differentiated oral squamous cell carci noma (OSCC). However, whether Nav1.5 enhances invasiveness and metastasis of OSCC are still unknown. In this study, we found that Nav1.5 was highly expressed in OSCC cell lines compared with normal oral keratinocyte HOK cell line by using western blot analysis. CCK-8 assay results revealed that downregulation of Nav1.5 expression by its specific siRNA reduced proliferation of OSCC HSC-3 cells. Moreover, transwell assay results showed Nav1.5 knockdown significantly inhibited migration and invasion of HSC-3 cells. Meanwhile, qRT-PCR and western blot analysis results showed that epidermal growth factor (EGF) induced Nav1.5 expression in a time-and dosedependent manner. In addition, EGF promoted proliferation, migration and invasion of HSC-3 cells. Importantly, the Nav1.5 inhibitor tetrodotoxin significantly inhibited the proliferation of HSC-3 cells and impeded the migration and invasion of HSC-3 cells. Furthermore, it was found that siRNAmediated knockdown of Nav1.5 also lessened the proliferation of HSC-3 cells and blocked the migration and invasion of HSC-3 cells. 11Antenna selection and forwarding strategy in SWIPT relay channels显示文摘This letter proposes a low-complexity ‘harvest-and-forward'relay strategy in simultaneous wireless information and power transfer( SWIPT) relay channels. In the first phase of relay transmission,the relay 's antennas are divided into two subsets. The signals received by the antennas in one subset are converted to energy,and the signals received by the antennas in the other subset are combined. In the second phase,the relay forwards the combined signal using all antennas with the harvested energy. A low complexity antenna selection( AS) algorithm is given to maximize the achievable rate over fading channels. The simulation results show that the achievable rate of this strategy is close to that of the two-stage strategy where a two-state procedure is proposed to determine the optimal ratio of received signal power split for energy harvesting,and the optimized antenna set engaged in information forwarding. The proposed strategy has better performance than the two-stage strategy when the relay is equipped with medium-scale antennas,and the performance gap between two strategies grows with the increase of the number of the relay 's antennas. 12Performance analysis of complexity reduction BP decoding of rateless codes by deleting low reliable symbols显示文摘This paper investigates the performance of the method used to reduce the decoding complexity of rateless codes through the deletion of the received symbols with low reliability.In the decoder, the received symbols whose absolute value of logarithm likelihood ratio(LLR) is lower than the threshold are removed, together with their corresponding edges, and thus not involved in the decoding process.The relationship between the deletion probability and the likelihood ratio deletion threshold is derived.The average mutual information per received symbol is analyzed in the case of deletion.The required number of symbols for the decoder to keep the same performance as regular decoding decreases since the average mutual information per symbol increases with the deletion, thus reducing the decoding complexity.This paper analyzes the reduction of decoding computations and the consequent transmission efficiency loss from the perspective of mutual information.The simulation results of decoding performance are consistent with those of the theoretical analysis, which show that the method can effectively reduce the decoding complexity at the cost of a slight loss of transmission efficiency.Lei Weijia Chen Shengnan 2016The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2016,23,5:0
13A splice site mutation in the FvePHP gene is associated with leaf development and f lowering time in woodland strawberry显示文摘Leaves and f lowers are crucial for the growth and development of higher plants.In this study we identified a mutant with narrow leaf lets and early f lowering(nlef)in an ethyl methanesulfonate-mutagenized population of woodland strawberry(Fragaria vesca)and aimed to identify the candidate gene.Genetic analysis revealed that a single recessive gene,nlef,controlled the mutant phenotype.We found that FvH4_1g25470,which encodes a putative DNA polymeraseαwith a polymerase and histidinol phosphatase domain(PHP),might be the candidate gene,using bulked segregant analysis with whole-genome sequencing,molecular markers,and cloning analyses.A splice donor site mutation(C to T)at the 5-end of the second intron led to an erroneous splice event that reduced the expression level of the full-length transcript of FvePHP in mutant plants.FvePHP was localized in the nucleus and was highly expressed in leaves.Silencing of FvePHP using the virus-induced gene silencing method resulted in partial developmental defects in strawberry leaves.Overexpression of the FvePHP gene can largely restore the mutant phenotype.The expression levels of FveSEP1,FveSEP3,FveAP1,FveFUL,and FveFT were higher in the mutants than those in‘Yellow Wonder’plants,probably contributing to the early f lowering phenotype in mutant plants.Our results indicate that mutation in FvePHP is associated with multiple developmental pathways.These results aid in understanding the role of DNA polymerase in strawberry development.Baotian Wang Weijia Li Kexin Xu Yingying Lei Di Zhao Xue Li Junxiang Zhang Zhihong Zhang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,1:0
14Enhanced photoluminescence and stability of ZnSe microspheres/Cs4PbBr6 microcrystals/CsPbBr3 nanocrystals composites显示文摘A ternary complex combining dual-phase perovskites-Cs4PbBr6/CsPbBr3(DP-CPB) with ZnSe micropshere s(ZnSe-DP-CPB) was succes s fully prepared using supersaturated recrystallization technique at room temperature.It was showed that the DP-CPB composites were partially embedded in ZnSe microsphere composed with ZnSe NCs.The light absorption range of ZnSe-DP-CPB composites was extended from visible to near infrared light.Highly enhanced luminescence from ZnSe-DP-CPB composite was observed and the excitation power-dependent photoluminescence showed that the recombination involves excitons.The recombination lifetimes of the ternary composites increased compared with DP-CPB composite,indicating that the non-radiative combination was suppressed which maybe possibly due to the decrease of both bulk and surface defects,owing to the passivation of ZnSe,as well as the suitable band alignments of these three components.The ternary complex also showed improved stability of photoluminescence(PL),which opens a newavenue for enhancing the stability of PL and optoelectronic applications for semiconductor-perovskite composites.Chao Zhang Tingting Li Lei Pu Weijia Wen Xiangdong Luo Lijuan Zhao 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,9:0
15Two security transmission realization schemes for MIMO Gaussian wiretap channel with one helper显示文摘This paper presents noncooperative and cooperative security transmission schemes for multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) Gaussian wiretap channel with one helper for antenna configuration with arbitrary number. In these two schemes, the transmitter performs beamforming based on generalized singular value decomposition(GSVD), where an appropriate power allocation algorithm is utilized. Meanwhile, the helper sends artificial noise for higher secrecy rate. However, the transmission strategies for the artificial noise are different in the two schemes. In the first scheme, the helper adopts GSVD-based beamforming. Nevertheless, in this scheme, the impact of the artificial noise on the information signal at the receiver is not considered. To solve the problem, the helper performs space projection(SP)-based beamforming in the second scheme. In this scheme, suboptimal weighting factors are introduced to reduce the computational complexity, which can be adapted to the change of the channel quality. Theoretical analysis for the performance of the two proposed schemes is then given. Furthermore, simulation results indicate that the two presented schemes perform better than the existed schemes without helper. 16A physical layer security scheme for full-duplex communication systems with residual self-interference and non-eavesdropping CSI显示文摘We discuss the physical layer security scheme in the Full-Duplex(FD)MIMO point-to-point two-way communication system with residual self-interference,in which legitimate nodes send confidential information and null space Artificial Noise(AN)while receiving information.Because the Channel State Information(CSI)of the eavesdropper is unavailable,we optimize the covariance matrices of the information signal as well as the allocation of the antenna for transmitting and receiving to minimize the signal power consumption under the target rate constraint.As a result,the power of AN is maximized within the limit of total power,so the interception capability of the eavesdropper is suppressed as much as possible.Since self-interference cannot be completely eliminated,the optimization process of one legitimate node depends on the optimization result of the other.By substituting self-interference power in the secrecy rate formula with its average value,the joint optimization process at the two nodes is transformed into two separate and solvable optimization processes.Then,the Water-Filling Algorithm(WFA)and bisection algorithm are used to get the optimal covariance matrices of the signal.Furthermore,we derive the theoretical lower bound of ergodic achievable secrecy rate under rayleigh channels to evaluate the performance of the scheme.The simulation results show that the theoretical derivation is correct,and the actual achievable rate is very close to the target rate,which means that the approximation in the optimization is feasible.The results also show that secrecy transmission can be realized because a considerable secrecy rate can be achieved.Weijia Lei Yang Zhou Xiuzhen Lin 2021Digital Communications and Networks2021,7,3:0
17Title Supersonic Condensation and Separation Characteristics of CO_(2)-Rich Natural Gas under Different Pressures显示文摘Supersonic separation technology is a new natural gas sweetening method for the treatment of natural gas with high CO_(2)(carbon dioxide)content.The structures of the Laval nozzle and the supersonic separator were designed,and the mathematical models of supersonic condensation and swirling separation for CO_(2)-CH4 mixture gas were established.The supersonic condensation characteristics of CO_(2) in natural gas and the separation characteristics of condensed droplets under different inlet pressures were studied.The results show that higher inlet pressure results in a larger droplet radius and higher liquid phase mass fraction;additionally,the influence of centrifugal force is more pronounced,and the separation efficiency and removal efficiency of CO_(2) are higher.When the inlet pressure is 6 and 9 MPa,the liquefaction efficiency at the Laval nozzle outlet increases from 56.90%to 79.97%,and the outlet droplet radius increases from 0.39 to 0.72μm,and the removal efficiency is 31.25%and 54.52%,respectively.The effects of inlet pressures on the removal efficiency of the supersonic separator are complicated and are controlled by the combined effects of liquefaction capacity of the nozzle and centrifugal separation capacity of the swirl vane.Yong Zheng Lei Zhao YujiangWang Feng Chang Weijia Dong Xinying Liu Yunfei Li Xiaohan Zhang Ziyuan Zhao 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,2:0
18The distribution and evolution of surface fractures on pan-Antarctic ice shelves显示文摘Surface fractures have a great impact on ice shelf stability in Antarctica and can be considered precursors of ice shelf calving.However,our understanding of the spatial distribution and temporal evolution of surface fractures on the Antarctic ice shelf is limited.In this study,a ResUNet model was implemented on the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)-based Mosaic of Antarctica(MOA)to identify the spatial distribution of Antarctic ice shelf surface fractures in 2004,2009,and 2014.The accuracy of identification had an F1 value of 0.771.Our model identified 44744.59±2619.61 km^(2)of surface fractures in 2004,43737.15±2644.60 km^(2)in 2009,and 42978.67±2639.33 km^(2)in 2014.The reduction is primarily attributed to the variation in surface fractures within 20 km of the ice front,paratactically in the Amundsen and Wilkes sectors.Ice shelves in the Amundsen sector typically have a widespread distribution of surface fractures,with particularly high concentrations found in the Thwaites Ice Shelf,Crosson Ice Shelf and Getz Ice Shelf.The Brunt Ice Shelf also exhibits numerous surface fractures.This study provides comprehensive and detailed information about surface fractures on Antarctic ice shelves,carrying implications for evaluating ice shelf vulnerability.Ao Pang Qi Liang Weijia Li Lei Zheng Teng Li Xiao Cheng 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
19Similar operation template attack on RSA-CRT as a case study显示文摘A template attack, the most powerful side-channel attack methods, usually first builds the leakage profiles from a controlled profiling device, and then uses these profiles to recover the secret of the target device. It is based on the fact that the profiling device shares similar leakage characteristics with the target device. In this study, we focus on the similar operations in a single device and propose a new variant of the template attack, called the similar operation template attack(SOTA). SOTA builds the models on public variables(e.g., input/output) and recovers the values of the secret variables that leak similar to the public variables. SOTA's advantage is that it can avoid the requirement of an additional profiling device. In this study, the proposed SOTA method is applied to a straightforward RSA-CRT implementation. Because the leakage is(almost) the same in similar operations, we reduce the security of RSA-CRT to a hidden multiplier problem(HMP) over GF(q), which can be solved byte-wise using our proposed heuristic algorithm. 20Total suprarenal aortic occlusion with cardiac disease: a case series of three cases显示文摘Acute aortic occlusion(AAO)has been very rarely reported in the literature and is a potentially life-threatening emergency.[1-5]AAO mostly occurs in cardiac disease patients,[1-4,6,7]and leads to cardiac complications.[1,2,5,6]Suprarenal aortic occlusion(SAO)is a very rare type of AAO,and infrarenal aortic occlusion(IAO)accounts for 75.8%-97.8%.[1,3,5-7]SAO is different from IAO in some clinical manifestations,treatment strategies,and prognoses.[3,6-8]SAO with cardiac disease will make the condition more complex and could easily cause a delay in diagnosis and portend worse outcomes with amputation and mortality rates.[1,3,6]Early and fast diagnosis and positive revascularization treatment are necessary to prevent cases from becoming fatal.[1-3]Herein,we present a case series of SAO with cardiac disease.Yuanli Lei Jiaozhen Chen Qin Chen Jiana Yin Weijia Huang Wenxing Song Shouquan Chen 2024World Journal of Emergency Medicine2024,15,1:0
