| 2 | Prediction on grinding force during grinding powder metallurgy nickel-based superalloy FGH96 with electroplated CBN abrasive wheel显示文摘In this article,a grinding force model,which is on the basis of cutting process of single abrasive grains combined with the method of theoretical derivation and empirical formula by analyzing the formation mechanism of grinding force,was established.Three key factors have been taken into accounts in this model,such as the contact friction force between abrasive grains and materials,the plastic deformation of material in the process of abrasive plowing,and the shear strain effect of material during the process of cutting chips formation.The model was finally validated by the orthogonal grinding experiment of powder metallurgy nickel-based superalloy FGH96 by using the electroplated CBN abrasive wheel.Grinding force values of prediction and experiment were in good consistency.The errors of tangential grinding force and normal grinding force were 9.8%and 13.6%,respectively.The contributions of sliding force,plowing force and chip formation force were also analyzed.In addition,the tangential forces of sliding,plowing and chip formation are 14%,19%and 11%of the normal forces on average,respectively.The pro-posed grinding forcemodel is not only in favor of optimizing the grinding parameters and improving grinding efficiency,but also contributes to study some other grinding subjects(e.g.abrasive wheel wear,grinding heat,residual stress). | Benkai LI Chenwei DAI Wenfeng DING Changyong YANG Changhe LI Olga KULIK Vyacheslav SHUMYACHER | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,8: | 10 |
| 3 | Additive manufacturing of thin electrolyte layers via inkjet printing of highly-stable ceramic inks显示文摘Inkjet printing is a promising alternative for the fabrication of thin film components for solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs) due to its contactless, mask free, and controllable printing process. In order to obtain satisfying electrolyte thin layer structures in anode-supported SOFCs, the preparation of suitable electrolyte ceramic inks is a key. At present, such a kind of 8 mol% Y_(2)O_(3)-stabilized ZrO_(2)(8 YSZ) electrolyte ceramic ink with long-term stability and high solid loading(> 15 wt%) seems rare for precise inkjet printing, and a number of characterization and performance aspects of the inks, such as homogeneity, viscosity, and printability, should be studied. In this study, 8 YSZ ceramic inks of varied compositions were developed for inkjet printing of SOFC ceramic electrolyte layers. The dispersing effect of two types of dispersants, i.e., polyacrylic acid ammonium(PAANH4) and polyacrylic acid(PAA), were compared. The results show that ultrasonic dispersion treatment can help effectively disperse the ceramic particles in the inks. PAANH4 has a better dispersion effect for the inks developed in this study. The inks show excellent printable performance in the actual printing process. The stability of the ink can be maintained for a storage period of over 30 days with the help of initial ultrasonic dispersion. Finally, micron-size thin 8 YSZ electrolyte films were successfully fabricated through inkjet printing and sintering, based on the as-developed high solid loading 8 YSZ inks(20 wt%). | 4 | A comparative study on different regeneration processes of Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3 catalysts for propane dehydrogenation显示文摘Three different regeneration processes including hydrogen or nitrogen purging and coke-burning treatment were used to restore the Pt-Sn/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts, through which propane dehydrogenation reaction was performed in a consecutive reaction-regeneration mode. It was found that the catalyst using hydrogen regeneration showed the best stability compared with those regenerated by nitrogen purging and coke-burning treatment, suggesting that hydrogen regeneration is an effective approach for maintaining the performance of Pt-Sn/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts in propane dehydrogenation reaction. The effect of different regeneration atmospheres on the metal active center and the coke deposition was investigated by XRD,TEM, N_2-physisorption, TPO, TG and Raman technologies, and the results revealed that hydrogen or nitrogen regeneration resulted in little impact on the size and structure of metal active center, retaining the effective Pt Sn phase over the catalyst. Moreover, hydrogen regeneration not only removed the low dense components of the coke, but also altered the property of the residual coke through hydrogenation, leading to a higher mobility of coke, and thus a higher accessibility of the metal active centers. Whereas nitrogen regeneration only removed the low dense components of the coke. | 5 | Detection of Citrus yellow vein clearing virus by Quantitative Real-time RT-PCR显示文摘To develop a rapid and reliable detection method for Citrus yellow vein clearing virus(CYVCV), a quantitative real-time reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) system based on SYBR Green I was established by using a pair of specific primers designed from its conserved coat protein gene. The sensitivity, specificity, and applicability of the system were evaluated accordingly. The results showed that amplicons were produced from CYVCV isolates, whereas no amplicons from non-CYVCV citrus virus samples, including Citrus tristeza virus(CTV) and Citrus tatter leaf virus(CTLV), were obtained. The sensitivity of the q RT-PCR was 100-fold higher than that of conventional RT-PCR. An excellent linear correlation(R2= 0.999) was obtained from two standard curves of c RNA, and the amplification efficiency was 102%. With the aid of ultrasonication, melamine–formaldehyde–tetraoxalyl-ethylenediamine chelating resins were grafted on activated carbon(MFT/AC). Pd Cl2 sol was adsorbed on MFT/AC, which was then immersed in spent electroless nickel plating bath; then nano-nickel could be reduced by ascorbic acid to form a nano-nickel coating on the activated carbon composite(Ni/AC) in situ. The materials present were carefully examined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemistry techniques. The resins were well distributed on the inside and outside surfaces of activated carbon with a size of 120 ± 30 nm in MFT/AC, and a great deal of nano-nickel particles were evenly deposited with a size of 3.8 ± 1.1 nm in Ni/MFT. | 13 | Recovery of yttrium from deep-sea mud显示文摘Deep-sea mud rich in rare earth yttrium has received lots of attention from the international community as a new resource for Y. A novel process, which mainly includes acid leaching, solvent extraction, and oxalic acid precipitation-roasting, is proposed for recovery of Y from deep-sea mud. A series of experiments were conducted to inspect the impacts of various factors during the process and the optimum conditions were determined. The results show that the Y of deep-sea mud totally exists in apatite minerals which can be decomposed by hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid solution. The highest leaching efficiency of Y is 94.53% using hydrochloric acid and 84.38% using sulfuric acid under the conditions of H^+concentration 2.0 mol/L, leaching time 60 min, liquid-solid ratio 4:1 and room temperature 25 ℃(only in case of sulfuric acid, when using hydrochloric acid, the leaching temperature should be 60 ℃). Because of the much lower leaching temperature, sulfuric acid leaching is preferred. The counter current extraction and stripping tests were simulated by a cascade centrifugal extraction tank device. Using 10 vol% P204,15 vol% TBP and 75 vol% sulfonated kerosene as extractant, 98.79% Y^(3+) and 42.60% Fe^(3+) are extracted from sulfuric acid leaching liquor(adjusted to pH = 2.0) after seven-stage counter current extraction with O/A ratio of 1:1 at room temperature, while other metals ions such as Al^(3+), Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+)and Mn^(2+) are almost not extracted. The Y^(3+) in loaded organic can be selectively stripped using 50 g/L sulfuric acid solution and the stripping efficiency reaches 99.86% after seven-stage counter current stripping with O/A ratio of 10:1 at room temperature, while only 2.26% co-extracted Fe^(3+) is stripped. The Y^(3+) of loaded strip liquor can be precipitated by oxalic acid to further separate Y^(3+) and Fe^(3+). The precipitation efficiency of Y^(3+) in loaded strip liquor can be 98.56% while Fe^(3+) is not precipitated under the conditions of oxalic acid solution concentration 200 g/L, quality ratio of oxalic acid to Y of 2, and precipitation time 0.5 h. | 16 | Crystalline InGaZnO quaternary nanowires with superlattice structure for high-performance thin-film transistors显示文摘Amorphous indium-gallium-zinc oxide (a-IGZO) materials have been widely explored for various thin-film transistor (TFT) applications;however, their device performance is still restricted by the intrinsic material issues especially due to their non-crystalline nature. In this study, highly crystalline superlattice-structured IGZO nanowires (NWs) with different Ga concentration are successfully fabricated by enhanced ambient-pressure chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The unique superlattice structure together with the optimal Ga concentration (i.e., 31 at.%) are found to effectively modulate the carrier concentration as well as efficiently suppress the oxygen vacancy formation for the superior NW device performance. In specific, the In1.8Ga1.8Zn2.4O7 NW field-effect transistor exhibit impressive device characteristics with the average electron mobility of ~ 110 cm^2-V^-1·s^-1 and on/off current ratio of ~ 10^6. Importantly, these NWs can also be integrated into NW parallel arrays for the construction of high-performance TFT devices, in which their performance is comparable to many state-of-the-art IGZO TFTs.
