1A Review of Current Researches on Blast Load Effects on Building Structures in China显示文摘The damages of building structures subjected to multifarious explosions cause huge losses of lives and property. It is the reason why the blast resistance and explosion protection of building structures become an important research topic in the civil engineering field all over the world. This paper provides an overview of the research work in China on blast loads effect on building structures. It includes modeling blast shock wave propagation and their effects, the dynamic responses of various building structures under blast loads and the measures to strengthen the building structures against blast loads. 2Bipolar transurethral enucleation and resection of the prostate:Whether it is ready to supersede TURP?显示文摘Objective:According to the EAU Guidelines,transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)has so far still been considered as the gold standard for surgical treatment for patients with obstructing clinical benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).However,its relatively high rate of complications and postoperative recurrence necessitates further modification and innovation on the surgery technique.We reported the patient outcomes with our technique.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 52 patients with obstructing clinical BPH who underwent bipolar transurethral enucleation and resection of the prostate(B-TUERP)between March 2015 and September 2015.Pre-and perioperative parameters were obtained from medical charts.Postoperative follow-ups were administrated at 1,3,6,12 and 24 month(s)after surgery,respectively.Results:All the operations were performed successfully with a mean operative time of 43.1 min and an average tissue removal rate of 74.7%.Qmax was significantly improved immediately after surgery,followed by a continuous improvement throughout the follow-ups.Following a steep decrease in mean prostate specific antigen(PSA)and post void residual(PVR)observed within the first half year after surgery,the serum PSA was then maintained at a constant level of 0.61 ng/mL.Temporary urinary retention was found in four cases(7.7%).Stress urinary incontinence occurred in five patients(9.6%),with the condition resolved in 1e2 weeks without extra treatment.Urethral strictures and bladder neck contractures,as the most commonly observed long-term complications,developed in four patients(7.7%).No recurrence was found during 2 years of follow-ups.An improvement in International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-5)scores was witnessed in 17 patients preoperatively with normal sexual function during the first 6 months after surgery,and sustained throughout the 24-month period.Conclusions:Enucleation reflects an improvement on surgical technique in many ways with a need for surgical equipment that can be broadly accessible in clinical practice.Currently,bipolar resection is a commonly employed procedure in clinical settings,and its similarity shared with bipolar enucleation technique warrants a quick learning of B-TUERP by urologists.Based on these findings,we believe that the substitution of TURP by TUERP as the gold standard for prostate endoscopic procedure can be expected in the future.Peng Xu Abai Xu Binshen Chen Shaobo Zheng Yawen Xu Hulin Li Haiyan Shen Chunxiao Liu 2018Asian Journal of Urology2018,5,1:19
3Blocking FSH inhibits hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis and reduces serum cholesterol显示文摘Menopause is associated with dyslipidemia and an increased risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease.The classic view assumes that the underlying mechanism of dyslipidemia is attributed to an insufficiency of estrogen.In addition to a decrease in estrogen, circulating follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)levels become elevated at menopause.In this study,we find that blocking FSH reduces serum cholesterol via inhibiting hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis.First,epidemiological results show that the serum FSH levels are positively correlated with the serum total cholesterol levels,even after adjustment by considering the effects of serum estrogen,in addition,the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia is significantly higher in peri-menopausal women than that in premenopausal women.Furthermore,we generated a mouse model of FSH elevation by intraperitoneally injecting exogenous FSH into ovariectomized (OVX)mice,in which a normal level of estrogen (E2)was maintained by exogenous supplementation. Consistently,the results indicate that FSH,independent of estrogen,increases the serum cholesterol level in this mouse model. 4The prognostic and therapeutic implications of circulating tumor cell phenotype detection based on epithelial-mesenchymal transition markers in the first-line chemotherapy of HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Background:Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is implicated in the metastatic process and presents a chal-lenge to epithelial cell adhesion molecule-based detection of circulating tumor cells(CTCs),which have been demon-strated to be a prognostic indicator in metastatic breast cancer.Although evidence has indicated that heterogeneity of CTCs based on EMT markers is associated with disease progression,no standard recommendations have been established for clinical practice.This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic significance of dynamic CTC detection based on EMT for metastatic breast cancer patients.Methods:We enrolled 108 human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative metastatic breast cancer patients from the prospective phase III CAMELLIA study and applied the CanPatrol CTC enrichment technique to identify CTC phenotypes(including epithelial CTCs,biphenotypic epithelial/mesenchymal CTCs,and mesenchymal CTCs)in peripheral blood samples.Receiver operating characteristic curve analyses of total CTC count and the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs for predicting the 1-year progression-free survival(PFS)rate were conducted to determine the optimal cut-off values,and Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox proportional hazards regression analysis were performed to investigate the prognostic value of the cut-off values of both total CTC count and the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs in combination.Results:For predicting the 1-year PFS rate,the optimal cut-off value of total CTC count was 9.5(Area under the curve[AUC]=0.538,95%confidence interval[CI]=0.418-0.657),and that of the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs was 10.7%(AUC=0.581,95%CI=0.463-0.699).We used the two cut-off values in combination to forecast PFS in which the total CTC count was equaled to or exceeded 10/5 mL with the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs surpassed 10.7%.Patients who met the combined criteria had significantly shorter median PFS than did those who did not meet the criteria(6.2 vs.9.9 months,P=0.010).A nomogram was constructed based on the criteria and significant clinicopatho-logical characteristics with a C-index of 0.613(P=0.010).Conclusions: The criteria, which combine the total CTC count and the proportion of mesenchymal CTCs, may be used to monitor therapeutic resistance and predict prognosis in patients with metastatic breast cancer.Xiuwen Guan Fei Ma Chunxiao Li Shiyang Wu Shangying Hu Jiefen Huang Xiaoying Sun Jiayu Wang Yang Luo Ruigang Cai Ying Fan Qiao Li Shanshan Chen Pin Zhang Qing Li Binghe Xu 2019Cancer Communications2019,39,1:15
5Clinical characteristics and effectiveness of antiviral agents in hospitalized children with infectious mononucleosis in China:A multicenter retrospective study显示文摘Importance:The clinical characteristics of infectious mononucleosis(IM)in Chinese children have not been evaluated in multicenter studies,and the effectiveness of antiviral treatment are controversial.Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of Chinese children with IM and current status of antiviral therapy for affected patients.Methods:Hospitalized patients with IM were enrolled between 2018 and 2020 in five children’s hospitals in China.The clinical characteristics were compared among four age groups:<3 years,3-<6 years,6-<10 years,and≥10 years.The clinical characteristics of IM and effectiveness of antiviral therapy were compared among patients receiving acyclovir(ACV),ganciclovir(GCV),and no antiviral therapy(i.e.,non-antiviral group).Results:In total,499 patients were analyzed;most patients were 3-<6 years of age.The most common symptoms and signs included fever(100%),lymphadenopathy(98.6%),pharyngitis(86.4%),eyelid edema(76.8%),and snoring(72.9%).There were significant differences in rash,hepatomegaly,and liver dysfunction among the four age groups.Patients aged<3 years had a lower incidence of liver dysfunction and a higher incidence of rash.Among the 499 patients,50.1%were treated with GCV,26.3%were treated with ACV,and 23.6%received no antiviral therapy.Compared with the non-antiviral group,patients in the ACV and GCV groups had longer durations of fever(P<0.001).There were no significant differences in the incidences of complications among the three treatment groups.Interpretation:The incidence of IM in Chinese children peaked at 3-<6 years of age.Clinical features of IM varied according to age.Patients receiving antiviral therapy exhibited more serious clinical manifestations than did patients without antiviral therapy.The effectiveness of antiviral therapy for IM requires further analysis.Huili Hu Huiling Deng Jing Bi Yi Xu Shuangjie Li Yue Xie Xinrong Sun Dongmeng Wang Xufang Li Wenxian Ouyang Bing Hu Yufeng Zhang He Tang Chunxiao Fang Hui Zhang Lingyun Guo Chen Wang Tianyi Wang Fengxia Yang Tao Jiang Zhengde Xie Gang Liu 2021Pediatric Investigation2021,5,3:12

8Percent free prostate-specific antigen for prostate cancer diagnosis in Chinese men with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL:Results from the Chinese Prostate Cancer Consortium显示文摘Objective:To test the diagnostic performance of percent free prostate-specific antigen(%fPSA)in predicting any prostate cancer(PCa)and high-grade prostate cancer(HGPCa)in a retrospective multi-center biopsy cohort with a PSA level of 4.0e10.0 ng/mL in China.Methods:Consecutive patients with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL who underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy were enrolled at 16 Chinese medical centers from January 1st,2010 to December 31st,2013.Total and free serum PSA determinations were performed using three types of electro-chemiluminescence immunoassays recalibrated to the World Health Organization(WHO)standard.The diagnostic accuracy of PSA,%fPSA,and %fPSA in combination with PSA(%fPSA t PSA)was determined using the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC).Results:A total of 2310 consecutive men with PSA levels between 4.0 and 10.0 ng/mL were included,and the detection rate of PCa was 25.1%.The AUC of%fPSA and %fPSA t PSA in predicting any PCa was superior to PSA alone in men aged≥60 years(0.623 vs.0.534,p<0.0001)but not in men aged 40e59 years(0.517 vs.0.518,p=0.939).Similar result was yield in predicting HGPCa.Conclusion:In a clinical setting of Chinese men with 4.0e10.0 ng/mL PSA undergoing initial prostate biopsy,adding %fPSA to PSA can moderately improve the diagnostic accuracy for any PCa and HGPCa compared with PSA alone in patients≥60 but not in patients aged 40-59 years.Rui Chen Liping Xie Xiaobing Cai Yiran Huang Liqun Zhou Lulin Ma Xu Gao Chuanliang Xu Shancheng Ren Pengfei Shao Danfeng Xu Kexin Xu Zhangqun Ye Chunxiao Liu Dingwei Ye Li Lu Qiang Fu Jianquan Hou Jianlin Yuan Dalin He Tie Zhou Fubo Wang Biming He Yinghao Sun 2015Asian Journal of Urology2015,2,2:8
9The 1470 nm diode laser with an intralesional fiber device:a proposed solution for the treatment of inflamed and infected keloids显示文摘Background:Keloids are the result of abnormal wound healing and often are subject to infections and recurrent inflammation.We present a study conducted with a 1470 nm diode laser using an intralesional optical fiber device for the treatment of inflamed keloid scars.We evaluate its efficacy as a novel alternative method to decrease keloid infection and inflammation.Methods:The patients who underwent 1470 nm laser treatment from February 2016 to February 2018 at the plastic and reconstructive surgery department of the Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University with keloid accompanying serious local infection and fester were included.Patients took curative effect evaluation before and 1 year after the treatment.The test items included infection frequency in each year;pain,by visual analogue scale(VAS);itch,using VAS;quality of life(QOL),using QOL scale;and blood supply,using PeriCam PSI.Results:A total of 19 patients(mean age 35.21 years,range 11–66)with history of inflamed keloids with episodes of infection or abscess were enrolled.Patients underwent to a 1470 nm laser therapy for average of 1.16 times.After treatment,infection frequency and blood supply in keloids were reduced(p<0.001).Pain,itching,and QOL were improved(p<0.001).Conclusion:The present study shows that 1470 nm fiber laser treatment could improve inflamed keloids fairly well by decreasing inflammation,and a relative stabilization of collagen composition.Therefore,it is an effective minimally invasive scar therapy,but further studies are essential to confirm the present results.Ke Li Fabio Nicoli Wen Jing Xi Zheng Zhang Chunxiao Cui Ahmed Al-Mousawi Alberto Balzani Yun Tong Yixin Zhang 2019Burns & Trauma2019,7,1:8
10Genetics and Molecular Marker Identification of a Resistance to Glomerella Leaf Spot in Apple显示文摘Apple Glomerella leaf spot(GLS) is a destructive fungal disease that damages apple leaves during the summer in China.Breeding new diseaseresistant varieties is considered to be the best way of controlling GLS.A genetic study of resistance to Glomerella leaf spot(GLS) in apple was conducted by using four F_1 hybrid groups(‘Fuji' בGolden Delicious',‘Golden Delicious' בFuji',‘Gala' בFuji',and ‘Fuji' בQF-2') generated from two highly resistant varieties or selections,‘Fuji' and ‘QF-2',and two highly susceptible varieties,‘Golden Delicious' and ‘Gala'.The results showed that the separation ratios of resistant plants to the susceptible ones in the four F_1 hybrid groups were statistically consistent with the theoretical ratios of 1:1,1:1,0:1,and 1:0.Comprehensive analysis enabled us to generate the following conclusions:GLS resistance in apple may be controlled by a single recessive gene.The genotype of the resistant plants was rr,whereas the genotypes of the susceptible ones were RR and Rr.By using ‘Golden Delicious' בFuji' F_1 hybrid groups and the bulked segregation analysis(BSA) method,the marker S0506206-243 bp associated with disease resistance character to GLS was identified through screening 500 SSR primers encompassing the entire apple genome with even coverage,and the genetic distance between the marker and the GLS resistance gene was 9.8 cM.LIU Yuanxia LI Baohua WANG Caihong LIU Chunxiao KONG Xianghua ZHU Jun DAI Hongyi 2016Horticultural Plant Journal2016,2,3:6
11The mid-high latitude whistler mode chorus waves observed around substorm onsets显示文摘Using the data of LFEW/TC-2, we studied the dawn side chorus around substorm onsets during a strong geomagnetic storm in November 2004. During this storm, LFEW/TC-2 observed 14 dawnside chorus events. Nine of them were associated with substorms and occurred within 40 min around the substorm onsets. The fre-quencies of waves have a very good correlation with the half equatorial electron cyclotron frequencies. Chorus can be excited in the region near magnetic equato-rial plane and then propagate to the mid and high latitudes. When the wave fre-quencies reach the local lower hybrid frequencies, chorus can be reflected due to the lower hybrid resonance. The time delay between the chorus and its echo is about 28 min. Previous observations show that the chorus can propagate at most to the magnetic latitudes of 40°. LFEW/ TC-2 found for the first time that the chorus in space could propagate to the magnetic latitude of 70°. 12Clinical spectrum and prognostic value of TP53 mutations in circulating tumor DNA from breast cancer patients in China显示文摘Background:TP53 mutations are common in breast cancer.There is currently no large-scale cohort study to investigate the TP53 landscape in breast cancer patients from China.The predictive value of TP53 mutations for the efficacy of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-targeted therapy in breast cancer remains controversial.In the present study,we aimed to analyze the clinical spectrum and prognostic value of TP53 mutations in circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)from breast cancer patients in China.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and TP53 mutation features in ctDNA samples from 804 patients withmetastatic breast cancer.TP53 mutations were detected by target region capture-based next-generation sequencing.The relationship between TP53 mutation status and disease-free survival(DFS)was analyzed in 444 patientswithmetastatic breast cancer.Moreover,the relationship between TP53 mutation status and progression-free survival(PFS)was analyzed in 55 HER2-positive patients treated with first-line trastuzumab-based therapy.Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed to estimate the survival curves of the different subgroups,and the log-rank test was used to compare the curves.A Cox regression model was used to estimate multivariable-adjusted hazard ratios and their 95%confidence intervals(CIs)associated with the DFS and PFS.Results:Among the 804 investigated patients,431(53.6%)patients harbored TP53 mutations.TP53 mutations were differentially distributed among different molecular subtypes of breast cancer(P<0.05).Patients with TP53 mutations had a shorter DFS than those with wild-type TP53(hazard ratio=1.32,95%CI=1.09-1.61,P=0.005).TP53 mutations in exons 5-8 were associated with worse outcome(hazard ratio=1.50,95%CI=1.11-2.03,P=0.009).However,TP53 mutation status was not significantly associated with PFS in HER2-positive patients who received firstline trastuzumab-based therapy(P=0.966).Interestingly,in the taxane combination group,patients with TP53 mutations exhibited longer PFS than those without TP53 mutations(hazard ratio=0.08,95%CI=0.02-0.30,P<0.001).However,in the nontaxane combination group,patients with TP53 mutations displayed shorter PFS than those with wild-type TP53(hazard ratio=4.84,95%CI=1.60-14.66,P=0.005).Conclusions:TP53 mutations in exons 5-8 may be an independent prognostic marker for short DFS in patients with metastatic breast cancer.TP53 mutations had opposite effects on trastuzumab-treated patients treated with and without taxanes.Zongbi Yi Fei Ma Guohua Rong Yanfang Guan Chunxiao Li Binghe Xu 2020Cancer Communications2020,40,6:5
13IL-17A-dependent gut microbiota is essential for regulating diet-induced disorders in mice显示文摘The gut microbiota plays a key role in obesity and related metabolic disorders, and multiple factors including diet, host genotype, and age regulate it. Many studies have examined the contribution of extrinsic factors to the regulation of the gut microbiota, but the importance of the host genetic constitution cannot be ignored. Interleukin 17A(IL-17A), a pro-inflammatory cytokine, is important in the defense against infection and diseases. Here, we investigated the association among IL-17, a high-fat diet(HFD), and the gut microbiota. Mice deficient in IL-17A were resistant to diet-induced obesity and related diseases. Compared with the Ⅱ-17^(-/-)mice, wild-type(WT) mice challenged with HFD showed obvious weight fluctuations, such as those seen in type 2 diabetes, and hematological changes similar to those associated with metabolic syndrome. However, housing WT mice and Ⅱ-17a^(-/-)mice together significantly alleviated these symptoms in the WT mice. A metagenomic analysis of the mouse feces indicated that the microbial community compositions of these two groups differed before HFD feeding. The HFD mediated shifts in the gut microbial compositions, which were associated with the mouse phenotypes.We also identified potentially beneficial and harmful species present during this period, and drew networks of the most abundant species. A functional analysis indicated pathway changes in the WT and Ⅱ-17a^(-/-)mice when fed the HFD. 14Simultaneous CO_(2) capture and thermochemical heat storage by modified carbide slag in coupled calcium looping and CaO/Ca(OH)2 cycles显示文摘The simultaneous CO_(2) capture and heat storage performances of the modified carbide slag with byproduct of biodiesel were investigated in the process coupled calcium looping and CaO/Ca(OH)2 thermochemical heat storage using air as the heat transfer fluid.The modified carbide slag with by-product of biodiesel exhibits superior CO_(2) capture and heat storage capacities in the coupled calcium looping and heat storage cycles.The hydration conversion and heat storage density of the modified carbide slag after 30 heat storage cycles are 0.65 mol·mol^(-1) and 1.14 GJ·t^(-1),respectively,which are 1.6 times as high as those of calcined carbide slag.The negative effect of CO_(2) in air as the heat storage fluid on the heat storage capacity of the modified carbide slag is overcome by introducing CO_(2) capture cycles.In addition,the CO_(2) capture reactivity of the modified carbide slag after the multiple calcium looping cycles is enhanced by the introduction of heat storage cycles.By introducing 10 heat storage cycles after the 10th and 15th CO_(2) capture cycles,the CO_(2) capture capacities of the modified carbide slag are subsequently improved by 32%and 43%,respectively.The porous and loose structure of modified carbide slag reduces the diffusion resistances of CO_(2) and steam in the material in the coupled process.The formed CaCO_(3)in the modified carbide slag as a result of air as the heat transfer fluid in heat storage cycles decomposes to regenerate CaO in calcium looping cycles,which improves heat storage capacity.Therefore,the modified carbide slag with by-product of biodiesel seems promising in the coupled calcium looping and CaO/Ca(OH)_(2) heat storage cycles.Chunxiao Zhang Yingjie Li Zhiguo Bian Wan Zhang Zeyan Wang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,8:5
15The association between early-onset cardiac events caused by neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy in triple-negative breast cancer patients and some novel autophagy-related polymorphisms in their genomic DNA: a real-world study显示文摘Background:An increasing number of cancer patients die of cardiovascular diseases.The cardiotoxicity of chemo-therapy is particularly important in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)with limited therapeutic options.Cardiac autophagy is an important mechanism of cardiotoxicity.This research was aimed to investigate the cardiotoxicity of chemotherapy in TNBC,screen the susceptible population,and determine the relationship between cardiotoxicity and autophagy-related polymorphisms.Methods:From a total of 2450 stage I-III TNBC patients,147 met the inclusion criteria and finally recruited.Electro-cardiography(ECG)was performed before most chemotherapy cycles,and echocardiography(UCG)was performed according to clinical needs.All ECG and UCG records were re-interpreted by cardiologists at the National Center for Cardiovascular Disease,Fuwai Hospital.According to the National Center for Biotechnology Information and the Catalog of Somatic Mutations in Cancer database,we selected 25 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)related to autophagy and genotyped the 147 TNBC patients.Paired-sample T tests,Chi squared tests,and logistic regression models were employed for the analysis.Results:Only 46(31.3%)patients had normal ECG records after every chemotherapy cycle.Among the 16 patients who underwent UCG,2(12.5%)had a reversible decrease of left ventricular ejection fraction.The use of anthracyclines and excessive alcohol consumption were risk factors of ECG abnormalities.With the continuation of chemotherapy,heart rate gradually increased.Anthracyclines were associated with QRS duration abnormalities(P=0.043).After genotyping for 25 autophagy-related SNPs,we found that the G allele of autophagy-related 13(ATG13)rs10838611 was significantly associated with ECG abnormalities(odds ratio=2.258,95%confidence interval=1.318-3.869;P=0.003).Conclusion:ECG abnormalities caused by chemotherapy are common in the real world.Autophagy-related SNPs are associated with chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity,thereby providing new evidence for autophagy as a cause of chemotherapy-induced cardiac damage.Binliang Liu Tao An Meiying Li Zongbi Yi Chunxiao Li Xiaoying Sun Xiuwen Guan Lixi Li Yanfeng Wang Yuhui Zhang Binghe Xu Fei Ma Yixin Zeng 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:5
16Glucocorticoid receptor promotes the function of myeloid-derived suppressor cells by suppressing HIF1α-dependent glycolysis显示文摘Immunomodulatory signaling imposes tight regulations on metabolic programs within immune cells and consequentially determines immune response outcomes.Although the glucocorticoid receptor(GR)has been recently implicated in regulating the function of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs),whether the dysregulation of GR in MDSCs is involved in immune-mediated hepatic diseases and how GR regulates the function of MDSCs in such a context remains unknown.Here,we revealed the dysregulation of GR expression in MDSCs during innate immunological hepatic injury(IMH)and found that GR regulates the function of MDSCs through modulating HIF1α-dependent glycolysis.Pharmacological modulation of GR by its agonist(dexamethasone,Dex)protects IMH mice against inflammatory injury.Mechanistically,GR signaling suppresses HIF1αand HIF1α-dependent glycolysis in MDSCs and thus promotes the immune suppressive activity of MDSCs.Our studies reveal a role of GR-HIF1αin regulating the metabolism and function of MDSCs and further implicate MDSC GR signaling as a potential therapeutic target in hepatic diseases that are driven by innate immune cell-mediated systemic inflammation.Yun Lu Huanrong Liu Yujing Bi Hui Yang Yan Li Jian Wang Zhengguo Zhang Yu Wang Chunxiao Li Anna Jia Linian Han Ying Hu Yong Zhao Ruoning Wang Guangwei Liu 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,6:4
17The modified bilobed flap for reconstructing sacral decubitus ulcers显示文摘Background:Sacral pressure ulcers are associated with high morbidity and,in some cases,result in mortality from severe sepsis.Local flaps are frequently used for reconstruction of stage III and IV pressure ulcers.An ideal flap should be simple to design,have a reliable vascular supply and minimal donor site morbidity.Our study evaluates the use of a bilobed flap based on the superficial branch of the superior gluteal artery or the posterior branch of the fourth lumbar artery to reconstruct the sacral pressure ulcer.Case presentation:We performed a retrospective analysis of paraplegic patients with sacral pressure ulcers treated with our bilobed flaps from January 2015 to December 2019.A description of our management,operative protocol,outcome and complications is outlined.Seven paraplegic patients(6 male,1 female;average age 53.1 years)with sacral pressure ulcers were treated with our bilobed flap based on the superficial branch of the superior gluteal artery or the posterior branch of the fourth lumbar artery.The average size of the pressure ulcers was 7×5 cm(range 6.2×4.5 cm to 11×10 cm).All 7 flaps survived.The patients were followed up for 12 months without significant complications,such as flap necrosis or recurrence.Conclusions:The superficial branch of the superior gluteal artery or the posterior branch of the fourth lumbar artery reliably supplies the bilobed flap.The superior cluneal nerve can be included in the design.The technique is simple and reliable.It should be included in the reconstructive algorithm for the management of sacral pressure ulcers.Xiangong Jiao Chunxiao Cui Sally Kiu-Huen Ng Zhangjia Jiang Chihui Tu Jiemin Zhou Xiandong Lu Xianwen Ouyang Tong Luo Ke Li Yixin Zhang 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:4

19In-flight observations of electromagnetic interferences emitted by satellite显示文摘Using the data from STAFF/TC-1, this paper for the first time analyzes the electromagnetic interferences of Chinese scientific satellite. The electromagnetic interference of satellite exists mainly below 30 Hz, but can extend to 190 Hz with an obviously decreasing power spectral density. The electromagnetic interferences at frequencies below 190 Hz have good correlation with the solar aspect angle. The electromagnetic interferences at frequencies between 190 and 830 Hz have also correlation with solar as-pect angle. However, the electromagnetic interferences at frequencies above 830 Hz have no correlation with the solar aspect angle. The correlation coefficient between solar aspect angel and electromagnetic interferences is around 0.90. The larger the solar aspect angle, the stronger the satellite electromagnetic interference. When the solar aspect angle increases from 90.6° to 93.6°, the electromagnetic interferences at frequencies <10 Hz increase by 8 times and those at frequencies 190―830 Hz increase by 60%. This close association of electromagnetic interferences with the solar aspect angle indicates that the solar aspect angle is the main factor to determine the electromagnetic interferences. The electromagnetic interferences of satellite in sunlight are larger than those in eclipse. The electro-magnetic interference produced by solar panel occupies about 87% in the low frequency band (<100 Hz) and 94% in the high frequency band (>100 Hz) of the total electromagnetic interference produced by satellite.
