1Reduning injection for fever, rash, and ulcers in children with mild hand, foot, and mouth disease: a randomized controlled clinical study显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of Reduning injection for fever, rash, and ulcers in children with mild hand, foot, and mouth disease(HFMD). METHODS: A stratified-block randomized, double-blind, parallel-controlled, and multicenter clinical trial was conducted with 360 patients in five hospitals across China: Quanzhou Children's Hospital, Shijiazhuang No. 5 Hospital, Shanghai Public Health Centre, Hunan Provincial Children's Hospital, and Kaifeng Children's Hospital. Patients were randomized into three groups with 120 in each. Group A was treated with Western Medicine, group B with Reduning injection, a Chinese herbal medicine, and group C with both Reduning injection and Western Medicine. Results were compared for treatment efficacy and safety on HFMD. The clinical outcomes were observed as follows: fever and onset time of antifebrile effect(time to bring the body temperature down ≥0.5℃ after medication); cumulative time for fever recovery(body temperature recovering to normal and lasting more than 24 h without medication); cumulative time for rash disappearance(without new rashes or ulcers appearing and the original ones fading away); and cumulative time for mouth ulcer disappearance. RESULTS: For the onset time of the antifebrile effect, there was no statistical difference between groups A and B(P>0.05) and groups B and C(P> 0.05). However, there was a statistical difference between groups A and C(P<0.05), and the effect in group C was the best. For the cumulative time for rash disappearance, there was no statistical difference between groups A and B(P>0.05). There were statistical differences between groups A and C, and groups B and C(P<0.05), and the effect in group C was the best. For the cumulative time for mouth ulcers disappearance, there were no statistical differences among the three groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Reduning injection with Western Medicine for symptomatic treatment is most effective for mild HFMD. 3The relationships among aerosol optical depth, ice, phytoplankton and dimethylsulfide and the implication for future climate in the Greenland Sea显示文摘The sea-to-air flux of dimethylsulphide(DMS) is one of the major sources of marine biogenic aerosol, and can have an important radiative impact on climate, especially in the Arctic Ocean. Satellite-derived aerosol optical depth(AOD) is used as a proxy for aerosol burden which is dominated by biogenic aerosol during summer and autumn. The spring sea ice melt period is a strong source of aerosol precursors in the Arctic. However, high aerosol levels in early spring are likely related to advection of continental pollution from the south(Arctic haze).Higher AOD was generally registered in the southern part of the study region. Sea ice concentration(SIC) and AOD were positively correlated, while cloud cover(CLD) and AOD were negative correlation. The seasonal peaks of SIC and CLD were both one month ahead of the peak in AOD. There is a strong positive correlation between AOD and SIC. Melting ice is positively correlated with chlorophyll a(CHL) almost through March to September,but negatively correlated with AOD in spring and early summer. Elevated spring and early summer AOD most likely were influenced by combination of melting ice and higher spring wind in the region. The peak of DMS flux occurred in spring due to the elevated spring wind and more melting ice. DMS concentration and AOD were positively correlated with melting ice from March to May. Elevated AOD in early autumn was likely related to the emission of biogenic aerosols associated with phytoplankton synthesis of DMS. The DMS flux would increase more than triple by 2100 in the Greenland Sea. The significant increase of biogenic aerosols could offset the warming in the Greenland Sea.QU Bo GABRIC Albert J. 5Characterization and comparison of the aroma-active compounds on different grades of sesame-flavor Baijiu by headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-olfactometry-mass spectrometry显示文摘This study investigated the aroma-active compounds and compared the differences of three different grades of sesame-flavor Baijiu by headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-olfactometry-mass spectrometry(GC-O-MS).A total of 54 aroma-active compounds were detected.Principal component analysis showed that JZ1,JZ2,and JZ3 were well separated from each other.JZ1 as the premium-grade Baijiu had the highest aroma intensities,concentrations.According to aroma intensities and concentrations,dimethyl trisulfide,butanoic acid,phenylacetaldehyde,2-furylmethanethiol,ethyl hexanoate,2,6-dimethylpyrazine,etc.could be potentially applied as volatile makers to distinguish the three different grades of sesame-flavor Baijiu as their significant difference(P<0.05)in three Baijiu samples.Roasted aroma had the significant difference(P<0.05)in three sample base on aroma profiles.Meanwhile,2-furylmethanethiol,2,6-dimethylpyrazine were related to the roasted aroma,they may be had a significant contribution to the differences of three different grades of sesame-flavor Baijiu.This study has provided a comprehensive understanding of the differences of three different grades of sesame-flavor Baijiu.Dan Qin Jiawen Duan Hehe Li Fuping Zheng Huan Cheng Xingqian Ye Baoguo Sun 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,1:3
6Topography and soil content contribute to plant community composition and structure in subtropical evergreen-deciduous broadleaved mixed forests显示文摘Topography and soil factors are known to play crucial roles in the species composition of plant communities in subtropical evergreen-deciduous broadleaved mixed forests.In this study,we used a systematic quantitative approach to classify plant community types in the subtropical forests of Hubei Province(central China),and then quantified the relative contribution of drivers responsible for variation in species composition and diversity.We classified the subtropical forests in the study area into 12 community types.Of these,species diversity indices of three communities were significantly higher than those of others.In each community type,species richness,abundance,basal area and importance values of evergreen and deciduous species were different.In most community types,deciduous species richness was higher than that of evergreen species.Linear regression analysis showed that the dominant factors that affect species composition in each community type are elevation,slope,aspect,soil nitrogen content,and soil phosphorus content.Furthermore,structural equation modeling analysis showed that the majority of variance in species composition of plant communities can be explained by elevation,aspect,soil water content,litterfall,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus.Thus,the major factors that affect evergreen and deciduous species distribution across the 12 community types in subtropical evergreendeciduous broadleaved mixed forests include elevation,slope and aspect,soil total nitrogen content,soil total phosphorus content,soil available nitrogen content and soil available phosphorus content.Qichi Yang Hehe Zhang Lihui Wang Feng Ling Zhengxiang Wang Tingting Li Jinliang Huang 2021Plant Diversity2021,43,4:3
7Multi-element analysis of Baijiu(Chinese liquors)by ICP-MS and their classification according to geographical origin显示文摘Objectives:Investigating the element profiles of Be,Al,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Ag,Cd,Cs,La,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Pb,Th,and U of Baijiu(Chinese liquors),and setting up their classification according to geographical origin.Materials and Methods:Twenty-eight Chinese liquors from Shandong,Guizhou,and Sichuan provinces were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with the aid of matrix matching,online internal calibration,and direct injection to determine the concentrations of the aforementioned 26 elements.Multivariate statistical analysis,based on the contents of elements in the liquors,was applied to differentiate the liquors from different origins.Results:Both the cluster analysis based on 11 elements and the discriminant analysis based on 5 elements can separate the liquors of Shandong Province from others.A leave-one-out cross test of the discriminant analysis data resulted in 100 per cent accuracy regarding the recognition ability and prediction ability for the liquors from Shandong Province,and an overall 75.0 per cent accuracy of its prediction for all the 28 total liquors.Limitations:The liquors of Guizhou and Sichuan provinces can not be differentiated successfully.Conclusions:The liquors produced in Shandong Province can be differentiated in a great extent from Guizhou and Sichuan provinces based on the multivariate statistical analysis of the concentration of elements in liquors,while those of Guizhou and Sichuan provinces can not be differentiated successfully due to their geographical adjacency.Xuebo Song Min Hou Zhi Li Lin Zhu Fuping Zheng Mingquan Huang Xiaotao Sun Hehe Li Feng Chen Baoguo Sun 2018Food Quality and Safety2018,2,1:3
8Achieving high-capacity and long-life K^(+)storage enabled by constructing yolk-shell Sb_(2)S_(3)@N,S-doped carbon nanorod anodes显示文摘As promising anode candidates for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs),antimony sulfide(Sb_(2)S_(3))possesses high specific capacity but suffers from massive volume expansion and sluggish kinetics due to the large K^(+)insertion,resulting in inferior cycling and rate performance.To address these challenges,a yolk-shell structured Sb_(2)S_(3)confined in N,S co-doped hollow carbon nanorod(YS-Sb_(2)S_(3)@NSC)working as a viable anode for PIBs is proposed.As directly verified by in situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM),the buffer space between the Sb_(2)S_(3)core and thin carbon shell can effectively accommodate the large expansion stress of Sb_(2)S_(3)without cracking the shell and the carbon shell can accelerate electron transport and K^(+)diffusion,which plays a significant role in reinforcing the structural stability and facilitating charge transfer.As a result,the YS-Sb_(2)S_(3)@NSC electrode delivers a high reversible K^(+)storage capacity of 594.58 m A h g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)and a long cycle life with a slight capacity degradation(0.01%per cycle)for 2000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1)while maintaining outstanding rate capability.Importantly,utilizing in in situ/ex situ microscopic and spectroscopic characterizations,the origins of performance enhancement and K^(+)storage mechanism of Sb_(2)S_(3)were clearly elucidated.This work provides valuable insights into the rational design of high-performance and durable transition metal sulfides-based anodes for PIBs.Bensheng Xiao Hehe Zhang Zhefei Sun Miao Li Yingzhu Fan Haichen Lin Haodong Liu Bing Jiang Yanbin Shen Ming-Sheng Wang Meicheng Li Qiaobao Zhang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,1:1

10Effects of high hydrostatic pressure treatment on bacterial composition in donkey milk studied by high throughput sequencing显示文摘High hydrostatic pressure has become a non-thermal alternative to thermal pasteurization in dairy product processing.In this study,we investigated the effects of the treatment of high hydrostatic pressure on the bacterial composition in donkey milk using high-throughput sequencing technology and culture-dependent methods.Compared with the microbial composition in the untreated donkey milk,the relative percentage of Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter in donkey milk after high hydrostatic pressure was significantly decreased by 4.92%and 4.82%,respectively.Beta diversity analysis demonstrated that the treatment of high hydrostatic pressure affected the microbial composition in donkey milk significantly.The potential probiotic Enterococcus casseliflavus isolated from the untreated donkey milk has a good acidifying ability.This study revealed the effects of high hydrostatic pressure treatment on the microbial composition in donkey milk,exhibiting its practical industrial application and the potential use of biological resources in the future.Jiaqi Kong Wahafu Luoyizha Liang Zhao Congcong Fan Hehe Li Hui Li 2023Food Innovation and Advances2023,2,2:0
11Synergistic coupling of amorphous carbon and graphitic domains toward high-rate and long-life K^(+) storage显示文摘Amorphous carbon materials hold great potential for practical use in potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)due to their abundant resources,low cost and high structural stability.However,given the challenge of sluggish potassiation kinetics,the rate performance of amorphous carbon is severely hindered.Herein,amorphous carbon compounded with graphitic domains(HG-CNTs)was proposed as an advanced anode for PIBs.As directly verified by in situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM),the graphitic domains guarantee fast K-ions transport in the carbon composite at a high current density,while the amorphous carbon shells ensure the structural integrity during potassiation,thus boosting its fast and durable K^(+)storage.As a PlB anode,the HG-CNTs electrode exhibits not only a super-stable long-term cyclability(191.6 mAh g^(-1)at 1 A g^(-1)with almost no capacity decay over 3000 cycles),but also an outstanding rate performance(184.5 mAh g^(-1)at 2 A g^(-1)).Ex situ Raman and TEM results further suggest that the highly reversible structure of HG-CNTs is responsible for its superior electrochemical stability.This work provides helpful insights into the development of carbonaceous electrodes with both high rate capability and long cycle life for PIBs.Hehe Zhang Wangqin Li Jianhai Pan Zhefei Sun Bensheng Xiao Weibin Ye Chengzhi Ke Haowen Gao Yong Cheng Qiaobao Zhang Ming-Sheng Wang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,10:0

13Elucidate long-term changes of ozone in Shanghai based on an integrated machine learning method显示文摘Surface ozone(O_(3))is influenced by regional background and local photochemical formation under favorable meteorological conditions.Understanding the contribution of these factors to changes in O_(3)is crucial to address the issue of O_(3)pollution.In this study,we propose a novel integrated method that combines random forest,principal component analysis,and Shapley additive explanations to distinguish observed O_(3)into meteorologically affected ozone(O_(3_MET)),chemically formed from local emissions(O_(3_LC)),and regional background ozone(O_(3_RBG)).Applied to three typical stations in Shanghai during the warm season from 2013 to 2021,the results indicate that O_(3_RBG)in Shanghai was 48.8±0.3 ppb,accounting for 79.6%–89.4%at different sites,with an overall declining trend of 0.018 ppb/yr.O_(3_LC)at urban and regional sites ranged from 5.9–9.0 ppb and 8.9–14.6 ppb,respectively,which were significantly higher than the contributions of 2.5–7.4 ppb at an upwind background site.O_(3_MET)can be categorized into those affecting O_(3)photochemical generation and those changing O_(3)dispersion conditions,with absolute contributions to O_(3)ranging from 13.4–19.0 ppb and 13.1–13.7 ppb,respectively.We found that the O_(3)rebound in 2017,compared to 2013,was primarily influenced by unfavorable O_(3)dispersion conditions and unbalanced emission reductions;while the O_(3)decline in 2021,compared to 2017,was primarily influenced by overall favorable meteorological conditions and further emissions reduction.These findings highlight the challenge of understanding O_(3)change due to meteorology and regional background,emphasizing the need for systematic interpretation of the different components of O_(3).Jin Xue Fangting Wang Kun Zhang Hehe Zhai Dan Jin Yusen Duan Elly Yaluk Yangjun Wang Ling Huang Yuewu Li Thomas Lei Qingyan Fu Joshua S.Fu Li Li 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,11:0
14High-sensitive two-dimensional PbI_(2)photodetector with ultrashort channel显示文摘Photodetectors based on two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors have attracted many research interests owing to their excellent optoelectronic characteristics and application potential for highly integrated applications.However,the unique morphology of 2D materials also restricts the further improvement of the device performance,as the carrier transport is very susceptible to intrinsic and extrinsic environment of the materials.Here,we report the highest responsivity(172 A/W)achieved so far for a PbI_(2)-based photodetector at room temperature,which is an order of magnitude higher than previously reported.Thermal scanning probe lithography(t-SPL)was used to pattern electrodes to realize the ultrashort channel(~60 nm)in the devices.The shortening of the channel length greatly reduces the probability of the photo-generated carriers being scattered during the transport process,which increases the photocurrent density and thus the responsivity.Our work shows that the combination of emerging processing technologies and 2D materials is an effective route to shrink device size and improve device performance.Kaiyue He Jijie Zhu Zishun Li Zhe Chen Hehe Zhang Chao Liu Xu Zhang Shuo Wang Peiyi Zhao Yu Zhou Shizheng Zhang Yao Yin Xiaorui Zheng Wei Huang Lin Wang 2023Frontiers of physics2023,18,6:0
15Forkhead box protein O1(FoxO1)regulates lipids metabolism and cell proliferation mediated by insulin and PI3K-Akt-mTOR pathway in goose primary hepatocytes显示文摘In order to explore the role of forkhead box protein O1(FoxO1)in the lipid metabolism and cell proliferation,goose primary hepatocytes were isolated and incubated with insulin or PI3K-Akt-mTOR pathway dual inhibitor NVPBEZ235,and then transfected with FoxO1 interference plasmid.The related parameters of lipid metabolism and cell proliferation were measured.The results firstly showed that FoxO1 interference increased the intracellular TG and lipids concentration(P<0.05);and increased the proliferative index(PI),cell DNA synthesis,protein expression of Cyclin D1 in goose primary hepatocytes(P<0.05).Secondly,the co-treatment of insulin and FoxO1 interference increased the mRNA level and protein content of Cyclin D1(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference between the insulin treatment and the co-treatment of insulin and miR-FoxO1 interference in the intracellular TG and lipids concentration and PI(P>0.05).Lastly,the decrease of intracellular TG and lipids concentration and PI induced by NVP-BEZ235 was up-regulated by FoxO1 interference significantly(P<0.05).In summary,FoxO1 could regulate the lipids metabolism and cell proliferation mediated by PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway in goose primary hepatocytes.Further investigations are required to highlight the potential role of FoxO1 in the lipid metabolism and cell proliferation mediated by insulin in goose primary hepatocyte.RONGXUE WEI CHUNCHUN HAN FENGJIANG YE SHOUHAI WEI FANG HE HEHE LIU LIANG LI HONGYONG XU SHENQIANG HU XIANYIN ZENG 2022BIOCELL2022,46,1:0

17Influence of nitrogen status on fermentation performances of non-Saccharomyces yeasts:a review显示文摘Nitrogen,one of the most crucial nutrients present in grapes and musts,plays a key role in yeast activities during alcoholic fermentation.Such influences are imposed on yeast growth and fermentation performances including the formation of secondary metabolites.Saccharomyces cerevisiae,the main yeast responsible for fermentation,has been studied extensively regarding nitrogen impacts.On the other hand,a similar study for non-Saccharomyces yeasts,whose contributions to winemaking have gradually been acknowledged,remains to be fully explored,with a few studies being reported.This review starts by discussing nitrogen impacts on non-Saccharomyces yeast growth and fermentation kinetics in different case scenarios,then proceeds to summarize the nitrogen preferences of individual yeast strains with regulation mechanisms elucidated by recent studies.Detailed discussions on the influences on the production of volatile compounds and proposed pathways therein are made,followed by future work suggested as the final section.In summarizing the nitrogen impacts on non-Saccharomyces yeasts throughout alcoholic fermentation,this review will be helpful in obtaining a more comprehensive view on these non-conventional wine yeasts in terms of nutrient requirements and corresponding volatile production.Research gaps will therefore be elucidated for future research.Jinchen Li Mengmeng Yuan Nan Meng Hehe Li Jinyuan Sun Baoguo Sun 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,2:0

19Effects of manganese substitution on magnetic and magnetostrictive properties of Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)/epoxy composites with spherical single-crystal particles显示文摘Spherical Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)(x=0,0.05,0.10 and 0.15)single-crystal particles were prepared.The magnetic anisotropy of the alloy decreases as x increases from 0 to 0.15.Subsequently,we prepared giant magnetostrictive composites with these spherical Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)single-crystal particles.As a consequence,well<111>-orie nted Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)composites with 55 vol%Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x))_(1.92)particles were obtained.The Tb_(0.5)Dy_(0.5)(Fe_(0.9)Mn_(0.1))_(2)composite manifests a good low-field magnetostrictive property and saturation magnetostriction at an axial pressure of 10 MPa,λ_(‖,saturation)≈2100 ppm,which is larger than that of the commercially available Terfenol-D(1400-1800 ppm).The preparation of composites with single crystal spherical powders may be an effective solution of developing high-performance magnetostrictive composites.Dashun Dong Geng Wei Jin Qian Ye Huang Li Zhang Hehe Ding Yangguang Shi Shaolong Tang 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,8:0
20Multidimensional optical tweezers synthetized by rigid-body emulated structured light显示文摘Structured light with more extended degrees of freedom(DoFs)and in higher dimensions is increasingly gaining traction and leading to breakthroughs such as super-resolution imaging,larger-capacity communication,and ultraprecise optical trapping or tweezers.More DoFs for manipulating an object can access more maneuvers and radically increase maneuvering precision,which is of significance in biology and related microscopic detection.However,manipulating particles beyond three-dimensional(3D)spatial manipulation by using current all-optical tweezers technology remains difficult.To overcome this limitation,we theoretically and experimentally present six-dimensional(6D)structured optical tweezers based on tailoring structured light emulating rigid-body mechanics.Our method facilitates the evaluation of the methodology of rigid-body mechanics to synthesize six independent DoFs in a structured optical trapping system,akin to six-axis rigid-body manipulation,including surge,sway,heave,roll,pitch,and yaw.In contrast to previous 3D optical tweezers,our 6D structured optical tweezers significantly improved the flexibility of the path design of complex trajectories,thereby laying the foundation for next-generation functional optical manipulation,assembly,and micromechanics.LIUHAO ZHU YUPING TAI HEHE LI HUAJIE HU XINZHONG LI YANGJIAN CAI YIJIE SHEN 2023Photonics Research2023,11,9:0
