1Preparation of Highly Crystalline Microcrystalline Cellulose by Hydrolysis of Cellulose with Phosphotungstic Acid显示文摘Phosphotungstic acid(H_3PW_(12)O_(40), HPW), a kind of solid acid, is widely used for hydrolyzing cellulose to prepare microcrystalline cellulose(MCC). MCC is usually used in food, synthetic leather, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The use of response surface methodology(RSM)can help avoid the random error caused by single factor experimental design,reduce test times and cost, and improve quality. The RSM was used in this study to determine the following optimal process conditions: H^+ molar quantity, 31 mmol/L; reaction temperature, 93℃; reaction time, 2 h; and solid to liquid ratio, 1∶38. Under these conditions, the crystallinity of MCC was77.4%. 3Improved Keystroke Authentication Accuracy Based on Statistics and Weight显示文摘In order to improve the recognition accuracy of keystroke authentication, a methodology based on feature extraction of keystroke sequence is presented in this paper. Firstly, the data of the users' keystroke feature information that has too much deviation with the mean deviation is filtered out. Secondly, the probability of each input key is calculated and 10 values which do not have the best features are selected. Thirdly, they are weighed and a score evaluating the extent to which the user could be authenticated successfully is calculated. The benefit of using a third-party data set is more objective and comparable. 7An overview of the switching parameter variation of RRAM显示文摘Resistive random access memory(RRAM) has been considered as one of the most promising candidates for next-generation nonvolatile memory, due to its advantages of simple device structure, excellent scalability, fast operation speed and low power consumption. Deeply understanding the physical mechanism and effectively controlling the statistical variation of switching parameters are the basis of fostering RRAM into commercial application. In this paper, based on the deep understanding on the mechanism of the formation and rupture of conductive filament, we summarize the methods of analyzing and modeling the statistics of switching parameters such as SET/RESET voltage, current, speed or time. Then, we analyze the distributions of switching parameters and the influencing factors. Additionally, we also sum up the analytical model of resistive switching statistics composed of the cell-based percolation model and SET/RESET switching dynamics. The results of the model can successfully explain the experimental distributions of switching parameters of the Ni O- and Hf O2-based RRAM devices. The model also provides theoretical guide on how to improve the uniformity and reliability such as disturb immunity. 17Extraction,separation and refining of microcrystalline cellulose from wheat straw using various pretreatments显示文摘This study focused on the manufacture of microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)from wheat straw using environmentally-friendly solvents.Raw cellulose was separated from wheat straw after thermal decomposition of lignin followed by dissolution of lignin using a recyclable ethanol/acetic acid/water solvent system.Then,pure cellulose was produced using a four-step refining process,including chelating,O_(3),H_(2)O_(2),and xylanase treatments.Finally,MCC was obtained through hydrolysis,drying,and mechanical treatments.The effects of acetic acid,O_(3),H_(2)O_(2),NaOH,pretreatment time,and temperature on the properties of wheat straw cellulose(including Kappa number,yield,α-cellulose content,crystallinity,KMnO4 value,degree of polymerization(DP),and brightness)were investigated.The results showed that the addition of acetic acid enhanced lignin removal and hemicellulose degradation,improving the purity of the raw cellulose.The optimized acetic acid dosage in the wheat straw thermal decomposition step was 2%(w/w).The optimized O_(3)dosage was 1.2%(w/w).The optimized conditions for H_(2)O_(2)treatment were found to be 3%(w/w)H_(2)O_(2)and 1.8%(w/w)NaOH at 70°C for 120 min.The KMnO4 value was 2.0,brightness was 84.1%ISO,the viscosity was 934 mL/g,and the DP was 626 for refined cellulose.Xylanase effectively improved theα-cellulose content of wheat straw cellulose.With an optimized xylanase dosage of 1.5 IU/g,theα-cellulose content was 94.7%,the brightness was 85.6%ISO,and the DP was 615 for wheat straw cellulose.Li Jinbao Dong Huiling Xiu Huijuan Zhang Meiyun Kamireddy Srinivas Reddy Zhang Xuefei Ji Yun 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,2:0
18Fast optical wavefront engineering for controlling light propagation in dynamic turbid media显示文摘While propagating inside the strongly scattering biological tssue,photons lose their incident directions beyond one transport mean free path(TMFP,~1 millimeter(mm)),which makes it challenging to achieve optical focusing or clear imaging deep inside tissue.By manipulating many degrees of the incident optical wavefront,the latest optical wavefront engineering(WFE)technology compensates the wavelfront distortions caused by the scattering media and thus is toward breaking this physical limit,bringing bright perspective to many applications deep inside tissue,eg,high resolution functional/molecular imaging,optical excitation(optogenetics)and optical tweezers.However,inside the dynamic turbid media such as the biological tissue,the wavefront distortion is a fast and continuously changing process whose decorrelation rate is on timescales from milliseconds(ms)to microseconds(μs),or even faster.This requires that the WFE technology should be capable of beating this rapid process.In this review,we discuss the major challenges faced by the WFE technology due to the fast decorrelation of dynamic turbid media such as living tissue when achieving light focusing/imaging and summarize the research progress achieved to date to overcome these challenges.Meiyun Xia Deyu Li Ling Wang Daifa Wang 2019Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2019,,4:0
