6Investigation of Localized Transition of MEH-PPV by SPS显示文摘The investigations of surface photovoltage spectra are performed on thin films of poly[2 methoxy 5 (2′ ethyl hexyloxy) 1, 4 phenylene vinylene] in order to determine its photoelectric properties. It is found that a localized subgap electronic transition causes a polarity opposite band to band electronic transition(π-π *). This transition results in an electronic level transition from the valence band to a local state in the conduction band.KANG Bo nan 1, HUANG Zong hao 2, XIE Teng feng 5, CHEN Li chun 3, WANG De jun 5, CHANG Yu chun 1, LIU Yang 1, SONG Jun feng 1, WANG Rong shun 2, CHANG R P H 4, DU Guo tong 1 (1.State Key Lab. on Integrated Optoelectron., Jilin U 2002Semiconductor Photonics and Technology2002,8,3:1

11EISCAT Observations of Main Ionization Troughs in the High-Latitude Ionosphere显示文摘WT5”HZ] F region electron density depletions associated with main ionization troughs in the high latitude ionosphere are studied using EISCAT CP3 data of meridian scanning experiments. The troughs in our observations are found to appear mainly in dusk sector, extending from late afternoon to pre midnight, with higher occurrence rate during equinox and winter. Simultaneous ion drift velocity in F region shows that the main trough minimum is mostly located at the equator ward edge of the plasma convection flow, rather than in the region where the largest ion flow are observed.LIU Peng 1 ,MA Shu ying 1,2 ,K. 15Adsorption of acetanilide herbicides on soil and its components Ⅱ. Adsorption and catalytic hydrolysis of diethatyl-ethyl on saturated Na^+-, K^+-, Ca^(2+)-, and Mg^(2+)- montmorillonite显示文摘Adsorption and catalytic hydrolysis of the herbicide diethatyl ethyl [N chloroacetyl N (2,6 diethylphenyl)glycine ethyl ester] on homoionic Na + , K + , Ca 2+ , and Mg 2+ montmorillonite clays were investigated in water solution. The Freundlich adsorption coefficient, K f, got from isotherms on clay followed the order of Na +≈K +>Mg 2+ ≈Ca 2+ . Analysis of FT IR spectra of diethatyl ethyl adsorbed on clay suggests probable bonding at the carboxyl and amide carbonyl groups of the herbicide. The rate of herbicide hydrolysis in homoionic clay suspensions followed the same order as that for adsorption, indicating that adsorption may have preceded and thus caused hydrolysis. Preliminary product identification showed that hydrolysis occurred via nucleophilic substitution at the carboxyl carbon, causing the cleavage of the ester bond and formation of diethatyl and its dechlorinated derivative, and at the amide carbon, yielding an ethyl ester derivative and its acid. These pathways also suggest that hydrolysis of diethatyl ethyl was catalyzed by adsorption on the clay surface.LIU Wei ping 1, FANG Zhuo 2, LIU Hui jun 1, YANG Wei chun 1(1.Institute of Environmental Science, Zhejiang University at Yuquan Campus, Hangzhou 310027, China.
