Object Detection Research of SAR Image Using Improved Faster Region-Based Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘Target detection technology of synthetic aperture radar(SAR)imageis widely used in the field of military reconnaissance and surveillance. The traditional SAR image target detection methods need to be provided a lot of empirical knowledge because the characteristics of SAR images in different configurations(attitude, pitch angle, imaging parameters, etc.)will change greatly, resulting in high generalization error.Currently, deep learning method has achieved great success in the field of image processing.Research shows that deep learning can achieve a more intrinsic description of the data, while the model has a stronger ability of modeling and generalization. In order to solve the problem of insufficient data in SAR data sets,an experimental system for acquiring SAR image data in real scenes was built. Then the transfer learning method and the improved convolution neural network algorithm(PCA+Faster R-CNN)are applied to improve the target detection precision. Finally, experimental results demonstrate the significant effectiveness of the proposed method.Long SUN Tao WU Guangcai SUN Dazheng FENG Lieshu TONG Mengdao XING 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,3:13
Clinical characteristics and prognosis of community-acquired pneumonia in autoimmune disease-induced显示文摘BACKGROUND:Community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)in autoimmune diseases(AID)-induced immunocompromised host(ICH)had a high incidence and poor prognosis. However, only a few studies had determined the clinical characteristics of these patients. Our study was to explore the characteristics and predictors of mortality in CAP patients accompanied with AID-induced ICH.METHODS:From 2013 to 2018,a total of 94 CAP patients accompanied with AID-induced ICH,admitted to Emergency Department of Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University, were enrolled in this study.Clinical data and the risk regression estimates of repeated predictors were evaluated by generalized estimating equations(GEEs)analysis. An open-cohort approach was used to classify patient's outcomes into the survival or non-survival group.RESULTS:The hospital mortality of patients with CAP occurring in AID-induced ICH was 60.64%.No significant differences were found with respect to clinical symptoms and lung images between survival and non-survival groups, while renal insufficiency and dysfunction of coagulation had higher proportions in non-survival patients(P<0.05).Both noninvasive ventilation(NIV)and invasive mechanical ventilation(IMV)were performed more frequently in non-survival group(P<0.05).By the multivariate GEEs analysis, the repeated measured longitudinal indices of neutrophilto-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)(odds ratio[OR]=1.055,95%confidence interval[95%CI]1.025–1.086),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)(OR=1.004,95%CI 1.002–1.006)and serum creatinine(s Cr)(OR=1.018,95%CI 1.008–1.028),were associated with a higher risk of mortality.CONCLUSION:The CAP patients in AID-induced ICH had a high mortality.A significant relationship was demonstrated between the factors of NLR,LDH,s Cr and mortality risk in these patients.Zhong-shu Kuang Yi-lin Yang Wei Wei Jian-li Wang Xiang-yu Long Ke-yong Li Chao-yang Tong Zhan Sun Zhen-ju Song 2020World Journal of Emergency Medicine2020,11,3:12

In particular, its wide field monitoring capabilities will be highly instrumental to detect the electro-magnetic counterparts of gravitational wave sources. The paper provides a detailed description of:(1) the technological and technical aspects, and the expected performance of the instruments of the scientific payload;(2) the elements and functions of the mission, from the spacecraft to the ground segment.ShuangNan Zhang Andrea Santangelo Marco Feroci YuPeng Xu FangJun Lu Yong Chen Hua Feng Shu Zhang Sφren Brandt Margarita Hernanz Luca Baldini Enrico Bozzo Riccardo Campana Alessandra De Rosa YongWei Dong Yuri Evangelista Vladimir Karas Norbert Meidinger Aline Meuris Kirpal Nandra Teng Pan Giovanni Pareschi Piotr Orleanski QiuShi Huang Stephane Schanne Giorgia Sironi Daniele Spiga Jiri Svoboda Gianpiero Tagliaferri Christoph Tenzer Andrea Vacchi Silvia Zane Dave Walton ZhanShan Wang Berend Winter Xin Wu Jean J.M.in't Zand Mahdi Ahangarianabhari Giovanni Ambrosi Filippo Ambrosino Marco Barbera Stefano Basso Jörg Bayer Ronaldo Bellazzini Pierluigi Bellutti Bruna Bertucci Giuseppe Bertuccio Giacomo Borghi XueLei Cao Franck Cadoux Francesco Ceraudo TianXiang Chen Yu Peng Chen Jerome Chevenez Marta Civitani Wei Cui WeiWei Cui Thomas Dauser Ettore Del Monte Sergio Di Cosimo Sebastian Diebold Victor Doroshenko Michal Dovciak YuanYuan Du Lorenzo Ducci QingMei Fan Yannick Favre Fabio Fuschino JoséLuis Ga'lvez Min Gao MingYu Ge Olivier Gevin Marco Grassi QuanYing Gu YuDong Gu DaWei Han Bin Hong Wei Hu Long Ji ShuMei Jia WeiChun Jiang Thomas Kennedy Ingo Kreykenbohm Irfan Kuvvetli Claudio Labanti Luca Latronico Gang Li MaoShun Li Xian Li Wei Li ZhengWei Li Olivier Limousin HongWei Liu XiaoJing Liu Bo Lu Tao Luo Daniele Macera Piero Malcovati Adrian Martindale Malgorzata Michalska Bin Meng Massimo Minuti Alfredo Morbidini Fabio Muleri Stephane Paltani Emanuele Perinati Antonino Picciotto Claudio Piemonte JinLu Qu Alexandre Rachevski Irina Rashevskaya Jerome Rodriguez Thomas Schanz ZhengXiang Shen LiZhi Sheng JiangBo Song LiMing Song Carmelo Sgro Liang Sun Ying Tan Phil Uttley Bo Wang DianLong Wang GuoFeng Wang Juan Wang LangPing Wang YuSa Wang Anna L.Watts XiangYang Wen Jörn Wilms ShaoLin Xiong JiaWei Yang Sheng Yang YanJi Yang Nian Yu WenDa Zhang Gianluigi Zampa Nicola Zampa Andrzej A.Zdziarski AiMei Zhang ChengMo Zhang Fan Zhang Long Zhang Tong Zhang Yi Zhang XiaoLi Zhang ZiLiang Zhang BaoSheng Zhao ShiJie Zheng Yu Peng Zhou Nicola Zorzi J.Frans Zwart 2019Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2019,62,2:11
Surface pollen distribution patterns in Beibu Gulf and corresponding sediment dynamics environment显示文摘The Beibu Gulf is a semi-enclosed gulf in the northwest of the South China Sea.We palynologically analyzed 306 surface sediment samples from the eastern Beibu Gulf to improve bioclimatic interpretation of fossil pollen records there.Surface pollen assemblages could be classified into five pollen regions based on the distributions of total, arboreal, herbaceous and fern pollen concentrations.Four high-concentration and three low-concentration subregions could be distinguished within these regions. The distribution patterns of surface pollen assemblages were consistent with those of grain sizes of surface sediments.Sediments from regions with high pollen concentrations were very fine and fine silts (>7.0,<0.008 mm),whereas those with low pollen concentrations were fine sand (<3.5,>0.088 mm).Sedimentary heterogeneity of surface pollen assemblages was closely related to pollen source, transportation and sedimentation controlled by ocean currents, tides and waves, and oceanic bottom topography.Fern spores exhibited higher percentages along the east margins of the region, while arboreal types like Pinus increased in concentration towards the center.Herbaceous pollen appeared in high percentages around seacoasts near their source areas.Dacrydium and mangrove pollen were distributed near their source regions at low percentages. We discuss the sediment dynamic environments in the eastern Beibu Gulf based on surface pollen distributions. The estuary region is an important access to the sea basin and a depositional site for terrestrial pollen grains.Coastal regions can accumulate pollen due to the back-and-forth movements of tides there.Although ocean currents on a gulf scale tend to spread pollen grains, the interaction of multiple currents could lead to pollen accumulation and deposition.Low surface pollen concentrations in the northeast shallow-water regions of the eastern Beibu Gulf could be attributed to repeated washing and sediment floatation caused by severe wave activities during the summer.Strong tides in Qiongzhou Strait frequently wash the seabed and disadvantage pollen deposition, leading to low surface pollen concentrations there.TONG GuoBan CHEN Lian LONG JiangPing LI TuanJie XIAO XiaYun TONG SongMei 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,8:8
Classification of the Gut Microbiota of Patients in Intensive Care Units During Development of Sepsis and Septic Shock显示文摘The gut microbiota of intensive care unit(ICU)patients displays extreme dysbiosis associated with increased susceptibility to organ failure, sepsis, and septic shock. However, such dysbiosis is difficult to characterize owing to the high dimensional complexity of the gut microbiota. We tested whether the concept of enterotype can be applied to the gut microbiota of ICU patients to describe the dysbiosis. We collected 131 fecal samples from 64 ICU patients diagnosed with sepsis or septic shock and performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing to dissect their gut microbiota compositions.During the development of sepsis or septic shock and during various medical treatments, the ICU patients always exhibited two dysbiotic microbiota patterns,or ICU-enterotypes,which could not be explained by host properties such as age, sex, and body mass index,or external stressors such as infection site and antibiotic use.ICU-enterotype I(ICU E1)comprised predominantly Bacteroides and an unclassified genus of Enterobacteriaceae, while ICU-enterotype II(ICU E2)comprised predominantly Enterococcus.Among more critically ill patients with Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II(APACHE II)scores>18,septic shock was more likely to occur with ICU E1(P=0.041).Additionally,ICU E1 was correlated with high serum lactate levels(P=0.007).Therefore,different patterns of dysbiosis were correlated with different clinical outcomes, suggesting that ICU-enterotypes should be diagnosed as independent clinical indices. Thus, the microbial-based human index classifier we propose is precise and effective for timely monitoring of ICU-enterotypes of individual patients. This work is a first step toward precision medicine for septic patients based on their gut microbiota profiles.Wanglin Liu Mingyue Cheng Jinman Li Peng Zhang Hang Fan Qinghe Hu Maozhen Han Longxiang Su Huaiwu He Yigang Tong Kang Ning Yun Long 2020Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,6:7
Coexistence of normal, super-, and hyper-deformation in nuclei: A study with angular momentum projection method显示文摘Angular-momentum-projected energy surface calculations for A ≈ 110 nuclei indicate three distinct energy minima occurring at different angular-momenta. These correspond to normal, super-, and hy- per-deformed shapes coexisting in one nucleus. 110Pd is studied in detail, with a quantitative prediction on super- and hyper-deformed spectra by the Projected Shell Model calculation. It is found that several other neighboring nuclei in the A-110 mass region, with the neutron number around 64, also exhibit clear super- and hyper-deformation minima in the projected calculation.SUN Yang1,2, ZHANG JingYe3, LONG GuiLu4,5 & WU ChengLi6,7 1 Department of Physics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai 200240, China 2 Joint Institute for Nuclear Astrophysics, University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana 46556, USA 3 Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee 37996, USA 4 Department of Physics, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China 5 Center of Nuclear Theory, Lanzhou National Laboratory of Heavy Ion Accelerator, Lanzhou 730000, China 6 Department of Physics, Xiamen University, Xiamen 361005, China 7 Department of Physics, Chung Yuan Christian University, Chung-Li, Taiwan 32023, China 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,3:7
A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. 8Photocatalytic degradation of amoxicillin by carbon quantum dots modified K2Ti6O13 nanotubes:Effect of light wavelength显示文摘A novel carbon quantum dots modified potassium titanate nanotubes(CQDs/K2 Ti6 O13)composite photocatalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal treatment combined with calcination.X-ray diffraction(XRD)pattern and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)indicated formation of potassium titanate nanotubes and successful deposition of CQDs onto K2 Ti6 O13.The photocatalytic performance of CQDs/K2 Ti6 O13 composite was evaluated by degradation of amoxicillin(AMX)under the irradiation of visible light and lights with the wavelengths of 365,385,420,450,485,520,595 and 630 nm.The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of CQDs/K2 Ti6 O13 hybrid material was greatly enhanced compared with the neat K2 Ti6 O13 calcined at 300 ℃.The narrowed band gap energy(Eg)and transfer of photo-excited electron by CQDs inhibited the immediate combination of electron-hole pairs, thus promoting photocatalytic activity.Moreover,CQ,Ds/K2 Ti6 O13 exhibited a broad spectrum of photocatalytic ability and it was interesting that the photocatalytic activity decreased with the increase of the irradiation wavelength.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)quenching tests suggested the hole(h^+)and hydroxyl radical(^·OH)played the primary roles in photocatalytic degradation of AMX.Moreover,CQ.Ds/K2 Ti6 O13 showed good reusability for AMX photocatalytic degradation after five successive runs. This study proposed an available method for titanate nanomaterials modification, and the developed novel CQDs/K2 Ti6 O13hyb rid material is p ro mising fo r potential application on antibiotics removal fro m water and wastewater.Qiankun Chen Long Chen Juanjuan Qi Yingqian Tong Yitao Lv Chaokai Xu Jinren Ni Wen Liu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,6:6
The forecast of anticancer targets of cryptotanshinone based on reverse pharmacophore-based screening technology显示文摘Anticancer targets of cryptotanshinone were evaluated and rapidly forecasted with PharmMapper, a reverse pharmacophore-based screening platform, as well as drug target databases, including PDTD, DrugBank and TTD. The pathway analyses for the collection of anticancer targets screened were carried out based on the KEGG pathway database, followed by the forecast of potential pharmacological activities and pathways of the effects of cryptotanshinone, and verification of some of the targets screened using whole cell tests. The results showed that a total of eight targets with anticancer potential were screened, including MAP2K1, RARα, RXRα, PDK1, CHK1, AR, Ang-1 R, and Kif11. These targets are mainly related to four aspects of the cancer growth: the cell cycle, angiogenesis, apoptosis, and androgen receptor. The cell tests showed that cryptotanshinone can inhibit the viability of human hepatoma cells SMMC-7721, which is related to the reduction of expression of MAP2K1 mRNA. This method provides a strong clue for the study of the anticancer effects and mechanisms of action of cryptotanshinone in the future.YUAN Dong-Ping LONG Jun LU Yin LIN Jie TONG Li 2014Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2014,12,6:5
Consensus on the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique显示文摘With the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique(DETT), many diseases that previously would have been treated by surgery are now endoscopically curable by establishing a submucosal tunnel between the mucosa and muscularis propria(MP). Through the tunnel, endoscopic diagnosis or treatment is performed for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP, and even outside the gastrointestinal(GI) tract. At present, the tunnel technique application range covers the following:(1)Treatment of lesions originating from the mucosal layer, e.g., endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection for oesophageal large or circular early-stage cancer or precancerosis;(2) treatment of lesions from the MP layer, per-oral endoscopic myotomy, submucosal tunnelling endoscopic resection, etc.; and(3) diagnosis and treatment of lesions outside the GI tract, such as resection of lymph nodes and benign tumour excision in the mediastinum or abdominal cavity. With the increasing number of DETTs performed worldwide, endoscopic tunnel therapeutics, which is based on DETT, has been gradually developed and optimized. However, there is not yet an expert consensus on DETT to regulate its indications, contraindications, surgical procedure, and postoperative treatment. The International DETT Alliance signed up this consensus to standardize the procedures of DETT. In this consensus, we describe the definition, mechanism, and significance of DETT, prevention of infection and concepts of DETTassociated complications, methods to establish a submucosal tunnel, and application of DETT for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP and outside the GI tract(indications and contraindications, procedures, pre-and postoperative treatments, effectiveness, complications and treatments, and a comparison between DETT and other operations).Ning-Li Chai Hui-Kai Li En-Qiang Linghu Zhao-Shen Li Shu-Tian Zhang Yu Bao Wei-Gang Chen Philip WY Chiu Tong Dang Wei Gong Shu-Tang Han Jian-Yu Hao Shui-Xiang He Bing Hu1 Bing Hu2 Xiao-Jun Huang Yong-Hui Huang Zhen-Dong Jin Mouen A Khashab James Lau Peng Li Rui Li De-Liang Liu Hai-Feng Liu Jun Liu Xiao-Gang Liu Zhi-Guo Liu Ying-Cai Ma Gui-Yong Peng Long Rong Wei-Hong Sha Pateek Sharma Jian-Qiu Sheng Shui-Sheng Shi Dong Wan Seo Si-Yu Sun Gui-Qi Wang Wen Wang Qi Wu Hong Xu Mei-Dong Xu Ai-Ming Yang Fang Yao Hong-Gang Yu Ping-Hong Zhou Bin Zhang Xiao-Feng Zhang Ya-Qi Zhai 2019World Journal of Gastroenterology2019,25,7:5
Selective depression action of taurine in flotation separation of specularite and chlorite显示文摘Chlorite,as the most representative gangue mineral associated with specularite,of which the separation of these two minerals is difficult. This paper investigated the depression effect of taurine on specularite/chlorite separation via flotation experiments, adsorption tests, contact angle measurements,Zeta potential detection,FT-IR measurements, and XPS analyses. The results of single mineral flotation indicated that chlorite could be depressed selectively by taurine with the recovery of less than 30%,but the floatability of specularite remains high with recovery rate of 81.77%at pH 10.The artificial mixed mineral flotation results confirmed the effectiveness of taurine as a depressant.Surface adsorption, contact angle, and Zeta potential detection revealed taurine primarily adsorbs on the chlorite surface, which hampered the DDA’s subsequent adsorption and results in the chlorite’s poor floatability. The FT-IR spectra and XPS analyses provided further proof that taurine adsorbed on chlorite surface as an electron donor, and part of the electrons transferred from the sulfonic acid group of taurine to metal ions during the adsorption process. In addition, the hydrogen bond between amino-group of taurine and O ions in chlorite surface was also formed in the adsorption process. Finally, optimized adsorption configurations of taurine on chlorite surfaces were proposed.Mingyang Li Cheng Yang Zhaoyang Wu Xiangpeng Gao Xiong Tong Xiankun Yu Hongming Long 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,3:4
Liquid-liquid phase separation in human health and diseases显示文摘Emerging evidence suggests that liquid-liquid phase separation(LLPS)represents a vital and ubiquitous phenomenon underlying the formation of membraneless organelles in eukaryotic cells(also known as biomolecular condensates or droplets).Recent studies have revealed evidences that indicate that LLPS plays a vital role in human health and diseases. In this review,we describe our current understanding of LLPS and summarize its physiological functions. We further describe the role of LLPS in the development of human diseases.Additionally,we review the recently developed methods for studying LLPS.Although LLPS research is in its infancy-but is fast-growing-it is clear that LLPS plays an essential role in the development of pathophysiological conditions. This highlights the need for an overview of the recent advances in the field to translate our current knowledge regarding LLPS into therapeutic discoveries.Bin Wang Lei Zhang Tong Dai Ziran Qin Huasong Lu Long Zhang Fangfang Zhou 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,9:4
A systematic review of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine candidates显示文摘Advanced natural killer/T cell lymphoma(NKTL)has demonstrated poor prognosis with currently available therapies. Here,we report the efficacy of anti-programmed death 1(PD-1)antibody with the P-GEMOX(pegaspargase,gemcitabine,and oxaliplatin)regimen in advanced NKTL.Nine patients underwent six 21-day cycles of anti-PD-1 antibody(day 1),pegaspargase 2000 U/m2(day 1),gemcitabine 1 g/m2(days 1 and 8)and oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2(day 1),followed by anti-PD-1 antibody maintenance every 3 weeks.Programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)expression and genetic alterations were determined in paraffin-embedded pretreatment tissue samples using immunohistochemistry and next-generation sequencing(NGS)analysis.Responses were assessed using 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography(18FDG-PET)and computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging.Eight patients exhibited significant responses, comprising of seven complete remissions and one partial remission(overall response rate:88.9%).After a median follow-up of 10.6 months,6/9 patients(66.7%)remained in complete remission. The most common grade 3/4 adverse events were anemia(33.3%),neutropenia(33.3%),and thrombocytopenia(33.3%);all of which were manageable and resolved.Immunochemotherapy produced a high response rate in patients with positive PD-L1 expression(5/6,83.3%).NGS analysis suggested that STAT3/JAK3/PD-L1 alterations and ARID1A mutation were associated with immunochemotherapy efficacy.Mutation in DDX3X and alteration in epigenetic modifiers of KMT2D,TET2,and BCORL1 might indicate a poor response to immunochemotherapy. In conclusion, the anti-PD-1 antibody plus P-GEMOX regimen demonstrated promising efficacy in advanced NKTL.PD-L1 expression combined with specific genetic alterations could be used as potential biomarkers to predict therapeutic responses to immunochemotherapy.Yetian Dong Tong Dai Yujun Wei Long Zhang Min Zheng Fangfang Zhou 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:4
Alterations in microbiota of patients with COVID-19:potential mechanisms and therapeutic interventions显示文摘The global coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic is currently ongoing. It is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).A high proportion of COVID-19 patients exhibit gastrointestinal manifestations such as diarrhea, nausea,or vomiting. Moreover, the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts are the primary habitats of human microbiota and targets for SARS-CoV-2 infection as they express angiotensin-converting enzyme-2(ACE2)and transmembrane protease serine 2(TMPRSS2)at high levels. There is accumulating evidence that the microbiota are significantly altered in patients with COVID-19 and post-acute COVID-19 syndrome(PACS).Bin Wang Lei Zhang Yongqiang Wang Tong Dai Ziran Qin Fangfang Zhou Long Zhang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,5:3

The interactions between cGAS-STING pathway and pathogens显示文摘Cytosolic DNA is an indicator of pathogen invasion or DNA damage. The cytosolic DNA sensor cyclic guanosine monophosphateadenosine monophosphate(cGAMP)synthase(cGAS)detects DNA and then mediates downstream immune responses through the molecule stimulator of interferon genes(STING,also known as MITA,MPYS,ERIS and TMEM173).Recent studies focusing on the roles of the cGAS-STING pathway in evolutionary distant species have partly sketched how the mammalian cGAS-STING pathways are shaped and have revealed its evolutionarily conserved mechanism in combating pathogens. Both this pathway and pathogens have developed sophisticated strategies to counteract each other for their survival. Here,we summarise current knowledge on the interactions between the cGAS-STING pathway and pathogens from both evolutionary and mechanistic perspectives.Deeper insight into these interactions might enable us to clarify the pathogenesis of certain infectious diseases and better harness the cGAS-STING pathway for antimicrobial methods.Zhangliang Cheng Tong Dai Xuelin He Zhengkui Zhang Feng Xie Shuai Wang Long Zhang Fangfang Zhou 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:3
A novel non-enzymatic hydrogen peroxide sensor based on Co:ZnO modified electrodes显示文摘There is currently intense interest in the use of nanoparticles for a wide range of biomedical and technological applications. In this paper, the hierarchical Co doped ZnO nanoflowers were synthesized by a facile wet chemical method and explored as biosensing material. The as-modified novel hydrogen peroxide sensor exhibited a wide linear range(0.25–20 mM), highly reproducible response(R.S.D. of 2.7%) and long-term stability. The doping Co^(2+)ions carried out the oxidations rapidly and efficiently for the catalysis of hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2). A high activity toward H_2O_2 in the presence of ascorbic acid(AA) and NaNO_2, which are only common for natural enzymes, has also been demonstrated. The good analytical performance, low cost and straightforward preparation method makes this doped semiconductor promising for a wide range of potential applications in medicine, biotechnology and environmental chemistry.Long Wang Tong Wu Han Wu Jun Zhong Ning Wang Rongming Wang 2018Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2018,28,1:2
