| 1 | Preparation and Characterization of Mesophase Pitch via Co-Carbonization of Waste Polyethylene/Petroleum Pitch显示文摘The low-cost petroleum pitch and waste polyethylene(WPE) were used as raw materials to prepare the mesophase pitch by co-carbonization method and the forming mechanization of mesophase pitch was also investigated.Polarized microscopy,softening point,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) were used to characterize and analyze the properties and structure of the mesophase pitch.The results showed that the carbonization yield of the modified pitch was high when 1-2 wt%WPE was added and the property of mesophase pitch(MP1-450-4 and MP2-450-4)prepared by thermal polymerization was excellent.Moreover,when the treatment temperature was above 420℃,the mesophase development of the modified pitch may be entire and 100%streamline texture mesophase can form.During the co-carbonization of WPE/petroleum pitch,a large number of naphthenic structures and methylene bridges may be generated,which can improve the properties of the obtained mesophase pitch. | Youliang Cheng Lu Yang Tao Luo Changqing Fang Jian Su Jian Hui | 2015 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,8: | 3 |

| 6 | Boosting High-Voltage and Ultralong-Cycling Performance of Single-Crystal LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2) Cathode Materials via Three-in-One Modification显示文摘LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2) is extensively researched as one of the most widely used commercially materials for Li-ion batteries at present.However,the poor high-voltage performance(≥4.3 V)with low reversible capacity limits its replacement for LiCoO_(2) in high-end digital field.Herein,three-in-one modification,Na-doping and Al_(2)O_(3)@Li_(3)BO_(3) dual-coating simultaneously,is explored for single-crystalline LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2)(N-NCM@AB),which exhibits excellent high-voltage performance.N-NCM@AB displays a discharge-specific capacity of 201.8 mAh g^(−1) at 0.2 C with a high upper voltage of 4.6 V and maintains 158.9 mAh g^(−1) discharge capacity at 1 C over 200 cycles with the corresponding capacity retention of 87.8%.Remarkably,the N-NCM@AB||graphite pouch-type full cell retains 81.2% of its initial capacity with high working voltage of 4.4 V over 1600 cycles.More importantly,the fundamental understandings of three-in-one modification on surface morphology,crystal structure,and phase transformation of N-NCM@AB are clearly revealed.The Na+doped into the Li–O slab can enhance the bond energy,stabilize the crystal structure,and facilitate Li+transport.Additionally,the interior surface layer of Li^(+)-ions conductor Li_(3)BO_(3) relieves the charge transfer resistance with surface coating,whereas the outer surface Al_(2)O_(3) coating layer is beneficial for reducing the active materials loss and alleviating the electrode/electrolyte parasite reaction.This three-in-one strategy provides a reference for the further research on the performance attenuation mechanism of NCM,paving a new avenue to boost the high-voltage performance of NCM cathode in Li-ion batteries. | Bao Zhang Jixue Shen Qi Wang Changqing Hu Bi Luo Yun Liu Zhiming Xiao Xing Ou | 2023 | Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,1: | 1 |

| 11 | Controlled Synthesis of NaV_6O_(15) Nanorods with High Reversible Capacity and Excellent Cycling Stability显示文摘In this work, we demonstrate an effective method to improve capacitive performance of NaV_6O_(15) intrinsically by annealing. NaV_6O_(15) nanorods(NRs) prepared by a simple annealing treatment exhibit significantly improved electrochemical performance compared with the untreated NaV_6O_(15) electrode, and yield a high specific capacitance(402.8 F/g at 300 mA/g). Furthermore, the annealing treated nanorods show excellent rate capability and cycling stability(ca. 80% capacitance retention after 1000 cycles at a scan rate of100 mV/s). Our results have confirmed that the annealing treatment has great influence on the capacitive performance of NaV_6O_(15), which may be attributed to the intrinsic three dimensional(3D) tunneled structures of NaV_6O_(15), and NR morphology. | 12 | Contact binaries:I.An inspection of the HSB contact binary model by comparison of relationships obtained from theoretical light curves with that from astronomical observations显示文摘The light curve is one of the most important photometric characteristics of variable stars,which can supply physical information about many stars.So,light curves are the best candidate to inspect a theoretical model of binaries.One important feature of the light curve is the difference of two light minima of the light curve,namely the difference between the primary eclipse depth and the secondary eclipse depth(DED).In this paper,the secondary eclipse depths of theoretical and observational light curves are studied.Firstly,a method to calculate the theoretical light curves of an eclipsing binary with non-spherical components is proposed,which can be put into the HSB contact binary model [Huang R Q,et al.Chin J Astron Astrophys,2007,7:235-244;Song H F,et al.Chin J Astron Astrophys,2007,7:539-550].Theoretical light curves and the DED of the binary can be obtained at every evolutionary phase.The relationships of DED with mass and luminosity are presented and show special features for the contact binaries.Secondly,a large amount of observational data is collected,from which 11 massive,intermediate-mass contact binaries and 9 low-mass contact binaries are chosen and the two relationships are obtained using theoretical light curves.Finally,in order to check whether the HSB contact binary model can be used in contact binary systems with massive,intermediate-mass and low-mass components,a comparison is performed for the above mentioned relationships obtained from theoretical light curves with those from the astronomical observations.The results show a good agreement for contact binary systems with all different masses. | LUO ChangQing HUANG RunQian | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,3: | 1 |

| 20 | An efficient broadband coupled-mode model using the Hamiltonian method for modal solutions显示文摘A numerically efficient broadband, range-dependent propagation model is proposed, which incorporates the Hamiltonian method into the coupled-mode model DGMCM. The Hamiltonian method is highly efficient for finding broadband eigenvalues, and DGMCM is an accurate model for range-dependent propagation in the frequency domain. Consequently, the proposed broadband model combining the Hamiltonian method and DGMCM has significant virtue in terms of both efficiency and accuracy. Numerical simulations are also provided.
