Discrimination of abiogenic and biogenic alkane gases显示文摘We have combined the analytical data of the carbon isotope distribution pattern, R/Ra and CH4/3He values of abiogenic and biogenic (referring to the thermogenic and bacterial or microbial) alkane gases in China with those of alkane gases from USA, Russia, Germany, Australia and other countries. Four discrimination criteria are derived from this comparative study: 1) Carbon isotopic composition is generally greater than -30‰ for abiogenic methane and less than -30‰ for biogenic methane; 2) Abiogenic alkane gases have a carbon isotopic reversal trend (δ 13C1> δ 13C2> δ 13C3> δ 13C4) with δ 13C1>-30‰ in general; 3) Gases with R/Ra >0.5 and δ 13C11 δ 13C2>0 are of abiogenic origin; 4) Gases (meth- ane) with CH4/3He≤106 are of abiogenic origin, whereas gases with CH4/3He≥1011 are of biogenic origin.DAI JinXing ZOU CaiNeng ZHANG ShuiChang LI Jian NI YunYan HU GuoYi LUO Xia TAO ShiZhen ZHU GuangYou MI JingKui LI ZhiSheng HU AnPing YANG Chun ZHOU QingHua SHUAI YanHua ZHANG Ying MA ChengHua 2008Science China Earth Sciences2008,51,12:17
COVID-19: Challenges to GIS with Big Data显示文摘The outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has caused more than 100,000 people infected and thousands of deaths.Currently, the number of infections and deaths is still increasing rapidly.COVID-19 seriously threatens human health, production, life, social functioning and international relations. In the fight against COVID-19,Geographic Information Systems(GIS)and big data technologies have played an important role in many aspects, including the rapid aggregation of multi-source big data, rapid visualization of epidemic information, spatial tracking of confirmed cases, prediction of regional transmission, spatial segmentation of the epidemic risk and prevention level, balancing and management of the supply and demand of material resources, and socialemotional guidance and panic elimination, which provided solid spatial information support for decision-making,measures formulation, and effectiveness assessment of COVID-19 prevention and control.GIS has developed and matured relatively quickly and has a complete technological route for data preparation, platform construction, model construction, and map production. However, for the struggle against the widespread epidemic, the main challenge is finding strategies to adjust traditional technical methods and improve speed and accuracy of information provision for social management. At the data level,in the era of big data, data no longer come mainly from the government but are gathered from more diverse enterprises. As a result, the use of GIS faces difficulties in data acquisition and the integration of heterogeneous data, which requires governments, businesses, and academic institutions to jointly promote the formulation of relevant policies. At the technical level, spatial analysis methods for big data are in the ascendancy.Currently and for a long time in the future, the development of GIS should be strengthened to form a data-driven system for rapid knowledge acquisition, which signifies ts that GIS should be used to reinforce the social operation parameterization of models and methods, especially when providing support for social management.Chenghu Zhou Fenzhen Su Tao Pei An Zhang Yunyan Du Bin Luo Zhidong Cao Juanle Wang Wen Yuan Yunqiang Zhu Ci Song Jie Chen Jun Xu Fujia Li Ting Ma Lili Jiang Fengqin Yan Jiawei Yi Yunfeng Hu Yilan Liao Han Xiao 2020Geography and Sustainability2020,1,1:13
N-doped carbon supported Pd catalysts for N-formylation of amines with CO2/H2显示文摘Using mesoporous N-doped carbons(NCs)derived from glucose and melamine as the supports,a series of Pd/NC catalysts were prepared,in which Pd nanoparticles with average size<2.0 nm were uniformly distributed on the supports. It was indicated that the resultant Pd/NC catalysts were effective for N-formylation of amines with CO_2and H_2in ethanol without any additives.Especially, the catalyst Pd/NC-800-6.9%containing quaternary N showed the best performance, affording a series of formylamides in good or even excellent yields.Further investigation reveals that the interaction between the Pd nanoparticles and quaternary nitrogen in the NC support was responsible for the good performance of the catalyst.Xiaoying Luo Hongye Zhang Zhengang Ke Cailing Wu Shien Guo Yunyan Wu Bo Yu Zhimin Liu 2018Science China Chemistry2018,61,6:4
Geochemical characteristics and origin of light hydrocarbons in biogenic gas显示文摘The light hydrocarbon geochemical characteristics of biogenic gases from Sebei 1 gas field in the Qaidam Basin, Baoshan gas field in the Baoshan Basin and Alaxin gas field, Puqian gas pool, Aonan gas pool in the Songliao Basin are studied and the origin is discussed based on the composition and isotope data of gases. The isoalkane contents among light hydrocarbons in natural gas show a negative relationship with δ13C1 values. The isoalkane contents of the gases with δ13C1 values of less than ?60‰ are also high with more than 40% among light hydrocarbons in Sebei 1 gas field and Puqian gas pool. Moreover, the 2,2-dimethylbutane and 2-methylpentane, mainly sourced from bacteria, have predominance among isoalkanes, which suggests that light hydrocarbons in biogenic gases from these gas fields or pools were probably generated by microbial action. However, the cycloalkane contents among light hydrocarbons in biogenic gas are related to δ13C1 values positively. In Alaxin gas field and Aonan gas pool, where δ13C1 values of biogenic gases are less than ?60‰, the average contents of cycloalkane are higher than 44%. Light hydrocarbons among biogenic gases from these gas fields were probably generated by catalysis. The isoalkane and cycloalkane contents among light hydrocarbons from biogenic gases in the Baoshan gas field are both high, which might be generated by these two actions. The results show that the data of light hydrocarbons in biogenic gas can provide important information for understanding the generation mechanisms of light hydrocarbons during geological evolution and identifying biogenic gas and low mature gas.HU GuoYi LUO Xia LI ZhiSheng ZHANG Ying YANG Chun LI Jin NI YunYan TAO XiaoWan 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,6:3
AFF3-DNA methylation interplay in maintaining the mono-allelic expression pattern of XIST in terminally differentiated cells显示文摘X chromosome inactivation and genomic imprinting are two classic epigenetic regulatory processes that cause mono-allelic gene expression. In female mammals,mono-allelic expression of the long non-coding RNA gene X-inactive specific transcript(XIST)is essential for initiation of X chromosome inactivation upon differentiation. We have previously demonstrated that the central factor of super elongation complex-like 3(SEC-L3),AFF3,is enriched at gamete differentially methylated regions(DMRs)of the imprinted loci and regulates the imprinted gene expression. Here,we found that AFF3 can also bind to the DMR downstream of the XIST promoter.Knockdown of AFF3 leads to de-repression of the inactive allele of X IST in terminally differentiated cells. In addition, the binding of AFF3 to the XIST DMR relies on DNA methylation and also regulates DNA methylation level at DMR region. However, the KAP1-H3K9 methylation machineries, which regulate the imprinted loci, might not play major roles in maintaining the mono-aUelic expression pattern of XIST in these cells. Thus, our results suggest that the differential mechanisms involved in the X IST DMR and gDMR regulation, which both require AFF3 and DNA methylation.Yue Zhang Chao Wang Xiaoxu Liu Qian Yang Hongliang Ji Mengjun Yang Manman Xu Yunyan Zhou Wei Xie Zhuojuan Luo Chengqi Lin 2019Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2019,11,9:3
Multifunctional Landscape Actor-Network Construction from the Perspective of Rural Tourism Experiences显示文摘During the construction of multifunctional landscape(MFL) actor-network, economic, social, and ecological functions presented significant differences, which resulted from the different roles and effects of various heterogeneous actors according to the tourism experience. In Hekou Village at the border area between China and North Korea, the roles and effects of heterogeneous actors during the MFL actor-network construction were analyzed by means of the analytic network process(ANP), which verified the Groundings-Entrepreneurship-Markets(GEM) theoretical framework of the MFL actor-network that assumed tourism experiences were core actors, and economic, social, and ecological landscape actors acted as support. Research results showed that in the MFL actornetwork construction, social and economic functions of landscapes were strong, while ecological and tourism experience functions were weak and that folk customs and land utilization were key actors of the MFL actor-network construction. In the MFL actor-network construction, actors played different roles and had different effects on the network. Intelligence facilities and rurality were critical to drive the MFL actor network translation process and pass through 'obligatory passage point'. By changing the interaction mode and intensity of the actors, the MFL actor-network could be promoted.ZHENG Liaoji WANG Huanyu LUO Yunyan ZHOU Xiaoli 2019Journal of Landscape Research2019,11,1:2
Comparison of the Pipeline embolisation device alone or combined with coiling for treatment of different sizes of intracranial aneurysms显示文摘Objectives The aim of this study was to compare complications and outcomes between intracranial aneurysms treated with the Pipeline embolisation device(PED)alone or with PED combined with coiling for different-sized aneurysms.Method Patients with aneurysms treated by PED were collected from the PED in China postmarket multicentre registry study. We performed a propensity match analysis to compare the efficacy and safety between PED alone and PED combined with coiling treatment, and then aneurysms were organised into three groups based on their size:small(≤7 mm),medium(≤15 mm to>7 mm)and large/giant(>15 mm).Complications and aneurysm occlusion rates in the aneurysm size groups were compared between PED alone and PED combined with coiling patients.Result A total of 1171 patients with 1322 aneurysms were included. All patients received clinical follow-up,while angiographic follow-up was available in 967 aneurysms. For small aneurysms, there was no difference in the aneurysm occlusion rate between two groups(79.1%vs 88.4%,respectively),while there was a significant increase in the ischaemic complication rate(8.3%vs 19.3%,respectively,p=0.0001).For medium and large/giant saccular aneurysms,PED combined with coiling significantly improved the occlusion rate(medium aneurysms:74.7%vs 88.8%,respectively,p<0.0001;large/giant saccular aneurysms:72.9%vs 86.9%,respectively,p=0.018),while there were no differences in the total complication rate. For large/giant non-saccular aneurysms, two groups showed no differences. Conclusion Use of the PED with adjunctive coils can significantly improve the occlusion rate of medium aneurysms, without increasing the total complication rate.Chao Wang Bin Luo Tianxiao Li Aisha Maimaitili Guohua Mao Donglei Song Yunyan Wang Wenfeng Feng Yang Wang Huaizhang Shi Jieqing Wan Jianmin Liu Sheng Guan Yuanli Zhao Hongqi Zhang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4:1
