1Myocardial infarction secondary prevention study (MISPS)显示文摘Background Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), especially herbal medicine, has been widely used in China and now is also being increasingly used in other countries for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Although many studies have demonstrated that certain Chinese herbal products are effective and safe for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, most of these lack sufficient quality. Therefore, large randomized clinical trials and further scientific research to determine its safety, effectiveness are necessary.QiShen YiQi Dripping Pills (QSYQDP) is a herbal preparation clinically used in the treatment and prevention of coronary artery disease. Preliminary observations have shown its safety and effectiveness. Methods/Design This randomized, controlled trial will recruit 3600 patients with a history of myocardial infarction. Patients will be randomized into two groups by a Centr-Randomized System. One group receives QSYQDP, the other group receive aspirin. This trial protocol will describe eligibility criteria, detailed information on the treatment definition, blinding, endpoints, statistical methods, sample size determination, data management, legal aspects, and the current status of the trial. Discussion This trial is one of the first randomized, controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment and secondary prevention of coronary artery disease. 3Developing Hybrid cell-edge and cell-node Dissipative Compact Scheme for Complex Geometry Flows显示文摘Developing high resolution finite difference scheme and enabling the use of this scheme on complex geometry are the aims of this study.High resolution has been achieved by Dissipative Compact Schemes(DCS),however,according to the recent research,applications of DCS on complex geometry may have serious problem for that the Geometric Conservation Law(GCL)is not satisfied,and this may cause numerical instability.To cope with this problem,a new scheme named Hybrid cell-edge and cell-node Dissipative Compact Scheme(HDCS)has been formulated.The formulation of the HDCS contains two steps.First,a new central compact scheme is formulated for the purpose of conveniently fulfilling the GCL,and then dissipation is added on the central scheme by high-order dissipative interpolation of cell-edge variables.The solutions of Euler and Navier-Stokes equations show that the HDCS can be applied successfully on complex geometry,while the DCS may suffer numerical instabilities.Moreover,high resolution of the HDCS may be observed in the test of scattering of acoustic waves by multiple cylinders.DENG XiaoGang JIANG Yi MAO MeiLiang LIU HuaYong TU GuoHua 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,10:10
4Validation of a RANS transition model using a high-order weighted compact nonlinear scheme显示文摘A modified transition model is given based on the shear stress transport (SST) turbulence model and an intermittency transport equation. The energy gradient term in the original model is replaced by flow strain rate to saving computational costs. The model employs local variables only, and then it can be conveniently implemented in modern computational fluid dynamics codes. The fifth-order weighted compact nonlinear scheme and the fourth-order staggered scheme are applied to discrete the governing equations for the purpose of minimizing discretization errors, so as to mitigate the confusion between numerical errors and transition model errors. The high-order package is compared with a second-order TVD method on simulating the transitional flow of a flat plate. Numerical results indicate that the high-order package give better grid convergence property than that of the second-order method. 5High-Order and High Accurate CFD Methods and Their Applications for Complex Grid Problems显示文摘The purpose of this article is to summarize our recent progress in high-order and high accurate CFD methods for flow problems with complex grids as well as to discuss the engineering prospects in using these methods.Despite the rapid development of high-order algorithms in CFD,the applications of high-order and high accurate methods on complex configurations are still limited.One of the main reasons which hinder the widely applications of thesemethods is the complexity of grids.Many aspects which can be neglected for low-order schemes must be treated carefully for high-order ones when the configurations are complex.In order to implement highorder finite difference schemes on complex multi-block grids,the geometric conservation lawand block-interface conditions are discussed.A conservativemetricmethod is applied to calculate the grid derivatives,and a characteristic-based interface condition is employed to fulfil high-order multi-block computing.The fifth-order WCNS-E-5 proposed by Deng[9,10]is applied to simulate flows with complex grids,including a double-delta wing,a transonic airplane configuration,and a hypersonic X-38 configuration.The results in this paper and the references show pleasant prospects in engineering-oriented applications of high-order schemes.Xiaogang Deng Meiliang Mao Guohua Tu Hanxin Zhang Yifeng Zhang 2012Communications in Computational Physics2012,11,4:6
6A novel vector of topological and structural information for amino acids and its QSAR applications for peptides and analogues显示文摘A new descriptor, called vector of topological and structural information for coded and noncoded amino acids (VTSA), was derived by principal component analysis (PCA) from a matrix of 66 topological and structural variables of 134 amino acids. The VTSA vector was then applied into two sets of peptide quantitative structure-activity relationships or quantitative sequence-activity modelings (QSARs/ QSAMs). Molded by genetic partial least squares (GPLS), support vector machine (SVM), and immune neural network (INN), good results were obtained. 13Comparison of the Pipeline embolisation device alone or combined with coiling for treatment of different sizes of intracranial aneurysms显示文摘Objectives The aim of this study was to compare complications and outcomes between intracranial aneurysms treated with the Pipeline embolisation device(PED)alone or with PED combined with coiling for different-sized aneurysms.Method Patients with aneurysms treated by PED were collected from the PED in China postmarket multicentre registry study.We performed a propensity match analysis to compare the efficacy and safety between PED alone and PED combined with coiling treatment,and then aneurysms were organised into three groups based on their size:small(≤7 mm),medium(≤15 mm to>7 mm)and large/giant(>15 mm).Complications and aneurysm occlusion rates in the aneurysm size groups were compared between PED alone and PED combined with coiling patients.Result A total of 1171 patients with 1322 aneurysms were included.All patients received clinical follow-up,while angiographic follow-up was available in 967 aneurysms.For small aneurysms,there was no difference in the aneurysm occlusion rate between two groups(79.1%vs 88.4%,respectively),while there was a significant increase in the ischaemic complication rate(8.3%vs 19.3%,respectively,p=0.0001).For medium and large/giant saccular aneurysms,PED combined with coiling significantly improved the occlusion rate(medium aneurysms:74.7%vs 88.8%,respectively,p<0.0001;large/giant saccular aneurysms:72.9%vs 86.9%,respectively,p=0.018),while there were no differences in the total complication rate.For large/giant non-saccular aneurysms,two groups showed no differences.Conclusion Use of the PED with adjunctive coils can significantly improve the occlusion rate of medium aneurysms,without increasing the total complication rate.Chao Wang Bin Luo Tianxiao Li Aisha Maimaitili Guohua Mao Donglei Song Yunyan Wang Wenfeng Feng Yang Wang Huaizhang Shi Jieqing Wan Jianmin Liu Sheng Guan Yuanli Zhao Hongqi Zhang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4:1

17Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C Mixed Crystal Composite Nanofibers Prepared by Electrospinning and Heat Treatment Methods for Oxygen Evolution Reaction显示文摘OER catalyst of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C(NiFeSC series)mixed crystal composite nanofibers was prepared by electrospinning and atmospheric heat treatment process.The testing results indicate that the diameters of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C composite nanofibers is about 200 nm,the grains size is about 1-3 nm,and the fiber surface is rough.The electrochemical test results show that the heterojunction of the prepared Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C hybrid crystal composite nanofiber has synergistic effect with sulfide,and exhibits good electrocatalytic activity of water decomposition and OER in alkaline system.The OER electrocatalytic performance of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C composite electrode prepared via a heat treatment at 1000℃process was tested in 1 mol/L KOH electrolytes.The results show that the overpotential is about 298 mV,the Tafel slope is about 74 mV?dec-1,and the surface resistance is about 1.69Ω·cm^(2),at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2).LI Tao ZHONG Shujie LOU Qiongyue LING Shuai CHEN Jian MA Guohua YANG Mao WU Xiaoqiang 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,2:0

19Microenvironment components and spatially resolved single-cell transcriptome atlas of breast cancer metastatic axillary lymph nodes显示文摘As an indicator of clinical prognosis,lymph node metastasis of breast cancer has drawn great attention.Many reports have revealed the characteristics of metastatic breast cancer cells,however,the effect of breast cancer cells on the microenvironment components of lymph nodes and spatial transcriptome atlas remains unclear.In this study,by integrating single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)and spatial transcriptomics,we investigate the transcriptional profiling of six surgically excised lymph node samples and the spatial organization of one positive lymph node.We identify the existence of osteoclast-like giant cells(OGC)which have high expressions of CD68 and CD163,the biomarkers of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs).Through a spatially resolved transcriptomic method,we find that OGCs are scattered among metastatic breast cancer cells.In the lymph node microenvironment with breast cancer cell infiltration,TAMs are enriched in protumoral pathways including NF-kB signaling pathways and NoD-like receptor signaling pathways.Further subclustering demonstrates the potential differentiation trajectory in which macrophages develop from a state of active chemokine production to a state of active lymphocyte activation.This study is the first to integrate scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics in the tumor microenvironment of axillary lymph nodes,offering a systematic approach to delve into breast cancer lymph node metastasis.Kun Xu Runtian Wang Qin Chen Yiqiu Liu Xintong Li Ling Mao Cenzhu Wang Fangyan Gao Longfei Hu Hui Xie Cong Wang Guohua Zhou Xiaoxiang Guan 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,9:0
20Recognition for avian influenza virus proteins based on support vector machine and linear discriminant analysis显示文摘Total 200 properties related to structural characteristics were employed to represent structures of 400 HA coded proteins of influenza virus as training samples. Some recognition models for HA proteins of avian influenza virus (AIV) were developed using support vector machine (SVM) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The results obtained from LDA are as follows: the identification accuracy (Ria) for training samples is 99.8% and Ria by leave one out cross validation is 99.5%. Both Ria of 99.8% for training samples and Ria of 99.3% by leave one out cross validation are obtained using SVM model, respectively. External 200 HA proteins of influenza virus were used to validate the external predictive power of the resulting model.
